- the inner ring body 171 is arranged parallel to the needle roller disc 16 , and the inner ring body 171 is used to carry the needle roller disc 16 .
- the surface of the inner ring body 171 facing the needle roller disc 16 is flat, so the needle rollers of the needle roller disc 16 and the inner ring body 171 maintain linear contact and resistance.
- the top plate 13 rotates, because the needle rollers of the top plate 13 and the needle plate 16 are pressed against each other, the top plate 13 drives the needle rollers to rotate, and the needle rollers rotate, and the smaller force generated between the needle rollers and the pressure plate 17 Rolling friction force, the rolling friction force is not enough to make the pressure plate 17 rotate, and the pressure plate 17 remains stable. Moreover, the frictional resistance of rotating the top plate 13 is greatly reduced, which facilitates the rotating operation of the top plate 13 .
- the outer ring body 172 is provided with an inclined surface 173 , and the inclined surface 173 is bent toward the chassis 11 .
- the inclined surface 173 is used to press the hinged end 21 of the rib 20 , and the hinged end 21 moves along the inclined surface 173 .
- the hinged end 21 of the rib 20 is in line contact with the slope 173 of the outer ring body 172 .
- the top plate 13 When the top plate 13 is rotating, the top plate 13 moves up and down, and there is pressure between the top plate 13 and the hinged end 21 of the rib 20 . Then, the pressure point between the inclined surface 173 and the hinged end 21 is the stress point, and the hinged end 21 takes the pivot 24 as the rotation axis. Therefore, the hinged end 21 is pressed by the outer ring body 172 to form a moment capable of rotating the hinged end 21 .
- the needle roller plate 16 can evenly transmit the pressure of the top plate 13 to the pressure plate 17, so the pressure on the pressure plate 17 is also evenly distributed.
- the pressure plate 17 can also press the hinged ends 21 of the ribs relatively evenly, so that the pressure on the hinged ends 21 of each rib 20 is relatively uniform, and the rotation of multiple ribs remains consistent.
- the chuck assembly 10 of the reflector further includes auxiliary pins 50 , auxiliary holes are provided on the outer surfaces of the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 11 , and the auxiliary pins 50 are correspondingly inserted into the auxiliary holes.
- First auxiliary holes 1390 are respectively defined on the outer surface of the top plate 13 .
- a second auxiliary hole 119 is defined on the outer surface of the chassis 11 . Both the first auxiliary hole 1390 and the second auxiliary hole 119 can be inserted into the auxiliary pin 50, and the auxiliary pin 50 can be conveniently held by the operator. The operator holds one auxiliary pin 50 respectively, and exerts force at the same time, the auxiliary pin 50 can increase the moment of the rotational force, so that the top plate 13 can be relatively rotated conveniently.
- auxiliary holes 1390 is defined on the outer wall of the boss 132 of the top plate 13 .
- a second auxiliary hole 119 is defined on an outer wall of the hinge portion of the chassis 11 .
- first auxiliary holes 1390 and second auxiliary holes 119 there may be multiple first auxiliary holes 1390 and second auxiliary holes 119 respectively.
- the operator can choose according to the convenience of use, and select two of the first auxiliary hole positions 1390 and the second auxiliary hole positions 119 , and the auxiliary hole positions with a relatively convenient operating distance are selected for operation.
- the auxiliary hole position enhances the convenience of operation and is more humanized.
- the central angle corresponding to the first auxiliary hole position 1390 and the second auxiliary hole position 119 should be greater than the central angle corresponding to the guide rail 122, so as to ensure the operator's rotation operation and enable the guide shaft 131 of the top plate 13 to move from The first end 1221 of the guide rail 122 moves to the second end 1222, so that a sufficient rotation angle occurs between the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 11, so that the umbrella rib 20 is fully opened.
- the auxiliary pin 50 can be removed from the auxiliary hole without affecting the size and normal use of the chuck assembly 10 .
- Auxiliary pin 50 also can be replaced by common screwdriver, metal bar etc. As long as it can be matched with the auxiliary hole to facilitate the rotation operation of the top plate 13 .
- the guide shaft 131 of the top plate 13 is located at the first end 1221 of the guide rail 122 .
- the top plate 13 is located at the end of the slip ring 12 away from the bottom plate 11 .
- the hinged end 21 of the umbrella rib 20 maintains a vertical initial position, and the contact position between the hinged end 21 and the pressure plate 17 is closer to the outside of the slope 173 .
- the pivot 24 of the hinged end 21 is located at the top of the shaft groove 112 .
- the operator rotates the two auxiliary pins 50 to make the two auxiliary pins approach each other and drive the top plate 13 to rotate.
- the guide shaft 131 moves along the guide rail 122 , and the top plate 13 moves close to the bottom plate 11 .
- the top plate 13 presses the hinge end 21 through the needle plate 16 and the pressure plate 17 .
- the hinged end 21 is affected by a rotational moment, and the hinged end 21 rotates toward the chassis 11 . While the hinged end 21 rotates around the pivot 24, the pivot 24 moves downward along the shaft groove 112, and the contact position between the hinged end 21 and the pressure plate 17 moves from outside to inside along the slope 173 until the rib 20 is fully opened.
- the guide shaft 131 of the top plate 13 moves to the flat section 1223 of the second end 1222 of the guide rail 122 .
- the top plate 13 stops rotating and remains in place.
- the umbrella rib 20 remains open, and the contact position between the hinged end 21 and the pressure plate 17 is closer to the inner side of the pressure plate 17 .
- the pivot 24 of the hinged end 21 is located at the bottom of the shaft groove 112 .
- the flat section 1223 of the second end 1222 of the guide rail 122 can keep the guide shaft 131 positioned, which is beneficial to the positioning of the top plate 13 .
- the operator rotates the two auxiliary pins to keep the two auxiliary pins away from each other and drives the top plate 13 to rotate in reverse.
- the guide shaft 131 moves along the flat section 1223 of the guide rail 122 toward the first end 1221 , and the top plate 13 moves away from the bottom plate 11 .
- the hinged end 21 is reduced by the rotational moment, and the hinged end 21 reversely rotates to the initial position.
- the hinged end 21 rotates in reverse with the pivot 24 as the rotating shaft, the pivot 24 moves upward along the shaft groove 112, and the contact position between the hinged end 21 and the pressure plate 17 moves from inside to outside along the pressure plate 17 until the rib 20 is completely folded .
- the above-mentioned chuck assembly 10 of the reflector can prevent the operator from opening each rib 20 one by one, and the ribs 20 can be opened by turning the top plate 13 . Moreover, when the umbrella rib 20 is folded, the top plate 13 rotates in the opposite direction, so that the limit on the umbrella rib 20 can be released, and the umbrella rib 20 can be folded. Therefore, when using the above-mentioned chuck assembly 10 for the reflector, the operator can avoid complicated and laborious operations, and the operation is simple and easy to use, which improves the convenience of the reflector.
