ライナー20は、外側壁10の内側に位置し燃焼室11に面する部材である。本実施形態のライナー20は、外側壁10に取り付けられている。本実施形態のライナー20は板状であるが、ライナー20の形状はこれに限定されない。また、ライナー20の材料も限定されない。ライナー20の材料はセラミック材料、金属材料などである。例えば、セラミックマトリックス複合材料(CMC)である。ライナー20は後述する取付具30を用いて外側壁10に取り付けられる。ライナー20は、筒状をなすように周方向に並ぶ複数のパネルの集合体とし得る。なお、ライナー20は、周方向に並ぶ複数のパネルに分割されずに、筒状に一体成形されてもよい。
取付具30は、外側壁10にライナー20を取り付ける部材である。取付具30は、例えば金属製であるが、金属以外の材料で形成されていてもよい。図3は、取付具30の断面図である。厳密には、図3は、取付具30の断面のみならず、取付具30付近も示している。図2及び図3に示すように、取付具30は、軸部31と、ヘッド32と、空気流路33と、空気取込口39と、軸溝35と、ヘッド溝36と、を含んでいる。なお、本実施形態では、軸溝35を含んでいるが、軸溝35を含まなくともよい。
次に、第2実施形態に係る燃焼器200について説明する。図5は、第2実施形態に係る燃焼器200の断面図であって、第1実施形態の図3に対応する図である。本実施形態に係る燃焼器200は、取付具30の空気流路33の構成が、第1実施形態に係る燃焼器100と異なる。それ以外の点は、第1実施形態に係る燃焼器100と基本的に同じである。以下、本実施形態に係る燃焼器200の空気流路33について説明する。
本明細書で開示する第1の項目は、燃焼室を囲む外側壁と、前記外側壁の内側に位置し前記燃焼室に面するライナーと、前記外側壁と前記ライナーの間に隙間がある状態で前記外側壁に前記ライナーを取り付ける取付具と、を備え、前記取付具は、前記外側壁を貫通する軸部と、前記ライナーを支持するヘッドと、前記取付具の内部に位置して前記燃焼室に接続し、前記ヘッドの形状に対応する形状を含む空気流路と、を含んでいる、ガスタービンの燃焼器である。

Claims (12)
- 燃焼室を囲む外側壁と、
前記外側壁の内側に位置し前記燃焼室に面するライナーと、
前記外側壁と前記ライナーの間に隙間がある状態で前記外側壁に前記ライナーを取り付ける取付具と、を備え、
前記取付具は、
前記外側壁を貫通する軸部と、
前記ライナーを支持するヘッドと、
前記取付具の内部に位置して前記燃焼室に接続し、前記ヘッドの形状に対応する形状を含む空気流路と、を含んでいる、ガスタービンの燃焼器。 - 前記ライナーはセラミックマトリックス複合材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記ヘッド及び前記空気流路はいずれも円錐台形状を含んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記取付具は、前記空気流路に空気を取り込む空気取込口を含んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記取付具は、前記空気流路を通過する空気を旋回させる旋回発生部を含んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記旋回発生部は、前記空気流路への空気の供給方向が前記取付具の中心軸方向に対して傾斜している、請求項5に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記空気流路は、前記取付具の中心軸上に位置する内側流路と、前記内側流路の全部又は一部を囲む外側流路とを有している、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記外側流路の燃焼室側の端部の流路面積は、前記内側流路の燃焼室側の端部の流路面積よりも小さい、請求項7に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記外側流路の燃焼室側の端部の流路面積は、外側流路の空気取込口の流路面積よりも小さい、請求項7に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記取付具は、前記ヘッドの外周面に位置し空気を前記燃焼室に放出するヘッド溝を含み、
前記ヘッド溝を通過する空気の方向は前記空気流路を通過する空気の方向に沿う、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。 - 前記ヘッドの外周面は、前記取付具の中心軸に対する角度が30度以上45度以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
- 前記ヘッドの内周面及び端面は、熱遮蔽コーティング層を表面に有している、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンの燃焼器。
