Claims (16)
- 메인 보드의 전면에 배열된 단위 RF 필터 바디;상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전면에 배치되는 방사소자부; 및상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전면을 형성함과 동시에 상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 수직 단면의 면적보다 더 넓도록 형성되고, 상기 방사소자부를 접지(GND)하는 리플렉터 패널; 을 포함하고,상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 좌우에는, 각각 좌우 외측으로 개구된 다수의 캐비티가 형성되고, 상기 각각의 캐비티에 공진기가 내장되어 상이한 주파수 필터링을 수행하는 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부가 구비되며,상기 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부는 상기 리플렉터 패널을 관통하여 상기 방사소자부와 전기적으로 연결된, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 리플렉터 패널에는, 상기 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부와 상기 방사소자부의 송신 신호 및 수신 신호 전달을 매개하는 제3 커넥팅 핀단자가 관통 설치되는 한 쌍의 핀단자 설치홀이 형성된, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 방사소자부는, 다중편파 중 적어도 일 편파를 발생시키도록 구비된, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 방사소자부는,상기 리플렉터 패널의 전면에 배치된 베이스 패널;상기 베이스 패널에 부착되되, 상기 좌측 필터부 및 상기 우측 필터부와 전기적으로 연결되는 급전 피딩 베이스; 및상기 급전 피딩 베이스의 전단부에 구비된 방사용 디렉터 패널; 을 포함하는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제3 커넥팅 핀단자는, 상기 베이스 패널에 솔더 고정되는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전후 두께부인 상면 및 하면 중 어느 하나에 구비되고, 적어도 하나의 아날로그 증폭소자들이 실장된 LNA 기판부를 포함하는 증폭 소자부; 를 더 포함하는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 증폭 소자부는, 상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전후 두께부를 형성하는 상면 또는 하면에 마련된 기판 설치공간 상에 상기 LNA 기판부가 배치되고,상기 LNA 기판부는 상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 좌우에 형성된 상기 좌측 필터부 및 상기 우측 필터부의 각 캐비티와 전기적으로 연결되는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 LNA 기판부에는 상기 메인 보드에 대한 소켓 핀 결합 방식으로 결합되기 위한 수소켓부가 형성되고,상기 기판 설치공간에는 상기 LNA 기판부의 수소켓부가 관통되는 관통 슬릿이 형성된, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 LNA 기판부에는, 상기 방사소자부로부터 상기 좌측 필터부 또는 상기 우측 필터부를 거쳐 수신된 수신 신호를 증폭시키는 적어도 하나의 LNA 소자가 실장되고,상기 메인 보드에는, 상기 LNA 소자가 제외된 적어도 하나의 PA 소자가 실장되며,상기 적어도 하나의 PA 소자로부터 발생된 열은 상기 메인 보드가 적층된 안테나 하우징의 후방으로 방열되는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 단위 RF 필터 바디에는, 상기 기판 설치공간과 상기 좌측 필터부의 캐비티 및 상기 우측 필터부의 캐비티를 관통하는 핀 설치홀이 형성되고,상기 LNA 기판부와 상기 좌측 필터부 및 상기 우측 필터부는, 각각 상기 핀 설치홀에 설치되는 적어도 하나의 제2 커넥팅 핀단자에 의하여 전기적으로 연결되며,상기 제2 커넥팅 핀단자는, 상기 LNA 기판부에 솔더 고정되는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단위 RF 필터 바디에는, 상기 좌측 필터부 및 상기 우측 필터부를 통하여 송신 신호를 전달하기 위한 적어도 하나의 입출력 포트가 각각 구비되고,상기 적어도 하나의 입출력 포트는, 적어도 하나의 제1 커넥팅 핀단자를 매개로 상기 메인 보드와 상기 좌측 필터부 및 상기 우측 필터부가 전기적으로 연결되는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 제1 커넥팅 핀단자는, 상기 메인 보드의 전면에 솔더 고정되는, 안테나용 RF 모듈.
- 전면이 개구된 함체 형상으로 형성된 안테나 하우징부;상기 안테나 하우징부의 내면에 밀착되도록 적층 배치된 메인 보드;상기 메인 보드의 전면에 배열된 다수의 안테나용 RF 모듈; 을 포함하고,상기 다수의 안테나용 RF 모듈은,상기 메인 보드의 전면에 배열된 단위 RF 필터 바디;상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전면에 배치되는 방사소자부; 및상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전면을 형성함과 동시에 상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 수직 단면의 면적보다 더 넓도록 형성되고, 상기 방사소자부를 접지(GND)하는 리플렉터 패널; 을 포함하며,상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 좌우에는, 각각 좌우 외측으로 개구된 다수의 캐비티가 형성되고, 상기 각각의 캐비티에 공진기가 내장되어 상이한 주파수 필터링을 수행하는 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부가 구비되고,상기 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부는 상기 리플렉터 패널을 관통하여 상기 방사소자부와 전기적으로 연결된, 안테나 장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 다수의 안테나용 RF 모듈은,상기 단위 RF 필터 바디의 전후 두께부인 상면 및 하면 중 어느 하나에 구비되고, 적어도 하나의 아날로그 증폭소자들이 실장된 LNA 기판부를 포함하는 증폭 소자부; 를 더 포함하는, 안테나 장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 방사소자부는, 상리 리플렉터 패널의 전면에 배치된 베이스 패널, 을 포함하고,상기 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부는 적어도 하나의 제1 커넥팅 핀단자를 매개로 상기 메인 보드와 전기적으로 연결되게 상기 메인 보드에 솔더 고정되며,상기 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부는 적어도 하나의 제2 커넥팅 핀단자를 매개로 상기 LNA 기판부와 전기적으로 연결되게 상기 LNA 기판부에 솔더 고정되고,상기 좌측 필터부 및 우측 필터부는 적어도 하나의 제3 커넥팅 핀단자를 매개로 상기 베이스 패널과 전기적으로 연결되게 상기 베이스 패널에 솔더 고정되는, 안테나 장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,좌우 양단부가 상기 안테나 하우징부의 좌우 측벽에 고정되고, 상기 단위 RF 필터 바디를 각각 고정시키는 고정부재; 를 더 포함하고,상기 고정부재는 비도전성 재질로 이루어진, 안테나 장치.
