技术领域
本公开实施例涉及计算机技术领域，例如涉及一种评论提示方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质和程序产品。
背景技术
目前，用户在观看视频的过程中，可以通过触发视频的交互控件进行交互操作。相关技术中，交互控件一般采用图标的形式进行展示。
然而，此种展现形式无法清晰地对各图标的功能进行提示，导致用户体验较差。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种评论提示方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质和程序产品，以更为清晰地提示评论控件的功能。
第一方面，本公开实施例提供了一种评论提示方法，包括：
在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；
响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看所述多媒体内容的评论。
第二方面，本公开实施例还提供了一种评论提示装置，包括：
内容展示模块，设置为在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；

图1为本公开实施例提供的一种评论提示方法的流程示意图。该方法可以由评论提示装置执行，其中，该装置可以由软件和/或硬件实现，可配置于电子设备中，典型的，可以配置在手机或平板电脑中。本公开实施例提供的评论提示方法适用于提示用户查看评论的场景。如图1所示，本实施例提供的评论提示方法可以包括：
S101、在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容。
本实施例中，多媒体内容可以为视频、音频或文章等。内容展示页面可以为展示该多媒体内容的页面。以下以多媒体内容为视频为例进行说明，此时，该内容展示页面可以为视频播放页面。
在一实施例中，当前用户在欲查看某一多媒体内容时，可以执行针对该多媒体内容的内容查看操作。相应的，如图2所示，电子设备在接收到当前用户的内容查看操作时，可以在内容展示页面中展示该内容查看操作所针对的多媒体内容，如当该内容查看操作所针对的多媒体内容为视频时，可以显示视频播放页面，在视频播放页面中播放该视频，并可以在内容展示页面中展示该多媒体内容的点赞控件20、评论控件21和/或分享控件22等交互控件，以便于当前用户对该多媒体进行点赞、对该多媒体内容进行评论和/或分享该多媒体内容。
S102、响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看 所述多媒体内容的评论。
在本实施例中，通过在存在热门评论的多媒体内容的展示时长达到预设时长时，展示评论提示信息，能够提示用户通过触发评论控件查看该多媒体内容的评论，如提示用户通过触发该评论提示信息的关联显示位置(如该评论提示信息所位于的评论控件显示位置或者该评论提示信息所指向的评论控件位置)查看该多媒体内容的评论，能够对评论功能进行清晰的提示，并丰富评论功能的提示方式，提升用户的评论观看体验。此外，仅在展示存在热门评论的多媒体内容时，提示当前用户查看多媒体内容的评论，还能够避免对用户查看多媒体内容造成过多干扰，并避免出现用户基于提示仅能查看到数量较少或质量较差的评论的情况，提高当前用户的评论查看体验。
本实施例中，该热门评论可以为点赞信息满足预设点赞条件的评论，如点赞数量大于预设数量阈值(如5000或10000等)或者点赞率大于预设点赞率阈值(如5‰或6‰等)的评论；和/或，评论信息满足预设评论条件的评论，如被回复次数大于预设次数数量阈值或者被回复率大于预设被回复率阈值的评论，等等。可选的，所述热门评论包括如下至少之一：点赞数量大于预设数量阈值的评论，点赞率大于预设点赞率阈值的评论。某一条评论的点赞率可以为该条评论的点赞数量与该条评论的被浏览次数的比值，该点赞数量可以为多媒体内容的评论面板中所显示的该条评论的点赞数量；某一条评论的被回复率可以为该条评论的被回复次数与该条评论的被浏览次数的比值，该被回复次数可以为多媒体内容的评论面板中所显示的该条评论被回复的多条评论的总数量。
评论提示信息可以为用于提示当前用户查看该多媒体内容的评论的信息，评论提示信息可以显示于评论控件的显示位置或者指向该评论控件的显示位置。该评论提示信息可以包括评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一，即可以采用特效和文字中的至少一种形式对当前用户进行提示，此时，所述在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，可以包括：在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一。可选的，本实施例可以同时采用特效和文字的形式提示当前用户通过触发评论控件查看评论，以提升评论提示消息的提示效果。
该当前用户可以理解为客户端当前登陆的账号所对应的用户。第一预设时长阈值可以理解为预先设置的多媒体内容展示时长阈值，该第一预设时长阈值可以根据需要灵活设置，如可以将第一预设时长阈值设置为5s或10s等。
在一实施例中，电子设备可以判断当前所展示的多媒体内容是否存在热门评论，响应于确定当前所展示的多媒体内容存在热门评论，可以在该多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在内容展示页面中展示该多媒体内容 的同时，还可以在内容展示页面展示评论提示信息，如图3所示，以通过该评论提示信息提示当前用户通过触发评论控件查看该多媒体内容的评论。
在此，多媒体内容是否存在热门评论的判断方式可以灵活设置，举例而言，可以判断当前所展示的多媒体内容是否存在点赞数量大于预设数量阈值的评论，如判断该多媒体内容的评论中，具有最高点赞数量的评论的点赞数量是否大于预设数量阈值；和/或，判断当前所展示的多媒体内容是否存在点赞率大于预设点赞率阈值的评论，如判断该多媒体内容的评论中，具有最高点赞率的评论的点赞率是否大于预设点赞率阈值。在该多媒体内容存在点赞数量大于预设数量阈值的评论，或者，该多媒体内容存在点赞率大于预设点赞率阈值的评论时，确定该多媒体内容存在热门评论。
本实施例提供的评论提示方法，在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；响应于确定该多媒体内容存在热门评论，当该多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在该内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，该评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看该多媒体内容的评论。本实施例，当多媒体内容存在热门评论时，提示用户通过触发评论控件查看该多媒体内容的评论，能够对评论功能进行清晰的提示，并丰富评论功能的提示方式，提升用户的评论观看体验。
图4为本公开实施例提供的另一种评论提示方法的流程示意图。本实施例中的方案可以与上述实施例中的一个或多个可选方案组合。可选的，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一，包括如下至少之一：将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论控件切换展示为评论提示特效；将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论关联信息切换展示为评论提示文字。
可选的，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息之后，所述方法还包括：响应于评论查看操作，显示所述多媒体内容的评论面板，并取消对所述评论提示信息的展示，其中，所述评论查看操作包括针对所述评论提示信息的触发操作，所述评论面板用于展示所述多媒体内容的评论。
可选的，所述响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，包括：响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，并且，当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点距离当前时间点达到第二预设时长阈值，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息第二预设时长阈值。
相应的，如图4所示，本实施例提供的评论提示方法可以包括：

S202、响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，并且，当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点距离当前时间点达到第二预设时长阈值，在所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，执行如下至少之一：将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论控件切换展示为评论提示特效，将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论关联信息切换展示为评论提示文字；其中，所述评论提示信息包括所述评论提示特效和所述评论提示文字中的至少之一，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看所述多媒体内容的评论。
在本实施例中，可以仅在当前用户在较长时间内未查看过任何评论的情况下，展示评论提示信息，即仅在确定当前用户可能存在评论障碍时，如仅在确定当前用户可能并不知晓评论控件的功能或者并不知晓如何查看评论的情况下，展示评论提示信息，以避免频繁展示提示信息对当前用户查看多媒体内容造成干扰，进一步提升当前用户的体验。
并且，在本实施例中，可以采用特效和文字中的至少一种形式提示当前用户通过触发评论控件查看评论，在此，该特效可以展示于评论控件的显示位置，该文字可以展示于评论关联信息的展示位置，以在不对当前所展示的多媒体内容造成额外的遮挡的前提下，提升评论提示消息的提示效果，从而进一步提升当前用户的体验。
本实施例中，第二预设时长阈值可以为预先设置的、当前时刻与当前用户上一次查看评论的时刻之间的时间间隔阈值。该第二预设时长阈值可以根据需要灵活设置，如可以将第二预设时长阈值设置为20天或30天等。
如图3所示，评论提示特效23可以为用于提示当前用户触发评论控件的特效，举例而言，该评论提示特效23中可以展示有评论控件图标和热门评论标识，该热门评论标识可以显示于该评论控件图标的内部。该评论提示特效23可以为按照预设频次控制该评论控件图标以及该热门评论标识进行缩放的特效，即在该评论提示特效23中，该评论控件图标和该热门评论标识可以按照该预设频次进行缩放。
评论关联信息可以为内容展示页面中所展示的、与当前所展示的多媒体内容的评论或者评论控件21存在关联的信息(如文字信息)，如图2中所示的该多媒体内容的评论数量。如图3所示，评论提示文字24可以为用于提示当前用户查看评论的文字，如用于提示当前用户查看热门评论的文字。
在一实施例中，电子设备在展示某一多媒体内容时，可以判断该多媒体内 容是否存在热门评论，以及，获取当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点，计算该时间点与当前时间点(即当前时刻)所间隔的时间长度，并判断该时间长度是否达到第二预设时长阈值。在确定该多媒体内容存在热门评论，并且，当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点与当前时间点所间隔的时间长度达到第二预设时长阈值时，将内容展示页面中所展示的评论控件切换展示为评论提示特效，即停止展示评论控件，并在该评论控件的原始展示位置展示评论提示特效；和/或，将内容展示页面中所展示的评论关联信息切换展示为评论提示文字，即停止展示该评论关联信息，并在该评论关联信息的原始展示位置展示评论提示文字。
此外，本实施例在展示评论提示信息时，还可以考虑评论提示信息的展示频次，仅在多媒体内容存在热门评论、当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点距离当前时间点达到第二预设时长阈值且评论提示信息的展示频次未达到其预设展示频次阈值时，展示评论提示信息，以避免频繁展示评论提示信息对当前用户造成打扰。
S203、响应于评论查看操作，显示所述多媒体内容的评论面板，并取消对所述评论提示信息的展示，其中，所述评论查看操作包括针对所述评论提示信息的触发操作，所述评论面板用于展示所述多媒体内容的评论。
本实施例中，评论查看操作可以为查看当前所展示的多媒体内容的评论的操作，评论查看操作可以包括触发展示页面中所展示的评论提示特效和评论提示文字中至少之一的操作，即触发展示页面中用于显示评论控件和评论关联信息中的至少之一的位置的操作；还可以包括用于指示电子设备展示当前所展示的多媒体内容的评论的触摸手势，如在内容展示页面中沿预设方向进行滑动的触摸手势等。
在一实施例中，当展示评论提示信息之后，当前用户在欲基于该提示信息的提示查看多媒体内容的评论时，可以执行评论查看操作。相应的，如图5所示，电子设备在接收到当前用户的评论查看操作时，可以显示评论面板50，并在评论面板50中显示该多媒体内容的评论，以供当前用户进行查看。
本实施例提供的评论提示方法，能够在不对内容展示页面中所展示的多媒体内容造成额外遮挡的前提下，对用户进行提示，并提高提示信息的展示效果，从而提升用户的体验。
图6为本公开实施例提供的一种评论提示装置的结构框图。该装置可以由软件和/或硬件实现，可配置于电子设备中，典型的，可以配置在手机或平板电 脑中，可通过执行评论提示方法提示用户查看评论。如图7所示，本实施例提供的评论提示装置可以包括：内容展示模块601和信息展示模块602，其中，
内容展示模块601，设置为在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；

本公开实施例提供的评论提示装置可执行本公开任意实施例提供的评论提示方法，具备执行评论提示方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节，可参见本公开任意实施例所提供的评论提示方法。
下面参考图7，示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如终端设备)700的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant，PDA)、平板电脑(Portable Android Device，PAD)、便携式多媒体播放器(Portable Media Player，PMP)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字电视(television，TV)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图7示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例。
如图7所示，电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701，电子设备700可以根据存储在只读存储器(Read-Only Memory，ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置708加载到随机访问存储器(Random Access Memory，RAM)703中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 703中，还存储有电子设备700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(Input/Output，I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。
通常，以下装置可以连接至I/O接口705：包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置706；包括例如液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display，LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置707；包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置708；以及通信装置709。通信装置709可以允许电子设备700与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有各种装置的电子设备700，但是应理解的是，并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地，根据本公开的实施例，上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如，本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品，该计算机程序包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序，该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中，该计算机程序可以通过通信装置709从网络上被下载和安装，或者从存储装置708被安装，或者从ROM 702被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置701执行时，执行本公开实施例的方法中的上述功能。
需要说明的是，本公开上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件，或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质可以包括：具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器、只读存储器、可擦式可编程只读 存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory，EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory，CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中，计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质，该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中，计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号，其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式，包括电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质，该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输，包括：电线、光缆、射频(Radio Frequency，RF)等等，或者上述的任意合适的组合。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的；也可以是单独存在，而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序，当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时，使得该电子设备：在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看所述多媒体内容的评论。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码，上述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++，还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中，远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括LAN或WAN—连接到用户计算机，或者，可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因 特网连接)。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例1提供了一种评论提示方法，包括：
在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；
响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看所述多 媒体内容的评论。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例2根据示例1所述的方法，所述在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，包括：
在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例3根据示例2所述的方法所述在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一，包括如下至少之一：
将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论控件切换展示为评论提示特效；
将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论关联信息切换展示为评论提示文字。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例4根据示例3所述的方法，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息之后，所述方法还包括：
响应于评论查看操作，显示所述多媒体内容的评论面板，并取消对所述评论提示信息的展示，其中，所述评论查看操作包括针对所述评论提示信息的触发操作，所述评论面板用于展示所述多媒体内容的评论。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例5根据示例1-4任一所述的方法，所述热门评论包括如下至少之一：点赞数量大于预设数量阈值的评论，点赞率大于预设点赞率阈值的评论。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例6根据示例1-4任一所述的方法，所述响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，包括：
响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，并且，当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点距离当前时间点达到第二预设时长阈值，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例7提供了一种评论提示装置，包括：
内容展示模块，设置为在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；
信息展示模块，设置为响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论的情况，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看所述多媒体内容的评论。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例8提供了一种电子设备，包括：
处理器；
存储器，用于存储程序，
当所述程序被所述处理器执行，使得所述处理器实现如示例1-6中任一所述的评论提示方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例9提供了一种计算机可读存储介质，所述存储介质上存储有计算机程序，所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如示例1-6中任一所述的评论提示方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例，示例10提供了一种计算机程序产品，当所述计算机程序产品被计算机执行，使得所述计算机实现如示例1-6任一所述的评论提示方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种评论提示方法，包括：
    在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；
    响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件的显示位置查看所述多媒体内容的评论。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，包括：
    在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其中，所述在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示特效和评论提示文字中的至少之一，包括如下至少之一：
    将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论控件切换展示为评论提示特效；
    将所述内容展示页面中所展示的评论关联信息切换展示为评论提示文字。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息之后，所述方法还包括：
    响应于评论查看操作，显示所述多媒体内容的评论面板，并取消对所述评论提示信息的展示，其中，所述评论查看操作包括针对所述评论提示信息的触发操作，所述评论面板用于展示所述多媒体内容的评论。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的方法，其中，所述热门评论包括如下至少之一：点赞数量大于预设数量阈值的评论，点赞率大于预设点赞率阈值的评论。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的方法，其中，所述响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，包括：
    响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，并且，当前用户最后一次查看评论的时间点距离当前时间点达到第二预设时长阈值，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息。
  7. 一种评论提示装置，包括：
    内容展示模块，设置为在内容展示页面中展示多媒体内容；
    信息展示模块，设置为响应于确定所述多媒体内容存在热门评论，当所述多媒体内容的展示时长达到第一预设时长阈值时，在所述内容展示页面中展示评论提示信息，其中，所述评论提示信息用于提示当前用户通过触发评论控件 的显示位置查看所述多媒体内容的评论。
  8. 一种电子设备，包括：
    处理器；
    存储器，用于存储程序，
    当所述程序被所述处理器执行，使得所述处理器实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的评论提示方法。
  9. 一种计算机可读存储介质，所述存储介质上存储有计算机程序，所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的评论提示方法。
  10. 一种计算机程序产品，当所述计算机程序产品被计算机执行，使得所述计算机实现如权利要求1-6任一所述的评论提示方法。
