图1示例性地示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式的弹性垫1,图5示例性地示出了根据本发明的另一种实施方式的弹性垫1,图9示例性地示出了根据本发明的再一种实施方式的弹性垫1。参考图1、图2、图3、图5、图8、图9和图10,本发明提供的弹性垫1包括垫主体2和外罩5,其中,垫主体2包括上下叠置的弹性模组3和至少一个能替换的垫层4;外罩5配置为能够罩住垫主体2,其中,外罩5包括顶面罩体6和通过拆装结构连接的侧围罩体7,拆装结构配置为允许侧围罩体7能够拆装,顶面罩体6覆盖垫主体2的顶面,侧围罩体7围绕垫主体2以覆盖垫主体2的侧面;其中,侧围罩体7和顶面罩体6通过拆装结构连接。
在该技术方案中,由于垫层4能够被替换,同时侧围罩体7通过拆装结构连接,而拆装结构则配置为允许侧围罩体7能够拆装以允许替换垫层4,这样,消费者可以将侧围罩体7拆卸下来以进行清洗,而侧围罩体的拆装则允许将垫层4拆卸下来,然后消费者可以根据自己的实际需求来更换上所需厚度和软硬度的垫层4,以使得弹 性垫1具有所需厚度和软硬度,同时,调整侧围罩体7的高度,以使得侧围罩体7的高度与更换垫层4后的弹性垫1的高度相对应,例如,更换对应高度的洁净的侧围罩体7,并将更换后的侧围罩体7再次通过拆装结构连接,以使得外罩5罩住垫主体2,而更换下来的侧围罩体7则可以清洗,或者,侧围罩体7包括能够折叠和展开的可折叠部,更换垫层4后,可以通过折叠或展开该可折叠部来相应调整侧围罩体7的高度。因此,该弹性垫1中,不同厚度的垫层4配合不同高度的侧围罩体7,可以使得弹性垫1由现有技术的单一不变的厚度和软硬度转变成由消费者根据自己的喜好而可以自由搭配和调整的弹性垫,并且拆装方便,拆开侧围罩体7就可以便捷地更换不同的垫层4以改变弹性垫1的厚度和软硬度,使得同一个弹性垫1可以获得不同的厚度、软硬度和弹性。这样,在不改变弹性模组3和顶面罩体6的前提下,通过搭配不同的垫层4和不同高度的侧围罩体7,就可以便捷得到不同厚度和软硬度的弹性垫1,从而满足不同消费者对弹性垫1厚度、软硬度的个性化需求,提升弹性垫1使用的舒适度和卫生性。
另外,消费者可以单独购买不同厚度和软硬度的垫层4。或者,该弹性垫1自身可以包括多个具有不同厚度和软硬度的垫层4以作为配套附件,当然,在需要更换侧围罩体7,该弹性垫1自身也可以包括与不同的垫层4相对应的多个侧围罩体7以作为配套附件。垫层4可以包括多层具有不同硬度的海绵体并通过无纺布套包裹,多层海绵体可以包括软海绵层、中硬度海绵层和硬海绵层,无纺布套可以打开以调整各个海绵层的顺序,以得到不同硬度的弹性垫层4。或者,垫层4可以包括多层具有不同硬度的海绵体和其他材料层,其他材料层可以包括绒层或乳胶层,绒层可以包括鸭绒层或鹅绒层,并通过无纺布套包裹,多层海绵体可以包括中硬度海绵层和硬海绵层,无纺布套可以打开以调整各个层顺序,以得到不同硬度的弹性垫层。

另外,在该弹性垫1中,拆装结构可以具有多种类型,但需要说明的是,拆装结构不论采用何种类型,只要能够实现侧围罩体7的拆装连接即可。因此,本发明的弹性垫1并不将拆装结构限定为某一种或几种类型。也就是,本发明的弹性垫1包括但并不局限于以下说明的几种类型。例如,拆装结构的一种类型中,拆装结构为拉链结构,拉链结构的一个齿条带可以设置在侧围罩体7上,拉链结构的另一个齿条带和拉锁可以设置在安装基础例如上侧围边沿8或垫主体2或外罩5的其他部分上。这样,通过拉链结构,可以便捷地拆装侧围罩体7以更换不同厚度和软硬度的垫层4。例如,拆装结构的另一种类型中,拆装结构为魔术贴(HOOk&LOOP),魔术贴又称子母扣或粘扣带,魔术贴的一个面带可以设置在侧围罩体7上,魔术贴的另一个面带可以设置在安装基础例如上侧围边沿8或垫主体2或外罩5的其他部分上。这样,通过扯拉和粘接魔术贴,同样可以便捷地拆装侧围罩体7以更换不同厚度和软硬度的垫层4。再例如,拆装结构的其他类型中,拆装结构可以为卡扣连接或纽扣连接,这样,卡扣连接和纽扣连接同样可以便捷地拆装侧围罩体7以更换不同厚度和软硬度的垫层4。
另外,在该弹性垫中,侧围罩体7的多个位置需要通过拆装结构连接,因此,各个位置处的拆装结构可以相同,以可以不同。因此,拆装结构包括拉链结构、魔术贴、卡扣连接和纽扣连接中的至少一者,这样,可以根据侧围罩体7的连接位置而选用相同或不同的拆装结构,以提升侧围罩体7拆装的便捷性。

另外,垫主体2包括位于垫主体最下方的垫层4。这样,最下方的垫层4可以实现弹性垫与架体例如床架或者地面的软性或弹性接触,从而进一步提升该弹性垫的舒适性。
另外,相邻的弹性模组3之间设置有中间隔垫22。这样,多个弹性模组3之间的中间隔垫22能够进一步缓冲相邻的弹性模组3之间的压力,从而进一步提升舒适性。
另外,在该弹性垫中,弹性模组3可以具有多种类型,例如,弹性模组3的一种类型中,弹性模组3可以包括弹簧模组或其他弹性材料模组,其他弹性材料可以为各种硬度的海绵体,或者可以为硅胶体,或者可以为橡胶体。

另外,可选择的实施方式中,中部托层11和侧围罩体7可以通过拆装结构连接。例如,拆装结构为拉链结构时,拉链结构的一部分设置在中部托层11的四周边缘上,拉链结构的另一部分设置在侧围罩体7上。
另外,上条形安装框和下条形安装框可以通过各自的方式连接到中部托层上的上侧表面和下侧表面上,例如通过粘接方式或者超声焊接方式等等。或者,在可选择的实施方式中,为了提升上条形安装框和下方对应的下条形安装框连接的整体性,相对布置的上条形安装框和下条形安装框以及中部托层通过穿过上条形安装框、下条形安装框和中部托层的连接件(未图示)连接。这样,同一连接件将上条形安装、下条形安装框和中部托层连接为整体,从而进一步提升对上弹性模块和下弹性模块支撑的可靠性和整体性。另外,该连接件可以为连接螺钉,例如连接螺钉旋入到上条形安装框并穿过中部托层后继续旋入到下条形安装框内。可选择地,该连接件可以包括插装柱和插装孔,中部托层上形成有连接孔,插装柱可以形成在上条形安装框和下条形安装框的一者上,插装孔可以形成在上条形安装框和下条形安装框的另一者上,插装柱可以穿过中部托层的连接孔上并插装到插装孔内,从而将上条形安装框、下条形安装框和中部托层连接为整体。如果需要,插装柱能够热熔,这样,插装柱在穿过连接孔后进行热熔,随后插装到插装孔内,从而提升插装柱和插装孔配合的可靠性。
另外,中部托层11可以为帆布,或者可以为绗缝布层。
上安装框14的两侧可以分别形成有卡槽,上弹性模块15的一端部的两侧可以分别形成有卡块,卡块可以滑入并卡装在对应的卡槽内,使得上弹性模块15卡装在相邻的上安装框14之间。同理, 下安装框16的两侧可以分别形成有卡槽,下弹性模块17的一端部的两侧可以分别形成有卡块,卡块可以滑入并卡装在对应的卡槽内,使得下弹性模块17卡装在相邻的下安装框16之间。上安装框14和下安装框16可以条形框,相应的,卡槽为条形卡槽。
此外,参考图2,下平衡垫13和底面罩体9之间设置有垫层4,这样,可以实现多个下弹性模块17与架体例如床架或者地面的软性或弹性接触,从而进一步提升该弹性垫的舒适性。
另外,上弹性模块15和下弹性模块17可以为等径柱体,例如可以为圆柱体或方柱体。或者,参考图2所示的,上弹性模块15和下弹性模块17为锥台形,其中,上弹性模块15的大尺寸端和上安装框14连接,上弹性模块15的小尺寸端朝上;下弹性模块17的大尺寸端和下安装框16连接,下弹性模块17的小尺寸端朝下并定位在下平衡垫13的各个定位孔内。这样,锥台形的弹性模块可以提供更稳定的弹性性能,同时,下平衡垫13可以将多个下弹性模块17的小尺寸端约束在一起并限制下弹性模块17的横向运动,从而提升了稳定性。

例如,参考图3,弹性模组3的另一种实施方式中,弹性模组3包括底部托层18、多个弹性模块19和具有定位孔的平衡垫20,其中,底部托层18的上侧表面上设置有多个间隔的安装框21,多个弹性模块19连接在相邻的安装框21之间,平衡垫20铺设在多个弹性模块19上以使得各个弹性模块19的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个弹性模块19在平衡垫20的横向方向上的运动;其中,多个弹性模组3上下叠置并且相邻的弹性模组3之间设置有中间隔垫22。这样,平衡垫20不仅能够约束弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,而且能够便于弹性垫的快速恢复并使得弹性垫具有良好的支撑性能,以提升弹性垫在受到压力时的平稳性、恢复性和支撑性能,因此该弹性垫具有更好的舒适度、支撑性能和卫生性。此外,多个弹性模组3之间的中间隔垫22能够进一步缓冲相邻的弹性模组3之间的压力,从而进一步提升舒适性。另外,该弹性模块19可以具有与上述的上弹性模块15和下弹性模块17相同的结构。为了避免重复,在此不再重复说明,例如,弹性模块19的底座上的卡块可以滑动地卡入到安装框21上对应的卡槽内,从而将弹性模块19可拆卸地安装在可卷绕的底部托层18的安装框21上,弹性模块19可以拆卸下来以压缩或堆叠嵌套在一起,底部托层18则可以带着安装框21卷绕收纳。底部托层18可以为帆布,或者可以为绗缝布层。

另外,在图5-8显示的该弹性垫1中,弹性模组3可以具有多种类型,例如,弹性模组3可以包括弹簧模组或其他弹性材料模组,其他弹性材料可以为各种硬度的海绵体,或者可以为硅胶体,或者可以为橡胶体。
例如,参考图6所示的弹性模组3,图6所示的弹性模组3和图3显示的弹性模组3具有相同结构,因此,在此结合图3以对图6的弹性模组3进行描述。参考图3和图6,每个弹性模组3包括多个弹性模块19和具有定位孔的平衡垫20,其中,每个弹性模块19的底部托层18的上侧表面上设置有多个间隔的安装框21,多个弹性模块19连接在相邻的安装框21之间,平衡垫20铺设在多个弹性模块19上以使得各个弹性模块19的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个弹性模块19在平衡垫20的横向方向上的运动;其中, 相邻的弹性模组3之间设置有中间隔垫22。这样,平衡垫20不仅能够约束弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,而且能够便于弹性垫的快速恢复并使得弹性垫具有良好的支撑性能,以提升弹性垫在受到压力时的平稳性、恢复性和支撑性能,因此该弹性垫具有更好的舒适度、支撑性能和卫生性。此外,多个弹性模组3之间的中间隔垫22能够进一步缓冲相邻的弹性模组3之间的压力,从而进一步提升舒适性。另外,该弹性模块19可以具有与上述的上弹性模块15和下弹性模块17相同的结构。为了避免重复,在此不再重复说明,例如,弹性模块19的底座上的卡块可以滑动地卡入到安装框21上对应的卡槽内,从而将弹性模块19可拆卸地安装在可卷绕的底部托层18的安装框21上,弹性模块19可以拆卸下来以压缩或堆叠嵌套在一起,底部托层18则可以带着安装框21卷绕收纳。
另外,参考图8,由于该侧围罩体7可以具有较高的厚度,因此,该侧围罩体7的外周面的大约中部位置处可以布置有装饰圈,以提升侧围罩体7的美观性。
图9-11显示了该弹性垫1的第三种实施方式,参考图9-11,侧围罩体7包括在弹性垫厚度方向上布置的多个侧围罩带24,例如图11中所示的两个侧围罩带24,或者可以为其他个数比如3个或4个侧围罩带24,其中,相邻的侧围罩带24之间通过拆装结构连接,最下方的侧围罩带24和底部托层18通过拆装结构连接,最上方的侧围罩带24和顶面罩体6通过拆装结构连接。这样,由于将侧围罩体7分隔为多个侧围罩带24,这样,在更换垫层4时,垫主体2的高度将相应变化,此时,就可以增减侧围罩带24的个数,以使得侧围罩带7的使用更具灵活性。
另外,在图9-11显示的该弹性垫1中,弹性模组3可以具有多种类型,例如,弹性模组3可以包括弹簧模组或其他弹性材料模组,其他弹性材料可以为各种硬度的海绵体,或者可以为硅胶体,或者可以为橡胶体。
例如,参考图9所示的弹性模组3,图9所示的弹性模组3和图 3显示的弹性模组3具有相同结构,因此,在此结合图3以对图9的弹性模组3进行描述。参考图3和图9,弹性模组3为多个并且上下叠置,每个弹性模块19包括多个弹性模块19和具有定位孔的平衡垫20,其中,每个弹性模块19的底部托层18的上侧表面上设置有多个间隔的安装框21,多个弹性模块19连接在相邻的安装框21之间,平衡垫20铺设在多个弹性模块19上以使得各个弹性模块19的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个弹性模块19在平衡垫20的横向方向上的运动;其中,相邻的弹性模组3之间设置有中间隔垫22。这样,平衡垫20不仅能够约束弹性模块在横向方向上的运动,而且能够便于弹性垫的快速恢复并使得弹性垫具有良好的支撑性能,以提升弹性垫在受到压力时的平稳性、恢复性和支撑性能,因此该弹性垫具有更好的舒适度、支撑性能和卫生性。此外,多个弹性模组3之间的中间隔垫22能够进一步缓冲相邻的弹性模组3之间的压力,从而进一步提升舒适性。另外,该弹性模块19可以具有与上述的上弹性模块15和下弹性模块17相同的结构。为了避免重复,在此不再重复说明,例如,弹性模块19的底座上的卡块可以滑动地卡入到安装框21上对应的卡槽内,从而将弹性模块19可拆卸地安装在可卷绕的底部托层18的安装框21上,弹性模块19可以拆卸下来以压缩或堆叠嵌套在一起,底部托层18则可以带着安装框21卷绕收纳。
此外,在该弹性垫1的一种实施方式中,侧围罩体7和垫主体2的最下方的垫层4通过拆装结构连接。此时,最下方的垫层4可以具有连接边缘,侧围罩体7的下边缘比如最下方的一个侧围罩带24的下边缘可以和该连接边缘连接。
此外,本发明的弹性垫可以作为床垫、沙发垫或椅子垫。
此外,本发明提供一种家具,该家具包括以上任意所述的弹性垫1。这样,如上所述的,通过该弹性垫,该家具的舒适性和卫生型得到显著提升,从而提升了整体品质。
此外,该家具包括但不限于床、沙发、椅子、沙发床、软包长 凳等。
本发明的保护范围仅由权利要求限定。得益于本发明的教导,本领域技术人员容易认识到可将本发明所公开结构的替代结构作为可行的替代实施方式,并且可将本发明所公开的实施方式进行组合以产生新的实施方式,它们同样落入所附权利要求书的范围内。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫(1)包括:
    垫主体(2),所述垫主体(2)包括上下叠置的弹性模组(3)和至少一个能替换的垫层(4);
    外罩(5),所述外罩(5)配置为能够罩住所述垫主体(2),其中,所述外罩(5)包括顶面罩体(6)和通过拆装结构连接的侧围罩体(7),所述拆装结构配置为允许所述侧围罩体(7)能够拆装,所述顶面罩体(6)覆盖所述垫主体(2)的顶面,所述侧围罩体(7)围绕所述垫主体(2)以覆盖所述垫主体(2)的侧面;
    其中,所述侧围罩体(7)和所述顶面罩体(6)通过所述拆装结构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述侧围罩体(7)包括在所述弹性垫厚度方向上布置的多个侧围罩带,相邻的所述侧围罩带之间通过所述拆装结构连接,其中,至少一个侧围罩带拆卸后,与拆卸的侧围罩带的上下连接边缘在先连接的两个相邻连接边缘能够通过所述拆装结构连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述顶面罩体(6)的边缘向下延伸以形成上侧围边沿(8),所述侧围罩体(7)通过所述拆装结构和所述上侧围边沿(8)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述顶面罩体(6)和所述弹性模组(3)之间设置有所述垫层(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述垫主体(2)包括位于垫主体最下方的所述垫层(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模组(3)为多个。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,相邻的所述弹性模组(3)之间设置有中间隔垫(22)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述拆装结构包括拉链结构、魔术贴、卡扣连接和纽扣连接中的至少一者。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模组(3)包括底部托层(18)、多个弹性模块(19)和具有定位孔的平衡垫(20),其中,所述底部托层(18)的上侧表面上设置有多个间隔的安装框(21),多个所述弹性模块(19)连接在相邻的所述安装框(21)之间,所述平衡垫(20)铺设在多个所述弹性模块(19)上以使得各个所述弹性模块(19)的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个所述弹性模块(19)在所述平衡垫(20)的横向方向上的运动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模组(3)包括中部托层(11)、具有多个定位孔的上平衡垫(12)和具有多个定位孔的下平衡垫(13),其中,
    所述中部托层(11)的上侧表面上设置有多个间隔的上安装框(14),所述中部托层(11)的上侧表面上设置有连接在相邻的所述上安装框(14)之间的多个上弹性模块(15),所述上平衡垫(12)铺设在多个所述上弹性模块(15)上以使得各个所述上弹性模块(15)的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个所述上弹性模块(15)在所述上平衡垫(12)的横向方向上的运动;
    所述中部托层(11)的下侧表面上设置有多个间隔的下安装框(16),所述中部托层(11)的下侧表面上设置有连接在相邻的所 述下安装框(16)之间的多个下弹性模块(17),所述下平衡垫(13)铺设在多个所述下弹性模块(17)的下方以使得各个所述下弹性模块(17)的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个所述下弹性模块(17)在所述下平衡垫(13)的横向方向上的运动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述上弹性模块(15)和所述下弹性模块(17)为锥台形,其中,所述上弹性模块(15)的大尺寸端和所述上安装框(14)连接,所述上弹性模块(15)的小尺寸端朝上;所述下弹性模块(17)的大尺寸端和所述下安装框(16)连接,所述下弹性模块(17)的小尺寸端朝下并定位在所述下平衡垫(13)的各个所述定位孔内。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述外罩(5)包括底面罩体(9),所述垫主体(2)放置在所述底面罩体(9)上以使得所述底面罩体(9)覆盖所述垫主体(2)的底面,所述侧围罩体(7)的上边缘通过所述拆装结构与所述顶面罩体(6)的边缘连接,所述侧围罩体(7)的下边缘通过所述拆装结构与所述底面罩体(9)的边缘连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述底面罩体(9)的边缘向上延伸以形成下侧围边沿(10),所述侧围罩体(7)通过所述拆装结构和所述下侧围边沿(10)连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述底面罩体(9)和所述弹性模组(3)之间设置有所述垫层(4)。
  15. 根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述侧围罩体(7)和所述弹性模组(3)的底部托层(18)通过所述拆装结构连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性模组(3)包括在自身厚度方向上的中层连接边缘(23),所述侧围罩体(7)和所述中层连接边缘(23)通过所述拆装结构连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,多个所述弹性模组(3)上下叠置,除了最下方的所述弹性模组(3)之外,其他上方的所述弹性模组(3)的底部托层(18)的四周边缘作为所述中层连接边缘(23)。
  18. 根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述侧围罩体(7)包括在所述弹性垫厚度方向上布置的多个侧围罩带(24),其中,相邻的所述侧围罩带(24)之间通过所述拆装结构连接,最下方的所述侧围罩带(24)和所述底部托层(18)通过所述拆装结构连接,最上方的所述侧围罩带(24)和所述顶面罩体(6)通过所述拆装结构连接。
  19. 根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述侧围罩体(7)和所述垫主体(2)的最下方的所述垫层(4)通过所述拆装结构连接。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性垫,其特征在于,所述弹性垫为床垫。
  21. 一种家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括权利要求1-20中任意一项所述的弹性垫(1)。
