Claims (12)
- 원료 분말을 소성하는 로터리 킬른으로서,수평방향으로 배치된 상태로 회전하면서 원료 분말을 혼합하는 튜브 조립체와, 상기 튜브 조립체에 의해 혼합되는 원료 분말을 가열하는 가열 조립체로 마련된 소성장치;상기 튜브 조립체의 일단에 삽입되면서 상기 튜브 조립체의 내부에 원료 분말을 공급하는 공급 조립체와, 상기 튜브 조립체의 일단에 구비되고 상기 튜브 조립체의 내부에 공급된 원료 분말을 가열할 때 발생하는 가스 및 수증기를 포집하는 포집 조립체로 마련된 공급장치; 및상기 포집 조립체에 포집된 수증기를 응축시켜서 액체 상태로 액화시키는 응축장치를 포함하는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 포집 조립체는, 상기 튜브 조립체의 일단에 연결되고, 상기 튜브 조립체로부터 배출되는 가스 및 수증기를 포집하는 챔버를 포함하고,상기 응축장치는, 상기 챔버의 내부에 마련되고 공급된 냉매를 통해 상기 챔버의 내부에 포집된 수증기를 응축시켜서 액체 상태로 액화시키는 응축관, 상기 응축관에 냉매를 공급하는 공급부, 및 응축관을 통과한 냉매를 회수하는 회수부를 포함하는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 응축장치는, 상기 응축관이 설치되는 고정판과, 상기 응축관에 연결되면서 상기 응축관으로부터 전달되는 냉기를 확산시켜서 수증기를 응축시키는 하나 이상의 응축판을 더 포함하며,상기 응축판은, 상기 튜브 조립체의 길이방향과 수직인 상하방향으로 길게 마련되는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 고정판은, 상기 응축판과 동일한 소재로 마련되는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 공급 조립체는, 상기 튜브 조립체의 일단에 삽입되고 원료 분말이 투입되는 투입관, 상기 투입관의 내부에 마련되고 회전시 원료 분말을 튜브 조립체의 방향으로 이동시켜서 튜브 조립체에 공급하는 이송 스크류를 포함하며,상기 응축장치는, 상기 투입관에 근접되게 설치되는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 응축장치는, 상기 튜브 조립체의 일단에 위치한 상기 투입관에 구비되고, 응축된 액체가 투입관을 따라 튜브 조립체의 내부로 흘러 들어가지 않게 차단하는 차단판을 더 포함하는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 차단판은, 상기 투입관의 외주면을 감싸는 원판 형태를 가지는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 차단판은, 상기 투입관의 길이방향으로 위치 조절 가능하게 마련되는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 응축장치는, 상기 챔버의 바닥면에 구비되고, 상기 응축장치로부터 낙하하는 액체와 상기 차단판으로부터 낙하하는 액체를 회수하고, 외부로 배출하는 호퍼를 더 포함하는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 포집 조립체는, 튜브 조립체의 일단과 챔버 사이를 밀폐하는 보호부재를 더 포함하고,상기 보호부재는, 챔버에 고정되는 고정관, 상기 튜브 조립체의 외주면에 지지되는 지지관, 상기 고정관과 상기 지지관을 연결하는 주름관 형태의 연결관을 포함하는 로터리 킬른.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 튜브 조립체로부터 배출되는 원료 분말을 회수하는 회수부재를 더 포함하는 로터리 킬른.
