Claims (10)
- 베이스 시트; 및상기 베이스 시트 위에 배치되며, 기 설정된 두께 편차 범위를 가지는 필름;을 포함하는, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 필름은 수분 투과성이나 기체 투과성을 가지되,상기 수분 투과성이나 상기 기체 투과성은 상기 필름의 두께가 얇은 영역이 상기 필름의 두께가 두꺼운 영역 보다 높은, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 필름은상기 베이스 시트에 인접하며 제1 두께를 가지는 제1 베이스와 상기 제1 두께보다 얇은 제1 함몰부를 가지는 제1 레이어; 및상기 제1 레이어의 일측에 배치되고, 제2 두께를 가지는 제2 베이스와 상기 제2 두께보다 얇은 제2 함몰부를 가지는 제2 레이어;를 구비하는, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 함몰부와 상기 제2 함몰부는 적어도 일부분이 중첩되게 배치되는, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제2 함몰부는 이웃하는 상기 제1 함몰부 사이에 배치되는, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 함몰부 및 상기 제2 함몰부 중 적어도 하나는,상기 베이스 시트의 평면 상에서 메쉬 형태를 가지는, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제2 레이어는피부로 전달되는 유효 성분을 포함하는, 피부 부착용 패치.
- 베이스 시트를 준비하는 단계; 및상기 베이스 시트 상면에 스크린 인쇄로 원료 물질을 프린팅하여 필름을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 필름을 형성하는 단계에서는상기 원료 물질이 제1 메쉬에 프린팅되어, 제1 함몰부가 형성되는 제1 레이어를 인쇄하는 단계; 및상기 원료 물질이 제2 메쉬에 프린팅되어, 상기 제1 레이어 상에 배치되며, 제2 함몰부가 형성되는 제2 레이어를 인쇄하는 단계;를 구비하는, 피부 부착용 패치의 제조방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 제2 레이어를 인쇄하는 단계에서는,상기 제2 메쉬가 상기 제1 메쉬에 중첩되게 배치되거나, 상기 제2 메쉬가 상기 제1 메쉬 사이에 배치되는, 피부 부착용 패치의 제조방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 제2 레이어를 인쇄하는 단계에서는,피부로 전달되는 유효 성분을 포함하는 상기 원료 물질을 프린팅하는, 피부 부착용 패치의 제조방법.
