具体地,缺口部216为多个,多个缺口部216在阀体21的外壁面上间隔设置,缺口部216的顶端与遮挡件22的内壁面之间形成过流间隙,从而能够在阀体21的周向上实现排气,排气效率高。
如图3和图4所示,在本实施例中,缺口部216为设置在阀体21的外壁面上的平面结构,防脱凹槽215开设在平面结构上,防脱凸起223由周向侧壁222的下边沿向内凸出形成,防脱凸起223为条状凸起,防脱凹槽215为条形凹槽。
在本实施例中,通过在阀体21的外壁面上切削形成平面结构,以便于过流。将防脱凹槽215设置在平面结构上,降低了加工难度。同时,防脱凸起223设置为条状,便于与条形的防脱凹槽215插接配合,结构简单,便与加工和装配。
优选地,遮挡件22由硅胶材料制成。
硅胶材料质地较轻,防水效果好,在装配至阀体21上时,不会明显增加阀体21的重量,也就不会影响烹饪器具的正常上压,且成本较低。
优选地,本实施例中的烹饪器具为电压力锅或者电饭煲。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
由于在止开阀上设置了遮挡件,从而能够对止开阀上端的开口进行遮挡,进而在烹饪器具的使用过程中,烹饪腔内的沸腾水汽不会经止开阀上的开口进入阀体内部,用户在清洗烹饪器具时也不会出现阀体内进水的情况,保证了止开阀能够正常上压,确保烹饪器具良好的烹饪效果。
为了便于描述,在这里可以使用空间相对术语,如“在……之上”、“在……上方”、“在……上表面”、“上面的”等,用来描述如在图中所示的一个器件或特征与其他器件或特征的空间位置关系。应当理解的是,空间相对术语旨在包含除了器件在图中所描述的方位之外的在使用或操作中的不同方位。例如,如果附图中的器件被倒置,则描述为“在其他器件或构造上方”或“在其他器件或构造之上”的器件之后将被定位为“在其他器件或构造下方”或“在其他器件或构造之下”。因而,示例性术语“在……上方”可以包括“在……上方”和“在……下方”两种方位。该器件也可以其他不同方式定位(旋转90度或处于其他方位),并且对这里所使用的空间相对描述作出相应解释。
此外,需要说明的是,使用“第一”、“第二”等词语来限定零部件,仅仅是为了便于对相应零部件进行区别,如没有另行声明,上述词语并没有特殊含义,因此不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    锅体(1);
    盖体(10),所述盖体(10)可开合地设置于所述锅体(1)的上方;
    安全阀组件(20),所述安全阀组件(20)设置于所述盖体(10)上,所述安全阀组件(20)包括阀体(21),所述阀体(21)中设置有腔体(211),所述腔体(211)的上端设置有开口(212),其中,所述安全阀组件(20)还包括遮挡件(22),所述遮挡件(22)与所述阀体(21)连接并遮挡所述开口(212)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述阀体(21)为止开阀,所述止开阀能够相对于所述盖体(10)在垂直方向上移动,以控制所述盖体(10)的开合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述阀体(21)包括泄压阀,所述泄压阀包括设置于所述腔体(211)下端的阀芯(213)和设置于所述腔体(211)内部并与所述阀芯(213)抵接的弹性件(214)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述遮挡件(22)包括顶壁(221)以及由所述顶壁(221)向下延伸的周向侧壁(222),所述顶壁(221)遮挡所述开口(212),所述周向侧壁(222)围设在所述阀体(21)的外周。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述阀体(21)和所述遮挡件(22)之间设有防脱结构,所述防脱结构限制所述遮挡件(22)由所述阀体(21)上脱出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述防脱结构包括:
    防脱凸起(223),所述防脱凸起(223)设置在所述周向侧壁(222)的内壁面上;
    防脱凹槽(215),所述防脱凹槽(215)设置在所述阀体(21)的外周壁上,所述防脱凸起(223)与所述防脱凹槽(215)配合以限制所述遮挡件(22)由所述阀体(21)上脱出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述周向侧壁(222)的内壁面与所述阀体(21)的外周壁之间设有间隔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述阀体(21)和所述遮挡件(22)之间还设有过流结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述过流结构为设置在所述阀体(21)上的缺口部(216),所述缺口部(216)设置在所述阀体(21)的外壁面上,所述遮挡件(22)与所述缺口部(216)之间具有过流间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述遮挡件(22)由硅胶材料制成。
