具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述:
如图1所示:在转弯曲线上,轨道设置超高(外侧轨平面高于内侧轨平面),形成超高倾角α,利用重力G在倾摆后形成的重力分力G1来平衡或部分平衡离心力F。
为了进一步提高轨道车辆曲线行驶的速度,通过技术措施使轨道车辆车体在曲线外侧的高度升高、在曲线内侧的高度降低,使车体两侧相对于轨面产生高差H,形成轨道车辆相对于轨面的倾摆角β,所形成的轨道车辆相对于水平面的倾角由α增大到α+β。利用所增大的倾摆角β,来平衡更大的离心力F。因此可以进一步提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度,减少离心加速度,提高通过曲线时的安全性和舒适性。
本发明实施例一如图2至6所示:包括小幅倾摆调节系统和可调扭杆系统,可以采用单边升高倾摆法或一升一降倾摆法。
小幅倾摆调节系统包括:风缸90、左空簧40、右空簧50、中调高阀91、左调高阀41、左气阀一42、左气阀二43、右调高阀51、右气阀一52及右气阀二53。左空簧40通过左气阀一42和左调高阀41与风缸90连接,并通过左气阀二43和中调高阀91与风缸90连接;右空簧50通过右气阀一52和右调高阀51与风缸90连接,并通过右气阀二53和中调高阀91与风缸90连接。
可调扭杆系统如图12所示,包括:扭杆20、左连杆10及右连杆30,扭杆20固定在转向架/车体上,扭杆20两端分别与左连杆10 及右连杆30的一端铰接,左连杆10及右连杆30的另一端分别与车体/转向架的两侧铰接。所述左连杆10及右连杆30为可调的液压连杆,连杆长度能够在:保持不变、单向随动伸长或单向随动缩短的状态之间转换,从而使扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩或单向抗侧滚力矩。以满足轨道车辆在不同路轨上的安全行驶要求。
实施例一采用单边升高倾摆法左转时包括以下步骤:
步骤一:如图3至4所示,当轨道车辆进入左转缓和曲线时,关闭左气阀二43和右气阀二53,阻止左空簧40和右空簧50内的压缩空气通过中调高阀91排气;使左气阀一42保持关闭状态,保持左空簧40的初始高度;打开右气阀一52,将压缩空气充入右空簧50,升高右空簧50的高度,使车体60向左倾摆;当右空簧50升高到右调高阀51的预设调节高度时,右调高阀51自动关闭,控制右空簧50的升高高度。
如图20至21所示,当轨道车辆进入左转缓和曲线时,此时左连杆10与右连杆30的长度相等,都为h1。控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171和左直通阀二181均处于断开状态,保持左连杆10长度不变;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371处于连通状态、右直通阀二381处于断开状态,右连杆30处于单向随动伸长状态。轨道车辆向左进行主动倾摆,可调扭杆系统配合轨道车辆向左倾摆。由于倾摆后的重力分力还不足以平衡离心力,如果因离心力、横向风力或轨道不平的影响,造成轨道车辆向右侧滚时,此时左连杆10不能伸长、右连杆30也不能被压缩,将会使扭杆20产生扭转,从而产生阻止轨道 车辆向右侧滚的单向抗侧滚力矩,阻止轨道车辆向右侧滚。
步骤二:如图4所示,当轨道车辆在左转曲线正线行驶时,关闭右气阀一52,阻止压缩空气进出右空簧50,保持右空簧50高度及小幅倾摆系统所产生的倾摆角β。
如图21所示,当轨道车辆在左转曲线正线行驶时,可调扭杆系统中的左连杆10的长度保持不变;右连杆30经过伸长后,右连杆长度由h1伸长到h2。此时控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171和左直通阀二181处于断开状态,保持左连杆10保持h1长度不变;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371和右直通阀二381处于断开状态,保持右连杆30长度为h2。可调扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩,无论轨道车辆有向左或向右侧滚趋势,可调扭杆系统都能够阻止轨道车辆的侧滚,确保行车安全。
步骤三:如图5至6所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转曲线正线进入左转缓和曲线时,打开左气阀二43和右气阀二53,使左空簧40与右空簧50连通,使左空簧40与右空簧50内的压缩空气平衡,并将过量压缩空气通过中调高阀91排出,将右空簧50恢复到初始高度,使车体60结束倾摆状态。
如图22至23所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转曲线正线进入左转缓和曲线时,此时可调扭杆系统中的左连杆10的长度保持不变;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371处于断开状态、右直通阀二381处于连通状态,右连杆30处于单向随动收缩状态。此时可调扭杆系统只提供左向抗侧滚力矩,阻止轨道车辆向左侧滚;不会阻碍轨道车辆从左 倾摆状态恢复到水平状态。
步骤四:如图2所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转缓和曲线进入直线后,使左气阀二43和右气阀二53保持打开状态,使左气阀一42和右气阀一52保持关闭状态。通过中调高阀91调节高度,使不同载荷时的高度保持一致。
如图20所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转缓和曲线进入直线后,此时可调扭杆系统中的左连杆10的长度保持不变;右连杆30经过收缩后,右连杆长度由h2缩短到h1。此时控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171和左直通阀二181处于断开状态,左连杆10长度保持h1不变;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371和右直通阀二381处于断开状态,右连杆30长度保持h1不变。此时可调扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩,无论轨道车辆有向左或向右侧滚趋势,可调扭杆系统都能够阻止轨道车辆的侧滚,确保行车安全。
本发明实施例二如图7至11所示:包括小幅倾摆快速调节系统和可调扭杆系统,可以采用单边升高倾摆法或一升一降倾摆法。
小幅倾摆快速调节系统包括:风缸90、左空簧40、右空簧50及中调高阀91。还包括:左气阀二43、左气阀三44及左限高阀45,右气阀二53、右气阀三54及右限高阀55;左空簧40通过左气阀二43和中调高阀91与风缸90连接、通过左气阀三44与风缸90连接,并通过左限高阀45排气;右空簧50通过右气阀二53和中调高阀91与风缸90连接、通过右气阀三54与风缸90连接,并通过右限高阀55排气。左气阀二43、右气阀二53、左气阀三44和右气阀三54采 用电磁阀。左气阀三44和右气阀三54的通径大于15mm,以加快充气速度,缩短倾摆所需的时间,提高倾摆速度,以适应快速通过曲线的需要。
实施例二采用一升一降倾摆法左转时包括以下步骤:
步骤一:如图8至9所示,当轨道车辆进入左转缓和曲线时,使左气阀二43处于连通状态,关闭右气阀二53;保持左气阀三44关闭状态,打开右气阀三54,将压缩空气充入右空簧50,升高右空簧50的高度;此时中调高阀91偏离预设平衡高度,处于排气状态。左空簧40内的压缩空气通过左气阀二43及中调高阀91排气,降低左空簧40的高度,使中调高阀91回到预设平衡高度。在右簧50升高到限高阀55的预设调节高度过程中,右簧50升高,左簧40降低,以中调高阀91的预设平衡高度为基准,达到动态平衡,使车体60向左倾摆;当右空簧50升高超过右限高阀55的预设调节高度时,压缩空气通过右调高阀55排气,根据测试得到的倾倾摆作需要的时间,延时关闭右气阀三54,此时倾摆动作完成。
如图24至25所示,当轨道车辆进入左转缓和曲线时,此时左连杆10与右连杆30的长度相等,都为h1。控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171处于断开状态、左直通阀二181处于连通状态,左连杆10处于单向随动收缩状态;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371处于连通状态、右直通阀二381处于断开状态,右连杆30处于单向随动伸长状态。随着轨道车辆向左进行主动倾摆,可调扭杆系统中的左连杆10随同轨道车辆向左倾摆而单向随动收缩,右连杆30随同轨道车辆 向左倾摆而单向随动伸长,可调扭杆系统配合轨道车辆向左倾摆。此时可调扭杆系统保持单向抗侧滚状态,提供阻止轨道车辆向右侧滚的单向抗侧滚力矩,阻止轨道车辆向右侧滚。
步骤二:如图9所示,当轨道车辆在左转曲线正线行驶时,关闭气阀二43,延时关闭右气阀三54,阻止左空簧40和右空簧50内的压缩空气进出,保持左空簧40与右空簧50的高度及小幅倾摆系统所产生的倾摆角β。
如图25所示,当轨道车辆在左转曲线正线行驶时,可调扭杆系统中的左连杆10经过收缩后,左连杆10长度由h1缩短到h3;右连杆30经过伸长后,右连杆30长度由h1伸长到h2。此时控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171和左直通阀二181处于断开状态,左连杆10的长度保持h3长度不变;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371和右直通阀二381处于断开状态,右连杆30的长度保持h2长度不变。此时可调扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩,无论轨道车辆有向左或向右侧滚趋势,可调扭杆系统都能够阻止轨道车辆的侧滚,确保行车安全。
步骤三:如图10至11所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转曲线正线进入左转缓和曲线时,打开左气阀三44,压缩空气通过左气阀三44充入左空簧40,升高左空簧40的高度;同时打开左气阀二43和右气阀二53,使左空簧40与右空簧50连通,使左空簧40与右空簧50内的压缩空气平衡,并将过量压缩空气通过中调高阀91排气,将左空簧40与右空簧50恢复到初始高度,使车体60结束倾摆状态。
如图26至27所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转曲线正线进入左转缓和 曲线时,控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171处于连通状态、左直通阀二181处于断开状态,左连杆10处于单向随动伸长状态;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371处于断开状态、右直通阀二381处于连通状态,右连杆30处于单向随动收缩状态。此时可调扭杆系统只提供向左抗侧滚力矩,阻止轨道车辆向左侧滚;不会阻碍轨道车辆从左倾摆状态恢复到水平状态。
步骤四:如图7所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转缓和曲线进入直线后,保持左气阀三44和右气阀三54盖板,保持左气阀二43和右气阀二53连通,通过中调高阀91调节高度,使不同载荷时的高度保持一致。
如图24所示,当轨道车辆驶出左转缓和曲线进入直线后,左连杆10经过伸长后,左连杆长度由h3伸长到h1;右连杆30经过收缩后,右连杆长度由h2缩短到h1。此时控制左连杆10上的左直通阀一171和左直通阀二181处于断开状态,左连杆10长度保持h1不变;控制右连杆30上的右直通阀一371和右直通阀二381处于断开状态,右连杆30长度保持h1不变。此时可调扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩,无论轨道车辆有向左或向右侧滚趋势,可调扭杆系统都能够阻止轨道车辆的侧滚,确保行车安全。
液压连杆如图13所示:所述液压连杆包括:杆体3、活塞4及控制部件,活塞4活动设置在杆体3内,将杆体3分隔成液腔一31和液腔二32,液腔一31和液腔二32内充满液体介质;液腔一31通过流道一7和流道二8与液腔二32连接;流道一7上设置有直通阀一71和单向阀一72,液腔一31内的液体介质只能通过单向阀一72 和直通阀一71流向液腔二32;流道二8上设置有直通阀二81和单向阀二82,液腔二32内的液体介质只能通过单向阀二82和直通阀二81流向液腔一31。通过控制液体介质的单向流动,来实现连杆长度单向随动伸长或单向随动缩短。
液压连杆单向随动伸长如图14至16所示:在直通阀一71连通及直通阀二81断开时,液腔一31内的液体介质只能通过流道一7流向液腔二32,连杆长度在拉力作用下自由伸长;当拉力转换成压力时,液腔二32内的液体介质不能流向液腔一31,连杆长度保持不变,液压连杆处于单向随动伸长状态。
液压连杆单向随动缩短如图17至19所示:在直通阀一71断开及直通阀二81连通时,液腔二32内的液体介质只能通过流道二8流向液腔一31,连杆长度在压力作用下自由缩短;当压力转换成拉力时,液腔一31内的液体介质不能流向液腔二32,连杆长度保持不变,液压连杆处于单向随动缩短状态。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果为:轨道车辆在曲线上行驶时,通过控制进入轨道车辆两侧空簧内的压缩空气,使两侧空簧产生高差,使轨道车辆朝曲线内侧实现小幅倾摆,以提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度。同时通过控制可调扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩或单向抗侧滚力矩,以满足轨道车辆在不同路轨上的安全行驶要求。在现有轨道车辆结构的基础上,本申请只需对轨道车辆稍加改造,就能够使轨道车辆车体产生最大3°的倾摆角,提速幅度可达10%~20%,具有结构简单、成本低的优点,具有良好的经济性和实用性,适用于现有轨道车辆的 改造和大面积推广。
以上实施例仅供说明本发明之用,而非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化或变换,因此所有等同的技术方案也应该属于本发明的保护范围,本发明的保护范围应该由各权利要求限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:当轨道车辆在曲线行驶时,通过控制组件控制轨道车辆两侧空簧的升降,实现轨道车辆朝曲线内侧形成小幅倾摆,利用轨道车辆小幅倾摆后重力的横向分力平衡部分离心力,减少离心力的影响,从而提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度;同时控制可调扭杆系统在不阻碍轨道车辆朝曲线内侧进行小幅倾摆的前提下,提供阻止轨道车辆朝曲线外侧翻滚的单向抗侧滚力矩,以确保轨道车辆在曲线上行驶的安全。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:所述小幅倾摆是采用单边升高倾摆法或一升一降倾摆法来实现的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:所述单边升高倾摆法是指:利用轨道车辆现有的空簧系统,通过向处在曲线外侧的空簧充气,使轨道车辆车体靠曲线的外侧升高,从而使轨道车辆向曲线内侧形成小幅倾摆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:所述一升一降倾摆法是指:利用轨道车辆现有的空簧系统,通过向处在曲线外侧的空簧充气,使轨道车辆车体靠曲线的外侧升高;同时将处在曲线内侧的空簧排气,使轨道车辆车体靠曲线的内侧降低,从而使轨道车辆向曲线内侧形成小幅倾摆。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:所述单向抗侧滚力矩是:当轨道车辆进入缓和曲线时,控制可调扭杆系统处于单向抗侧滚状态,可调扭杆系统不会 阻止轨道车辆向曲线内侧倾斜,一旦轨道车辆具有向曲线外侧翻滚趋势时,可调扭杆系统提供单向抗侧滚力矩,阻止轨道车辆向曲线外侧翻滚。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:可调扭杆系统包括:扭杆和液压连杆,扭杆固定在转向架/车体上,扭杆两端分别与两根液压连杆一端铰接,两根液压连杆的另一端分别与车体/转向架的两侧铰接,连杆长度能够在:固定不变、仅能单向随动伸长或仅能单向随动缩短的状态之间转换,从而使扭杆系统提供双向抗侧滚力矩或单向抗侧滚力矩。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:所述单向抗侧滚力矩是指:当轨道车辆进入缓和曲线时,控制处在曲线内侧的液压连杆长度锁定不变或处于单向随动缩短状态;控制处在曲线外侧的液压连杆处于单向随动伸长状态;在轨道车辆向曲线内侧倾斜时,处在曲线内侧的液压连杆长度锁定不变或随同轨道车辆的倾摆而缩短;处在曲线外侧的液压连杆随同轨道车辆的倾摆而伸长;一旦轨道车辆具有向曲线外侧翻滚趋势时,可调扭杆系统提供单向抗侧滚力矩,阻止轨道车辆向曲线外侧翻滚。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:所述液压连杆包括:杆体(3)、活塞(4)及控制部件,活塞(4)活动设置在杆体(3)内,将杆体(3)分隔成液腔一(31)和液腔二(32),液腔一(31)和液腔二(32)内充满液体介质;液腔一(31)通过流道一(7)和流道二(8)与液腔二(32)连接;流 道一(7)上设置有直通阀一(71)和单向阀一(72),液腔一(31)内的液体介质只能通过单向阀一(72)和直通阀一(71)流向液腔二(32);流道二(8)上设置有直通阀二(81)和单向阀二(82),液腔二(32)内的液体介质只能通过单向阀二(82)和直通阀二(81)流向液腔一(31)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法,其特征在于:在直通阀一(71)连通及直通阀二(81)断开时,液腔一(31)内的液体介质只能通过流道一(7)流向液腔二(32),连杆长度在拉力作用下自由伸长;当拉力转换成压力时,液腔二(32)内的液体介质不能流向液腔一(31),连杆长度保持不变,液压连杆处于单向随动伸长状态;在直通阀一(71)断开及直通阀二(81)连通时,液腔二(32)内的液体介质只能通过流道二(8)流向液腔一(31),连杆长度在压力作用下自由缩短;当压力转换成拉力时,液腔一(31)内的液体介质不能流向液腔二(32),连杆长度保持不变,液压连杆处于单向随动缩短状态。
  10. 一种实现权利要求1至9任意一项所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法的小幅倾摆系统,包括:风缸(90)、左空簧(40)、右空簧(50),其特征在于:还设置有控制组件,通过控制组件控制压缩空气进入左空簧(40)/右空簧(50),或从左空簧(40)/右空簧(50)排出,使左空簧(40)与右空簧(50)之间产生高差,使轨道车辆车体相对于轨面形成向曲线内侧的倾摆角β。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法的小 幅倾摆系统,其特征在于:所述控制组件包括:左调高阀(41)、左气阀一(42)、左气阀二(43)、右调高阀(51)、右气阀一(52)、右气阀二(53)及中调高阀(91);左空簧(40)通过左气阀一(42)和左调高阀(41)与风缸(90)连接,并通过左气阀二(43)和中调高阀(91)与风缸(90)连接;右空簧(50)通过右气阀一(52)和右调高阀(51)与风缸(90)连接,并通过右气阀二(53)和中调高阀(91)与风缸(90)连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的提高轨道车辆曲线行驶速度的方法的小幅倾摆系统,其特征在于:所述控制组件包括:左气阀二(43)、左气阀三(44)、左限高阀(45)、右气阀二(53)、右气阀三(54)、右限高阀(55)及中调高阀(91);左空簧(40)通过左气阀二(43)和中调高阀(91)与风缸(90)连接、通过左气阀三(44)与风缸(90)连接,并通过左限高阀(45)排出;右空簧(50)通过右气阀二(53)和中调高阀(91)与风缸(90)连接、通过右气阀三(54)与风缸(90)连接,并通过右限高阀(55)排气。
