- 根据权利要求16所述的切割装置,其中,所述切割组件还包括固定罩,所述固定罩设于所述切割件上方,并至少部分包围所述切割件设置;所述固定罩设于所述护罩和所述切割件之间。
- 根据权利要求17所述的切割装置,其中,所述护罩与所述固定罩重叠设置,所述护罩在第一位置与所述固定罩的重叠面积大于所述护罩在第二位置与所述固定罩的重叠面积。
- 一种切割装置的控制方法,所述切割装置包括设置为完成切割工件的切割系统,传感元件和控制器,所述传感元件设置为检测所述护罩的位置并将位置信息传输给控制器;所述切割系统包括:马达,设置为为所述切割系统提供动力;切割组件, 包括切割件和至少部分围绕所述切割件设置的护罩,所述切割件在所述马达驱动下转动;开关组件,设置为控制所述马达切换状态,所述状态包括第一状态和第二状态;所述控制方法包括:在所述控制器检测到所述开关组件由第一状态切换至第二状态的情况下,所述控制器根据所述位置信息判断所述护罩的位置;在所述护罩位于第二位置的情况下,所述控制器使所述切割系统启动;在所述护罩位于第一位置并且所述开关组件切换至第二状态的情况下,所述控制器控制所述切割系统不启动。
- 根据权利19所述的切割装置的控制方法,其中,所述切割装置还包括指示元件,所述控制方法还包括:在所述控制器接收到所述开关组件达到第二状态的信号和所述护罩位于第一位置的信号的情况下,所述控制器控制所述指示元件发出指示信号。
