Abstract
Description
回転機械の相対回転する箇所に配置され他の摺動部品と相対摺動し、その摺動面には、被密封流体側または漏れ側の少なくとも一方の空間に連通する流体導入溝と、前記流体導入溝に連通して周方向に延設される動圧発生溝と、が設けられた摺動部品であって、
前記動圧発生溝の両側縁と閉塞縁とは、平面視で湾曲して連続している。
これによれば、動圧発生溝に正圧が発生すると、動圧発生溝の閉塞部において、流体が両側縁と閉塞縁とが連続する湾曲部分に沿って円滑に移動し、閉塞縁とその近傍から摺動面間に流出するため、流体に含まれるコンタミを動圧発生溝の閉塞部で蓄積させることなく、摺動面間に排出することができる。
これによれば、側縁から深さ方向に延びる側面と閉塞縁から深さ方向に延びる閉塞面が湾曲して連続しているため、動圧発生溝の閉塞部の深さ方向に亘って流体を円滑に移動させることができる。
これによれば、コンタミを1つの曲率の曲面に沿って円滑に移動させることができる。

Claims (6)
- 回転機械の相対回転する箇所に配置され他の摺動部品と相対摺動し、その摺動面には、被密封流体側または漏れ側の少なくとも一方の空間に連通する流体導入溝と、前記流体導入溝に連通して周方向に延設される動圧発生溝と、が設けられた摺動部品であって、
前記動圧発生溝の両側縁と閉塞縁とは、平面視で湾曲して連続している摺動部品。 - 前記側縁から深さ方向に延びる側面と前記閉塞縁から深さ方向に延びる閉塞面が湾曲して連続している請求項1に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記両側面と前記閉塞面とが平面視で曲率半径を有する曲面により連続している請求項2に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記閉塞面は、曲率半径を有する曲面である請求項2に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記動圧発生溝を構成する底面と前記閉塞面とは断面視で湾曲して連続している請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の摺動部品。
- 前記流体導入溝は前記被密封流体側の空間に連通しており、前記摺動面には、前記漏れ側の空間に連通し、前記被密封流体側の空間に連通しないスパイラル溝が設けられている請求項1に記載の摺動部品。
