车门外水切是密封条的一种,装配于车门玻璃与车门外板之间,起到装饰和密封汽车门窗的作用,同时对车门玻璃的运行起到导向作用,是汽车装配中不可缺少的一部分。为了提升装饰的外观质量,常使用隐藏式外水切。
技术问题
目前市场上汽车应用的隐藏式外水切,其外水切端部没有注塑接角结构,与内水切分界点在玻璃后端处。装配时,通过在内水切设计注塑接角,使用双面胶片粘接的方式,实现与车门钣金的固定,而隐藏式外水切两端部没有与车门钣金形成固定配合形式,不能对车门钣金端部全面覆盖。
因此,需要提供一种隐藏式水切组件,以解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述现有技术问题,本申请提供一种隐藏式水切组件,采用如下技术方案:一种隐藏式水切组件设置于车门钣金上,所述车门钣金设置有第一定位件,包括外水切,所述外水切的端侧设置有第一注塑接角,所述第一注塑接角上设置有第一定位部;
所述第一注塑接角与所述车门钣金固定连接,所述第一定位件与所述第一定位部配合连接。
进一步的,所述组件还包括内水切,所述内水切与所述外水切相对设置。

在一些实施例中,隐藏式水切组件还包括内水切3,内水切3与外水切2相对设置。

进一步地,定位柱111的一端设有限位块112,该限位块112在定位柱111穿过卡槽的开口211b后卡入容纳区211a内,将外水切2固定至车门内板12上。第一定位件11包括但不限于螺栓和螺钉等紧固件,一个实施例中,第一定位件11为螺栓。
具体的,本实施例中,通过在定位柱上增设限位块,使外水切2上的容纳区211a与车门钣金1的限位块112卡接,对外水切2起到限位作用,提高了外水切2的安装稳定性。
在一些实施例中,定位柱与车门钣金1焊接连接。
在本实施例中采用焊接的方式将定位柱固定在车门钣金1上,为外水切2提供了安装基准,安装时外水切2上的容纳区211a与车门钣金1的限位块112卡接,且外水切2的外表面与车门钣金1的内表面相抵,实现外水切2在车身Y向的限位,并提高了零件使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,定位柱也可通过粘接、卡接或螺纹连接与车门钣金1固定连接。
在一些实施例中,第一定位件11与外水切2上的第一注塑接角21在车身长度方向上的搭接量为2.0mm-3.0mm,即定位柱111的直径为2.0mm-3.0mm。
具体的,本实施例中外水切2上的第一注塑接角21通过卡槽,与车门钣金1上焊接的螺柱卡接,焊接的螺柱在X向与外水切2上的第一注塑接角21单边搭接量2.5mm,起到X向限位作用。
在一些实施例中,第一定位件11与外水切2上的第一注塑接角21紧密配合。
具体的,外水切2上的第一注塑接角21通过卡槽,与车门钣金1上焊接的螺柱卡接,焊接的螺柱在Z向与外水切2上的第一注塑接角21的接触间隙为零(Z向配合接触点见图5中标号B),在装配时,可对外水切起到Z向定位的作用。
在一些实施例中,第一注塑接角21与第一定位部211一体注塑成型。
具体的,一体注塑成型可以保证第一注塑接角21结构的稳定性,便于批量化生产。
在一些实施例中,第二注塑接角31上设置有第二定位部,车门钣金1上设置有第二定位件,第二定位件与第二定位部配合连接。
在本实施例中,为了便于内水切3的定位和安装,将第二定位部的结构设置为卡槽,将第二定位部的结构设置为定位柱,两者之间具体的设置关系与外水切中的设置关系相同,在此不予赘述。
在一些实施例中,本申请另一方面提供一种车门,包括车门钣金1和如上所述的隐藏式水切组件。
本实用新型公开的一种隐藏式水切组件,通过在外水切上设置注塑接角结构,并与内水切的注塑接角配合,可对车门钣金包边区域合理覆盖,避免了车门开启后,钣金包边在不规则区域的外观不良的问题;通过在外水切的注塑接角结构上开设卡槽,并与车门钣金上焊接的定位柱配合,解决了由于车门造型空间有限,无法在车门钣金为隐藏式外水切提供安装定位基准和Y向无法限位的问题,并提高了零件耐久性能;同时也为隐藏式水切提供定位面,解决了在装配时,隐藏式外水切Z向无法定位的问题。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。
需要说明的是,本申请中记载的全部特征(包括记载在不同实施例中的技术特征),在合理的情况下,可以任意结合,结合而形成的新的技术方案均在本申请的保护范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种隐藏式水切组件,设置于车门钣金(1)上,所述车门钣金(1)设置有第一定位件(11),其特征在于,包括外水切(2),所述外水切(2)的端侧设置有第一注塑接角(21),所述第一注塑接角(21)上设置有第一定位部(211);
    所述第一定位件(11)与所述第一定位部(211)配合连接,将所述第一注塑接角(21)固定至所述车门钣金(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述隐藏式水切组件还包括内水切(3),所述内水切(3)位于所述外水切(2)的下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述内水切(3)的端侧设置有第二注塑接角(31),所述第二注塑接角(31)与所述车门钣金(1)固定连接,所述第二注塑接角(31)与所述第一注塑接角(21)对应设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述第一定位部(211)为卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽具有一容纳区(211a)及与所述容纳区(211a)连通的开口(211b),所述第一定位件(11)经所述开口(211b)卡入所述容纳区(211a)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽还具有自所述开口(211b)向两侧倾斜向外并向下延伸的导向边(211c)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽的深度小于所述外水切(2)对应位置的厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述第一定位件(11)包括定位柱,所述定位柱沿所述车门钣金(1)的钣金面朝向所述外水切(2)凸出设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述定位柱(111)的一端设有限位块(112),所述限位块(112)能够卡入所述第一定位部(211)内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述定位柱与所述车门钣金(1)焊接连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述第一定位件(11)与所述第一注塑接角(21)在车身长度方向上的搭接量为2.0mm-3.0mm。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述第一定位件(11)与所述第一注塑接角(21)紧密连接。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述第一注塑接角(21)与所述第一定位部(211)一体注塑成型;所述卡槽为具有缺口向下的开口结构。
  14. 根据权利要求3所述的一种隐藏式水切组件,其特征在于,所述第二注塑接角(31)上设置有第二定位部,所述车门钣金(1)上设置有第二定位件,所述第二定位件与所述第二定位部配合连接。
