请参阅图1至图4，本发明公开了一种门体结构，包括门体1、侧封框2及用于安装功能部件的横框3，其中，功能部件指驱动门体1运动的运动装置、用以连接相邻门体的传动部件、或者用以调节门体升降的调节部件，则联动部件或调整门体1的其他调节件将容纳在横框3内，使得功能部件不会暴露在外侧，同时，安装门体的功能部件时，可先将功能部件安装在横框3内，从而提高门体的装配效率；进一步地，横框3固定连接在门体1的顶部与/或底部，侧封框2封设在门体1的两侧及横框3的两端。因而，将侧封框2装配到门体1的两侧时，将同时封住了横框3的两端，使得横框3的容纳槽33形成封闭的槽体，相较于横框3两端裸露在外，横框3内部更不易于积尘，使得积尘问题得以改善，同时，侧封框2将门体1的侧边及横框3的端部一起封住，通过侧封框2封住了横框3的端部，不仅使得门体的结构更加整体化，从而整个门体更加美观，且使得门体1的侧边及横框3端部尖端处的位置封闭在侧封框2内，避免了端部尖端处勾住门 帘等以及避免了人体触碰端部尖端处或门体1侧边造成割伤的问题，达到保护门帘及人体的目的。
在本实施例中，为实现侧封框2封住门体1及横框3端部，门体1与侧封框2相卡接或螺栓连接或角码连接，其中，门体1的侧边上可设置若干螺纹孔，则侧封框2可与门体1实现螺栓连接；侧封框2及门体1均设置有螺纹孔，通过角码设置在侧封框2内部，且角码的一端与门体1螺栓连接，另一端与侧封框2螺栓连接，从而实现侧封框2固定装配在门体1侧边及横框3端部的目的。
作为最优选的方案，请结合图3所示，门体1上设有卡扣凸起11，侧封框2上设有与卡扣凸起11相卡接的卡槽21，从而实现门体1与侧封框2相卡接的目的，作为最优选的方案的等效替换方案，门体1上设置有卡接槽，则侧封框2上设置有与卡接槽相对应的卡接凸起，卡接凸起与卡接槽相卡接，也可实现门体1与侧封框2相卡接的目的，同时，由于隐藏了螺栓连接的安装位置，从而进一步使得门体结构更加美观。具体地，请参见图4，横框3上设有连接槽31，门体1的门芯板12插接在连接槽31的内部。从而实现门体1的门芯板12在装配过程中的定位及固定。优选的，连接槽31的内侧壁上设有锯齿纹结构32，以使门芯板12插紧在连接槽31的内部。为了使得横框3与门体1之间的连接更加牢固，联动槽35的底部设有通孔36，螺栓4穿过通孔36，且横框3通过螺栓4与门体1相连接。
进一步地，请参见图3，侧封框2的内部设有侧接槽22。当侧封框2装配到门体1上时，门芯板12将可卡接在侧接槽22内，使得门体1的门芯板12固定得更加稳固。
具体地，请结合图1至图4所示，横框3的内部设有用于容纳功能部件的容纳槽33，容纳槽33位于连接槽31的槽底相对一侧，因而功能部件位于容纳槽33的槽内，从而实现隐藏门体中的功能部件的目的。
进一步地，请结合图4所示，横框3的内部设有用于固定连接功能部 件的安装槽34，其中，当门体为联动门时，功能部件优选设置有连接件的联动部件，联动部件固定安装在安装槽34内，安装槽34设置在容纳槽33的内部，则安装槽34固定安装在容纳槽33中，则装配联动门时，可先将联动部件在横框3上，再将横框3固定安装到门体1上，达到便捷装配联动门的目的。
进一步地，请结合图4所示，容纳槽33的槽壁与安装槽34的同一侧槽壁形成联动槽35，用以与联动部件相连接的连接件滑动配合在联动槽35内，优选的，安装槽34的两侧槽壁分别与容纳槽33相对应的两侧槽壁形成两个联动槽35，两个联动槽35位于安装槽34的相对两侧，相对应的，联动部件上设置有两个连接件，两个连接件分别滑动配合在两个相对应的联动槽35内，且与门体1相邻的从动门体均与相对应的连接件固定连接，因而，实现门体1与相邻两个从动门体之间的联动，且门体1与相邻的从动门体之间仅看到连接件的端部，从而使得联动门整体更加简易美观。
综上所述，本发明公开了一种门体结构，包括侧封框及安装在门体上的横框，其中，侧封框封设在门体的侧边及横框的端部，则将门体所需的功能部件安装在横框内，不仅使得功能部件不会暴露在门体结构上，进而使得门体的结构的更加美观，同时，先将功能部件安装到横框上，再将横框固定安装到门体上，进而使得门体的装配更加便捷高效。进一步地，通过侧封框封设在门体的侧边及横框的端部，一方面，进一步地使得整个门体更加美观，且改善了横框内容易积尘的问题。另一方面，避免了门体侧边及横框端部尖端处勾住门帘等以及避免了人体触碰端部尖端处或门体侧边造成割伤的问题，达到保护门帘及人体的目的。
实施例2
作为优选的方案，请结合图5所示，图示中为更清楚现实外延部5的结构，横框2以断面结构显示，应用上述实施例1中的侧封框2，区别于实 施例1的侧封框2，侧封框2的一侧边设置有用于作为手把和/或作为修饰件的外延部5，外延部5优选设置成为中空结构，使得整个侧封框2的质量更轻之外，当用于作为手把时，可在外延部5上设置可穿过手的通孔，则当手穿过通孔时，可握住外延部5实现拖拉门体的目的，当然，外延部5可额外安装把手组件，以实现拖拉门体的效果，此外，外延部5的壁板可镂空雕刻花纹，从而不仅实现封住横框2的端部以遮蔽横框2内部的功能部件的目的，还进一步实现美化门体的目的。
实施例3
为保证实施例1或实施例2中侧封框2安装到门体1上后不容易下滑，发明人提供一种优选的方案，具体请结合图6及图9所示，该门体结构还包括第一固定件61及第二固定件62，第一固定件61固定连接在门体1上，第二固定件62固定连接在侧接槽22内部，第一固定件61抵接或卡接第二固定件62，以使得侧封框2固定在门体1上。其中，第一固定件6螺栓连接在门体1的门槽13内部，第一固定件61及第二固定件62可以为非金属材料或可以为金属材料，进一步的，第一固定件61可选与第二固定件62相抵接，通过第一固定件61与第二固定件62之间的摩擦，从而实现侧封框2固定在门体1上，避免了侧封框2安装在门体1上时会不可避免的下滑，则第一固定件61及第二固定件62可以为非金属材料或设置有滚花层的金属材料。此外，第一固定件61可选与第二固定件62相卡接，进而实现侧封框2固定在门体1上，避免了侧封框2安装在门体1上下滑。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段，还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门体结构，其特征在于，包括门体(1)、侧封框(2)及用于安装功能部件的横框(3)；
    所述横框(3)固定连接在所述门体(1)的顶部与/或底部，所述侧封框(2)封设在所述门体(1)的两侧及所述横框(3)的两端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述门体(1)与所述侧封框(2)相卡接或螺栓连接或角码连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述门体(1)上设有卡扣凸起(11)，所述侧封框(2)上设有与所述卡扣凸起(11)相卡接的卡槽(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述侧封框(2)的一侧边设置有外延部(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述横框(3)上设有连接槽(31)，所述门体(1)的门芯板(12)插接在所述连接槽(31)的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述连接槽(31)的内侧壁上设有锯齿纹结构(32)，以使所述门芯板(12)插紧在所述连接槽(31)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述侧封框(2) 的内部设有侧接槽(22)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门体结构，其特征在于，还包括第一固定件(61)及第二固定件(62)，所述第一固定件(61)固定连接在所述门体(1)上，所述第二固定件(62)固定连接在所述侧接槽(22)内部，所述第一固定件(61)抵接或卡接所述第二固定件(62)，以使得所述侧封框(2)固定在所述所述门体(1)上。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述横框(3)的内部设有用于容纳所述功能部件的容纳槽(33)，所述容纳槽(33)位于所述连接槽(31)的槽底相对一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的门体结构，其特征在于，所述横框(3)的内部设有用于固定连接所述功能部件的安装槽(34)，所述安装槽(34)设置在所述容纳槽(33)的内部。
