图1示出本申请实施例可应用的一种无线通信系统的框图。无线通信系统包括终端11和网络侧设备12。其中,终端11可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)或称为笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、掌上电脑、上网本、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)、车载设备(VUE)、行人终端(PUE)、智能家居(具有无线 通信功能的家居设备,如冰箱、电视、洗衣机或者家具等)等终端侧设备,可穿戴式设备包括:智能手表、智能手环、智能耳机、智能眼镜、智能首饰(智能手镯、智能手链、智能戒指、智能项链、智能脚镯、智能脚链等)、智能腕带、智能服装、游戏机等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例并不限定终端11的具体类型。网络侧设备12可以是基站或核心网,其中,基站可被称为节点B、演进节点B、接入点、基收发机站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、无线电基站、无线电收发机、基本服务集(Basic Service Set,BSS)、扩展服务集(Extended Service Set,ESS)、B节点、演进型B节点(eNB)、家用B节点、家用演进型B节点、WLAN接入点、WiFi节点、发送接收点(Transmitting Receiving Point,TRP)或所述领域中其他某个合适的术语,只要达到相同的技术效果,所述基站不限于特定技术词汇,需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的基站为例,但是并不限定基站的具体类型。
在相关技术中,如果假设在覆盖范围内的设备,可以通过网络配置解决冲突和资源调度的问题,那在覆盖范围外的设备,如何发送SL-PRS则为本申请所关注的问题。
在本申请实施例提供的定位方法、装置、设备及介质中,第一设备通过执行目标操作,来请求第一终端进行定位,该目标操作包括以下至少一项:传输目标消息(包括定位请求和/或定位辅助数据和/或第一资源配置信息),传输第一SL-PRS,选择目标第一资源。如此,第一设备通过执行目标操作来请求第一终端进行定位,进而确定出第一终端和/或与第一终端进行SL通信或SL定位的第二终端的位置信息或SL-PRS测量信息,实现了终端和终端之间的定位,解决了必须在足够网络或GPS覆盖下才能定位的现状,提高了系统的通信能效。进而使得覆盖范围外的设备,也可以根据服务请求通过传输目标消息和/或第一SL-PRS,来请求第一终端进行定位。
下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的定位方法进行详细地说明。
本申请实施例提供一种定位方法,如图2所示,本申请实施例提供的定位方法包括如下步骤:

步骤1:Target UE向anchor UEs发送至少一个SL-PRS配置集合请求信息。

在本申请实施例提供的定位方法中,第一设备通过执行目标操作,来请求第一终端进行定位,该目标操作包括以下至少一项:传输目标消息(包括定位请求和/或定位辅助数据和/或第一资源配置信息),传输第一SL-PRS,选择目标第一资源。如此,第一设备通过执行目标操作来请求第一终端进行定位,进而确定出第一终端和/或与第一终端进行SL通信或SL定位的第二终端的位置信息或测量信息,实现了终端和终端之间的定位,解决了必须在足够网络或GPS覆盖下才能定位的现状,提高了系统的通信能效。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的定位方法,执行主体可以为定位装置,或者,该定位装置中的用于执行定位方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以定位装置执行定位方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的定位装置。

在本申请实施例提供的定位装置中,该装置通过执行目标操作,来请求第一终端进行定位,该目标操作包括以下至少一项:传输目标消息(包括定位请求和/或定位辅助数据和/或第一资源配置信息),传输第一SL-PRS,选择目标第一资源。如此,通过执行目标操作来请求第一终端进行定位,进而确定出第一终端和/或与第一终端进行SL通信或SL定位的第二终端的位置信息或测量信息,实现了终端和终端之间的定位,解决了必须在足够网络或GPS覆盖下才能定位的现状,提高了系统的通信能效。
本申请实施例中的定位装置可以是装置,具有操作系统的装置或电子设备,也可以是终端中的部件、集成电路、或芯片。该装置或电子设备可以是移动终端,也可以为非移动终端。示例性的,移动终端可以包括但不限于上述所列举的终端11的类型,非移动终端可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。

在本申请实施例提供的终端中,该终端通过执行目标操作,来请求第一终端进行定位,该目标操作包括以下至少一项:传输目标消息(包括定位请求和/或定位辅助数据和/或第一资源配置信息),传输第一SL-PRS,选择目标第一资源。如此,通过执行目标操作来请求第一终端进行定位,进而确定出第一终端和/或与第一终端进行SL通信或SL定位的第二终端的位置信息或测量信息,实现了终端和终端之间的定位,解决了必须在足够网络或GPS覆盖下才能定位的现状,提高了系统的通信能效。
本申请实施例还提供一种网络侧设备,包括处理器和通信接口,处理器用于执行目标操作, 以辅助第一终端进行定位;其中,上述目标操作包括以下至少一项:传输目标消息,传输第一旁链路定位参考信号SL-PRS,选择目标第一资源;上述目标第一资源用于传输上述第一SL-PRS和/或传输上述目标消息;上述目标消息包括以下至少一项:定位请求,定位辅助数据,第一资源配置信息;上述第一资源配置信息用于配置至少一个第一资源;上述目标第一资源为上述至少一个第一资源中的一个或多个资源;上述第一SL-PRS用于确定:上述第一终端和/或第二终端的位置信息,和/或,SL-PRS测量信息;上述第二终端为与上述第一终端进行SL通信或SL定位的对端终端。该网络侧设备实施例是与上述网络侧设备方法实施例对应的,上述方法实施例的各个实施过程和实现方式均可适用于该网络侧设备实施例中,且能达到相同的技术效果。
具体地,本申请实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备。如图20所示,该网络侧设备700包括:天线71、射频装置72、基带装置73。天线71与射频装置72连接。在上行方向上,射频装置72通过天线71接收信息,将接收的信息发送给基带装置73进行处理。在下行方向上,基带装置73对要发送的信息进行处理,并发送给射频装置72,射频装置72对收到的信息进行处理后经过天线71发送出去。
上述频带处理装置可以位于基带装置73中,以上实施例中网络侧设备执行的方法可以在基带装置73中实现,该基带装置73包括处理器74和存储器75。
基带装置73例如可以包括至少一个基带板,该基带板上设置有多个芯片,如图20所示,其中一个芯片例如为处理器74,与存储器75连接,以调用存储器75中的程序,执行以上方法实施例中所示的网络设备操作。
该基带装置73还可以包括网络接口76,用于与射频装置72交互信息,该接口例如为通用公共无线接口(common public radio interface,简称CPRI)。
具体地,本申请实施例的网络侧设备还包括:存储在存储器75上并可在处理器74上运行的指令或程序,处理器74调用存储器75中的指令或程序执行图16或图17所示各模块执行的方法,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,故不在此赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述定位方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的终端中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述定位方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

- 一种定位方法,包括:第一设备执行目标操作,以辅助第一终端进行定位;其中,所述目标操作包括以下至少一项:传输目标消息,传输第一旁链路定位参考信号SL-PRS,选择目标第一资源;所述目标第一资源用于传输所述第一SL-PRS和/或传输所述目标消息;所述目标消息包括以下至少一项:定位请求,定位辅助数据,第一资源配置信息;所述第一资源配置信息用于配置至少一个第一资源;所述目标第一资源为所述至少一个第一资源中的一个或多个资源;所述第一SL-PRS用于确定:所述第一终端和/或第二终端的位置信息,和/或,SL-PRS测量信息;所述第二终端为与所述第一终端进行SL通信或SL定位的对端终端。

- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述第一设备执行目标操作之前,所述方法还包括:所述第一设备在高层传输位置服务请求;其中,所述位置服务请求用于请求触发所述第一终端进行定位。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述位置服务请求包括以下至少一项:所述第一终端的定位服务类型,位置通知指示信息,事件上报信息,周期上报指示信息,优先级信息,保密信息,用于定位的Qos信息;其中,所述位置通知指示信息指示所述第一终端的位置环境信息;所述事件上报信息包括第一事件的事件信息,所述事件上报信息用于指示在所述第一事件下触发位置服务、位置信息上报和SL-PRS测量信息上报的至少一项;所述周期上报指示信息指示所述第一终端和/或所述第二终端周期性触发位置服务、位置信息上报和SL-PRS测量信息上报的至少一项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述第一设备传输高层提供的第一参数和/或第二参数;或者;所述第一设备获取高层提供的第一参数和/或第二参数;其中,所述第一参数用于传输所述第一SL-PRS;所述第二参数用于选择所述目标第一资源。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述第一参数包括以下至少一项:预配置的至少一个可用于传输所述第一SL-PRS和/或所述目标消息的资源池;SL-PRS的优先级信息;目标消息的优先级信息;至少一个SL-PRS的配置参数;所述至少一个SL-PRS需要的频域资源的数目。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述第二参数包括以下至少一项:所述至少一个第一资源的指示信息和/或配置信息,所述第一资源的时域和/或频域指示信息,至少一个SL-PRS的测量窗,至少一个SL-PRS的选择窗,接收至少一个SL-PRS对应的RSRP阈值,发送至少一个SL-PRS对应的RSRP阈值,接收至少一个SL-PRS对应的优先级阈值,发送至少一个SL-PRS对应的优先级阈值,至少一个SL-PRS的专用资源池参数,所述目标第一资源在所述第一资源中的占比,所述目标第一资源抢占指示信息;其中,所述目标第一资源抢占指示信息用于指示是否允许所述目标第一资源被抢占。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一资源配置信息包括所述第一资源候选集,所述第一资源候选集包括以下至少一项:所述第一资源候选集标识信息;所述第一资源候选集的第一资源的标识信息;所述第一资源的配置信息;所述第一资源候选集的配置信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述选择目标第一资源,包括:在第一资源候选集中排除第二资源;其中,所述第一资源候选集包括所述至少一个第一资源。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述第二资源包括以下至少一项:所述第一终端接收到的第一SCI和/或第二SCI调度的资源;用于传输第一SCI和/或第二SCI的资源;用于SS-PBSCH或SL CSI-RS或SL DMRS的资源;所述资源上RSRP值不满足发送SL-PRS的RSRP阈值的资源;不满足SL-PRS的发送配置的资源;所述第一终端接收到的第一SCI和/或第二SCI指示为保留资源的资源;被调度用于其他终端发送SL-PRS的资源。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一SCI包括第一级SCI或第二级SCI或第三级SCI;所述第二SCI包括第一级SCI或第二级SCI或第三级SCI;所述第三级SCI专用于调度SL-PRS。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第二资源不满足SL-PRS的发送配置包括以下至少一项:所述第二资源的可用带宽小于SL-PRS的带宽,所述第二资源的可用符号数小于SL-PRS的符号;所述第二资源的周期不满足SL-PRS的需求;所述第二资源的优先级高于SL-PRS的发送优先级;所述第二资源的子载波间隔不同于SL-PRS的子载波间隔;所述第二资源的CP不同于SL-PRS的CP。

- 根据权利要求1或17所述的方法,其中,所述定位请求包括以下至少一项:至少一个SL-PRS配置集合的信息,第一SL-PRS配置信息,第二SL-PRS配置信息,其中,所述第二SL-PRS配置信息为所述第一终端和/所述第二终端所期望的SL-PRS的配置信息;所述至少一个SL-PRS配置集合的信息包括以下至少一项:所述至少一个SL-PRS配置集合的标识信息,所述至少一个SL-PRS配置集合的SL-PRS的配置参数。

- 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,所述定位辅助数据包括至少一个目标终端的定位辅助数据,所述定位辅助数据还包括以下至少一项:所述至少一个目标终端的位置信息;所述至少一个目标终端的SL-PRS测量信息,所述至少一个目标终端的类型信息;所述目标终端对应的预期离开角AOD信息,所述目标终端对应的预期到达角AOA信息,其中,所述位置信息包括以下至少一项:绝对位置信息,相对位置信息,轨迹信息,路径信息,速度信息,加速度信息;所述SL-PRS测量信息包括以下至少一项:参考信号接收功率RSRP测量信息,参考信号时间差测量信息,接收发射时间差测量信息,到达时间测量信息,参考信号识别信息,参考信号接收功率信息,角度测量信息,发射及接收点标识信息;所述类型信息用于指示以下任一项:所述目标终端是否支持SL-PRS,或,所述目标终端是否支持SL的定位方法,或,所述目标终端是否指示为RSU设备,所述目标终端是否为特定类型的终端或普通终端。
- 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个目标终端的定位辅助数据包括以下至少一项与所述目标终端对应的SL-PRS信息:所述用于发送SL-PRS的时频资源,所述SL-PRS测量上报或反馈的时频资源,位置信息的上报或反馈的时频资源,测量信息的上报或反馈的时频资源,所述至少一个SL-PRS配置集合,所述至少一个SL-PRS配置集合的标识信息,所述SL-PRS的测量和/或传输的优先级信息,所述SL-PRS传输或测量的预期离开角AOD信息,所述SL-PRS传输或测量的预期到达角AOA信息,各SL-PRS配置集合中的SL-PRS的配置参数。
