本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、通信设备及可读存储介质。
背景技术
在相关技术的网络中,多订户(如多个全球用户识别卡(Multi-Universal Subscriber Identity Module,MUSIM))终端越来越常用,多订户终端上可以具有两个或大于两个的订户数数据(如用户识别卡(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)或全球用户识别卡(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,USIM))。但是,目前尚未明确多订户终端在紧急注册网络如何使用针对多订户终端的优化功能。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息处理方法、装置、通信设备及可读存储介质,能够解决紧急注册场景下,针对多订户终端的优化功能不支持的指示以及不执行相关操作的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种信息处理方法,应用于第一通信设备,包括:
在满足第一条件的情况下,第一通信设备执行第一操作;

在本申请实施例中,无论终端是否请求第一功能相关操作或多订户功能相关操作,第一通信设备都可以向终端指示第一功能不支持或多订户功能不支持,这样可以实现在某些场景(比如紧急业务场景)中由网络侧和终端分别禁止第一功能或多订户功能,提高通信系统的可靠性。

本申请一种可选的实施例中,一个订户可以理解为一个UE,一个具有多个订户的终端可以表现为多个UE。在网络的视角里,一个订户为一个UE。一个终端通过多个订户数据接入网络时,在网络的视角里,所述终端为多个UE。
在本发明的一种可选的实施方式中,所述用户或订户为subscriber;一般来说,一个subscriber可以对应一证书。一个subscriber表现为一个UE。不难理解,当一个终端设备具有多个subscriber的情况下,可以表现为多个UE。
本申请实施例中,存在以下问题需要解决:
问题1:紧急注册一般只能发起紧急呼叫,紧急呼叫过程中,终端最好不要离开网络。紧急注册中一般没有寻呼,所有寻呼原因指示一般不能支持,一种讨论思路是紧急注册下不支持针对多订户终端的优化功能,由终端向网络发送针对多订户终端的优化功能(如MUSIM功能(MUSIM feature))不支持。后续通过多订户功能作为针对多订户终端的优化功能的简称。存在的问题是,终端可能不可信,在紧急注册的情况下,依然向网络发送了其具有多订户功能的能力。
针对上述问题,一种解决方式是:不管终端是否向网络发送具有或不具有多订户功能能力,网络都向终端指示多订户功能不支持。另一种解决方式是允许终端的连接释放功能,但向终端指示除了连接释放功能之外的其他多订户功能不支持。
另外,一般来说,当收到网络发送的多订户功能不支持,终端就不执行对应的多订户功能相关操作。但是终端还存在一些多订户功能的相关操作, 不受限于网络发送的多订户功能支持或不支持,包括:1)当发生寻呼冲突或者需要更新终端临时标识(比如5G全局唯一的临时UE标识(5G-Globally Unique Temporary UE Identity,5G-GUTI)时,向第一网络发送移动注册请求。2)由于移出位置区导致的移动注册时,能够向第一网络发送寻呼限制(Paging Restriction,PR)。操作1)不存在对应的网络发送的多订户功能支持或不支持的指示。操作2)发生时,终端可能还无法接收到网络发送的多订户功能支持或不支持的指示。
一种解决的思路是,终端测在紧急注册情况下,不执行操作1)和2)。
问题2:终端上订户数据(如网络证书和/或签约数据)的数量超过了设备标识,当终端采用订户数据接入网络时,部分订户将不能通过网络的终端设备标识验证的问题。但是,考虑到终端的射频能力,终端能够同时启用的订户数据是有限的,比如同时注册两个网络。因此,为每个订户数据配置设备标识是很大的浪费。一种解决的思路是终端可以保持很多订户数据,但同时激活的订户数据数量不要超过所述终端的设备标识数量即可。能够一方面能否支持网络对终端进行设备标识验证,另一方面减少设备标识的浪费。但是在UE在网络处于注册态或连接态的情况下,终端设备标识与订户数据的绑定如果解除,或者变更,可能导致网络发现一个订户的设备标识变化或失去设备标识,造成网络混乱,则一种解决的思路是,在终端采用一个订户数据注册网络,在终端处于注册态的过程中,终端保持订户数据对应的终端设备标识不变。在终端去注册网络,可以解除二者的绑定关系。

一种实施方式中,所述寻呼冲突是指,终端的第一订户在第一网络注册,第二订户在第二网络注册,第一网络对第一订户的寻呼时刻与第二网络对第二订户的寻呼时刻发生了冲突。当终端的第一订户在第一网络是紧急注册, 则不在第一网络解决寻呼冲突(比如不向第一网络发送移动注册请求);此时,可选地,可以通过第二网络去解决寻呼冲突。
一种实施方式中,当移出位置区导致移动注册更新的情况下,此时,终端可能还不知道第一功能或多订户功能是否支持,是可以向第一网络发送寻呼限制信息的。因此,在满足二条件的情况下,当移出位置区导致移动注册更新的情况下,不向第一网络发送寻呼限制信息。

    不在第一网络应用第一功能,或,不在第一网络应用多订户功能;所述多订户功能为针对多订户终端的优化功能;
    不在第一网络发起第一功能相关操作,或,不在第一网络发起多订户功能相关操作;
    不在第一网络进行寻呼优化;
    当所述终端移出位置区导致的移动注册更新请求,和/或,在不知晓在新的位置区内第一功能或多订户功能是否支持的情况下,不向第一网络发送寻呼限制信息;
    在所述终端需要离开第一网络的情况下,对所述第一网络去注册;
    其中,所述寻呼优化包括以下至少一项:避免寻呼冲突,优化寻呼接收几率。
  26. 一种信息处理装置,应用于终端,包括:
    第三执行模块,用于在满足第三条件的情况下,终端执行第六操作;
    其中,所述第六操作包括以下至少一项:
    在第一网络应用第一功能,或,多订户功能;所述多订户功能为针对多订户终端的优化功能;
    在第一网络发起第一功能相关操作,或,在第一网络发起多订户功能相关操作;
    在第一网络进行寻呼优化;
    当所述终端移出位置区导致的移动注册更新请求,和/或,在不知晓在新的位置区内第一功能或多订户功能是否支持的情况下,能够向第一网络发送寻呼限制信息;
    在所述终端需要离开第一网络的情况下,能够向所述第一网络发送连接释放请求信息;
    其中,所述寻呼优化包括以下至少一项:避免寻呼冲突,优化寻呼接收几率。
  27. 一种信息处理装置,应用于终端,包括:
    第四执行模块,用于在满足第四条件的情况下,执行第七操作;
    其中,所述第四条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述终端在第三网络处于注册态或连接态;
    所述终端采用第一订户数据接入第三网络;
    所述终端采用第一终端设备标识通过所述第三网络的设备标识认证,或者所述第一订户数据绑定的终端设备标识为第一终端设备标识绑定;
    其中,所述第七操作包括以下至少一项:
    保持第一订户数据对应的终端设备标识为第一终端设备标识;
    当所述第三网络请求获取终端的设备标识的情况下,向第三网络返回第一终端设备标识。
  28. 一种通信设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求10至16中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求17至21中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求22至23中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
  29. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求10至16中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求17至21中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求22至23中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
