本发明涉及家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种铰链及具有该铰链的嵌入式冰箱。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的提高,对冰箱在家庭的摆放位置与摆放方式越来越被普通用户看重,而针对目前的家装风格,部分家庭追求风格一体化,就需要把冰箱放入橱柜中,构成所谓的嵌入式冰箱装置。
对于嵌入式冰箱装置,门体绕着铰链轴旋转打开的过程中,门体与箱体相铰接的那一侧,常会突出于箱体侧壁,门体会与橱柜柜壁或柜门发生碰撞,不仅会影响到冰箱门体打开的幅度,而且会损伤到冰箱门体表面,影响其美观性,即,目前的冰箱难以适应这种嵌入式应用场景。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的铰链及具有该铰链的嵌入式冰箱予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铰链及具有该铰链的嵌入式冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明提供一种铰链,包括安装于箱体上的固定座、安装于门体上的活动座、铰接于所述固定座与所述活动座之间的联动组件;所述活动座与所述固定座中的一个上设有导引槽,所述导引槽的至少一段为曲线槽,在所述活动座相对所述固定座转动的过程中,所述联动组件沿所述导引槽移动。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明还提供一种铰链,包括安装于箱体上的固定座、安装于门体上的活动座、铰接于所述固定座与所述活动座之间的联动组件;所述活动座与所述固定座中的一个上设有与所述联动组件相配合的导引槽,在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转的过程中,所述导引槽用以引导所述活动座同时沿相交的第一方向以及第二方向移动;所述活动座在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比随所述活动座的转动角度而改变。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转打开的过程中,所述活动座在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比逐渐增大。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明中的铰链,通过将导引槽至少一段设置为曲线槽,在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转的过程中,所述活动座在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比随所述活动座的转动角度而改变,从而,能够根据具体需求,调节门体打开过程中在第一方向以及第二方向上的位移,控制所述门体的运动轨迹,使所述 门体能够适应于多种应用场景。

本发明内所描述的表达位置与方向的词,以冰箱正常使用时门体所在的一侧为“前”,以于枢转侧远离所述冰箱的方向为“外”,如,对开门冰箱中,一门体打开过程中自枢转侧向远离另一门体的方向移动即为向外移动,一门体打开过程中自枢转侧向靠近另一门体的方向移动即为向内移动。本发明中的术语第一、第二、第三等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量;此外,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”应作广义理解,例如,连接可以是直接连接或者通过中间媒介间接连接,可以是固定连接也可以是活动连接或者可拆卸连接或者一体式连接。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
参图1所示,本发明提供一种铰链10,所述铰链10用以将门体20连接至箱体30上,本实施方式中,以所述铰链10应用于嵌入式的冰箱100,且冰箱100的门体20为左右旋转开门为例进行具体阐述。
当然,需要强调的是,本实施方式的铰链10不仅适用于冰箱100,也可适用于其他场景,例如橱柜、酒柜、衣柜、微波炉等其他家电。
请参图2-图3所示,所述铰链10包括用以安装于箱体30上的固定座1、安装于门体20上的活动座2、铰接于所述固定座1与所述活动座2之间的联动组件3,所述活动座2与所述固定座1中的一个上设有导引槽4,在所述活动座2相对所述固定座1转动的过程中,所述联动组件3与所述导引槽4相配合,即,所述联动组件3的一端沿所述导引槽4移动,以使所述活动座2相对于所述固定座1按预设轨迹运动,即,使所述门体20按预设轨迹运动。
在所述门体20处于关闭状态时,所述联动组件3处于折叠状态,此时,所述活动座2与所述固定座1相靠近。在打开门体20,即,所述门体20向远离所述箱体30的方向运动 时,所述联动组件3自折叠状态逐渐伸展至展开状态。在关闭所述门体20的过程中,即,所述门体20朝向所述箱体30运动时,所述联动组件3自展开状态逐渐收缩至折叠状态后,所述门体20处于关闭状态。
可以理解的是,在所述门体20向远离所述箱体30的方向转动时,所述活动座2相对所述固定座1向远离所述固定座1的方向转动。
进一步地,上述的预设轨迹是指活动座2相对所述固定座1旋转的过程中,在所述导引槽4的引导下,所述活动座2同时沿相交的第一方向以及第二方向移动,且所述活动座2在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比随所述活动座2的转动角度而改变。能够根据具体需求,调节门体20打开过程中在第一方向以及第二方向上的位移,控制所述门体20的运动轨迹。
具体地,所述第一方向为所述固定座1朝向所述活动座2的前向,所述第二方向为朝向所述铰链10的枢转侧的侧向,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直,即,所述第一方向为所述冰箱100的前向,所述第二方向为所述冰箱100位于枢转侧的外向。一方面,在门体20打开过程中,使门体20的枢转端逐渐移动至位于枢转侧的墙壁/橱柜的前侧,从而,能够避免门体20打开过程中与位于枢转侧的墙壁/橱柜等产生干涉,使所述门体20能够适应于多种应用场景,如嵌入式冰箱100的应用场景;另一方面,在门体20打开过程中,使门体20的枢转端向外移动,能够增大所述门体20的打开角度,便于用户查看以及取用箱体30内的物品。

请参图2-图3所示,于本发明第一实施方式中,所述导引槽4设于所述活动座2上;所述导引槽4远离所述铰链10的枢转侧的一段为凸曲线槽41,且所述凸曲线槽41自远离所述枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧且朝向所述固定座1延伸,即,沿逐渐靠近所述枢转侧的方向,所述凸曲线槽41的曲率逐渐减小。
在门体20处于关闭状态时,所述联动组件3中与所述导引槽4相配合的一端位于所述凸曲线槽41远离所述枢转侧的一端,在打开门的过程中,所述联动组件3中与所述导引槽4相配合的一端沿所述凸曲线槽41移动,以控制所述门体20的初始运动轨迹,避免门体20打开过程中与位于枢转侧的墙壁/橱柜等产生干涉。

具体地,沿逐渐靠近所述枢转侧的方向,所述凹曲线槽的曲率逐渐减小,在所述联动组件3中与所述导引槽b相配合的一端沿自所述凹曲线槽远离所述枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧移动的过程中,所述活动座2在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比随所述活动座2的转动角度增大逐渐减小。从而,在开门的第一阶段,所述凹曲线槽的曲率较大,所述门体20的主要运动为前移,此时,所述门体20的转动角度以及外移的距离均较小,能够避免门体20与位于枢转侧的墙壁/橱柜等产生干涉。在开门的第二阶段,所述凹曲线槽的曲率较小且逐渐变小,所述门体20的主要运动为外移,此时,门体20的转动角度以及前移距离均较小,减少开门过程中对冰箱100前侧空间的需求。在开门的第三阶段,所述门体20的主要运动为转动,此时,门体20的前移以及外移距离均较小,以进一步增大门体20的打开角度,便于用户查看以及取用箱体30内的物品。
本发明中第三实施方式与第二实施方式除上述区别外,其他均相同,于此,不再赘述。
进一步地,于本发明第四实施方式中,该实施方式与前述实施方式的区别在于:所述铰链包括设于所述固定座1内且沿所述固定座1的高度方向并排设置的两组所述联动组件3、分别与两组所述联动组件3相配合的两个活动座2。将两个所述铰链的固定座1一体化能够减少安装所述铰链所需的空间,且降低成本。
进一步地,两组所述联动组件3中转动连接于所述固定座1上且同轴的两个转动轴通过套管相连接在一起,能够加强所述铰链的运行的稳定性,增强所述门体20运动的稳定性。
可以理解的是,本发明第四实施方式中的所述铰链适用于作为中铰链,同时连接位于所 述中铰链相对两侧的两个门体20。
进一步地,请参图1所示,本发明还提供一种嵌入式冰箱100,包括箱体30、门体20、连接于所述箱体30与所述门体20之间的上述铰链10、10a、10b,所述铰链10、10a、10b中的固定座1与所述箱体30相固定连接,所述铰链10、10a、10b中的活动座2与所述门体20相固定连接。
所述铰链10、10a、10b的结构如上所述,于此,不再赘述。
进一步地,所述门体20包括冰箱门201、与所述冰箱门201连接在一起的橱柜门202,所述铰链10、10a、10b连接于所述橱柜门202与所述箱体30之间。在所述橱柜门202开关门的过程中,能够带动所述冰箱门201同步移动。
综上所述,本发明中的铰链10、10a、10b,通过将导引槽4、4a、4b至少一段设置为曲线槽,在所述活动座2相对所述固定座1旋转的过程中,所述活动座2在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比随所述活动座2的转动角度而改变,从而,能够根据具体需求,调节门体20打开过程中在第一方向以及第二方向上的位移,控制所述门体20的运动轨迹,使所述门体20能够适应于多种应用场景。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,例如,不同的实施例中的技术若可叠加使用以同时达到对应的效果,其方案也在本发明的保护范围内。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种铰链,包括安装于箱体上的固定座、安装于门体上的活动座、铰接于所述固定座与所述活动座之间的联动组件;其特征在于:所述活动座与所述固定座中的一个上设有导引槽,所述导引槽的至少一段为曲线槽,在所述活动座相对所述固定座转动的过程中,所述联动组件沿所述导引槽移动;或者,所述活动座与所述固定座中的一个上设有与所述联动组件相配合的导引槽,在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转的过程中,所述导引槽用以引导所述活动座同时沿相交的第一方向以及第二方向移动;所述活动座在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比随所述活动座的转动角度而改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽用以引导所述活动座同时沿相交的第一方向以及第二方向移动;在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转打开的过程中,所述活动座在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比逐渐增大,或者在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转打开的过程中,所述活动座在第一方向的位移与在第二方向的位移之间的位移比逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽用以引导所述活动座同时沿相交的第一方向以及第二方向移动;所述第一方向为所述固定座朝向所述活动座的前向,所述第二方向为朝向所述铰链的枢转侧的侧向,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽设于所述活动座上;所述导引槽远离所述铰链的枢转侧的一段为凸曲线槽,且所述凸曲线槽自远离所述枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧且朝向所述固定座延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽靠近所述铰链的枢转侧的一段为直线槽,所述凸曲线槽与所述直线槽相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述联动组件包括:
    第一摇杆,所述第一摇杆的转动端转动连接于所述固定座上,所述第一摇杆的摆动端滑动连接于所述导引槽内;
    第二摇杆,所述第二摇杆的转动端转动连接于所述固定座上;
    第三摇杆,所述第三摇杆的转动端转动连接于所述活动座上,所述第三摇杆的摆动端与所述第二摇杆的摆动端相转动连接,且所述第三摇杆与所述第一摇杆相交叉且于交叉处转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述第二摇杆的转动端位于所述第一摇杆的转动端远离所述活动座的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽设置于所述固定座上;所述导引槽为自远离所述铰链的枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧且朝向所述活动座延伸的凸曲线槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽设置于所述固定座上;所述导引槽为自远离所述铰链的枢转侧的一端朝向所述活动座且朝向所述枢转侧延伸的凹曲线槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽设置于所述固定座上;所述联动组件包括:
    第一摇杆,所述第一摇杆的转动端转动连接于所述活动座上,所述第一摇杆的摆动端滑动连接于所述导引槽内;
    第二摇杆,所述第二摇杆的转动端转动连接于所述活动座上;
    第三摇杆,所述第三摇杆的转动端转动连接于所述固定座上,所述第三摇杆的摆动端与所述第二摇杆的摆动端相转动连接,所述第三摇杆与所述第一摇杆相交叉且于交叉处转动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述导引槽远离所述铰链的枢转侧的一端位于所述第三摇杆的转动端背离所述活动座的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:设置有所述导引槽的活动座或者固定座上具有收容腔,所述收容腔用以容纳折叠状态的所述联动组件。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述铰链包括设于所述固定座内且沿所述固定座的高度方向并排设置的两组所述联动组件、分别与两组所述联动组件相配合的两个活动座。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的铰链,其特征在于:两组所述联动组件中转动连接于所述固定座上且同轴的两个转动轴通过套管相连接在一起。
  15. 一种嵌入式冰箱,包括箱体、门体,其特征在于:所述嵌入式冰箱还包括如权利要求1所述的铰链。
