本申请涉及车辆领域,尤其是涉及一种安全带端部闭合装置及具有其的车辆。
背景技术
相关技术中,车辆具有安全带以保护用户乘车安全,安全带约束人体并可在车辆发生碰撞时张紧以抵消人体的惯性力,从而对用户起到保护作用,安全带的端部通过闭合装置与预紧器相连。
相关技术中的安全带端部闭合装置,通过锁定元件的转动对舌片进行锁止或释放,但锁定元件的稳定性较差,在车辆遇到极端情况容易发生脱离,导致安全带脱落,影响端部闭合装置的可靠性。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出了一种安全带端部闭合装置。根据本申请设计的安全带端部闭合装置结构稳定,对用户的保护效果好,安装灵活方便且牢固。
本申请还提出一种具有上述安全带端部闭合装置的车辆。
根据本申请的安全带端部闭合装置包括:舌片,所述舌片上设有卡槽,所述舌片适于与安全带的端部相连;壳体,所述壳体内限定出适于所述舌片伸入的舌片通道;锁定件,所述锁定件包括两个定位板和连接两个所述定位板的锁定板,所述锁定件在锁定位置和释放位置之间可移动地设在所述壳体上,所述锁定件在所述锁定位置且所述舌片伸入所述舌片通道内时所述锁定板卡合在所述卡槽内,所述锁定件在所述释放位置时所述锁定板避让所述舌片,两个所述定位板均与所述壳体滑动配合。
根据本申请的安全带端部闭合装置的锁定件设置定位板,相比相关技术中的安全带端部闭合装置,可增大锁定件与壳体的接触面积,使得锁定件的定位效果更好,避免锁定件脱离壳体,并且安全带端部闭合装置的结构稳定,对用户的保护效果好。

本申请是基于发明人对以下事实和问题的发现和认识作出的:
相关技术中的安全带端部闭合装置,通过锁定元件的转动对舌片进行锁止或释放,但锁定元件的稳定性较差,在车辆遇到极端情况容易发生脱离,影响端部闭合装置的可靠性。
具体而言,相关技术中的安全带端部闭合装置的锁定元件,其通过多个凸起形成锚定表面与壳体的金属板配合进行定位,但凸起形成的锚定表面与金属板的接触面较小,定位效果差,导致锁定元件容易在极端情况下发生脱落。
下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。

如图1所示,根据本申请的安全带端部闭合装置1包括:舌片10、壳体20以及锁定件30。舌片10上设有卡槽10a,舌片10适于与安全带70的端部相连;结合图2,壳体20内限定出适于舌片10伸入的舌片通道20a;结合图3,锁定件30包括两个定位板31和连接两个定位板31的锁定板32,锁定件30在锁定位置和释放位置之间可移动地设在壳体20上。锁定件30在锁定位置(例如图7所示位置)且舌片10伸入舌片通道20a内时锁定板32卡合在卡槽10a内,锁定件30在释放位置时锁定板32避让舌片10。两个定位板31均与壳体20滑动配合。
示例性地,舌片10伸入舌片通道20a以引导安全带70与壳体20连接,锁定件30可与舌片10上的卡槽10a配合以将安全带70固定于壳体20,锁定件30可在锁定位置和释放位置之间移动以固定或释放安全带70。锁定件30具有锁定板32,锁定板32可与舌片10上的卡槽10a配合以将安全带70固定于壳体20,锁定板32连接有两个定位板31,定位板31与壳体20滑动配合并限定锁定件30的移动方向,避免锁定件30倾斜移动。
根据本申请的安全带端部闭合装置1的锁定件30设置定位板31,相比相关技术中的安全带端部闭合装置,可增大锁定件30与壳体20的接触面积,使得锁定件30的定位效果更好,避免锁定件30脱离壳体20,并且安全带端部闭合装置1的结构稳定,对用户的保护效果好。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3-图4所示,定位板31垂直于锁定板32且两个定位板31由锁定板32向同方向延伸,以使两个定位板31沿着锁定板32的厚度方向上的同一侧凸出锁定板32的同侧表面。示例性地,锁定件30的截面可以大体为C形。其中,朝向同一方向延伸的定位板31可在锁定件30的移动过程中,始终与壳体20滑动接触,从而保证锁定件30在移动过程中不会横向倾斜,确保锁定件30的工作稳定性。
根据本申请的另外一些实施例,如图5-图6所示,定位板31垂直于锁定板32且两个定位板31由锁定板32向反方向延伸,以使两个定位板31分别沿着锁定板32的厚度方向上的两侧分别凸出锁定板32的两侧表面。示例性地,锁定件30的截面可以大体为S形。其中,朝向相反方向延伸的定位板31可在锁定件30的移动过程中保持锁定件30平稳移动,从而确保锁定件30的工作稳定性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图4所示,两个定位板31的形状相同,或者如图5和图6所示,两个定位板31的形状相同。由此,方便设计和加工,而且有利于 锁定件30的多角度安装。
例如,参考图3和图4所示,当定位板31垂直于锁定板32且两个定位板31由锁定板32向同方向延伸时,如果两个定位板31的形状相同,锁定件30绕过锁定板32的中心且沿锁定板32的厚度方向延伸的轴线转动180度之后,与转动之前的形态相同,从而也可以实现锁定件30的安装。
例如,参考图5和图6所示,当定位板31垂直于锁定板32且两个定位板31由锁定板32向反方向延伸时,如果两个定位板31的形状相同,锁定件30绕过锁定板32的中心且沿锁定板32的长度方向延伸的轴线转动180度之后,与转动之前的形态相同,从而也可以实现锁定件30的安装。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图2所示,壳体20包括两个壳体板21和连接两个壳体板21的连接板22,舌片通道20a形成在两个壳体板21和连接板22的内侧,两个壳体板21上均设有沿厚度方向贯通所在壳体板21的限位槽21a,锁定板32可转动地配合在限位槽21a内,锁定件30穿过两个限位槽21a且两个定位板31的内表面分别与两个壳体板21的外表面滑动配合。
示例性地,壳体20构造为截面为“U”型的结构,位于两侧的壳体板21通过连接板22连接,连接板22与两侧壳体板21限定出用于插入舌片10的舌片通道20a。结合图1和图3,锁定件30可以在限位槽21a移动,在舌片10插入到壳体20中时,舌片10在连接板22上滑动,当舌片10完全插入后,锁定件30的锁定板32即可与卡槽10a卡合,使得锁定件30位于锁定位置并将安全带70锁定。
在一些实施例中,壳体20为金属板折弯而成。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1-图2所示,限位槽21a为扇形槽,结合图3,锁定板32的两端分别与两个限位槽21a的弧形边配合,以限定锁定件30的移动范围。由于锁定件30两侧设置有定位板31,在锁定件30的移动过程中,定位板31始终与两侧壳体板21有滑动接触,从而保证锁定件30在移动过程中不会横向倾斜。
具体而言,定位板31被配置成,在锁定件30移动过程中,两个定位板31在壳体板21上的正投影始终不会完全落入限位槽21a内,也即,定位板31的正投影与壳体板21的实体部分始终具有重合区域,因此使得从而使得两个定位板31始终与两个壳体板21滑动接触,从而保证锁定件30在移动过程中不会横向倾斜。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1所示,安全带端部闭合装置1还包括安全件40。安全件40上设有止挡槽40a,安全件40在止挡位置和避让位置之间可转动地设在壳体20上,安全件40在避让位置(例如图8所示位置)时锁定件30脱离止挡槽40a以允 许锁定件30移动,安全件40在止挡位置(例如图7所示位置)时锁定件30配合在止挡槽40a内以防止锁定件30移动。拆卸安全带70时,先使安全件40旋转一定角度以与锁定件30分离,接着使锁定件30在限位槽21a内移动,当移动到一定角度时,锁定件30的锁定板32从卡槽10a移出,舌片10可从舌片通道20a内滑出,从而完成安全带70的解锁。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1所示,安全带端部闭合装置1还包括弹性件50。弹性件50在挤压状态和复位状态之间可变形,弹性件50与安全件40相连,弹性件50在复位状态(例如图8所示状态)与锁定件30抵接以驱动安全件40向避让位置移动,弹性件50在挤压状态(例如图7所示状态)常驱动安全件40向止挡位置转动,弹性件50在舌片10插入舌片通道20a后被舌片10挤压至挤压状态(例如图7所示状态)且在舌片10脱离舌片通道20a后复位至复位状态(例如图8所示状态)。
示例性地,弹性件50可以构造为扭簧。弹性件50和安全件40固定在壳体20,弹性件50一端可与安全件40固定,弹性件50的另一端可与锁定件30接触。在舌片10插入至舌片通道20a时,舌片10在插入过程中压缩弹性件50的另一端,使得弹性件50的另一端脱离锁定件30,并且舌片10推动锁定件30于限位槽21a内移动以避免锁定件30干涉舌片10的插入,当舌片10的插入深度达到舌片10的卡槽10a与锁定板32相对时,锁定件30可在弹性件50和安全件40的作用下反向移动,直至锁定件30进入卡槽10a后停止移动。
拆卸安全带70时,可先沿舌片10的插入方向F1继续施力于舌片10,使舌片10克服弹性件50的弹力,促使锁定板32与卡槽10a之间的作用力减小或撤除。之后可对安全件40施加外力以使安全件40克服弹性件50的弹力旋转一定角度,促使安全件40的止挡槽40a与锁定件30分离。之后可对锁定件30施加外力,使得锁定件30可在限位槽21a中旋转并从舌片10的卡槽10a脱离出来。此后,撤除向舌片10施加的沿插入方向F1的作用力,舌片10可在弹性件50的作用下从舌片通道20a逆着舌片10的插入方向F1滑出,从而完成安全带70的解锁。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图4所示,定位板31的长度为8-14毫米且宽度为8-14毫米。为确保锁定件30的定位效果,使定位板31的长度为8-14毫米且宽度为8-14毫米,这样可以使定位板31具有足够的面积。示例性地,定位板31的长度与宽度均为11毫米。

在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1、图7、图8所示,安全带端部闭合装置1还包括固定件80,固定件80构造为多个。例如,一个固定件80可以将连接件60固定在壳体20上,还有一个固定件80可以将弹性件50和安全件40固定在壳体20上,设置固定件80使得安全带端部闭合装置1结构稳定,由于连接件60、弹性件50和安全件40均被固定件80固定于壳体20,因此连接件60、弹性件50和安全件40不易在安全带端部闭合装置1工作时脱落,可提升安全带端部闭合装置1的工作稳定性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图7所示,可通过开启件90拆卸安全带70,利用杆状的开启件90便于进行安全带端部闭合装置1的解锁动作。开启件90可以构造为多个,一个开启件90(例如图7中所示的左侧的开启件90)可先与安全件40的一端接触以克服弹性件50的作用,使安全件40逆时针旋转一定角度,安全件40的另一端与锁定件30分离。接着将另一个开启件90(例如图7中所示的右侧的开启件90)与锁定件30的定位板31接触,锁定件30在开启件90的作用下在限位槽21a中旋转,当旋转到一定角度时,锁定件30从舌片10的卡槽10a脱离出来,此后,舌片10可在弹性件50的作用下从壳体20中弹出,从而完成解锁动作。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图7所示,定位板31的远离锁定板32的一侧表面包括倾斜于锁定板32的表面(即厚度方向上的表面)设置的第一斜面段311,在锁定位置,第一斜面段311与舌片10的插入方向F1的夹角a1小于锁定板32的表面与舌片10的插入方向F1的夹角a2。由此,当采用开启件90推动定位板31转动时,由于第一斜面段311相对插入方向F1的倾斜角度相对较小,开启件90可以更加容易,且更加省力地向定位板31的第一斜面段311施力。

在本申请的一些实施例中,本申请的安全带端部闭合装置1包括舌片10、壳体20、锁定件30、安全件40、弹性件50、连接件60以及固定件80。壳体20构造为截面为“U” 型的结构,位于两侧的壳体板21通过连接板22连接,连接板22与两侧壳体板21限定出用于插入舌片10的舌片通道20a。锁定件30以旋转方式安装在安全带端部闭合装置1中,并且锁定件30在弹性件50的作用下可以沿着限位槽21a移动,锁定板32的两端分别与限位槽21a的两个弧形边配合以限定锁定件30的移动范围。锁定件30可以在U型壳体20的锁定位置和释放位置之间移动以固定或释放安全带70,锁定件30设置有两个定位板31和连接两个定位板31的锁定板32。舌片10伸入舌片通道20a以引导安全带70与壳体20连接,锁定件30可与舌片10上的卡槽10a配合以将安全带70固定于壳体20,定位板31垂直于锁定板32且两个定位板31由锁定板32向同方向延伸。弹性件50和安全件40通过一个固定件80固定在壳体20,弹性件50一端与安全件40固定,弹性件50的另一端可接触锁定件30,安全件40可转动地固定于壳体20。连接件60通过另一个固定件80固定在壳体20上,连接件60的外露端与安全带预紧器2连接以将安全带端部闭合装置1固定于车辆100。
如图7-图8所示,在舌片10插入至舌片通道20a时,舌片10在U型壳体20的壳体板21上滑动,舌片10先与弹性件50接触并压缩弹性件50的一端,使得弹性件50在锁定件30的平面上移动,直到离开锁定件30,同时锁定件30在U型壳体20的限位槽21a中顺时针旋转,当舌片10的卡槽10a进入舌片通道20a与锁定件30相对后,锁定件30在弹性件50和安全件40的作用下开始逆时针旋转,直到锁定件30接触到舌片10的卡槽10a后停止旋转,此时锁定件30与舌片10在弹性件50和安全件40的作用下稳定连接在一起,锁止动作完成。由于锁定件30两侧设置有定位板31,在锁定件30的旋转过程中,始终与壳体20内侧面有滑动接触,保证了锁定件30在旋转过程中不会横向倾斜。
如图7-图8所示,安全带端部闭合装置1在锁定时,可先给舌片10一个轴向的作用力(即朝向插入方向F1的作用力)以克服弹性件50的弹力,使得舌片10的卡槽10a与锁定件30的相互作用力减小或撤除。接着可通过一个开启件90使安全件40克服弹性件50的弹力逆时针旋转一定角度,使得安全件40的止挡槽40a与锁定件30分离,而后使另一个开启件90与锁定件30的定位板31接触,以使锁定件30在U型壳体20的限位槽21a中旋转,当旋转到一定角度时,锁定件30从舌片10的卡槽10a脱离出来(在此过程中,由于舌片10上施加有轴向作用力,使得卡槽10a与锁定件30的相互作用力减小或撤除,从而采用较小的力就可推动开启件90引发锁定件30旋转至脱出,当然,如果并未向舌片10施加该轴向作用力,但用力推动开启件90也可引发锁定件30旋转至脱出)。此后,撤销施加在舌片10上的轴向作用力,舌片10可在弹性件50的 作用下从舌片通道20a中弹出,完成解锁动作。
本申请的安全带端部闭合装置1定位效果好且结构稳定。
下面简单描述根据本申请的车辆100。
如图9所示,根据本申请的车辆100包括上述实施例中任意一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置1,由于根据本申请的车辆100设置有上述实施例的安全带端部闭合装置1,因此该车辆100对用户的保护效果好,整体结构稳定,可确保用户使用安全。
综上所述,本申请的安全带端部闭合装置1将锁定件30设计为锁定板32两侧连接定位板31的结构,可增大锁定件30与壳体20的接触面积,使得锁定件30的定位效果更好,并且安全带端部闭合装置1的结构简单、成本低,对安全带70的定位效果好,安全带70安装灵活方便且牢固。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种安全带端部闭合装置,其中,包括:
    舌片,所述舌片上设有卡槽,所述舌片适于与安全带的端部相连;
    壳体,所述壳体内限定出适于所述舌片伸入的舌片通道;
    锁定件,所述锁定件包括两个定位板和连接两个所述定位板的锁定板,所述锁定件在锁定位置和释放位置之间可移动地设在所述壳体上,所述锁定件在所述锁定位置且所述舌片伸入所述舌片通道内时所述锁定板卡合在所述卡槽内,所述锁定件在所述释放位置时所述锁定板避让所述舌片,两个所述定位板均与所述壳体滑动配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板垂直于所述锁定板且两个所述定位板由所述锁定板向同方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板垂直于所述锁定板且两个所述定位板由所述锁定板向反方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板的远离所述锁定板的一侧表面包括倾斜于所述锁定板的表面设置的第一斜面段,在所述锁定位置,所述第一斜面段与所述舌片的插入方向的夹角a1小于所述锁定板的表面与所述舌片的插入方向的夹角a2。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板构造为从两端向中心逐渐凸出的形状,以使所述定位板的远离所述锁定板的一侧表面包括对称设置的两个斜面段,其中一个所述斜面段为所述第一斜面段。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,两个所述定位板的形状相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述壳体包括两个壳体板和连接两个所述壳体板的连接板,所述舌片通道形成在两个所述壳体板和所述连接板的内侧,两个所述壳体板上均设有沿厚度方向贯通所在壳体板的限位槽,所述锁定板可转动地配合在所述限位槽内,所述锁定件穿过两个所述限位槽且两个所述定位板的内表面分别与两个所述壳体板的外表面滑动配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板被配置成,在所述锁定件移动过程中,两个所述定位板始终与两个所述壳体板滑动接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述限位槽为扇形槽,所述锁定板分别与两个所述限位槽的弧形边配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,还包括安全件,所述安全件上设有止挡槽,所述安全件在止挡位置和避让位置之间可转动地设在所述壳体上,所述安全件在所述避让位置时所述锁定件脱离所述止挡槽以允许所述锁定件移动,所述安全件在所述止挡位置时所述锁定件配合在所述止挡槽内以防止所述锁定件移动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,还包括弹性件,所述弹性件在挤压状态和复位状态之间可变形,所述弹性件与所述安全件相连,所述弹性件在所述复位状态与所述锁定件抵接以驱动所述安全件向所述避让位置移动,所述弹性件在所述挤压状态常驱动所述安全件向所述止挡位置转动,所述弹性件在所述舌片插入所述舌片通道后被所述舌片挤压至所述挤压状态且在所述舌片脱离所述舌片通道后复位至所述复位状态。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板的长度为8-14毫米且宽度为8-14毫米。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,还包括连接件,所述连接件设在所述壳体上且适于与安全带预紧器连接。
  14. 一种车辆,其中,包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置。
