Claims (14)
- 一种安全带端部闭合装置,其中,包括:舌片,所述舌片上设有卡槽,所述舌片适于与安全带的端部相连;壳体,所述壳体内限定出适于所述舌片伸入的舌片通道;锁定件,所述锁定件包括两个定位板和连接两个所述定位板的锁定板,所述锁定件在锁定位置和释放位置之间可移动地设在所述壳体上,所述锁定件在所述锁定位置且所述舌片伸入所述舌片通道内时所述锁定板卡合在所述卡槽内,所述锁定件在所述释放位置时所述锁定板避让所述舌片,两个所述定位板均与所述壳体滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板垂直于所述锁定板且两个所述定位板由所述锁定板向同方向延伸。

- 根据权利要求8所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述限位槽为扇形槽,所述锁定板分别与两个所述限位槽的弧形边配合。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,还包括安全件,所述安全件上设有止挡槽,所述安全件在止挡位置和避让位置之间可转动地设在所述壳体上,所述安全件在所述避让位置时所述锁定件脱离所述止挡槽以允许所述锁定件移动,所述安全件在所述止挡位置时所述锁定件配合在所述止挡槽内以防止所述锁定件移动。
- 根据权利要求10所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,还包括弹性件,所述弹性件在挤压状态和复位状态之间可变形,所述弹性件与所述安全件相连,所述弹性件在所述复位状态与所述锁定件抵接以驱动所述安全件向所述避让位置移动,所述弹性件在所述挤压状态常驱动所述安全件向所述止挡位置转动,所述弹性件在所述舌片插入所述舌片通道后被所述舌片挤压至所述挤压状态且在所述舌片脱离所述舌片通道后复位至所述复位状态。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,所述定位板的长度为8-14毫米且宽度为8-14毫米。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置,其中,还包括连接件,所述连接件设在所述壳体上且适于与安全带预紧器连接。
- 一种车辆,其中,包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的安全带端部闭合装置。
