  • the mass percentage content of each chemical element is:
  • the addition of C element can not only improve the strength of the steel, but also increase the hardness of martensite to ensure that martensite transformation occurs.
  • the inventor's research found that when the mass percentage of the C element in the steel is less than 0.1%, the strength of the steel plate will be affected and is not conducive to the formation and stability of austenite; and when the mass percentage of the C element in the steel is When the content is higher than 0.30%, it is easy to cause the martensite hardness to be too high and the grain size to be coarse, which is not conducive to the formability of the steel plate. Therefore, considering the influence of C element content on steel properties, in the cold-rolled steel plate above 1300 MPa according to the present invention, the mass percentage content of C element is controlled between 0.10% and 0.30%.

  • the mass percentage of Mn in the steel is selected to be between 0.8% and 2.5% because: when the mass percentage of Mn in the steel is less than 0.8%, the prepared steel will have insufficient hardenability and will not survive annealing. Description

C:0.10%~0.30%,Si:0.1%~0.5%,Mn:0.8%~2.5%,Al:0.01%~0.03%,B:0.001-0.003%;Ti:0~0.05%;
C:0.10%~0.30%,Si:0.1%~0.5%,Mn:0.8%~2.5%,Al:0.01%~0.03%,B:0.001-0.003%;Ti:0~0.05%,余量为Fe和其他不可避免的杂质;
当抗拉强度为1300-1400MPa时,90度冷弯性能表征参量R/t极限值≤2.5,当抗拉强度大于1400MPa且≤1500MPa时,90度冷弯性能表征参量R/t极限值≤3,当抗拉强度大于1500MPa且≤1650MPa时,90度冷弯性能表征参量 R/t极限值≤3.5,当抗拉强度在1650MPa以上时,90度冷弯性能表征参量R/t极限值≤4,其中R表示弯曲半径,t表示板厚;
(1)冶炼和铸造;
(2)热轧;
(3)冷轧;
(4)退火;
(5)连续式回火温度:回火温度为400-550℃,回火时间为10-300s,然后再以30℃/s以上的速度冷却到室温;
(6)平整;
