Claims (21)
- 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스(Leuconostoc mesenteroides) CJLM119 균주 또는 이의 배양물 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는, 발효용 조성물.
- 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 CJLM119 균주 또는 이의 배양물로 발효한 발효물을 포함하는, 면역 증강용 식품 조성물.
- 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 CJLM119 균주 또는 이의 배양물로 발효한 발효물을 포함하는, 장건강 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 마늘, 고춧가루 및 질소원으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 조성물을 발효시킨 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 마늘을 5 내지 9 중량%로 포함하는 조성물을 발효시킨 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 식품 조성물은 TNF-α 또는 IL-6의 발현을 증대시키는 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 식품 조성물은 유해균의 생장을 억제시키는 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유해균은 에스케리키아 속(Escherichia sp.), 스타필로코커스 속(Staphylococcus sp.), 살모넬라 속(Salmonella sp.), 쉬겔라 속(Shigella sp.), 클렙시엘라(Klebsiella sp.), 엔테로박테리아세 속(Enterobacteriaceae sp.), 슈도모나스 속(Pseudomonas sp.), 모락셀라 속(Moraxella sp.), 헬리코박터 속(Helicobacter sp.), 스테노트로포모나스 속(Stenotrophomonas sp.), 리스테리아 속(Listeria sp.) 및 비브리오 속(Vibrio sp.)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 32℃ 내지 42℃에서 10시간 내지 30시간 동안 발효시킨 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 탄소원 또는 소금 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는 조성물을 발효시킨 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 CJLM119 균주의 배양물, 이의 파쇄물, 이의 추출물, 또는 이로부터 유래하는 성분 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 CJLM119 균주 또는 이의 배양물로 발효된 발효물; 또는 상기 발효물을 추가로 발효한 발효물을 포함하는 것인, 식품 조성물.
- 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 CJLM119 균주 또는 이의 배양물로 발효한 발효물을 포함하는, 면역 증강용 건강기능식품.
- 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 CJLM119 균주 또는 이의 배양물로 발효한 발효물을 포함하는, 장건강 개선용 건강기능식품.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 발효물은 마늘, 고춧가루 및 질소원으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 조성물을 발효시킨 것인, 건강기능식품.
