技术领域
本公开涉及制冷设备技术领域,具体涉及一种冰箱和车辆。
背景技术
冰箱作为家庭最为常见的家电产品,承担着为用户保鲜食物的日常工作。相关技术中,冰箱大多为直冷式,即冰箱中的蒸发器是通过热传导和空气自然对流的方式对电冰箱内的物品进行冷却,但是采用上述结构的冰箱的换热效率较低,储藏室内的冷却温度不均匀,且物品的冷却速度较慢。另外,相关技术中的冰箱内的冷气循环装置的结构设计不合理,占用了较多的存储空间。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本公开的实施例提出一种结构设计合理,冷却效果较好的冰箱。
本公开的实施例还提出一种车辆。
本公开的实施例的冰箱,包括冰箱本体和吹风件,所述冰箱本体内具有储藏室,所述冰箱本体的内壁面设有与所述储藏室连通的避让部,所述吹风件的至少部分设于所述避让部内,所述吹风件用于朝向所述储藏室吹风。
根据本公开的实施例的冰箱,通过在冰箱本体内设置吹风件,可以使得储藏室的冷空气循环流动,从而使得储藏室内的冷却温度较为均匀,且提高了物品的冷却速度。另外,本公开的实施例的冰箱通过将吹风件的至少部分设置在避让部内,从而可以减少吹风件对储藏室的占用空间,使得储藏室内可以容纳较多的物品,从而有利于冰箱的小型化设计,使得冰箱的结构紧凑、设计合理。
在一些实施例中,所述冰箱本体包括箱体,所述箱体内设有所述储藏室,所述箱体的顶壁设有所述避让部,所述吹风件与所述避让部的内壁之间限定出风道。
在一些实施例中,所述冰箱本体包括箱体和支架,所述箱体设于所述支架内,所述支架的顶壁设有所述避让部,所述箱体与所述避让部的内壁面之间限定出风道,所述吹风件 设于所述风道内。
在一些实施例中,所述避让部的内壁面为向上凸出的弧形面。
在一些实施例中,所述箱体包括箱体本体和安装座,所述安装座设于所述箱体本体的上端,所述安装座具有向上凸出的支撑部,所述吹风件与所述支撑部相连,所述支撑部与所述避让部的内壁面之间限定出所述风道。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风件包括框体和导风叶片,所述导风叶片设于所述框体内且与所述框体可枢转地连接,所述框体可拆卸地安装在所述支撑部上。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑部上设有格栅,所述吹风件的出风面与所述格栅相对。
在一些实施例中,所述格栅包括第一格栅孔和第二格栅孔,所述第一格栅孔与所述出风面和所述储藏室连通,所述第二格栅孔与所述风道和所述储藏室连通。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风件的出风面与所述储藏室的顶面之间具有预设夹角,所述预设夹角大于0°小于90°。
在一些实施例中,所述预设夹角大于等于20度小于等于55度。
在一些实施例中,所述冰箱本体的侧壁设有与所述储藏室连通的取货口,所述吹风件位于所述储藏室邻近所述取货口的一侧,且所述吹风件朝所述储藏室背离所述取货口的一侧吹风。
根据本公开的实施例的车辆,包括车体和冰箱,所述冰箱为上述实施例中任一项所述的冰箱,所述冰箱设于所述车体内。
根据本公开的实施例的冰箱,通过在冰箱本体内设置吹风件,可以使得储藏室的冷空气循环流动,从而使得储藏室内的冷却温度较为均匀,且提高了物品的冷却速度。另外,本公开的实施例的冰箱通过将吹风件的至少部分设置在避让部内,从而可以减少吹风件对储藏室的占用空间,使得储藏室内可以容纳较多的物品,从而有利于冰箱的小型化设计,使得冰箱的结构紧凑、设计合理。

下面详细描述本公开的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本公开,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
下面参考附图1至图10描述根据本公开实施例的冰箱和车辆。
如图3和图4所示,根据本公开实施例的冰箱包括冰箱本体1和吹风件2,冰箱本体1内具有储藏室15,冰箱本体1的内壁面设有与储藏室15连通的避让部13,吹风件2的至少部分设于避让部13内,吹风件2用于朝向储藏室15吹风。可以理解的是,吹风件2可以全部位于避让部13内,或者吹风件2的一部分位于避让部13内,另一部分位于储藏室15内。
根据本公开的实施例的冰箱,通过在冰箱本体1内设置吹风件2,可以使得储藏室15的冷空气循环流动,从而使得储藏室15内的冷却温度较为均匀,且提高了物品的冷却速度。另外,本公开的实施例的冰箱通过将吹风件2的至少部分设置在避让部13内,从而可以减少吹风件2对储藏室15的占用空间,使得储藏室15内可以容纳较多的物品,从而有利于冰箱的小型化设计,使得冰箱的结构紧凑、设计合理。
在一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,避让部13位于储藏室15的上方。例如,避让部13可以位于储藏室15的顶壁上。或者,避让部13位于储藏室15的侧壁的上半部分。本公开的实施例的冰箱通过将避让部13设置在储藏室15的上方,可以加速冷空气的流动。可以理解的是,吹风件2吹风时,可以使得储藏室15中的中、下部形成涡流,储藏室15上部的冷空气可以更好的沿着顶壁被吸入吹风件2处并进行吹出,另一部分未吸入的冷空 气下沉随涡流充分循环,从而提高了物品的冷却效率。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,冰箱本体1包括箱体11,箱体11内设有储藏室15,箱体11的顶壁设有避让部13,吹风件2与避让部13的内壁之间限定出风道14。可以理解的是,箱体11的顶壁向上凸出以形成避让部13,吹风件2设置在避让部13内且与避让部13的内壁之间限定出风道14。其中储藏室15上部的冷空气可以更好的沿着箱体11的顶壁被吸入至风道14内,然后通过吹风件2将冷空气吹向储藏室15,从而可以提高冰箱的冷却效果。
在一些具体实施例中,如图2和图10所示,冰箱还包括蒸发器3和压缩机4,压缩机4与蒸发器3连通,压缩机4设于箱体11外,压缩机4可以与蒸发器3进行能量交换。蒸发器3覆设于箱体11的外周壁,蒸发器3可以向箱体11内部传递冷量。例如,蒸发器3包括冷却管31,冷却管31盘绕在箱体11的外周壁上,从而可以提高冰箱的制冷效果。
在另一些实施例中,如图4所示,冰箱本体1包括箱体11和支架12,箱体11设于支架12内,支架12的顶壁设有避让部13,箱体11与避让部13的内壁面之间限定出风道14,吹风件2设于风道14内。可以理解的是,避让部13成型在支架12上,箱体11的外壁面与避让部13的内壁面之间限定出风道14。其中储藏室15上部的冷空气可以更好的沿着箱体11的顶壁被吸入至风道14内,然后通过吹风件2将冷空气吹向储藏室15,从而可以提高冰箱的冷却效果。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,避让部13的内壁面为向上凸出的弧形面,从而可以使得冷空气沿着避让部13的内壁面的导向顺利的进入至吹风件2的进风面22,进而使得冷空气流通的过程更加顺畅,提高了储藏室15内冷空气循环的效率。
在一些实施例中,如图4至图8所示,箱体11包括箱体本体111和安装座112,安装座112设于箱体本体111的上端,安装座112具有向上凸出的支撑部1121,吹风件2与支撑部1121相连,支撑部1121与避让部13的内壁面之间限定出风道14。例如,安装座112与箱体本体111可拆卸地连接,从而可以本公开的实施例的冰箱的箱体本体111与安装座112可以单独进行加工制造,然后再组装到一起,从而便于冰箱的加工制造,且生产效率较高。
在一些实施例中,如图5至图7所示,吹风件2为风扇21,风扇21包括框体211和导风叶片212,导风叶片212设于框体211内且与框体211可枢转地连接,框体211可拆卸地安装在支撑部1121上。可以理解的是,导风叶片212为多个,多个导风叶片212绕枢转轴等间隔布置。风扇21转动时,导风叶片212邻近避让部13的内壁面的一侧为进风面22,导风叶片212朝向储藏室15的一侧为出风面23。进风面22与避让部13的内壁面间隔开以形成风道14的一部分,从而便于储藏室15顶部的冷空气由风道14进入至进风面22内, 提高了储藏室15内冷空气循环的顺畅性。
在一些实施例中,如图5、图6和图8所示,支撑部1121上设有格栅1122,吹风件2的出风面23与格栅1122相对。可以理解的是,格栅1122包括多个间隔布置的筋条11223,筋条11223可以直接成型在支撑部1121上,也可以通过螺纹连接或卡接的方式安装到支撑部1121上。其中冷空气可以通过相邻筋条11223的空隙流通,并且可以减少储藏室15内的物品进入至风道14内的概率,避免风扇21直接与储藏室15内的物品接触,提高了冰箱使用时的安全性。
在一些具体实施例中,如图5所示,格栅1122包括第一格栅孔11221和第二格栅孔11222,第一格栅孔11221与出风面23和储藏室15连通,第二格栅孔11222与风道14和储藏室15连通。可以理解的是,风扇21设置在格栅1122的中间位置,被风扇21覆盖的格栅区域设有第一格栅孔11221,未被风扇21覆盖的格栅区域的设有第二格栅孔11222。风扇21转动时吹风的冷空气可以通过第一格栅孔11221进入至储藏室15内,而储藏室15内的冷空气可以通过第二格栅孔11222进入至风道14内,从而可以便于冷空气在风道14和储藏室15之间循环,进而提高了冰箱冷空气循环的顺畅性。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,吹风件2的出风面23与储藏室15的顶面之间具有预设夹角α,预设夹角α大于0°小于90°。可以理解的是,吹风件2的吹风面倾斜布置,可以使得吹风件2既具有朝下吹风的分力,又可以使得吹风件2具有朝储藏室15的长度方向吹风的分力,从而进一步地加速储藏室15内的冷空气的流动速率,提高了冰箱的制冷效果。
在一些实施例中,发明人通过试验研究发现,当预设夹角α大于等于20度小于等于55度时,储藏室15内的冷空气的流动速率较高,且冰箱的制冷效果。例如,预设夹角α可以为20度、35度、45度、55度。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,冰箱本体1的侧壁设有与储藏室15连通的取货口16,吹风件2位于储藏室15邻近取货口16的一侧,且吹风件2朝储藏室15背离取货口16的一侧吹风。可以理解的是,安装座112设于箱体本体111的取货口16的上端位置,以使吹风件2朝向储藏室15的内部斜向下吹风。由于吹风件2邻近取货口16布置且朝向储藏室15的内部吹风,从而可以避免冰箱关闭时,冷空气从冰箱内泄漏的问题,即冰箱在开闭门时可以最小程度的减小热交换,从而使得冰箱的冷却效果较好,且功耗较低。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图9和图10所示,冰箱还包括抽屉5,抽屉5与箱体11相连且在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动,在打开位置,抽屉5伸出至取货口16外,在关闭位置,抽屉5位于储藏室15内。可以理解的是,抽屉5为中空结构,物品可以放置到抽屉5内,然后送入至储藏室15内冷藏。当需要拿取或存放储藏室15内的物品时,用户可以将抽屉5从储藏室15中抽出,从而可以便于用户操作,使用效果较好。
在一些具体实施例中,如图1和图9所示,冰箱还包括门板6,门板6与抽屉5相连,在关闭位置,门板6封闭取货口16。在一些实施例中,抽屉5和门板6可拆卸地连接。例如,抽屉5通过螺纹件或卡接结构与门板6相连,从而便于加工制造,且组装简单。或者,抽屉5与门板6一体成型,从而可以使其结构强度较高,使用寿命较长。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,冰箱还包括支架12,支架12内设有安装腔,箱体11设置在安装腔内。支架12可以为注塑件,从而可以减轻冰箱的重量,且可以保证冰箱的结构强度。例如,支架12包括第一架体121和第二架体122,第一架体121设于第二架体122的上端且围成安装腔。第一架体121和第二架体122均为注塑件,第一架体121和第二架体122通过螺纹件连接,本公开的实施例的冰箱通过将支架12设置为第一架体121和第二架体122可以减少组装支架12的零部件的数量,且轻量化设计,使得冰箱的重量较小。
根据本公开的实施例的车辆,包括车体和冰箱,冰箱为本公开实施例的冰箱,冰箱设于车体内。
根据本公开的实施例的冰箱,通过在冰箱本体1内设置吹风件2,可以使得储藏室15的冷空气循环流动,从而使得储藏室15内的冷却温度较为均匀。在吹风件2吹风时,可以使得储藏室15中的中、下部形成涡流,储藏室15上部的冷空气可以更好的沿着顶壁被吸入吹风件2处并进行吹出,另一部分未吸入的冷空气下沉随涡流充分循环,从而提高了物品的冷却效率。另外,本公开的实施例的冰箱通过将吹风件2的至少部分设置在避让部13内,从而可以减少吹风件2对储藏室15的占用空间,使得储藏室15内可以容纳较多的物品。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,冰箱为车载冰箱。可以理解的是,本公开的实施例的冰箱可以放置到汽车内,从而可以使得冰箱的应用范围较广,且制冷效果较好。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:冰箱本体和吹风件,所述冰箱本体内具有储藏室,所述冰箱本体的内壁面设有与所述储藏室连通的避让部,所述吹风件的至少部分设于所述避让部内,所述吹风件用于朝向所述储藏室吹风。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱本体包括箱体,所述箱体内设有所述储藏室,所述箱体的顶壁设有所述避让部,所述吹风件与所述避让部的内壁之间限定出风道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱本体包括箱体和支架,所述箱体设于所述支架内,所述支架的顶壁设有所述避让部,所述箱体与所述避让部的内壁面之间限定出风道,所述吹风件设于所述风道内。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述避让部的内壁面为向上凸出的弧形面。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体包括箱体本体和安装座,所述安装座设于所述箱体本体的上端,所述安装座具有向上凸出的支撑部,所述吹风件与所述支撑部相连,所述支撑部与所述避让部的内壁面之间限定出所述风道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述吹风件包括框体和导风叶片,所述导风叶片设于所述框体内且与所述框体可枢转地连接,所述框体可拆卸地安装在所述支撑部上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述支撑部上设有格栅,所述吹风件的出风面与所述格栅相对。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述格栅包括第一格栅孔和第二格栅孔,所述第一格栅孔与所述出风面和所述储藏室连通,所述第二格栅孔与所述风道和所述储藏室连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述吹风件的出风面与所述储藏室的顶面之间具有预设夹角,所述预设夹角大于0°小于90°。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述预设夹角大于等于20度小于等于55度。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱本体的侧壁设有与所述储藏室连通的取货口,所述吹风件位于所述储藏室邻近所述取货口的一侧,且所述吹风件朝所述储藏室背离所述取货口的一侧吹风。
  12. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:车体和冰箱,所述冰箱为权利要求1至11中任一项所述的冰箱,所述冰箱设于所述车体内。
