本申请涉及生活电器领域,尤其是涉及一种空调室内机的面罩组件、空调室内机和空调器。
相关技术中的空调室内机,具有如下缺点:1、小导风板导风由于导风运动需要,小导风板的下缘与下面板之间缝隙较大,小导风板闭合后整机外观由于缝隙的存在不是很完美;2、目前方案无法实现冷风防直吹功能;3、目前的方案无法实现无风感功能的拓展;4、竞品易拆洗空调方案都要先拆大导风板和小导风板,才能拆下风轮进行清洗,耗时较长。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种空调室内机的面罩组件,该面罩组件的整体性更强,视觉观感更好,从前方看空调室内机时,零部件之间的边界更少,一体性更强。
本申请的另一目的在于提出一种具有上述面罩组件的空调室内机。
本申请的再一个目的在于提出一种具有上述空调室内机的空调器。
根据本申请的空调室内机的面罩组件,包括:前面罩,所述前面罩设置在所述空调室内机的面框的前侧;下面罩,所述下面罩设置在所述前面罩的下沿且朝向下侧和后侧延伸,所述下面罩上设置有出风口;外导风板,所述外导风板可转动地设置在所述前面罩或/和所述下面罩上以打开或关闭所述出风口,所述外导风板的左端与所述前面罩的左端平齐,所述外导风板的右端与所述前面罩的右端平齐。
根据本申请的面罩组件,通过将外导风板的左端和前面罩的左端齐平,外导风板的右端和前面罩的右端齐平,使得面罩组件的整体性更强,视觉观感更好,从前方看空调室内机时,零部件之间的边界更少,一体性更强,整体更加简洁。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述下面罩的后侧面设置有第一支架和第二支架,所述第一支架和所述第二支架在左右方向上间隔开,所述外导风板的左端可转动地安装在所述第一支架上,所述外导风板的右端可转动地安装在所述第二支架上。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述第一支架上设置有第一电机,所述第一电机的电机轴与所述外导风板的左端相连,所述第二支架上设置有第二电机,所述第二电机的电机轴与所述内导风板的右端相连。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图8描述根据本申请实施例的面罩组件100。
根据本申请的面罩组件100可以应用在空调室内机上,面罩组件100可以包括:前面罩110、下面罩120和外导风板130。
面罩组件100一般作为装饰件,用于遮挡空调内机的内部零部件,提升空调室内机的整体观感,避免空调室内机的零部件直接裸露在外。前面罩110可以位于空调室内机的面框的正前方,下面罩120可以位于空调室内机的下侧。具体地,下面罩120的前侧可以构造为弧形板以匹配面框的形状,弧形板上可以设置有出风口101,下面罩120形成在前面罩110的下沿,下面罩120的延伸方向可以向下且向后,其中同时向下和向后延伸的部分即为上述的弧形板。
外导风板130可以安装在前面罩110和下面罩120中的至少一个上且相对于前面罩110和/或下面罩120可转动,例如外导风板130可转动地设置在前面罩110上,或者外导风板130设置在下面罩120上且相对于下面罩120可转动,或者外导风板130同时在前面罩110 和下面罩120上且相对于前面罩110和下面罩120可转动。
由于外导风板130可以安装在前面罩110和/或下面罩120上且相对于前面罩110和/或下面罩120可转动,因此外导风板130可以打开或关闭出风口101,从而实现关闭或者打开出风口101;另外,在外导风板130转动的过程中,外导风板130可以调整出风口101的出风角度和出风量。
在本申请的具体实施例中,外导风板130的左侧端部和前面罩110的左侧端部齐平,外导风板130的右侧端部和前面罩110的右侧端部齐平。也就是说,外导风板130在左右向上的尺寸与前面罩110在左右向上的尺寸相同,外导风板130的左边沿相对于前面罩110的左边沿不会凸出或凹陷,外导风板130的右边沿相对于前面罩110的右边沿不会凸出或凹陷。
由此,面罩组件100的整体性更强,视觉观感更好,从前方看空调室内机时,零部件之间的边界更少,整体更加简洁。具体地,现有技术中,外导风板在左右向上的长度尺寸小于前面罩在左右向上的长度尺寸,因此外导风板不仅在上方和下方分别与前面罩和下面罩具有边界,同时外导风板的左侧和右侧也与前面罩或下面罩具有边界。
本申请中,外导风板130的左侧与前面罩110的左侧或下面罩120的左侧之间不具备边界,外导风板130的右侧与前面罩110的右侧或下面罩120的右侧之间不具有边界,从而在从前方观看空调室内机时,空调室内机的整体观感更好,一致性更佳。
根据本申请实施例的面罩组件100,通过将外导风板130的左端和前面罩110的左端齐平,外导风板130的右端和前面罩110的右端齐平,使得面罩组件100的整体性更强,视觉观感更好,从前方看空调室内机时,零部件之间的边界更少,一体性更强,整体更加简洁。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的前面罩110和下面罩120可以构造为一体成型件,由此降低面罩组件100的生产难度,提升面罩件组件100的生产效率。另外,一体成型的前面罩110和下面罩120的整体性更强,更加提升了产品的观感。
在本申请的一些实施例中,下面罩120的后侧还设置有支架,支架包括第一支架141以及第二支架142,第一支架141以及第二支架142并非是紧邻的,而是在左右方向间隔一段距离,外导风板130的左端和右端分别与第一支架141以及第二支架142相连,具体地,外导风板130的左端相对于第一支架141可转动,内导风板160的右端相对于第二支架142可转动。从而外导风板130的左端和右端分别安装在第一支架141上以及安装在第二支架142上,且外导风板130的左侧端部相对于第一支架141可转动,外导风板130的右侧端部相对于第二支架142可转动。
进一步地,还需要有驱动件来驱动外导风板130转动,从而使得外导风板130能够打开 或关闭出风口101以及调整出风口101的出风量以及出风角度。
驱动件可以包括第一电机151以及第二电机152,第一电机151的电机轴可以与外导风板130的左侧端部相连,第二电机152的电机轴可以与外导风板130的右侧端部相连。
由于外导风板130的尺寸较大、重量较重,为了使得外导风板130转动顺畅,本申请设计了双电机来驱动外导风板130转动,通过在外导风板130的左端和右端都设置驱动电机,使得外导风板130可以更快更轻松地转动。
更进一步地,外导风板130的转动轴线设置在外导风板130的下侧边沿的下方,且外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿间隔开一段距离。由此,外导风板130在关闭时,外导风板130的下边沿与出风口101的下边沿紧贴,不会出现缝隙,大大提升了面罩组件100的观感。
需要说明的是,外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿之间的距离需要满足外导风板130在关闭时与下面罩120之间的间隙无限接近于零。而外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿之间的距离和包括且不限于外导风板130的形状因素有关,可以根据需要来调整外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿的距离,这里不对外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿之间距离做限定。
在本申请的一些实施例中,面罩组件100还包括内导风板160,内导风板160可以设置在外导风板130的后方,内导风板160设置在下面罩120和/或前面罩110上且相对于下面罩120和/或前面罩110可转动。例如内导风板160设置在前面罩110上且相对于内导风板160可转动,或者内导风板160设置在下面罩120上且相对于内导风板160可转动,或者内导风板160设置在前面罩110和下面罩120上且相对于前面罩110和下面罩120可转动。
内导风板160可以将出风口101的一部分或者全部打开或关闭,也就是说,内导风板160可以将出风口101全部关闭或打开,当然内导风板160可以将出风口101的一部分关闭或打开;在后一种情况时,内导风板160在处于关闭状态时,出风口101并不会被内导风板160完全阻挡,经过室内换热器进行换热的一部分风可以不经过内导风板160向外流动。
进一步地,下面罩120的后侧面可以设置有第三支架以及第四支架,第三支架以及第四支架并非紧邻,而是在左右向上间隔开,内导风板160的左端可以与第三支架相连,内导风板160的右端可以与第四支架相连。具体地,内导风板160的左端相对于第三支架可转动,内导风板160的右端相对于第四支架可转动。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一支架141可以和第三支架为同一支架,第二支架142可以和第四支架为同一支架,也就是说,外导风板130的左端和内导风板160的左端都可转动地安装在同一支架上,外导风板130的右端和内导风板160的右端也都可转动地安装在另一个相同支架上。
进一步地,内导风板160需要驱动件来提供动力以使得内导风板160转动,该驱动件包括第三电机153,该第三电机153可以设置在第三支架或第四支架上,第三电机153的电机轴可以与内导风板160相连。也就是说,内导风板160依靠单电机驱动,可以理解的是,内导风板160的尺寸和重量相较于外导风板130的尺寸和重量较小,因此单个电机就可以足够驱动内导风板160转动。
在本申请的一些实施例中,下面罩120在左右向上的长度尺寸小于前面罩110的在左右向上的长度尺寸,下面罩120的左端相对于前面罩110的左端更靠近右侧,下面罩120的右端相对于前面罩110的右端更靠近左侧,因此下面罩120的左端与前面罩110的下边沿形成了第一缺口部,下面罩120的右端与前面罩110的下边沿形成了第二缺口部。
第一缺口部可以避让左端盖211向右延伸的一部分以及下面板222的左端部分,第二缺口部可以避让右端盖212向左延伸的一部分以及下面板222的右端部分。从而方便左端盖211和右端盖212对面罩组件100以及下面板222进行支撑,提升了空调室内机的整体结构强度。
根据本申请的一些实施例中,外导风板130和/或内导风板160上设有微孔。也就是说,可以仅在外导风板130或内导风板160上设微孔,或者外导风板130和内导风板160上均设微孔。由此,即使外导风板130和/或内导风板160处于关闭状态,经过室内换热器进行换热的风也可以穿过外导风板130和/或内导风板160。
具体地,本申请实施例的外导风板130和内导风板160上均设置有微孔,外导风板130以及内导风板160可以同时处于打开状态,此时在风轮转速一定的情况下,从出风口101排出的风速最大,风感明显;当外导风板130以及内导风板160中的一个处于关闭状态时,在风轮转速一定的情况下,从出风口101排出的风可以经过外导风板130或内导风板160上的微孔,从而实现无风感效果;当外导风板130以及内导风板160全部处于关闭状态时,在风轮转速一定的情况下,外导风板130以及内导风板160的无风感效果最好,大大提升了用户的使用体验。
下面详细描述本申请实施例的面罩组件100。
面罩组件100可以包括:前面罩110、下面罩120以及外导风板130。前面罩110可以位于空调室内机的面框的正前方,下面罩120可以位于空调室内机的下侧。具体地,下面罩120的前侧可以构造为弧形板以匹配面框的形状,弧形板上可以设置有出风口101,下面罩120设置在前面罩110的下沿且可以向下向后延伸。
外导风板130设置在前面罩110和/或下面罩120上且相对于前面罩110和/或下面罩120可转动,外导风板130的左侧端部和前面罩110的左侧端部齐平,外导风板130的右端和前面罩110的右端齐平。
前面罩110和下面罩120可以构造为一体成型件,下面罩120的后侧还设置有支架,支架可以包括第一支架141以及第二支架142,第一支架141以及第二支架142并非是紧邻的,而是在左右向上间隔开一段距离,外导风板130的左端以及右端分别与第一支架141以及第二支架142相连,具体地,外导风板130的左端相对于第一支架141可转动,内导风板160的右端相对于第二支架142可转动。
外导风板130的转动轴线设在外导风板130的下侧边沿的下方,且外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿间隔开一段距离。外导风板130的转动轴线与外导风板130的下侧边沿之间的距离需要满足外导风板130在关闭时与下面罩120之间的间隙无限接近于零。
面罩组件100还可以包括内导风板160,该内导风板160可以设置在外导风板130的后方,内导风板160设置在前面罩110和/或下面罩120上且相对于前面罩110和/或下面罩120可转动。内导风板160可以将出风口101的一部分或者全部打开或关闭,也就是说,内导风板160可以将出风口101全部关闭或打开,当然内导风板160可以将出风口101的一部分关闭或打开。
下面罩120的后方的侧面可以设置有第三支架以及第四支架,第三支架以及第四支架并非紧邻,而是在左右向间隔开,内导风板160的左侧端部可以与第三支架相连,内导风板160的右侧端部可以与第四支架相连。第一支架141可以和第三支架为同一支架,第二支架142可以和第四支架为同一支架。
第一支架141和第三支架可以为一体成型件,第二支架142与第四支架可以为一体成型件。具体地,下面罩120与第一支架141和第二支架142为一体成型件。由此,方便面罩组件100成型,提高面罩组件100的生产效率。
下面罩120在左右向上的长度尺寸小于前面罩110的在左右向上的长度尺寸,下面罩120的左端相对于前面罩110的左端更靠近右侧,下面罩120的右端相对于前面罩110的右端更靠近左侧,因此下面罩120的左端与前面罩110的下边沿形成了第一缺口部,下面罩120的右端与前面罩110的下边沿形成了第二缺口部。外导风板130和/或内导风板160上设置有微孔。
下面简单描述本申请实施例中的空调室内机200。
根据本申请实施例的空调室内机200可以包括面框以及面罩组件100,其中面罩组件100设置在面框上且相对面框可转动。由于根据本申请实施例的空调室内机200设置有上述的面罩组件100,因此空调室内机的整条观感非常好,外观简洁;同时空调室内机还可以具有无风感模式,大大提升了用户的使用感受。
进一步地,面框包括:左端盖211以及右端盖212,左端盖211设置在右端盖212的左 侧,右端盖212设置在左端盖211的右侧且二者在左右方向上间隔开。
具体地,面框包括:左端盖211、右端盖212、前面板221和下面板222,左端盖211和右端盖212在左右方向上间隔开,前面板221和下面板222均设置在左端盖211和右端盖212之间,下面板222设置在前面板221的下方,下面板222和下底盘231之间设置有风轮232,当然风轮可以固定在下底盘上。
下面板222设置在前面板221上且相对于下面板222可拆卸,在需要将风轮232拆卸下来清洗时,可以首先将面罩组件100转动打开,然后将下面板222和前面板221之间的锁扣打开,从而将下面板222拆卸下来,之后将下底盘231与前面板221之间的锁扣打开,从而将下底盘231和下底盘231上的风轮232一起拆卸下来。
具体地,面罩组件100整体可转动地安装在面框上,面罩组件100可以具有打开状态和关闭状态,在面罩组件100处于关闭状态时,面罩100将面框以及面框内的零部件遮挡,当面罩组件100处于打开状态时,面罩组件100会使得面框内的零部件暴露在外面,方便对面框内的零部件进行检修。
下面板222和前面板221之间设置有第一锁止机构,通过第一锁止机构可以将下面板222固定在前面板221上,当然打开第一锁止机构后下面板222可以从前面板221上拆卸下来;下底盘231与前面板221之间设置有第二锁止机构,通过第二锁止机构可以将下底盘231以及下底盘231上的风轮232固定在前面板221上,当然打开第二锁止机构后下底盘231以及下底盘231上的风轮232可以从前面板221上拆卸下来。
具体地,本申请的外导风板130和内导风板160上均设置有微孔,外导风板130以及内导风板160可以同时处于打开状态,此时在风轮转速一定的情况下,从出风口101排出的风速最大,风感明显;当外导风板130以及内导风板160中的一个处于关闭状态时,在风轮转速一定的情况下,从出风口101排出的风可以经过外导风板130或内导风板160上的微孔,从而实现无风感效果;当外导风板130以及内导风板160全部处于关闭状态时,在风轮转速一定的情况下,外导风板130以及内导风板160的无风感效果最好,大大提升了用户的使用体验。
下面简单描述本申请实施例的空调器。
根据本申请实施例的空调器包括上述的空调室内机,由于根据本申请的空调器设置有上述的空调室内机,因此该空调器的整体外观更加简洁、美观,且能够满足用户的多种需求,提升用户的使用感受。

- 一种空调室内机的面罩组件,其中,包括:前面罩,所述前面罩设置在所述空调室内机的面框的前侧;下面罩,所述下面罩设置在所述前面罩的下沿且朝向下侧和后侧延伸,所述下面罩上设置有出风口;外导风板,所述外导风板可转动地设置在所述前面罩或/和所述下面罩上以打开或关闭所述出风口,所述外导风板的左端与所述前面罩的左端平齐,所述外导风板的右端与所述前面罩的右端平齐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机的面罩组件,其中,所述下面罩的后侧面设置有第一支架和第二支架,所述第一支架和所述第二支架在左右方向上间隔开,所述外导风板的左端可转动地安装在所述第一支架上,所述外导风板的右端可转动地安装在所述第二支架上。

- 一种空调器,其中,包括权利要求10或11所述的空调室内机。
