Claims (9)
- 제1 전극, 분리막 및 제2 전극이 적층되어 권취된 전극 조립체로서,상기 제1 전극은 집전체 및 상기 집전체 상에 구비된 전극 활물질층을 포함하고, 상기 전극 조립체의 권취축의 일 단부측에 구비된 상기 집전체의 가장자리부는 전극 활물질층이 구비되지 않은 무지부를 포함하며,상기 제1 전극의 무지부는 상기 전극 조립체의 권취 중심으로부터 상기 전극 조립체의 외곽 방향으로 1회 이상 절곡된 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극의 무지부는 복수의 분절편을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 분절편은 상기 전극 조립체의 권취 중심으로부터 상기 전극 조립체의 외곽 방향으로 1회 이상 절곡된 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 전극 조립체의 적어도 최외곽에 존재하는 제1 전극의 무지부의 분절편은 상기 전극 조립체의 측면에 대향하도록 2회 절곡된 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극의 무지부의 절곡된 부분의 적어도 일부는 인접한 무지부의 절곡된 부분의 적어도 일부와 접하는 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극의 무지부의 최초 절곡 부위부터 단부까지의 길이는 1mm 이상인 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 2회 절곡된 제1 전극의 무지부의 분절편은 상기 전극 조립체의 전체 높이의 1% 이상 30% 이하로 전극 조립체의 측면에 접하는 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극은 양극이고, 상기 제2 전극은 음극이며, 상기 제1 전극은 상기 전극조립체의 상면을 기준으로 외부로 노출되도록 형성된 것인 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극은 상기 전극 조립체의 측면과 대향하는 면의 반대면에 구비된 절연 테이프를 더 포함하는 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전극 조립체;상기 전극 조립체를 내부에 수용하는 전지캔; 및상기 전지캔의 상부와 결합되는 캡 조립체를 포함하는 이차전지.
