- 一种弹性模块平衡垫,所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)包括垫体(2),所述垫体(2)包括在垫体厚度方向上相对的第一侧垫表面和第二侧垫表面,所述第一侧垫表面上形成有多个在垫体厚度方向上朝向所述第二侧垫表面延伸的容纳孔(3),所述容纳孔(3)被构造成能够容纳弹性基垫(4)的弹性模块(5)的一部分以约束弹性模块在所述垫体(2)的横向方向上的运动,所述第二侧垫表面上设置有透气结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述透气结构包括从所述第二侧垫表面上突出的多个凸起,多个所述凸起间隔布置以在相互之间形成连通的透气空间(6)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,多个所述凸起包括多个第一凸起(7),沿着所述容纳孔(3)的轴向方向,一个所述第一凸起(7)对应一个所述容纳孔(3)以作为所述容纳孔(3)的顶孔壁(8)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(3)的顶孔壁(8)上形成有与所述容纳孔(3)连通的透气孔(9)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述顶孔壁(8)的外表面上设置有凝胶垫(10),所述凝胶垫(10)上形成有与所述透气孔(9)连通的透气开口(11)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,多个所述凸起包括多个间隔布置的第二凸起(12),其中,每个所述第 二凸起(12)被周围的多个所述第一凸起(7)围绕,每个所述第一凸起(7)被周围的多个所述第二凸起(12)围绕。
- 根据权利要求6所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述第二凸起(12)包括向周围相邻的所述第一凸起(7)之间的间隔延伸的减缩延伸部(13),以使得所述第二凸起(12)的外周面包括与所述第一凸起(7)的一部分外周面形状相配的外周面配合段(14)。
- 根据权利要求3、6或7所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,多个所述凸起的外顶面上设置有凝胶垫(10)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述凝胶垫(10)的外表面上形成有透气槽(15),所述透气槽(15)延伸到所述凝胶垫(10)的边缘并与所述透气空间(6)连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述垫体(2)为弹性体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述容纳孔(3)的内部尺寸在从孔底到孔口的方向上渐扩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模块平衡垫,其特征在于,所述第一侧垫表面上形成有围绕所述容纳孔(3)并从孔口边沿伸出的套筒(16),使得所述容纳孔(3)包括所述套筒(16)的内部空间。
- 一种弹性垫,所述弹性垫(17)包括:弹性基垫(4),所述弹性基垫(4)包括多个弹性模块(5);权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的弹性模块平衡垫(1);其中,所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)铺设在所述弹性基垫(4)上, 并且各个所述弹性模块(5)的一部分容纳定位在各自对应的所述容纳孔(3)内,其中,所述容纳孔(3)能够约束所述弹性模块(5)在横向方向上的运动。
- 根据权利要求13所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模块(5)为圆台形并形状相配地容纳在圆台孔形式的所述容纳孔(3)中。
- 根据权利要求13或14所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫还包括外罩(18),所述外罩(18)覆盖在所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)上并将所述弹性基垫(4)的至少一部分和所述弹性模块平衡垫(1)包裹起来。
- 一种家具,所述家具包括权利要求13-15中任意一项所述的弹性垫(17)。
