Description

一种协商方法/装置/设备及存储介质 技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种协商方法/装置/设备及存储介质。
背景技术
在通信系统中,源节点通常会为UE(User Equipment,用户设备)配置候选小区和/或候选小区组的配置信息,以便当UE后续收到激活信令时,可以根据该候选小区和/或候选小区组的配置信息进行小区组的选择性激活(selective activation of cell groups)。
其中,相关技术中,除了源节点对应的小区和/或小区组可以作为候选小区和/或候选小区组外,其他节点对应的小区和/或小区组也可以作为候选小区和/或候选小区组。因此,源节点为UE配置候选小区和/或候选小区组的配置信息之前,需要跟其他节点进行协商,以使得源节点与其他节点对该配置信息理解一致。因此,亟需一种方法以实现多个网络节点间对于选择性激活小区的配置理解一致。
发明内容
本公开提出的协商方法/装置/设备及存储介质,可以用于源节点与目标节点之间对于“候选小区和/或候选小区组的配置信息”进行协商。
本公开一方面实施例提出的方法,应用于源节点,包括:
向目标节点发送请求消息,所述请求消息用于请求用于至少一种移动性管理操作的至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组的配置信息;

图10是本公开一个实施例所提供的一种用户设备UE1000的框图。例如,UE1000可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端设备,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图10,UE1000可以包括以下至少一个组件:处理组件1002,存储器1004,电源组件1006,多媒体组件1008,音频组件1010,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1012,传感器组件1013,以及通信组件1016。

多媒体组件1008包括在所述UE1000和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括至少一个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的唤醒时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1008包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当UE1000处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1010被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1010包括一个麦克风(MIC),当UE1000处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1004或经由通信组件1016发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1010还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

传感器组件1013包括至少一个传感器,用于为UE1000提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1013可以检测到设备1000的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为UE1000的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1013还可以检测UE1000或UE1000一个组件的位置改变,用户与UE1000接触的存在或不存在,UE1000方位或加速/减速和UE1000的温度变化。传感器组件1013可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1013还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1013还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1016被配置为便于UE1000和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。UE1000可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1016经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1016还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,UE1000可以被至少一个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
图11是本公开实施例所提供的一种网络侧设备1100的框图。例如,网络侧设备1100可以被提供为一网络侧设备。参照图11,网络侧设备1100包括处理组件1111,其进一步包括至少一个处理器,以及由存储器1132所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1122的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1132中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1111被配置为执行指令,以执行上述方法前述应用在所述网络侧设备的任意方法,例如,如图1所示方法。

在一种实现方式中,处理器中可以包括用于实现接收和发送功能的收发器。例如该收发器可以是收发电路,或者是接口,或者是接口电路。用于实现接收和发送功能的收发电路、接口或接口电路可以是分开的,也可以集成在一起。上述收发电路、接口或接口电路可以用于代码/数据的读写,或者,上述收发电路、接口或接口电路可以用于信号的传输或传递。

  19. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标小区的小区配置和/或所述目标小区组的小区组配置包含于消息容器中。
  20. 一种协商方法,其特征在于,被目标节点执行,包括:
    接收源节点发送的请求消息,所述请求消息用于请求用于至少一种移动性管理操作的至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组的配置信息;
    向所述源节点发送反馈消息。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求消息包括以下至少一种:
    切换请求消息;
    CHO请求消息;
    CPA请求消息;
    CPC请求消息;
    用于请求添加候选小区的请求消息;
    用于请求添加候选小区组的请求消息;
    用于请求修改候选小区;
    用于请求修改候选小区组;
    用于请求删除候选小区的请求消息;
    用于请求删除候选小区组的请求消息;
    用于请求添加辅小区组的请求消息;
    用于请求修改辅小区组的请求消息;
    用于请求删除辅小区组的请求消息。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理操作包括以下至少一种:
    基于指示的切换;
    CHO;
    CPA;
    CPC;
    添加候选小区;
    添加候选小区组;
    修改候选小区;
    修改候选小区组;
    添加辅小区组;
    修改辅小区组。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述反馈消息包括以下至少一种:
    所述目标节点对于所述请求消息的响应,所述响应包括第一拒绝响应和/或第一接收响应;
    用于至少一种移动性管理操作的至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组的配置信息;
    至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组的配置信息对应的移动性管理操作;
    其中,所述配置信息包括以下至少一种:
    所述目标小区的配置标识;
    所述目标小区组的配置标识;
    所述目标小区的小区配置;
    所述目标小区组的小区组配置。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一拒绝响应用于指示所述目标节点拒绝所述源节点请求的目标小区和/或目标小区组对应的部分或全部移动性管理操作;所述第一接收响应用于指示所述目标节点接受所述源节点请求的目标小区和/或目标小区组对应的部分或全部移动性管理操作。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述反馈消息中包括所述第一拒绝响应,所述反馈消息中的所述目标小区的配置信息对应的移动性管理操作和所述目标小区组的配置信息对应的移动性管理操作不包括所述目标节点拒绝的移动性管理操作。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述反馈消息中包括所述第一接收响应,所述反馈消息中的所述目标小区的配置信息对应的移动性管理操作和所述目标小区组的配置信息对应的移动性管理操作包括所述目标节点接受的部分或全部移动性管理操作。
  27. 如权利要求23-25任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求消息还包括所述源节点推荐的用于至少一种移动性管理操作的至少一个推荐小区和/或推荐小区组的推荐信息,所述推荐信息包括以下至少一种:
    推荐小区的小区标识;
    推荐小区组的小区组标识;
    推荐小区的小区测量结果;
    推荐小区组的小区组测量结果;
    推荐小区的小区配置;
    推荐小区组的小区组配置。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述反馈消息还包括第二拒绝响应和/或第二接收响应,其中,所述第二拒绝响应用于指示所述目标节点拒绝部分或全部推荐小区、以及拒绝部分或全部推荐小区组;所述第二接收响应用于指示所述目标节点接受部分或全部推荐小区、以及接受部分或全部推荐小区组。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述反馈消息中包括所述第二拒绝响应,所述反馈消息中的所述目标小区不包括所述目标节点拒绝的推荐小区,所述反馈消息中的所述目标小区组不包括所述目标节点拒绝的推荐小区组。
  30. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述反馈消息中包括所述第二接收响应,所述反馈消息中的所述目标小区包括所述目标节点接受的部分推荐小区、所述目标节点接受的全部推荐小区、所述目标节点的其他小区中的至少一种;所述反馈消息中的所述目标小区组包括所述目标节点接受的部分推荐小区组、所述目标节点接受的全部推荐小区组、所述目标节点的其他小区组中的至少一种。
  31. 如权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐信息还包括以下至少一种:
    所述推荐小区的小区类型;
    所述推荐小区组的小区组类型;
    其中,所述小区类型包括以下任意一种:
    MCG的小区;
    SCG的小区;
    PCell;
    PSCell;
    SpCell;
    SCell;
    MCG的SCell;
    SCG的SCell;
    所述小区组类型包括以下任意一种:
    MCG;
    SCG。
  32. 如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述目标节点发送删除指示,所述删除指示包括以下至少一种:
    待删除的至少一个目标小区的配置标识;
    待删除的至少一个目标小区组的配置标识;
    待删除的至少一个目标小区的配置信息;
    待删除的至少一个目标小区组的配置信息。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述源节点发送的删除请求,所述删除请求用于请求所述目标节点删除至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述删除请求包括以下至少一种:
    所述源节点希望删除的至少一个目标小区的配置标识;
    所述源节点希望删除的至少一个目标小区组的配置标识;
    所述源节点希望删除的至少一个目标小区的小区配置;
    所述源节点希望删除的至少一个目标小区组的小区组配置。
  35. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述源节点为以下任意一种:
    MN;
    SN。
  36. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标节点为以下任意一种:
    MN;
    SN。
  37. 如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标小区的小区配置和/或所述目标小区组的小区组配置包含于消息容器中。
  38. 一种协商装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于向目标节点发送请求消息,所述请求消息用于向所述目标节点请求用于至少一种移动性管理操作的至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组的配置信息;
    接收模块,用于接收所述目标节点发送的反馈消息。
  39. 一种协商装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收源节点发送的请求消息,所述请求消息用于向所述目标节点请求用于至少一种移动性管理操作的至少一个目标小区和/或目标小区组的配置信息;
    发送模块,用于向所述源节点发送反馈消息。
  40. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括处理器和存储器,其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,以使所述装置执行如权利要求1至19中任一项所述的方法。
