- the BS may receive a HARQ-ACK codebook for the multicast service.
- the HARQ-ACK codebook may be generated based on the DAI and HEI.

Description
Claims (15)
- A user equipment (UE) , comprising:a transceiver; anda processor coupled to the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to:receive a plurality of group-common downlink control information (DCI) formats for scheduling a plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) for a multicast service, wherein each of the plurality of group-common DCI formats includes a downlink assignment index (DAI) and a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback enabling/disabling indicator (HEI) ;generate, based on the DAI and HEI, a HARQ-ACK codebook for the multicast service; andtransmit the HARQ-ACK codebook.
- The UE of claim 1, wherein the DAI indicates an accumulative number of transmitted group-common DCI formats with an enabled HEI among the plurality of group-common DCI formats.
- The UE of claim 2, wherein:in response to a first DCI format with a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats being transmitted earlier than any other DCI formats of the plurality of group-common DCI formats, the DAI of the first DCI format is set to a predefined value;in response to a second DCI format with an enabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats being transmitted earlier than a third DCI format with a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats, the DAI of the third DCI format is the same as that of the second DCI format; orin response to a fourth DCI format with a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats being transmitted earlier than a fifth DCI format with a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats, the DAI of the fifth DCI format is the same as that of the fourth DCI format.
- The UE of claim 1, wherein each DCI format with disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats further includes an indicator, andwherein in response to a second DCI format with an enabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats being transmitted earlier than a first DCI format with a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats, the indicator of the first DCI format indicates a position of the second DCI format, or a DAI of the second DCI format.
- The UE of claim 4, wherein in response to the first transmitted DCI format among the plurality of group-common DCI formats with a disabled HEI, the indicator of the first transmitted DCI format is set to a predefined value.
- The UE of claim 1, wherein each DCI format with disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats further includes an indicator, andwherein in response to a first DCI format with a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats being transmitted earlier than a second DCI format with an enabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats, the indicator of the first DCI format indicates a position of the second DCI format, or a DAI of the second DCI format.
- The UE of claim 6, wherein in response to the last transmitted DCI format among the plurality of group-common DCI formats with a disabled HEI, the indicator of the last transmitted DCI format is set to a predefined value.
- The UE of claim 4 or 6, wherein the position of the second DCI format comprises a slot offset between a slot where the first DCI format is transmitted and a slot where the second DCI format is transmitted.
- The UE of claim 4 or 6, wherein the indicator is a HARQ timing indicator (HTI) , a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource indicator (PRI) , or any combination thereof.
- The UE of claim 1, wherein the DAIs are counted separately among group-common DCI formats with each having an enabled HEI and group-common DCI formats with each having a disabled HEI of the plurality of group-common DCI formats.
- The UE of claim 1, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook is to be multiplexed with HARQ-ACK feedback for at least one UE-specific PDSCH in the same physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) ; andwherein a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) of the last transmitted UE-specific PDSCH of the at least one UE-specific PDSCH indicates the HEIs of the plurality of group-common DCI formats.
- The UE of claim 11, wherein the HEIs of the plurality of group-common DCI formats indicated in the MAC CE are ordered according to the DAIs of the plurality of group-common DCI formats.
- The UE of claim 1, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook is to be multiplexed on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduled by a UE-specific DCI format; and wherein the UE-specific DCI format includes an uplink (UL) DAI, which indicates one of the following:the number of group-common DCI formats with an enabled HEI to be multiplexed on the scheduled PUSCH; orthe total number of UE-specific DCI formats with HARQ-ACK feedback to be multiplexed on the scheduled PUSCH and group-common DCI formats with an enabled HEI to be multiplexed on the scheduled PUSCH.
- A base station (BS) , comprising:a transceiver; anda processor coupled to the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to:transmit a plurality of group-common downlink control information (DCI) formats for scheduling a plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) for a multicast service, wherein each of the plurality of group-common DCI formats includes a downlink assignment index (DAI) and a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback enabling/disabling indicator (HEI) ; andreceive a HARQ-ACK codebook for the multicast service, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook is generated based on the DAI and HEI.
- A method performed by a user equipment (UE) , comprising:receiving a plurality of group-common downlink control information (DCI) formats for scheduling a plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) for a multicast service, wherein each of the plurality of group-common DCI formats includes a downlink assignment index (DAI) and a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback enabling/disabling indicator (HEI) ;generating, based on the DAI and HEI, a HARQ-ACK codebook for the multicast service; andtransmitting the HARQ-ACK codebook.
