Description
本申请要求于2021年08月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111016640.8、申请名称为“连接器、其制作方法及相关设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种连接器、其制作方法及相关设备。
随着连接器的应用越来越广泛,对其性能也提出了更高的要求。对于整机结构来说,连接器作为其信号和电流传导的重要部件,其大小决定了整机结构的尺寸大小,故而对于连接器结构的小尺寸要求更为迫切。如何能够在保证连接器具有良好工作性能的基础上,实现连接器的小型化,为业界持续探索的课题。
发明内容
本申请的实施例提供一种连接器、其制作方法及相关设备,能够在保证连接器具有良好工作性能的基础上,实现连接器的小型化,其中,相关设备可以为连接器组件、电子设备、终端及线缆。
本申请第一方面,提供一种连接器,所述连接器包括:
壳体;及
锁持结构,所述锁持结构包括传力臂、悬空设置在所述壳体上的按压体和悬空设置在所述壳体上的第一卡持体,所述传力臂包括固定端、活动端和弯折连接在所述固定端和所述活动端之间的折弯段,所述固定端固定连接至所述壳体,所述活动端与所述按压体连接,所述所述折弯段与所述第一卡持体连接,所述第一卡持体用于在所述按压体受压时被所述折弯段带动而向远离所述壳体的方向移动。
其中,按压体悬空设置在壳体上可理解为按压体在非按压状态下,也即不承受按压力的状态下,与壳体之间无接触关系,且两者之间具有一定距离。应当理解,按压体的悬空设置并不代表按压体与壳体之间时刻无接触关系,例如在按压体承受一定的按压力而向壳体方向运动时,按压体可能会与壳体的外表面接触。而第一卡持体悬空设置在壳体上可理解为第一卡持体与壳体之间在不受力时无接触关系。应当理解,第一卡持体的悬空设置并不代表第一卡持体与壳体之间一直无接触关系,例如在第一卡持体承受一定下压力而向壳体方向运动时,第一卡持体可能会与壳体的外表面接触。
可以理解的是,传力臂的固定端与壳体固定连接,也即为,传力臂的固定端为传力臂中固定不动的端部,为整个传力臂中的定点。而传力臂的活动端与按压体连接,按压体可随施加于其上的按压力而进行运动,故而传力臂的活动端为传力臂中会随按压体的运动而相应进行运动的动点。传力臂的折弯段连接在传力臂的固定端和传力臂的活动端之间,能够作为媒介,而将按压体所受到的按压力传递至固定端,并随按压体的运动而相应的进行运动。
此设置下,按压体在按压力的作用下可进行运动,传力臂具有作为动点的活动端、 作为定点的固定端以及作为传力媒介的折弯段,第一卡持体可受折弯段所传递的力的带动而进行运动,故而传力臂、按压体、第一卡持体可共同构成杠杆结构。使得按压体可作为杠杆结构的主动点,传力臂的固定端可作为杠杆结构的支点,传力臂的折弯段在传力臂的活动端和传力臂的固定端之间的延伸长度可作为杠杆结构的动力臂,传力臂的折弯段的折弯处和第一卡持体可作为杠杆结构的从动点。从而在对按压体施加使按压体下压的按压力时,折弯段的折弯处可被带动而受到上抬的力,使折弯段的折弯处向远离壳体的方向运动。又因折弯段与第一卡持体连接,故而第一卡持体可被折弯段带动而同样受到上抬的力,从而使第一卡持体向远离壳体的方向运动。
应当理解,第一卡持体作为连接器的锁扣结构,需尽可能的靠近连接器与对端连接器插接的一端设置,而又若要按压体、传力臂和第一卡持体所构成的杠杆结构能够实现杠杆原理,需使按压体和第一卡持体位于杠杆结构的两端,故而传力臂的折弯段的折弯为自按压体向传力臂的固定端的反向折弯,此反向可理解为向连接器的插接方向进行折弯。
由此,通过将传力臂进行反向折弯,能够延长力臂的长度,与现有技术的力臂的正向延伸即力臂向与对端连接器的插接方向相反的方向延伸相比,能够在不增大按压力以支持解锁操作的前提下,缩短按压体与传力臂的固定端之间的距离,进而缩短连接器沿其长度方向的整体尺寸,实现连接器在保持现有工作性能的基础上的小型化。
另外,由于连接器与对端连接器插接的一端为连接器需进行配合的一端,此端对于连接器的长度方向的尺寸的影响较小,故而能够在不影响连接器与对端连接器插接配合的前提下,具有较大的结构的操作空间,故而传力臂的反向延长的空间大,可以在不增加连接器尺寸的基础上,进一步增加动力臂的长度,从而能够在同样解锁力作用下,减小人为的按压操作力,使得连接器的解锁操作更为轻松,可靠性佳。
需说明的是,锁持结构的各个部件既可以是通过焊接等方式形成的组装式结构,也可以是通过一体成型工艺而形成的一体式结构,本申请的实施例对此不做严格限制。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述固定端与所述活动端之间的直线距离为第一长度,所述折弯段在所述固定端和所述活动端之间延伸的长度为第二长度,所述第二长度大于所述第一长度。
可以理解的是,第一长度可理解为动力点与支点之间的距离,第二长度为动力臂的长度,第二长度越长,动力臂越长。而在不影响按压的操作力的前提下,动力臂越长,越可以缩短固定端与活动端之间的距离,也即缩短动力点与支点之间的距离,故而与现有技术相比,增加了动力臂的长度,从而可以有效缩短动力点与支点之间的距离,有利于减小连接器沿长度方向的尺寸,实现连接器同样功能下的小型化。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述折弯段包括第一段、第二段和连接在所述第一段和所述第二段之间的第三段,所述第一段与所述活动端连接并向远离所述按压体的方向延伸,所述第二段向靠近所述按压体的方向延伸并与所述固定端连接,所述第一段的长度与所述第二段的长度相同,其中,第一段的长度为第一段沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段的长度为第二段沿其延伸方向的尺寸。由此,固定端与活动端可在第一段与第二段的间隔方向上排列设置,能够使固定端与活动端的相对位置具有多样化的排布形式,灵活性强。
或者,所述第一端与所述第二段的长度不相同,其中,第一段的长度为第一段沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段的长度为第二段沿其延伸方向的尺寸。示例性地,第一段的长度大于第二段的长度。此设置下,固定端与活动端能够错位设置,应当理解,以设置有锁持结构的表面为参考面,在平行于该参考面的平面内的任意方向上,固定端与活动端均错位设置。也即为,在平行于该参考面的平面内的每一个方向上,固定端与活动端均错位设置。示例性地,固定端相对于活动端更靠近壳体的头端设置。
由此,能够使得固定端与活动端之间具有一定间隔距离,使固定端的设置位置不会干涉到按压体带动活动端进行运动的运动空间。也即为,能够将因固定端与活动端之间发生干涉而造成锁持结构失效的可能性降低到最小,使得锁持结构可以实现杠杆结构的原理,即在按压体下压的过程中能够带动第一卡持体上抬以进行解锁操作。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述锁持结构还包括加强肋,所述加强肋设置在所述第一段和所述第三段之间。
示例性地,第二段的高度与第三段的高度相同,第一段的高度可大于第二段和第三段的高度,其中,第一段的高度为第一段垂直于壳体方向上的尺寸,第二段的高度为第二段垂直于壳体方向上的尺寸,第三段的高度为第三段垂直于壳体方向上的尺寸。
可以理解的是,第一段与第三段为传力臂的弯折处,而传力臂的弯折处为传力臂的薄弱环节,易在受力后导致断裂。由此,在第一段与第三段之间设置加强肋,能够因加强肋的存在,而将因第一段与第三段之间的高度差异,而使第一段与第三段之间的连接处易被破坏的问题发生的可能性降低到最小,可以提供良好的支撑作用,增强传力臂整体的结构强度,并使第一段的力能够较为均匀的传递至第三段,可靠性佳。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述固定端呈弧状,此设置下,固定端所受力的均匀性和一致性较好,能够有效将因在折弯段和壳体之间设置尖锐过渡,而导致固定端受力后发生断裂的可能性降低到最小,使得固定端可以起到良好的支撑作用。或者,所述固定端的外表面为斜面,其中,固定端的外表面指的是固定端与按压体相对设置的表面。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一卡持体朝向所述壳体的表面为所述第一卡持体的底面,所述第一卡持体的底面设有收容空间,所述收容空间用于限位对端连接器的第二卡持体。
示例性地,第一卡持体连接至折弯段的弯折处,当按压体受到按压力而下压,也即向壳体的方向运动时,折弯段能够传递按压体所受的力并上抬,也即向远离壳体的方向运动,进而带动第一卡持体上抬,也即向远离壳体的方向运动,使第一卡持体与对端连接器的第二卡持体解锁。
应当理解,收容空间为仅具有开设于第一卡持体底面的开口的容置空间,此设置下,能够通过收容空间的空间容置作用,将对端连接器的第二卡持体限位在其内,并限制对端连接器的第二卡持体沿轴向方向的移动和沿周向方向的转动,由此,第一卡持体能够具有良好的卡持性能,能够保证连接器在与对端连接器锁持时不会出显现断开连接的情况,有利于保证连接器的工作性能,可靠性佳。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述锁持结构还包括滑块和设于所述滑块一端的推杆,所述壳体的外表面设有滑轨,所述滑块与所述滑轨滑动连接,所述推杆用于在所述滑块的 推动下与所述第一卡持体抵持。
由此,在第一卡持体与对端连接器的第二卡持体卡持时,推动滑块使滑块向按压体的方向移动,进而使滑块带动推杆向第一卡持体的方向移动,使得推杆抵持住第一卡持体,限制第一卡持体的运动,进一步保证第一卡持体不会与对端连接器的第二卡持体脱开。此设置下,能够在第一卡持体与对端连接器的第二卡持体的一次锁紧的基础上,增加二次锁紧的结构,有利于进一步增加连接器的锁持性能,连接器的工作可靠性较佳。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述传力臂的数量为两个,分别为第一传力臂和第二传力臂,所述第一传力臂和所述第二传力臂对称设置,所述第一卡持体位于所述第一传力臂和所述第二传力臂之间的间隙区域且与所述第一传力臂和所述第二传力臂均连接。
应当理解,第一传力臂和第二传力臂均包括前文所述的传力臂的各个结构,在此不再赘述。第一传力臂的活动端和第二传力臂的活动端可分别连接至按压体的两侧,以使第一传力臂与第二传力臂对称设置。而第一传力臂和第二传力臂还间隔设置,也即为,第一传力臂和第二传力臂之间具有间隙区域,此间隙区域能够供第一卡持体容置于其内,容置于其内的第一卡持体能够与第一传力臂和第二传力臂均连接。
由此,当连接器需与对端连接器脱开时,按压按压体,按压体向靠近壳体的方向运动,且按压体所承受的按压力一部分能够通过第一传力臂传递至第一卡持体,另一部分能够通过第二传力臂传递至第一卡持体,进而带动第一卡持体向远离壳体的方向运动,使第一卡持体与对端连接器的第二卡持体脱开。
此设置下,相对于一个传力臂的设置,采用双传力臂驱动,传力臂的数量有所增加,而增加的传力臂可以使按压体的力更为便捷的传递至第一卡持体,能够有效减少人为解锁力,使得第一卡持体的解锁操作更为轻松。对称设置的形态还可以使力较为均匀的分布在第一传力臂和第二传力臂上,更能保持锁持结构的一致性和稳定性,且结构较为美观大方。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述折弯段包括第一段、第二段和连接在所述第一段和所述第二段之间的第三段,所述第一段与所述活动端连接并沿逆时针方向延伸,所述第二段沿顺时针方向延伸并与所述固定端连接,所述第三段与所述第一段与所述第二段均呈夹角设置,所述第一段、所述第二段和所述第三段配合使所述传力臂呈弧状。
具体为,第一段的长度大于第二段的长度,其中,第一段的长度为第一段沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段的长度为第二段沿其延伸方向的尺寸。由此,通过各个段之间的连接能够使得传力臂形成回环曲折的延伸路径,能够最大限度的延长力臂的长度,并在同样锁持力作用下,减小人为操作力,使得连接器的解锁操作更为轻松。
示例性地,第一卡持体可连接至第三段的外侧,第三段的外侧为第三段朝向按压体的一侧。或者,第二卡持体可连接至第三段的内侧,第三段的内侧为第三段远离按压体的一侧。或者,第二卡持体可连接至第三段的底面,可根据需要对第二卡持体的位置进行选取,本申请的实施例对此不做严格限制。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述传力臂的数量为两个,分别为第一传力臂和第二传力臂,所述第一传力臂的第一段与所述第二传力臂的第一段连接以形成外圆结构,所述第一传力臂的第二段与所述第二传力臂的第二段连接以形成被所述外圆结构包围的内圆结 构,所述第一传力臂的第三段与所述第二传力臂的第三段连接以形成连接在所述外圆结构和所述内圆结构之间的连接结构。
应当理解,第一传力臂和第二传力臂均包括前文所述的传力臂的各个结构,在此不再赘述。第一传力臂的活动端和第二传力臂的活动端可分别连接至按压体的两侧,以使第一传力臂与第二传力臂对称设置。
由此,当连接器需与对端连接器脱开时,按压按压体,按压体向靠近壳体的方向运动,且按压体所承受的按压力一部分能够通过第一传力臂传递至第一卡持体,另一部分能够通过第二传力臂传递至第一卡持体,进而带动第一卡持体向远离壳体的方向运动,使第一卡持体与对端连接器的第二卡持体脱开。
此设置下,相对于一个传力臂的设置,采用双传力臂驱动,传力臂的数量有所增加,而增加的传力臂可以使按压体的力更为便捷的传递至第一卡持体,能够有效减少人为解锁力,使得第一卡持体的解锁操作更为轻松。对称设置的形态所构成的圆形还可以使力较为均匀的分布在第一传力臂和第二传力臂上,更能保持锁持结构的一致性和稳定性,且结构较为美观大方。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一卡持体设于所述连接结构的底部,或者,所述第一卡持体设于所述连接结构长度方向上两端中的任意一端。
由此,可根据不同的应用场景而相应选择第一卡持体的排布位置,第一卡持体的位置排布灵活性较佳。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述按压体受按压的表面为平面或曲面。
可以理解的是,按压体受按压的表面为按压体的接触面,其会与工作人员的手部直接接触而承受工作人员施加于其上的按压力,故而需使按压体的接触面更易承受工作人员所施加的按压力。
示例性地,按压体的接触面凹设有多个凹部,多个凹部中任意相邻两个凹部均间隔设置。由此,能够使得按压体的接触面呈现波浪状的起伏形态,也即为,能够使按压体的接触面呈曲面,此设置下,能够增加按压体受按压的表面的粗糙度,使得工作人员的手部在向按压体施加按压力的时候,不易从按压体上滑脱,有利于保证第一卡持体顺利完成解锁操作。
或者,按压体的接触面为平面。也即为,按压体受按压的表面为平面。由此,能够以较大的接触面积与工作人员的手部接触,保证工作人员施加按压力时手部可以更全面的接触到按压体,有利于保证第一卡持体顺利完成解锁操作。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述按压体包括第一部分和用于受按压的第二部分,所述第一部分与所述传动臂的活动端连接,所述第二部分与所述第一部分弯折连接,所述第二部分具有弹性。
其中,第二部分与第一部分弯折连接,可理解为第一部分与第二部分呈夹角设置,夹角的角度范围可以在0°~180°之间(包括端点值0°和180°)。
可以理解的是,按压体的第一部分为按压体中会与传力臂的活动端连接的部分,按压体的第二部分为按压体中能够承受按压的部分。通过将按压体设置为第一部分和第二部分,能够根据其各自功能的不同而将按压体划分为不同的功能区间,而将第二部分设 置为弹性,能够使得第二部分在受压后回弹,具有良好的回复力。例如,第一部分可以为刚性结构,也可以为具有弹性的结构,按压体的两部分可以是独立结构并通过焊接等方式连接在一起,也可以是一体成型的工艺设计。当然,需说明的是,按压体的第一部分也可承受按压力,对此不做严格限制。
示例性地,第二部分受按压的表面为平面。或者,第二部分受按压的表面为弧面,弧面形态贴合手指的形态,能够减轻工作人员在按压按压体时的疼痛感,具有良好的使用体验和人体工学体验。

第二方面,本申请还提供一种连接器组件,所述连接器组件包括对端连接器和如上所述的连接器,所述对端连接器与所述连接器插接以实现所述对端连接器和所述连接器的电连接。
可以理解的是,当连接器与对端连接器插接而彼此导通时,能够实现连接器组件的完整功能,也即为,能够实现连接器和对端连接器之间电信号的导通。而连接器和对端连接器中,一个可以为公端连接器,另一个可以为母端连接器,其中,公端连接器可理解为插头,其连接主体可以为雷达模块。母端连接器可理解为插座,其连接主体可以为线缆,线缆可连接至主板,以将雷达信号传输至主板。
第三方面,本申请还提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括如上所述的连接器。
其中,电子设备可以为但不限于为如UPS(Uninterruptable Power System,不间断电源)等电源类设备,或者如城域路由器、中心路由器等电信机房类设备,也可以为如数据中心服务器、数据中心交换机等IT计算机房类设备,也可以为如MDC(Mobile Data Center,移动数据中心)等车载类设备、线缆和传感器。

和/或:仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。

连接:应做广义理解,例如,A与B连接,可以是A与B直接相连,也可以是A与B通过中间媒介间接相连。
套筒状:套在长条状物体的外表面,起保护、加强固定或连接作用,具有套筒状的元件包括筒状(或管状)外壳,外壳内部为中空空间,筒状(或管状)外壳的两个端面均设开口,长条状物体可以通过这两个开口进入或穿过套筒状元件。套筒状元件包括两 个端面和连接在两个端面之间的外表面(也可称为外周面)。
下面将结合附图,对本申请的具体实施方式进行清楚地描述。
随着连接器的应用越来越广泛,对其性能也提出了更高的要求。对于整机结构来说,连接器作为其信号和电流传导的重要部件,其大小决定了整机结构的尺寸大小,因此对于连接器结构的小尺寸的要求更为迫切。
可以理解的是,如图1所示,a点为支点,b点为端部施力点,c点为活动点,当在端部施力点处向下施加压力,c点就会被带动而向上移动,进而实现解锁。为在较小力的作用下实现解锁,必须保证a点和b点之间具有一定距离。然而,若缩短a点和b点之间的距离以减小连接器长度方向的整体尺寸,就会导致按压b点所需的按压力过大而导致无法正常按压解锁。
基于此,请结合参阅图2、图3、图4、图5和图6,本申请的实施例提供一种连接器100、应用连接器100的连接器组件300、应用连接器100的电子设备400、应用连接器100的线缆,应用电子设备400的终端,应用连接器组件300的电动车1000,能够在保证连接器100具有良好工作性能的基础上,实现连接器100的小型化。
其中,电子设备400可以为但不限于为如UPS(Uninterruptable Power System,不间断电源)等电源类设备,或者如城域路由器、中心路由器等电信机房类设备,也可以为如数据中心服务器、数据中心交换机等IT计算机房类设备,也可以为如MDC(Mobile Data Center,移动数据中心)等车载类设备,还可以为线缆或传感器。
示例性地,线缆的一端可以包括连接器100,连接器100用于与对端连接器200插接,以实现电信号的导通,线缆的另一端可以连接至主板,以将电信号传输至主板。
电子设备400还可应用至FFTx系统,FFTx系统可以为但不仅限于为FFTH(fiber to the home,光纤到户)、FFTC(fiber to the curb,光纤到路边)、FTTP(fiber to the premises,光纤到驻地)、FTTN(fiber to the node or neighborhood,光纤到节点)、FTTO(fiber to the office,光纤到办公室)、FTTSA(fiber to the servicearea,光纤到服务区)。
需说明的是,电子设备400即可以包括连接器100,也可以包括连接器组件300。当电子设备400包括连接器100时,可通过与设置于其他设备上的对端连接器的连接而实现电子设备400与其他设备的连接。当电子设备包括连接器组件300时,连接器组件300可连接在电子设备400内的各个装置/模块之间,以实现各装置/模块的电连接。
示例性地,请参阅图2,电子设备400可包括外壳410和设置于外壳410内部的连接器组件300。连接器组件300作为信号和电流传导的重要部件,其可连接在电子设备400的各个模块之间,以实现各模块之间光信号/电信号的传递。或者,连接器组件300也可连接在电子设备400的主板和各装置之间,以实现主板与各装置之间电信号的传递。
需说明的是,图2的目的仅在于示意性的描述外壳410和连接器组件300的连接关系,并非是对各个设备的连接位置、具体构造及数量做具体限定。而本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备400的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备400可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
而终端可以为但不仅限于为上述电子设备所列举出的各项设备,当然,终端还可以 为车,以应用于智能驾驶或自动驾驶。
电动车1000可以为但不仅限于为纯电动车辆(Pure Electric Vehicle/Battery Electric Vehicle,PEV/BEV)、混合动力车辆(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,HEV)、增程式电动车辆(Range Extended Electric Vehicle,REEV)、插电式混合动力车辆(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle,PHEV)、新能源车辆(New Energy Vehicle)。
示例性地,请结合参阅图3,电动车1000可包括主板、雷达模块和连接器组件300。连接器组件300连接在主板和雷达模块之间,以将雷达信号传输至主板而对雷达所接收的信号进行分析。
需说明的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电动车1000的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电动车1000可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
请结合参阅图4、图5和图6,连接器组件300包括连接器100和对端连接器200。当连接器100与对端连接器200插接而彼此导通时,能够实现连接器组件300的完整功能,也即为,能够实现连接器100和对端连接器200之间电信号的导通。
可以理解的是,连接器100和对端连接器200中,一个可以为公端连接器,另一个可以为母端连接器,其中,公端连接器可理解为插头,其连接主体可以为雷达模块。母端连接器可理解为插座,其连接主体可以为线缆,线缆可连接至主板,以将雷达信号传输至主板。
如下将结合图4、图5、图6-图21,以连接器100为母端连接器,对端连接器200为公端连接器为例进行说明,但应当理解,并不以此为限。
请参阅图4和图6,对端连接器200包括外壳210和第二卡持体220。第二卡持体220设于外壳210的外表面,第二卡持体220可用于与连接器100的第一卡持体卡持而实现对端连接器200与连接器100的锁持,或者,第二卡持体220可用于与连接器100的第一卡持体脱开而实现对端连接器200与连接器100的解锁。也即为,第二卡持体220能够作为对端连接器200中的锁紧结构,实现对端连接器200与连接器100的锁紧和解锁,保证对端连接器200与连接器100在插接过程中不会断开。示例性地,第二卡持体220可以为设置在外壳210的外表面的凸起结构。
第二卡持体220包括沿对端连接器200轴向方向设置的第一表面221和第二表面222,其中,对端连接器200的轴向方向可理解为对端连接器200的中心轴线所在的方向,等同于对端连接器200的插接方向。第一表面221为与连接器100插接时,第二卡持体220中预先会接触到第一卡持体的表面,第二表面222为与连接器100锁紧时,第二卡持体220中最终会与第一卡持体抵持的表面。
一种可能的实施方式中,第二卡持体220的截面形状呈梯形。具体而言,第一表面221为斜面,也即为,第一表面221的延伸方向与对端连接器200的轴向方向呈夹角设置,其中,夹角的角度范围可以在0°~90°的范围内(包括端点值0°和90°)。通过将第一表面221设置为斜面,能够使第二卡持体220触碰到连接器100的第一卡持体时,以较小的力驱使第一卡持体张开,进而使第一卡持体与第二卡持体220卡持。第二表面222 为平面,也即为,第二表面222的延伸方向与对端连接器200的轴向方向垂直设置。此设置下,能够使得第二卡持体220与连接器100的第一卡持体稳定抵持,有利于提高对端连接器200整体的锁紧性能。
请结合参阅图4、图5和图7,连接器100包括壳体10、外围板20和锁持结构30。其中,连接器100既可以是电源连接器、也可以是高速连接器,也可以是高低速混合连接器,也可以是航空连接器,还可以是光纤连接器等,本申请的实施例中,对于连接器的具体实现形式不做严格限制。
壳体10可理解为连接器100的外壳结构,通过设置壳体10,能够为连接器100的内部连接用部件提供收容空间,保护连接器100的内部连接用部件免受外部环境的侵蚀和剐蹭,具有良好的保护作用。壳体10包括头端11和尾端12以及连接在头端11和尾端12之间的外表面13,头端11可理解为连接器100中将与对端连接器200进行插接的一端,尾端12可理解为连接器100中将与连接对象(如线缆)连接的一端,壳体10的外表面即为壳体10的周向方向上显露在外部环境的表面,亦可理解为壳体10的外周面。
外围板20连接至壳体10的头端11,并将壳体10的头端11包围于其内。换言之,外围板20环绕设置于壳体10的头端11的外围。可以理解的是,壳体10的头端11为将与连接器100插接的一端,为壳体10的重要部分,设置外围板20并使外围板20将壳体10的头端11包饶于其内,有利于保护壳体10的头端11不受外部环境因素的干扰,能够为壳体10提供良好的保护作用。另外,外围板20与壳体10之间还具有间隙,间隙能够供设置在壳体10的外表面的部件容置于其内,以通过外围板20的遮挡,为设置在壳体10的外表面13的部件提供一定的保护作用,可靠性佳。
锁持结构30连接至壳体10的外表面13,且锁持结构30的至少部分位于壳体10与外围板20之间的间隙内,以通过外围板20的遮挡,而将外部环境因素对锁持结构30造成损坏的可能性降低到最小,为锁持结构30提供良好的保护作用。
请结合参阅图5、图7和图8,锁持结构30包括传力臂31、悬空设置在壳体10上的按压体32和悬空设置在壳体10上的第一卡持体33。示例性地,按压体32和第一卡持体33可具有弹性。
其中,按压体32悬空设置在壳体10上可理解为按压体32在非按压状态下,也即不承受按压力的状态下,与壳体10之间无接触关系,且两者之间具有一定距离。应当理解,按压体32的悬空设置并不代表按压体32与壳体10之间时刻无接触关系,例如在按压体32承受一定的按压力而向壳体10方向运动时,按压体32可能会与壳体10的外表面13接触。而第一卡持体33悬空设置在壳体10上可理解为第一卡持体33与壳体10之间在不受力时无接触关系。应当理解,第一卡持体33的悬空设置并不代表第一卡持体33与壳体10之间一直无接触关系,例如在第一卡持体33承受一定下压力而向壳体10方向运动时,第一卡持体33可能会与壳体10的外表面13接触。
需说明的是,锁持结构30的各个部件既可以是通过焊接等方式形成的组装式结构,也可以是通过一体成型工艺而形成的一体式结构,本申请的实施例对此不做严格限制。
具体而言,传力臂31包括固定端311、活动端312和弯折连接在固定端311和活动端312之间的折弯段313,固定端311固定连接至壳体10,活动端312与按压体32连接, 折弯段313与第一卡持体33连接,第一卡持体33用于在按压体32受压时被折弯段313带动而向远离壳体10的方向移动,以与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220解锁。
可以理解的是,传力臂31的固定端311与壳体10固定连接,也即为,传力臂31的固定端311为传力臂31中固定不动的端部,为整个传力臂31中的定点。而传力臂31的活动端312与按压体32连接,按压体32可随施加于其上的按压力而进行运动,故而传力臂31的活动端312为传力臂31中会随按压体32的运动而相应进行运动的动点。传力臂31的折弯段313连接在传力臂31的固定端311和传力臂31的活动端312之间,能够作为媒介,而将按压体32所受到的按压力传递至固定端311,并随按压体32的运动而相应的进行运动。
此设置下,按压体32在按压力的作用下可进行运动,传力臂31具有作为动点的活动端312、作为定点的固定端311以及作为传力媒介的折弯段313,第一卡持体33可受折弯段313所传递的力的带动而进行运动,故而传力臂31、按压体32、第一卡持体33可共同构成杠杆结构。使得按压体32可作为杠杆结构的主动点,传力臂31的固定端311可作为杠杆结构的支点,传力臂31的折弯段313在传力臂31的活动端312和传力臂31的固定端311之间的延伸长度可作为杠杆结构的动力臂,传力臂31的折弯段313的折弯处和第一卡持体33可作为杠杆结构的从动点。从而在对按压体32施加使按压体32下压的按压力时,折弯段313的折弯处可被带动而受到上抬的力,使折弯段313的折弯处向远离壳体10的方向运动。又因折弯段313与第一卡持体33连接,故而第一卡持体33可被折弯段313带动而同样受到上抬的力,从而使第一卡持体33脱开第二卡持体220,完成与第二卡持体220的解锁操作。
应当理解,第一卡持体33作为连接器100的锁扣结构,需尽可能的靠近连接器100与对端连接器200插接的一端设置,而又若要按压体32、传力臂31和第一卡持体33所构成的杠杆结构能够实现杠杆原理,需使按压体32和第一卡持体33位于杠杆结构的两端,故而传力臂31的折弯段313的折弯为自按压体32向传力臂31的固定端311的反向折弯,此反向可理解为向连接器100的插接方向进行折弯。
由此,通过将传力臂31进行反向折弯,能够延长力臂的长度,与现有技术的力臂的正向延伸即力臂向与对端连接器200的插接方向相反的方向延伸相比,能够在不增大按压力以支持解锁操作的前提下,缩短按压体32与传力臂31的固定端311之间的距离,进而缩短连接器100沿其长度方向的整体尺寸,实现连接器100在保持现有工作性能的基础上的小型化。
另外,由于连接器100与对端连接器200插接的一端为连接器100需进行配合的一端,此端对于连接器100的长度方向的尺寸的影响较小,故而能够在不影响连接器100与对端连接器200插接配合的前提下,具有较大的结构的操作空间,故而传力臂31的反向延长的空间大,可以在不增加连接器100尺寸的基础上,进一步增加动力臂的长度,从而能够在同样解锁力作用下,减小人为的按压操作力,使得连接器100的解锁操作更为轻松,可靠性佳。
请参阅图9,定义固定端311与活动端312之间的直线距离为第一长度,折弯段313在固定端311和活动端312之间延伸的长度为第二长度,第二长度大于第一长度。可以 理解的是,第一长度可理解为动力点与支点之间的距离,第二长度为动力臂的长度,第二长度越长,动力臂越长。而在不影响按压的操作力的前提下,动力臂越长,越可以缩短固定端311与活动端312之间的距离,也即缩短动力点与支点之间的距离,故而与现有技术相比,增加了动力臂的长度,从而可以有效缩短动力点与支点之间的距离,有利于减小连接器100沿长度方向的尺寸,实现连接器100同样功能下的小型化。
而弯折连接在活动端312和固定端311之间的折弯段313,其折弯次数不做限制,也即其既可以折弯一次,也可以折弯多次,可根据实际情况进行折弯。而折弯段313弯折所形成的延伸路径可以包括弧形、波浪形、直角形、蛇形、回字形、螺旋形等一种或多种的组合。应当理解,折弯段313弯折所形成的延伸路径并不局限于上述所列举的几种情况,还可以是直线形和弧形的组合形状,或是直线形和波浪形的组合形式等。弯折延伸所形成延伸路径均在本申请实施例所请求保护的范围内,对此不做严格限制。
请结合参阅图5、图7和图8,第一卡持体33连接至折弯段313,并能够跟随折弯段313的运动而运动。示例性地,第一卡持体33连接至折弯段313的弯折处,当按压体32受到按压力而下压,也即向壳体10的方向运动时,折弯段313能够传递按压体32所受的力并上抬,也即向远离壳体10的方向运动,进而带动第一卡持体33上抬,也即向远离壳体10的方向运动,使第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220解锁。
一种可能的实施方式中,如图10所示,第一卡持体33朝向壳体10的表面为第一卡持体33的底面331,第一卡持体33的底面331设有收容空间,收容空间用于限位对端连接器200的第二卡持体220。
应当理解,收容空间为仅具有开设于第一卡持体33底面331的开口的容置空间,此设置下,能够通过收容空间的空间容置作用,将对端连接器200的第二卡持体220限位在其内,并限制对端连接器200的第二卡持体220沿轴向方向的移动和沿周向方向的转动,由此,第一卡持体33能够具有良好的卡持性能,能够保证连接器100在与对端连接器200锁持时不会出显现断开连接的情况,有利于保证连接器100的工作性能,可靠性佳。
另一种可能的实施方式中,如图11所示,第一卡持体33设有沿第一卡持体33的高度方向贯穿第一卡持体33的卡持槽332,卡持槽332用于限位对端连接器200的第二卡持体220,其中,第一卡持体33的高度方向为垂直于第一卡持体33的底面的方向。
又一种可能的实施方式中,如图12所示,第一卡持体33为实心结构,第一卡持体33包括抵持面333,通过抵持面333与第二卡持体220的第二表面222面面接触,而使第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220形成稳固的卡持关系。
如下将通过两个具体的实施例来对锁持结构30的实施可能性进行描述。
第一实施例:
请结合参阅图7和图8,本实施例中,按压体32受按压的表面为按压体32的接触面321,其会与工作人员的手部直接接触而承受工作人员施加于其上的按压力,故而需使按压体32的接触面321更易承受工作人员所施加的按压力。
一种可能的实施方式中,如图7所示,按压体32的接触面321凹设有多个凹部,多个凹部中任意相邻两个凹部均间隔设置。由此,能够使得按压体32的接触面321呈现波 浪状的起伏形态,也即为,能够使按压体32的接触面321呈曲面,此设置下,能够增加按压体32受按压的表面的粗糙度,使得工作人员的手部在向按压体32施加按压力的时候,不易从按压体32上滑脱,有利于保证第一卡持体33顺利完成解锁操作。
另一种可能的实施方式中,按压体32的接触面321为平面。也即为,按压体32受按压的表面为平面。由此,能够以较大的接触面321积与工作人员的手部接触,保证工作人员施加按压力时手部可以更全面的接触到按压体32,有利于保证第一卡持体33顺利完成解锁操作。
请继续参阅图7和图8,传力臂31连接在按压体32和壳体10之间。具体而言,传力臂31的活动端312连接至按压体32,传力臂31的活动端312悬空设置在壳体10上方。由此,传力臂31的活动端312能够跟随按压体32的运动而运动,从而在按压体32受到按压力而下压时,传力臂31的活动端312也会被带动而具有向下运动的趋势,其中,向下运动指的是向靠近壳体10的方向运动。
传力臂31的固定端311固定连接至壳体10,以使锁持结构30能够具有固定不动的定点。示例性地,在连接器100的长度方向上,传力臂31的固定端311可与按压体32之间具有间隙,其中,连接器100的长度方向指的是壳体10的头端11到尾端12的方向。由此,在按压体32受按压力进行下压操作时,传力臂31的固定端311与按压体32之间能够具有独立的操作空间,不会因两者发生干涉而造成按压体32无法进行按压操作,进而导致第一卡持体33无法进行解锁操作的问题发生,连接器100的工作可靠性佳。
一种可能的实施方式中,如图7所示,固定端311呈弧状。此设置下,固定端311所受力的均匀性和一致性较好,能够有效将因在折弯段313和壳体10之间设置尖锐过渡,而导致固定端311受力后发生断裂的可能性降低到最小,使得固定端311可以起到良好的支撑作用。
另一种可能的实施方式中,固定端311的外表面13为斜面,其中,固定端311的外表面13指的是固定端311与按压体32相对设置的表面。
请继续参阅图7和图8,传力臂31的折弯段313弯折连接在传力臂31的活动端312和传力臂31的固定端311之间。折弯段313包括第一段314、第二段315和连接在第一段314和第二段315之间的第三段316,第一段314与活动端312连接并向远离按压体32的方向延伸,第二段315向靠近按压体32的方向延伸并与固定端311连接,第三段316与第一段314和第二段315均呈夹角设置,其中,夹角的角度范围可以在0°~180°的角度范围内(包括端点值0°和180°)。示例性地,折弯段313的延伸形态可大体呈“U”形。
一种可能的实施方式中,第一段314的长度与第二段315的长度相同,其中,第一段314的长度为第一段314沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段315的长度为第二段315沿其延伸方向的尺寸。由此,固定端311与活动端312可在第一段314与第二段315的间隔方向上排列设置,能够使固定端311与活动端312的相对位置具有多样化的排布形式,灵活性强。
另一种可能的实施方式中,第一段314与第二段315的长度不相同,其中,第一段314的长度为第一段314沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段315的长度为第二段315沿其延伸 方向的尺寸。示例性地,第一段314的长度大于第二段315的长度。此设置下,固定端311与活动端312能够错位设置,应当理解,以设置有锁持结构30的表面为参考面,在平行于该参考面的平面内的任意方向上,固定端311与活动端312均错位设置。也即为,在平行于该参考面的平面内的每一个方向上,固定端311与活动端312均错位设置。示例性地,固定端311相对于活动端312更靠近壳体10的头端11设置。
由此,能够使得固定端311与活动端312之间具有一定间隔距离,使固定端311的设置位置不会干涉到按压体32带动活动端312进行运动的运动空间。也即为,能够将因固定端311与活动端312之间发生干涉而造成锁持结构30失效的可能性降低到最小,使得锁持结构30可以实现杠杆结构的原理,即在按压体32下压的过程中能够带动第一卡持体33上抬以进行解锁操作。
请参阅图7,示例性地,第二段315的高度与第三段316的高度相同,第一段314的高度可大于第二段315和第三段316的高度,其中,第一段314的高度为第一段314垂直于壳体10方向上的尺寸,第二段315的高度为第二段315垂直于壳体10方向上的尺寸,第三段316的高度为第三段316垂直于壳体10方向上的尺寸。锁持结构30可还包括加强肋34,加强肋34设置在第一段314和第三段316之间。
可以理解的是,第一段314与第三段316为传力臂31的弯折处,而传力臂31的弯折处为传力臂31的薄弱环节,易在受力后导致断裂。由此,在第一段314与第三段316之间设置加强肋34,能够因加强肋34的存在,而将因第一段314与第三段316之间的高度差异,而使第一段314与第三段316之间的连接处易被破坏的问题发生的可能性降低到最小,可以提供良好的支撑作用,增强传力臂31整体的结构强度,并使第一段314的力能够较为均匀的传递至第三段316,可靠性佳。
本实施例中,传力臂31的数量可以为一个或多个,以下将通过不同的实施方式而对传力臂31的数量的实施可能性进行描述。
一种可能的实施方式中,传力臂31的数量可以为一个。传力臂31的活动端312可连接至按压体32的任意位置,例如,传力臂31的活动端312可连接至按压体32的中部位置,以使传力臂31大体位于按压体32的中部位置。第一卡持体33可连接至传力臂31的折弯段313。示例性地,第一卡持体33可连接至第一段314的外侧,或者,第二卡持体220可连接至第二段315的外侧,或者,第二卡持体220可连接至第三段316的外侧,可根据需要对第二卡持体220的位置进行选取,本实施例对此不做严格限制。
另一种可能的实施方式中,如图7、图8和图9所示,传力臂31的数量可以为两个,分别为第一传力臂和第二传力臂,第一传力臂和第二传力臂对称设置,第一卡持体33位于第一传力臂和第二传力臂之间的间隙区域且与第一传力臂和第二传力臂均连接。
应当理解,第一传力臂和第二传力臂均包括前文所述的传力臂31的各个结构,在此不再赘述。第一传力臂的活动端312和第二传力臂的活动端312可分别连接至按压体32的两侧,以使第一传力臂与第二传力臂对称设置。而第一传力臂和第二传力臂还间隔设置,也即为,第一传力臂和第二传力臂之间具有间隙区域,此间隙区域能够供第一卡持体33容置于其内,容置于其内的第一卡持体33能够与第一传力臂和第二传力臂均连接。
由此,当连接器100需与对端连接器200脱开时,按压按压体32,按压体32向靠近 壳体10的方向运动,且按压体32所承受的按压力一部分能够通过第一传力臂传递至第一卡持体33,另一部分能够通过第二传力臂传递至第一卡持体33,进而带动第一卡持体33向远离壳体10的方向运动,使第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220脱开。
此设置下,相对于一个传力臂31的设置,采用双传力臂31驱动,传力臂31的数量有所增加,而增加的传力臂31可以使按压体32的力更为便捷的传递至第一卡持体33,能够有效减少人为解锁力,使得第一卡持体33的解锁操作更为轻松。对称设置的形态还可以使力较为均匀的分布在第一传力臂和第二传力臂上,更能保持锁持结构30的一致性和稳定性,且结构较为美观大方。
请结合参阅图13和图14,本实施例中,壳体10的外表面13设有滑轨40,滑轨40与锁持结构30相对设置,且锁持结构30相对于滑轨40更靠近壳体10的头端11设置。锁持结构30还可包括滑块35和设于滑块35一端的推杆36。滑块35滑动连接至滑轨40,也即为,滑块35能够在滑轨40上滑动,以相对壳体10运动。推杆36的至少部分容置于第一传力臂和第二传力臂之间的间隙区域内,以在滑块35的推动下,能够与第一卡持体33抵持。
需说明的是,滑块35的形状可以是棱台、圆台、矩形体等形状,本实施例对于滑块35的形状不做限制。而为了工作人员手部能够较易推动滑块35,滑块35受推动力的表面还可根据需要而设置为曲面或平面。
示例性地,推杆36可具有一定弹性。如图15所示,在第一卡持体33与第二卡持体220完成锁持后,推杆36可压在第一卡持体33和第二卡持体220的上方,以限制第一卡持体33和第二卡持体220的移动。或者,如图16所示,在第一卡持体33与第二卡持体220完成锁持后,推杆36可压在第二卡持体220背离第一卡持体33的一侧,以限制第一卡持体33和第二卡持体220的移动。或者,如图17所示,在第一卡持体33与第二卡持体220完成锁持后,推杆36可抵持在第一卡持体33的一侧,以限制第一卡持体33和第二卡持体220的移动。
可以理解的是,推杆36不仅位于第一传力臂和第二传力臂之间的间隙区域,推杆36还位于按压部的下方。由此,在第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220卡持时,推动滑块35使滑块35向按压体32的方向移动,进而使滑块35带动推杆36向第一卡持体33的方向移动,使得推杆36抵持住第一卡持体33和/或第二卡持体220,限制第一卡持体33和第二卡持体220的运动,进一步保证第一卡持体33不会与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220脱开。此设置下,能够在第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220的一次锁紧的基础上,增加二次锁紧的结构,有利于进一步增加连接器100的锁持性能,连接器100的工作可靠性较佳。
需说明的是,为避免推杆36的存在使得按压体32无法下压到能够使第一卡持体33脱开对端连接器200的第二卡持体220的程度,当第一卡持体33需与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220脱开时,需先推动滑块35,使滑块35向远离按压体32的方向移动,进而使滑块35带动推杆36向远离第一卡持体33的方向移动,使得推杆36与第一卡持体33脱开,进而再按压按压体32使第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220脱 开。
第二实施例:
可以理解的是,后文的描述中对于锁持结构30的结构上的改进,在不冲突的情况下,均可应用至前述的第一实施例。而在本实施例中,与第一实施例相同的内容不再赘述,与第一实施例不同的内容将在下文详细说明。
请结合参阅图18和图19,按压体32受按压的表面为按压体32的接触面321,其会与工作人员的手部直接接触而承受工作人员施加于其上的按压力,故而需使按压体32的接触面321更易承受工作人员所施加的按压力。
一种可能的实施方式中,按压体32可呈圆台状或如图18所示的棱台状,当按压体32为圆台状时,圆台的顶面即为按压体32的接触面321。而当按压体32为棱台状时,棱台的顶面即为按压体32的接触面321。通过平台按压式设计,能够增大工作人员的手部与按压体32的接触面321积,从而更方便的对按压体32施加按压力,按压的疼痛感低,舒适性佳。
另一种可能的实施方式中,如图19所示按压体32包括第一部分322和用于受按压的第二部分323,第一部分322与传力臂31的活动端312连接,第二部分323与第一部分322弯折连接,第二部分323具有弹性。其中,第二部分323与第一部分322弯折连接,可理解为第一部分322与第二部分323呈夹角设置,夹角的角度范围可以在0°~180°之间(包括端点值0°和180°)。
可以理解的是,按压体32的第一部分322为按压体32中会与传力臂31的活动端312连接的部分,按压体32的第二部分323为按压体32中能够承受按压的部分。通过将按压体32设置为第一部分322和第二部分323,能够根据其各自功能的不同而将按压体32划分为不同的功能区间,而将第二部分323设置为弹性,能够使得第二部分323在受压后回弹,具有良好的回复力。例如,第一部分322可以为刚性结构,也可以为具有弹性的结构,按压体32的两部分可以是独立结构并通过焊接等方式连接在一起,也可以是一体成型的工艺设计。当然,需说明的是,按压体32的第一部分322也可承受按压力,对此不做严格限制。
示例性地,第二部分323受按压的表面为平面。或者,第二部分323受按压的表面为弧面,弧面形态贴合手指的形态,能够减轻工作人员在按压按压体32时的疼痛感,具有良好的使用体验和人体工学体验。
请结合参阅图18、图19、图20和图21,传力臂31的折弯段313弯折连接在传力臂31的活动端312和传力臂31的固定端311之间。折弯段313包括第一段314、第二段315和连接在第一段314和第二段315之间的第三段316,第一段314与活动端312连接并沿逆时针方向延伸,第二段315沿顺时针方向延伸并与固定端311连接,第一段314的长度与第二段315的长度不相同,第三段316与第一段314和第二段315均呈夹角设置,其中,其中,第一段314的长度为第一段314沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段315的长度为第二段315沿其延伸方向的尺寸。夹角的角度范围可以在0°~180°的角度范围内(包括端点值0°和180°)。示例性地,折弯段313的延伸形态可大体呈“U”形。
本实施例中,传力臂31的数量可以为一个或多个,以下将通过不同的实施方式而对 传力臂31的数量的实施可能性进行描述。
一种可能的实施方式中,如图18所示,传力臂31的数量为一个。传力臂31的活动端312可连接至按压体32,本实施例对于传力臂31的活动端312在按压体32上的连接位置不做限制。而传力臂31的第一段314、第二段315和第三段316配合能够使传力臂31呈弧状。
具体为,第一段314的长度大于第二段315的长度,其中,第一段314的长度为第一段314沿其延伸方向的尺寸,第二段315的长度为第二段315沿其延伸方向的尺寸。由此,通过各个段之间的连接能够使得传力臂31形成回环曲折的延伸路径,能够最大限度的延长力臂的长度,并在同样锁持力作用下,减小人为操作力,使得连接器100的解锁操作更为轻松。
示例性地,第一卡持体33可连接至第三段316的外侧,第三段316的外侧为第三段316朝向按压体32的一侧。或者,第二卡持体220可连接至第三段316的内侧,第三段316的内侧为第三段316远离按压体32的一侧。或者,第二卡持体220可连接至第三段316的底面,可根据需要对第二卡持体220的位置进行选取,本申请的实施例对此不做严格限制。
另一种可能的实施方式中,如图20所示,传力臂31的数量为两个,分别为第一传力臂I1和第二传力臂I2,第一传力臂I1和第二传力臂I2对称设置。第一传力臂I1的第一段314与第二传力臂I2的第一段314连接以形成外圆结构A,第一传力臂I1的第二段315与第二传力臂I2的第二段315连接以形成被外圆结构A包围的内圆结构B,第一传力臂I1的第三段316与第二传力臂I2的第三段316连接以形成连接在外圆结构A和内圆结构B之间的连接结构C。
示例性地,第一卡持体33设于连接结构C的底部,或者,第一卡持体33设于连接结构C长度方向上两端中的任意一端。由此,可根据不同的应用场景而相应选择第一卡持体33的排布位置,第一卡持体33的位置排布灵活性较佳。
应当理解,第一传力臂I1和第二传力臂I2均包括前文所述的传力臂31的各个结构,在此不再赘述。第一传力臂I1的活动端312和第二传力臂I2的活动端312可分别连接至按压体32的两侧,以使第一传力臂I1与第二传力臂I2对称设置。

又一种可能的实施方式中,与前一种实施方式相同的内容不再赘述,不同的是,如 图21所示,传力臂31的数量为四个,四个传力臂31分别为第一传力臂I1、第二传力臂I2、第三传力臂I3和第四传力臂I4。第三传力臂I3的第一段314与第四传力臂I4的第一段314连接形成位于外圆结构A和内圆结构B之间的中圆结构D,第三传力臂I3的第二段315与第一传力臂I1的第二段315连接并共同构成内圆结构B的半圆,第四传力臂I4的第二段315与第二传力臂I2的第二段315连接并共同构成内圆结构B的另一个半圆,第一传力臂I1的第三段316、第二传力臂I2的第三段316、第三传力臂I3的第三段316、第四传力臂I4的第三段316、彼此连接而形成连接在外圆结构A、中圆结构D和内圆结构B之间的连接结构C。
由此,当连接器100需与对端连接器200脱开时,按压按压体32,按压体32向靠近壳体10的方向运动,且按压体32所承受的按压力能够分成四部分,并分别通过第一传力臂I1、第二传力臂I2、第三传力臂I3和第四传力臂I4传递至第一卡持体33,进而带动第一卡持体33向远离壳体10的方向运动,使第一卡持体33与对端连接器200的第二卡持体220脱开。
此设置下,相对于一个传力臂31的设置,采用四传力臂31驱动,传力臂31的数量有所增加,而增加的传力臂31可以使按压体32的力更为便捷的传递至第一卡持体33,能够有效减少人为解锁力,使得第一卡持体33的解锁操作更为轻松。对称设置的形态所构成的圆形还可以使力较为均匀的分布在第一传力臂I1、第二传力臂I2、第三传力臂I3和第四传力臂I4上,更能保持锁持结构30的一致性和稳定性,且结构较为美观大方。
需说明的是,传力臂31的数量不局限于上述列举的几种,其还可以在连接器100的尺寸符合需求的基础上,设置更多的传力臂31,本申请的实施例对此不做严格限制。
本申请的实施例还提供一种连接器100的制作方法,关于连接器100的结构请参阅图4、图5、图6-图21以及前述描述,在此不在赘述。请参阅图22,连接器100的制作方法至少可以包括S100和S200,详细描述如下。

- 一种连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括:壳体;及锁持结构,所述锁持结构包括传力臂、悬空设置在所述壳体上的按压体和悬空设置在所述壳体上的第一卡持体,所述传力臂包括固定端、活动端和弯折连接在所述固定端和所述活动端之间的折弯段,所述固定端固定连接至所述壳体,所述活动端与所述按压体连接,所述所述折弯段与所述第一卡持体连接,所述第一卡持体用于在所述按压体受压时被所述折弯段带动而向远离所述壳体的方向移动。
- 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述固定端与所述活动端之间的直线距离为第一长度,所述折弯段在所述固定端和所述活动端之间延伸的长度为第二长度,所述第二长度大于所述第一长度。

- 一种连接器的制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:制作壳体;及在壳体的外表面制作锁持结构,其中,所述锁持结构包括传力臂、悬空设置在所述壳体上的按压体和悬空设置在所述壳体上的第一卡持体,所述传力臂包括固定端、活动端和弯折连接在所述固定端和所述活动端之间的折弯段,所述固定端固定连接至所述壳体,所述活动端与所述按压体连接,所述所述折弯段与所述第一卡持体连接,所述第一卡持体用于在所述按压体受压时被所述折弯段带动而向远离所述壳体的方向移动。
- 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述固定端与所述活动端之间的直线距离为第一长度,所述折弯段在所述固定端和所述活动端之间延伸的长度为第二长度,所述第二长度大于所述第一长度。
- 如权利要求19或20任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述锁持结构为一体成型。
