- the FRA device 400 increases the frequency of the disturbance signal (x) and obtains the position value signal (y) and error value signal (e) of the actuator 100 measured through the OIS controller 200. It is possible to measure gain change according to frequency and phase change according to frequency representing the frequency response characteristics of the camera module.
- the FRA equipment 400 measures the frequency response characteristics of the camera module and uses self-oscillation of at least one of the actuator 100 and the OIS controller 200 to control the frequency bands 602 and 604 in which the gain or phase changes rapidly. can be detected.
- the FRA device 400 may set the optimal control coefficient (proportional control coefficient, integral control coefficient, differential control coefficient) of the PID controller 240 so that a portion where the gain or phase changes rapidly is reduced or offset.
- the OIS controller 200 since the OIS controller 200 has a frequency response measurement function, an external FRA measurement board of the related art is unnecessary, thereby simplifying the configuration and measurement method of the measurement system and reducing costs. can do.
- the camera module according to an embodiment can suppress an increase in the size of the OIS controller by time-dividing and using the internal configuration (MUX, ADC, MCU) of the OIS controller when measuring the frequency response.
- MUX, ADC, MCU internal configuration
