Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a parameter selection device and a parameter recommendation system for working machines.
- the conventional device described in Patent Document 1 below includes a fuel conversion slope data storage means and a consumption calculation means.
- the fuel-equivalent slope data storage means stores the fuel-equivalent slope data of each link created by the road slope data creating device in association with the road map data.
- the consumption calculation means calculates the energy consumption of the vehicle predicted when traveling the travel route using the fuel-equivalent gradient data of each link stored in the fuel-equivalent gradient data storage means ( Patent document 1, paragraph 0019 and claim 7).
- the road gradient data creation device described in Patent Document 1 creates data representing the degree of gradient of each link in road map data that expresses roads as a combination of nodes and links.
- This device comprises link data input means, altitude data input means, and slope data creation means (Patent Document 1, paragraph 0008 and claim 1).
- the link data input means inputs link data including the positions of the start point and the end point and the road type of each link from the map database in which the road map data is recorded.
- the elevation data input means inputs elevation data from an elevation database that records the elevation for each position on the topographic map divided by meshes at predetermined intervals.
- the gradient data creation means generates gradient data, which is an index indicating the gradient from the start point to the end point of each link, based on the link data and the altitude data. It is created as fuel-equivalent slope data that is evaluated by converting it into the amount of energy consumed when traveling.
- the conventional device described in Patent Document 2 is a driving analysis device for a transport vehicle that repeatedly travels the same route (the same document, paragraph 0007 and claim 1).
- This conventional device includes a data storage unit, a data extraction unit, a section extraction unit, and a driving information output unit.
- the data accumulation unit acquires position information of the transportation vehicle during travel and driving information including information on the amount of fuel consumed and the amount of load as data for one cycle when one round trip is made on the route. stored in the storage device.
- the data extraction unit extracts reference cycle data and analysis target cycle data from the data of the plurality of cycles accumulated in the storage device.
- the section extraction unit extracts an analysis target section from a plurality of sections set by dividing the route using the position information.
- the driving information output unit outputs driving information of the reference cycle data and the analysis target cycle data in the analysis target section.
- the conventional device described in Patent Document 1 creates fuel-equivalent gradient data based on the link data recorded in the map database and the altitude data recorded in the altitude database. Therefore, it is difficult for this conventional device to always update the map database and the altitude database to the latest state at a work site where the travel route and gradient change every moment.
- Patent Document 2 analyzes transport vehicles that repeatedly travel the same route. Therefore, it is difficult to analyze the operation of the transportation vehicle at the work site where the traveling route and gradient change every moment.
- the present disclosure provides a work machine parameter selection device and a parameter recommendation system that enable the work machine to travel efficiently at a work site where travel routes and gradients change from moment to moment.
- One aspect of the present disclosure is travel history data including the travel date and time of the work machine, the slope of the travel route, the travel speed, the weight of the load, parameter settings for engine control, and the amount of fuel consumed per unit time.
- a cycle is defined as a period from dropping the load, running without the vehicle after the load is dropped, and then loading the load again.
- An average load travel distance per cycle is calculated based on the travel history data, and the travel history data is calculated.
- a travel ratio for each slope which is a ratio of the total travel distance for each slope to the total travel distance of the work machine in the loaded travel, is calculated, and the travel ratio for each slope is added to the average loaded travel distance.
- the slope which is the average value of the fuel consumption, for each slope in the loaded travel of the work machine
- the average fuel consumption per slope and the average speed per slope which is the average value of the running speed, are calculated, and the average fuel consumption per slope divided by the average speed per slope is calculated as the average fuel consumption per slope
- Multiply the virtual travel distance for each slope to calculate the predicted fuel consumption for each slope per cycle, and divide the virtual travel distance for each slope by the average speed for each slope to obtain the slope per cycle.
- Each travel time is calculated, and based on the travel history data, the predicted fuel consumption per cycle, which is the total of the predicted fuel consumption for each slope, is calculated as the specified load weight of the work machine for each parameter setting.
- Calculate the predicted fuel consumption per unit load weight by dividing by Calculate the predicted production amount per cycle by dividing by the virtual running time of the recommended parameter setting based on the predicted fuel consumption amount and the predicted production amount per cycle for each parameter setting.
- a parameter recommendation system including the parameter selection device and a control device mounted on the work machine, wherein the control device controls the an engine control unit that controls an engine; a travel record acquisition unit that acquires the travel history data based on detection results of sensors mounted on the work machine; and the travel history data that is input from the travel record acquisition unit. to the parameter selection device via a communication device mounted on the work machine.
