Any shape such as a rectangular shape, a square shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially square shape, a substantially circular shape, or a substantially elliptical shape, which are partially deformed from these shapes, can be used. If it is desired to obtain uniformity of treatment, a circular shape is preferable because of the high uniformity of the air flow within the opening.
- the size of the opening is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately changed according to the application of the active oxygen supply device, the size of the object to be supplied, and the like. For example, the area of the opening is preferably about 5-2000 cm 2 , more preferably about 10-100 cm 2 .
- the area of the opening is the maximum value of the area of the cross section parallel to the plane forming the opening inside the housing (area H ) is preferably smaller than
- the ratio of the maximum area (area H) of the cross section parallel to the plane forming the opening inside the housing to the area of the opening (area H/area of opening) is 1.5 to 20. It is preferably 1, more preferably 2 to 15, even more preferably 3 to 10, and even more preferably 4 to 7.

It can also be used for surface treatment, etc.
- the term "effective active oxygen concentration or effective active oxygen amount” means the active oxygen concentration or the amount of active oxygen to achieve the purpose of the object to be treated, such as sterilization, deodorization, bleaching or hydrophilization. It can be appropriately adjusted according to the purpose by using the amount of ozone generated per unit time in the ozone generator, the irradiation position of ultraviolet rays, the illuminance and irradiation time, the flow velocity of the air flow, and the like.

実施例1の紫外線光源をUV-C LED(型番:LJU1106EAE-275-TR、スタンレー電気株式会社製、ピーク波長=275nm)に変えた以外は実施例1と同様にして活性酸素供給装置を作製し、評価した。
