Claims (15)
- 회전축;상기 회전축 상에 소정 간격을 두고 떨어져 장착된 한 쌍의 롤부재; 및한 쌍의 롤부재 사이에 배치되며, 상기 회전축에 장착되고, 상기 회전축의 회전시 유도가열되도록 마련된 유도 코일 및 유도 코일을 둘러싸는 본체를 포함하는 유도가열롤을 포함하는 압연 롤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유도코일은 교류 전류 인가시 발열되도록 마련되며,유도가열롤의 본체는 유도 코일에서 전달된 열에 의해 가열되는 가열롤면을 갖는 압연 롤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 롤부재는, 상기 유도가열롤의 일측에 배치되고, 압연 대상물과 접촉하는 제1 롤면을 가진 제1 롤부재 및 상기 유도가열롤의 타측에 배치되고, 압연 대상물과 접촉하는 제2 롤면을 가진 제2 롤부재를 포함하는 압연 롤.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 롤부재는 상기 유도가열롤과 접촉하며, 유도가열롤의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖는 제1 내측면 및 제1 내측면과 반대방향의 제1 외측면을 갖고,제1 롤면은 상기 제1 내측면과 제1 외측면을 연결하는 압연롤.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제1 롤부재는, 상기 제1 외측면의 직경이 제1 내측면의 직경보다 작은 압연롤.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 롤부재는 상기 회전축에 결합된 제1 코어부 및 상기 제1 코어부를 둘러싸고, 상기 제1 코어부의 열전도율보다 낮은 열전도율을 가진 제1 표면부를 포함하는 압연롤.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제2 롤부재는, 상기 유도가열롤과 접촉하며, 유도가열롤의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖는 제2 내측면 및 제2 내측면과 반대방향의 제2 외측면을 갖고,제2 롤면은 상기 제2 내측면과 제2 외측면을 연결하는 압연롤.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제2 롤부재는, 상기 제2 외측면의 직경이 제2 내측면의 직경보다 작은 압연롤.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제2 롤부재는 상기 회전축에 결합된 제2 코어부 및 상기 제2 코어부를 둘러싸고, 상기 제2 코어부의 열전도율보다 낮은 열전도율을 가진 제2 표면부를 포함하는 압연롤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,한 쌍의 롤 부재는 유도가열롤을 기준으로 대칭 배열된 압연 롤.
- 코팅부와 무지부가 마련된 전극 시트의 주행 경로에 배치되며, 상기 전극 시트를 상하로 가압하는 한 쌍의 압연롤; 및각각의 압연롤의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,각각의 압연롤은, 회전축;상기 회전축 상에 소정 간격을 두고 떨어져 장착되며, 전극 시트의 코팅부 상에 각각 위치하는 한 쌍의 롤부재; 및한 쌍의 롤부재 사이에 배치되며, 상기 회전축에 장착되고, 상기 전극시트의 무지부 상에 위치하며, 상기 회전축의 회전시 유도가열되도록 마련된 유도 코일 및 유도 코일을 둘러싸는 본체를 포함하는 유도가열롤을 포함하는 전극 압연 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유도코일은 교류 전류 인가시 발열되도록 마련되며,유도가열롤의 본체는 유도 코일에서 전달된 열에 의해 가열되며, 무지부와 마주하게 배치된 가열롤면을 갖는 전극 압연 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,한 쌍의 롤부재는, 상기 유도가열롤의 일측에 배치되고, 압연 대상물과 접촉하는 제1 롤면을 가진 제1 롤부재 및 상기 유도가열롤의 타측에 배치되고, 압연 대상물과 접촉하는 제2 롤면을 가진 제2 롤부재를 포함하며,상기 제1 롤부재는 상기 유도가열롤과 접촉하며, 유도가열롤의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖는 제1 내측면 및 제1 내측면과 반대방향의 제1 외측면을 갖고,제1 롤면은 상기 제1 내측면과 제1 외측면을 연결하며,상기 제2 롤부재는, 상기 유도가열롤과 접촉하며, 유도가열롤의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖는 제2 내측면 및 제2 내측면과 반대방향의 제2 외측면을 갖고,제2 롤면은 상기 제2 내측면과 제2 외측면을 연결하는 전극 압연 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제1 롤부재는, 상기 제1 외측면의 직경이 제1 내측면의 직경보다 작고,상기 제2 롤부재는, 상기 제2 외측면의 직경이 제2 내측면의 직경보다 작은 전극 압연 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제1 롤부재는 상기 회전축에 결합된 제1 코어부 및 상기 제1 코어부를 둘러싸고, 상기 제1 코어부의 열전도율보다 낮은 열전도율을 가진 제1 표면부를 포함하고,상기 제2 롤부재는 상기 회전축에 결합된 제2 코어부 및 상기 제2 코어부를 둘러싸고, 상기 제2 코어부의 열전도율보다 낮은 열전도율을 가진 제2 표면부를 포함하는 전극 압연 장치.
