上述したように、従来のアップリンク通信では、端末装置40の送信バッファが空になった後に、新規送信データが発生してからアップリンク通信を再開するまでに遅延が発生するという問題があった。

前記第1通信装置から前記通知を取得した場合に、前記一定期間、前記第1通信装置が信号を送信するための前記リソースを、前記通信装置に割り当て
前記第2通信装置から前記通知を取得した場合に、前記第2通信装置からリソース要求を受け付けるまで前記リソースの割り当てを停止する、

前記通知を送信した後に、一定期間、前記基地局装置によって割り当てられるリソースを使用して、前記基地局装置に信号を送信する制御部、

基地局装置と、通信装置と、を備える通信システムであって、
前記基地局装置は、
通信装置と通信を行う通信部と、
前記通信装置の送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった旨の通知を取得し、
前記通知を取得した場合、一定期間、前記通信装置が信号を送信するためのリソースを、前記通信装置に割り当てる、制御部と、
を備え、
前記通信装置は、
前記送信バッファに格納される前記データ量が前記所定量以下になった場合、前記通知を前記基地局装置に送信し、
前記通知を送信した後に、一定期間、前記基地局装置によって割り当てられる前記リソースを使用して、前記基地局装置に信号を送信する制御部と、
を備える、通信システム。

通信装置の送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった旨の通知を、前記通信装置から取得することと、
前記通知を取得した場合、一定期間、前記通信装置が信号を送信するためのリソースを、前記通信装置に割り当てることと、

送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった場合、前記送信バッファに関する通知を基地局装置に送信することと、
前記通知を送信した後に、一定期間、前記基地局装置によって割り当てられるリソースを使用して、前記基地局装置に信号を送信することと、

Claims (14)
- 通信装置とアップリンク通信を行う通信部と、
前記通信装置の送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった旨の通知を取得し、
前記通知を取得した場合、一定期間、前記通信装置が信号を送信するためのリソースを、前記通信装置に割り当てる、制御部と、
を備える基地局装置。 - 前記通知は、前記送信バッファが空になったことを示すバッファステータスレポートである、請求項1に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記通知を取得した場合、前記通信装置にアップリンクグラントを割り当てる、請求項1に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記通知を取得した場合、前記送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量より大きい場合に割り当てる前記リソースよりも小さい前記リソースを前記通信装置に割り当てる、請求項1に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記通信装置は、リアルタイムサービスを使用してデータを送信する、請求項1に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記通信装置は、前記リアルタイムサービスを使用して前記データを送信する場合と、前記リアルタイムサービスと異なるサービスを使用して前記データを送信する場合とで、異なるAPNが割り当てられる、請求項5に記載の基地局装置。
- 異なる前記APNごとに異なる優先度が割り当てられる、請求項6に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記通信部は、
リアルタイムサービスを使用してデータを送信する第1通信装置、及び、前記リアルタイムサービスと異なるサービスを使用してデータを送信する第2通信装置と通信を行い、
前記制御部は、
前記第1通信装置から前記通知を取得した場合に、前記一定期間、前記第1通信装置が信号を送信するための前記リソースを、前記通信装置に割り当て
前記第2通信装置から前記通知を取得した場合に、前記第2通信装置からリソース要求を受け付けるまで前記リソースの割り当てを停止する、
請求項1に記載の基地局装置。 - 前記第1通信装置及び前記第2通信装置は、それぞれ異なるAPNが割り当てられる、請求項8に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記第1通信装置及び前記第2通信装置は、それぞれ異なる優先度が割り当てられる、請求項8に記載の基地局装置。
- 送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった場合、前記送信バッファに関する通知を基地局装置に送信し、
前記通知を送信した後に、一定期間、前記基地局装置によって割り当てられるリソースを使用して、前記基地局装置に信号を送信する制御部、
を備える通信装置。 - 基地局装置と、通信装置と、を備える通信システムであって、
前記基地局装置は、
前記通信装置と通信を行う通信部と、
前記通信装置の送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった旨の通知を取得し、
前記通知を取得した場合、一定期間、前記通信装置が信号を送信するためのリソースを、前記通信装置に割り当てる、制御部と、
を備え、
前記通信装置は、
前記送信バッファに格納される前記データ量が前記所定量以下になった場合、前記通知を前記基地局装置に送信し、
前記通知を送信した後に、一定期間、前記基地局装置によって割り当てられる前記リソースを使用して、前記基地局装置に信号を送信する制御部、
を備える、通信システム。 - 通信装置の送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった旨の通知を、前記通信装置から取得することと、
前記通知を取得した場合、一定期間、前記通信装置が信号を送信するためのリソースを、前記通信装置に割り当てることと、
を含む通信方法。 - 送信バッファに格納されるデータ量が所定量以下になった場合、前記送信バッファに関する通知を基地局装置に送信することと、
前記通知を送信した後に、一定期間、前記基地局装置によって割り当てられるリソースを使用して、前記基地局装置に信号を送信することと、
