日常生活中,牙刷是人们洗漱的必需品。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,牙刷的功能正在不断地扩展,不仅能够方便使用,还需具备舒适性。
然而,现有的牙刷通常是一体成型,在刷牙的过程中,牙刷的刷头不能适应牙齿的清洁过程,刷头的弹性低,从而降低了刷牙的舒适感。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种摆动牙刷,以解决相关技术中存在的:刷头的弹性低,降低了刷牙的舒适感的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
提供一种摆动牙刷,包括刷头、刷柄、安装于所述刷柄上的摆动座和连接所述刷头与所述摆动座的摆动杆,所述摆动座包括沿第一方向铰接于所述刷柄上的第一铰接座、沿第二方向铰接于所述刷柄上的第二铰接座和沿所述第二方向安装于所述第一铰接座上的固定轴;所述第二铰接座位于所述第一铰接座的上方,所述摆动杆远离所述刷头的一端穿过所述第二铰接座并套设于所述固定轴上,所述第一方向垂直于所述第二方向。
此结构,本申请通过将摆动座设置为沿第一方向铰接于刷柄上的第一铰接座和沿第二方向铰接于刷柄上的第二铰接座。当刷头受外力作用时,摆动杆可带动第一铰接座沿第一方向实现在刷柄上的摆动;或者,摆动杆在固定轴上沿第二方向摆动,进而可带动第二铰接座沿第二方向实现在刷柄上的摆动。因此,通过第一铰接座和第二铰接座的摆动,刷头可在不同方向外力作用下实现多角度摆动,进而提高刷牙的舒适感。
在一个实施例中,所述第二铰接座上开设有供所述摆动杆穿过的腰型孔,所述腰型孔的长轴方向沿所述第二方向设置。
此结构,腰型孔可为摆动座在第二方向上实现避让。
在一个实施例中,所述第一铰接座的两端分别安装有第一轴颈,各所述第一轴颈的中轴线沿所述第一方向设置;所述刷柄包括柄本体和安装于所述柄本体上的罩体,所述柄本体上对应于各所述第一轴颈的位置处开设有第一凹槽,所述罩体上对应开设有与相应所述第一凹槽配合夹持相应所述第一轴颈的第二凹槽。
此结构,通过各第一凹槽与相应第二凹槽配合将相应第一轴颈夹持,从而可提高第一铰接座与刷柄的连接稳固性,也可提高第一铰接座摆动的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,所述第二铰接座的两端分别安装有第二轴颈,各所述第二轴颈的中轴线沿所述第二方向设置;所述柄本体上对应于各所述第二轴颈的位置处开设有第三凹槽,所述罩体上对应开设有与相应所述第三凹槽配合夹持相应所述第二轴颈的第四凹槽。
此结构,通过各第三凹槽与相应第四凹槽配合将相应第二轴颈夹持,从而可提高第二铰接座与刷柄的连接稳固性,也可提高第二铰接座摆动的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,所述罩体上开设有供所述摆动杆穿过的通孔。
此结构,通过通孔的内侧壁可将摆动杆抵挡,从而可限制摆动杆的摆动角度。
在一个实施例中,所述摆动牙刷还包括用于弹性抵推所述摆动杆至初始位置状态的弹性抵推单元,所述弹性抵推单元的一端与所述刷柄抵接,所述弹性抵推单元的另一端与所述摆动座抵接。
此结构,当刷头受外力作用时,刷头带动摆动杆及摆动座实现摆动,此时,弹性抵推单元受力变形。当作用于刷头的外力取消时,弹性抵推单元在回弹力的作用下,可抵推摆动座及摆动杆至初始位置状态,便于后续重复作业。
在一个实施例中,所述弹性抵推单元包括安装于所述固定轴上的固定座、与所述固定座抵接的抵顶座和用于弹性抵推所述抵顶座的弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与所述刷柄抵接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述抵顶座抵接;所述抵顶座远离所述刷柄的侧面为第一平面,所述固定座面向所述抵顶座的侧面为与所述第一平面抵接的第二平面。
此结构,弹性件在回弹力的作用下给予抵顶座回弹力上升,抵顶座在上升的过程抵推固定座,直至第一平面与第二平面贴合,此时,摆动座及摆动杆摆动至初始位置状态。
在一个实施例中,所述刷柄上安装有导向柱,所述弹性件套设于所述导向柱上。
此结构,通过导向柱可实现对弹性件的定位,避免弹性件因位置发生偏移而失效。
在一个实施例中,所述固定座上开设有供所述摆动杆远离所述刷头的一端伸入的容置槽。
此结构,通过容置槽可实现摆动杆与固定座的快速定位安装,效率高。
在一个实施例中,所述刷头上开设有供所述摆动杆远离所述刷柄的一端伸入的定位槽;所述摆动杆上开设有卡槽,所述定位槽的内侧壁上安装有与所述卡槽配合卡合的卡钩。
此结构,通过定位槽可实现摆动杆与刷头的快速定位连接;通过卡钩与卡槽的配合,可提高摆动杆与刷头之间的连接稳固性。

为了方便描述,定义空间上相互垂直的三个坐标轴分别为X轴、Y轴和Z轴,同时,沿X轴的方向为纵向,沿Y轴的方向为横向,沿Z轴方向为竖向;其中X轴与Y轴为同一水平面相互垂直的两个坐标轴,Z轴为竖直方向的坐标轴;X轴、Y轴和Z轴位于空间相互垂直有三个平面分别为XY面、YZ面和XZ面,其中,XY面为水平面,XZ面和YZ面均为竖直面,且XZ面与YZ面垂直。空间中三轴为X轴、Y轴和Z轴,沿空间上三轴移动指沿空间上相互垂直的三轴移动,特指在空间上沿X轴、Y轴和Z轴移动;而平面移动,则为在XY面移动。
请参阅图1至图3,现对本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷进行说明。该摆动牙刷包括刷头1、刷柄2、安装于刷柄2上的摆动座3和连接刷头1与摆动座3的摆动杆4。。摆动座3包括沿第一方向(即图2中的X轴方向,下同)铰接于刷柄2上的第一铰接座31、沿第二方向(即图2中的Y轴方向,下同)铰接于刷柄2上的第二铰接座32和沿第二方向安装于第一铰接座31上的固定轴33。此处,第一铰接座31沿第一方向铰接于刷柄2上,是指第一铰接座31沿第一方向作为转动轴线,可绕第一方向在刷柄2上转动。同理,第二铰接座32沿第二方向作为转动轴线,可绕第二方向在刷柄2上转动。其中,第一方向垂直于第二方向。第二铰接座32位于第一铰接座31的上方,摆动杆4远离刷头1的一端穿过第二铰接座32并套设于固定轴33上。其中,摆动杆4可与Z轴形成一定角度,可绕Z轴实现360°旋转。
此结构,本申请通过将摆动座3设置为沿第一方向铰接于刷柄2上的第一铰接座31和沿第二方向铰接于刷柄2上的第二铰接座32。当刷头1受外力作用时,摆动杆4可带动第一铰接座31沿第一方向实现在刷柄2上的摆动;或者,摆动杆4在固定轴33上沿第二方向摆动,进而可带动第二铰接座32沿第二方向 实现在刷柄2上的摆动。因此,通过第一铰接座31和第二铰接座32的摆动,刷头1可在不同方向外力作用下实现多角度摆动,进而提高刷牙的舒适感。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图6,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,第二铰接座32上开设有供摆动杆4穿过的腰型孔320,腰型孔320的长轴方向沿第二方向设置。此结构,当摆动座3绕第一方向摆动时,腰型孔320可为摆动座3在第二方向上实现避让,从而实现刷头1绕第一方向摆动的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图5、图7和图8,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,第一铰接座31的两端分别安装有第一轴颈311,各第一轴颈311的中轴线沿第一方向设置;刷柄2包括柄本体21和安装于柄本体21上的罩体22,柄本体21上对应于各第一轴颈311的位置处开设有第一凹槽211,罩体22上对应开设有与相应第一凹槽211配合夹持相应第一轴颈311的第二凹槽221。此结构,通过各第一凹槽211与相应第二凹槽221配合将相应第一轴颈311夹持,从而可提高第一铰接座31与刷柄2的连接稳固性,也可提高第一铰接座31摆动的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图7,各第一凹槽211和各第二凹槽221均可为半圆形槽,从而可与呈圆柱体构型的第一轴颈311配合。在一些实施例中,刷柄2的内侧壁上可分别开设有供第一轴颈311伸入的盲孔,也可实现第一铰接座31在刷柄2上的摆动。在另一些实施例中,刷柄2上沿第一方向可安装有安装轴,第一铰接座31可套设安装于该安装轴上,也可实现第一铰接座31的摆动。当然,在其它实施例中,第一铰接座31与刷柄2的连接结构也可以根据实际需要进行调节,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图6至图8,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,第二铰接座32的两端分别安装有第二轴颈321,各第二轴颈321的中轴线沿第二方向设置;柄本体21上对应于各第二轴颈321的位置处开设有第三凹槽212,罩体22上对应开设有与相应第三凹槽212配合夹持相应第二轴颈321的第四凹槽222。此结构,通过各第三凹槽212与相应第四凹槽222配合将相应第二轴颈321夹持,从而可提高第二铰接座32与刷柄2的连接稳固性,也可提高第二铰接座32摆动的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图7,各第三凹槽212和各第四凹槽222均可为半圆形槽,从而可与呈圆柱体构型的第二轴颈321配合。在一些实施例中,刷 柄2的内侧壁上可分别开设有供第二轴颈321伸入的盲孔,也可实现第二铰接座32在刷柄2上的摆动。在另一些实施例中,刷柄2上沿第二方向可安装有安装轴,第二铰接座32可套设安装于该安装轴上,也可实现第二铰接座32的摆动。当然,在其它实施例中,第二铰接座32与刷柄2的连接结构可以根据实际需要进行调节,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图2和图8,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,罩体22上开设有供摆动杆4穿过的通孔220,摆动杆4的外周面与通孔220的内周面间隔设置。此结构,通过通孔220的内侧壁可将摆动杆4抵挡,从而可限制摆动杆4的摆动角度。其中,摆动杆4的摆动角度可以根据摆动杆4的外周面与通孔220的内周面之间的间距进行调节。当该间距较大时,摆动杆4及刷头1的摆动角度也越大;反之,该间距较小时,摆动杆4级刷头1的摆动角度就越小。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图2至图4,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,摆动牙刷还包括用于弹性抵推摆动杆4至初始位置状态的弹性抵推单元5,弹性抵推单元5的一端与刷柄2抵接,弹性抵推单元5的另一端与摆动座3抵接。此结构,当刷头1受外力作用时,刷头1带动摆动杆4及摆动座3实现摆动,此时,弹性抵推单元5受力变形。当作用于刷头1的外力取消时,弹性抵推单元5在回弹力的作用下,可抵推摆动座3及摆动杆4至初始位置状态,便于后续重复作业。其中,摆动座3和摆动杆4的初始位置状态是指刷头1未受外力作用时的位置状态。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3、图4和图9,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,弹性抵推单元5包括安装于固定轴33上的固定座51、与固定座51抵接的抵顶座52和用于弹性抵推抵顶座52的弹性件53,弹性件53的一端与刷柄2抵接,具体是与柄本体21抵接,弹性件53的另一端与抵顶座52抵接;抵顶座52远离刷柄2的侧面为第一平面521,固定座51面向抵顶座52的侧面为与第一平面521抵接的第二平面511。此结构,当摆动杆4通过摆动座3摆动时,可一并带动固定座51摆动,固定座51上的第一平面521与第二平面511呈一定角度分离,此时,固定座51抵推抵顶座52沿Z轴方向下降,弹性件53压缩。当作用于刷头1的外力取消时,弹性件53在回弹力的作用下沿Z轴回弹,并给予抵顶座52上升的回弹力,抵顶座52在上升的过程抵推固定座51, 直至第一平面521与第二平面511贴合,此时,摆动座3及摆动杆4摆动至初始位置状态。
在一些实施例中,弹性抵推单元5也可为一端与柄本体21连接、另一端与摆动座3连接的弹簧或弹片。当然,在其它实施例中,弹性抵推单元5的结构也可以根据实际需要进行调节,在此不作唯一限定。
在一些实施例中,固定座51与摆动杆4可为一体成型,从而便于加工制作。当然,在其它实施例中,固定座51也可与摆动杆4为分体设置,如螺丝锁紧连接,粘接等,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3和图7,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,刷柄2上安装有导向柱213,弹性件53套设于导向柱213上。具体地,导向柱213可安装于柄本体21上。其中,弹性件53可为弹簧。此结构,通过导向柱213可实现对弹性件53的定位,避免弹性件53因位置发生偏移而失效。抵顶座52远离固定座51的一端伸入导向柱213中,从而可实现快速定位装配,效率高。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图4和图9,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,固定座51上开设有供摆动杆4远离刷头1的一端伸入的容置槽512。此结构,通过容置槽512可实现摆动杆4与固定座51的快速定位安装,效率高。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3和图4,作为本申请实施例提供的摆动牙刷的一种具体实施方式,刷头1上开设有供摆动杆4远离刷柄2的一端伸入的定位槽11;摆动杆4上开设有卡槽41,定位槽11的内侧壁上安装有与卡槽41配合卡合的卡钩12。此结构,通过定位槽11可实现摆动杆4与刷头1的快速定位连接;通过卡钩12与卡槽41的配合,可提高摆动杆4与刷头1之间的连接稳固性。

Claims (10)

  1. 摆动牙刷,包括刷头、刷柄、安装于所述刷柄上的摆动座和连接所述刷头与所述摆动座的摆动杆,其特征在于:所述摆动座包括沿第一方向铰接于所述刷柄上的第一铰接座、沿第二方向铰接于所述刷柄上的第二铰接座和沿所述第二方向安装于所述第一铰接座上的固定轴;所述第二铰接座位于所述第一铰接座的上方,所述摆动杆远离所述刷头的一端穿过所述第二铰接座并套设于所述固定轴上,所述第一方向垂直于所述第二方向。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述第二铰接座上开设有供所述摆动杆穿过的腰型孔,所述腰型孔的长轴方向沿所述第二方向设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述第一铰接座的两端分别安装有第一轴颈,各所述第一轴颈的中轴线沿所述第一方向设置;所述刷柄包括柄本体和安装于所述柄本体上的罩体,所述柄本体上对应于各所述第一轴颈的位置处开设有第一凹槽,所述罩体上对应开设有与相应所述第一凹槽配合夹持相应所述第一轴颈的第二凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述第二铰接座的两端分别安装有第二轴颈,各所述第二轴颈的中轴线沿所述第二方向设置;所述柄本体上对应于各所述第二轴颈的位置处开设有第三凹槽,所述罩体上对应开设有与相应所述第三凹槽配合夹持相应所述第二轴颈的第四凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述罩体上开设有供所述摆动杆穿过的通孔。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述摆动牙刷还包括用于弹性抵推所述摆动杆至初始位置状态的弹性抵推单元,所述弹性抵推单元的一端与所述刷柄抵接,所述弹性抵推单元的另一端与所述摆动座抵接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述弹性抵推单元包括安装于所述固定轴上的固定座、与所述固定座抵接的抵顶座和用于弹性抵推所述抵顶座的弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与所述刷柄抵接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述抵顶座抵接;所述抵顶座远离所述刷柄的侧面为第一平面,所述固定座面向所述抵顶座的侧面为与所述第一平面抵接的第二平面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷柄上安装有导向柱,所述弹性件套设于所述导向柱上。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述固定座上开设有供所述摆动杆远离所述刷头的一端伸入的容置槽。
  10. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的摆动牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷头上开设有供所述摆动杆远离所述刷柄的一端伸入的定位槽;所述摆动杆上开设有卡槽,所述定位槽的内侧壁上安装有与所述卡槽配合卡合的卡钩。
