- 몸체 일단부에 형성된 인렛 연결부와, 몸체 타단부에 형성된 아웃렛 연결부 및 몸체 일측에 형성되는 가스 배출구를 구비한 메인 하우징;카트리지 하우징의 단부에 돌출 형성된 시일 마운트와, 다수의 멤브레인을 본체 양측 단부에 포팅시키는 고정층을 구비하며, 상기 메인 하우징의 내부에 설치되는 중공사막 카트리지;상기 메인 하이징의 인렛 연결부에 장착되는 커플링부와, 상기 커플링부의 내측에 형성되는 시일 접지부 및 쿨러를 통하여 건조공기가 내부에 공급되는 메인챔버를 구비하는 인렛 하우징;상기 메인 하우징의 아웃렛 연결부에 장착되는 커플링부와, 수소연료전지 스택으로부터 가스가 제공되는 가스 유입구, 상기 멤브레인을 통하여 형성되는 다습공기가 유동하는 제2 챔버 및 상기 카트리지 하우징의 일측 단부가 결합되는 카트리지 삽입부를 구비하는 아웃렛 하우징;상기 시일 마운트의 외주면에 탄성적으로 접지되는 바디와, 상기 바디부에 대해 탄성적으로 변형되며 상기 시일 접지부에 밀착되는 리브를 구비하는 가변 시일; 및상기 메인챔버와 상기 시일 접지부 사이에 연통되는 배압통로;를 포함하며,상기 건조공기 공급시 상기 배압통로를 통하여 도입되는 상기 메인챔버의 건조공기 압력에 상응하여 상기 시일 접지부에 대한 상기 리브의 접지압력이 증가되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 막가습기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가변 시일은,상기 바디의 일측에 요홈된 제1 그루브와 상기 제1 그루부로부터 이격 형성되며 상기 건조공기 압력을 수용하는 제2 그루브를 구비하며,상기 리브는,소정의 가변 각도를 가지며 상기 제2 그루브로부터 외측으로 벌어지며 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 막가습기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가변 시일은,상기 바디의 일측에 요홈된 제1 그루브와 상기 제1 그루부로부터 이격 형성되며 상기 건조공기 압력을 수용하는 제2 그루브를 구비하며,상기 리브는,소정의 가변 각도를 가지며 상기 제2 그루브로부터 외측으로 벌어지며 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 막가습기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가변 시일이 고무재를 포함하는 탄성부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 막가습기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공사막 카트리지는,상기 카트리지 하우징의 일측 측벽에 형성되는 상류 분배구와 중류 분배구 및 하류 분배구의 배열과,상기 카트리지 하우징의 타측 측벽에 형성되는 상류 토출구와 중류 토출구 및 하류 토출구의 배열을 구비하며,상기 분배구들은 상류로부터 하류로 갈수록 점직적으로 개구면적이 증가되도록 다수의 복층 배열으로 형성되고,상기 토출구들은 하류로부터 상류로 갈수록 점직적으로 개구면적이 증가되도록 다수의 복층 배열으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 막가습기.
