技术领域
本申请属于显示设备领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种显示设备。
背景技术
显示设备也称为显示器,是一种可输出图像或感触信息的设备。显示屏幕和盖板玻璃是显示设备中重要的两个零部件,现有技术中,显示屏幕安装在模组中框内并用模组盖板压紧。
但是,现有技术中,显示屏幕和盖板玻璃之间的模组盖板加大了显示屏幕和盖板玻璃之间的距离,通常大于5mm,当显示屏幕显示图像时,由于超过5mm的空气层存在,显示屏幕的显示效果受到影响,图像质量不理想,且过大的间距也导致显示设备的整机厚度较厚。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种显示设备,以解决现有技术中存在的显示屏幕和盖板玻璃间距过大的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:提供一种显示设备,包括:
显示面板;
中框,所述显示面板安装于所述中框的一侧面上;
环状挡边,设于所述中框用于安装所述显示面板的侧面上,所述环状挡边的内周壁与所述中框的内周壁之间间隔设置,所述环状挡边与所述中框围设形成容置空间,所述显示面板限位安装于所述容置空间内;以及
盖板模组,包括保护盖板,所述保护盖板盖设于所述中框具有所述环状挡边的一侧,所述保护盖板与所述显示面板之间放置有第一缓冲件,所述保护盖板通过所述第一缓冲件将所述显示面板挤压固定在所述容置空间内。
可选地,所述保护盖板与所述环状挡边之间的间隙小于所述显示面板的厚度。
可选地,所述第一缓冲件为缓冲泡棉,所述缓冲泡棉沿所述显示面板的周向边缘设置。
可选地,所述中框与所述显示面板之间垫设有第二缓冲件,所述环状挡边与所述显示面板之间垫设有第三缓冲件。
可选地,所述中框和所述环状挡边呈一体式。
可选地,所述盖板模组还包括面框和盖板压条,所述面框环绕并固定于所述中框的外侧部,所述面框靠近所述显示面板的开口边缘设置有止挡部,所述盖板压条固定于所述面框的内周壁,所述盖板压条与所述止挡部相互配合以将所述保护盖板固定于所述面框的开口处。
可选地,所述显示设备还包括背板,所述中框和所述盖板模组均固定于所述背板的同一侧面上。
可选地,所述止挡部与所述保护盖板之间垫设有滤光条,所述盖板压条与所述保护盖板之间垫设有第四缓冲件。
可选地,所述盖板压条包括压合板、安装板和连接板,所述压合板和所述安装板分别连接于所述连接板的两端且分设于所述连接板的两侧,所述安装板固定于所述面框背离所述保护盖板的端面上。
可选地,在所述中框设于所述环状挡边的端面上,沿所述端面的外侧边缘 凹陷形成有与所述盖板压条对应设置的避让缺口,所述面框的内周壁与所述避让缺口的壁面间隔设置,所述压合板位于所述间隔内。
本申请实施例提供的显示设备的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请实施例提供的显示设备包括显示面板、中框和盖板模组,中框的一侧设置有与中框围设形成容置空间的环状挡边,显示面板容置在容置空间内来进行限位固定,盖板模组包括保护盖板,保护盖板通过第一缓冲件将显示面板挤压固定在容置空间内,简化了组装工艺,由于显示面板是直接通过保护盖板进行压合固定的,这就避免了单独设计用于固定显示面板的零部件,极大地减小了显示面板与保护盖板之间的间距,提高了显示设备的显示效果,优化了图像质量;同时,还有效地减小了显示设备的重量和厚度,给用户带来了更好的使用体验。

为了使本申请所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。
需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

正如背景技术中所记载的,请参阅图1,现有技术中,显示面板安装在中框内并用模组盖板压紧。但是,现有技术中,显示屏幕和盖板玻璃之间的距离比较大,通常大于5mm,当显示屏幕显示图像时,由于超过5mm的空气层存在,显示屏幕的显示效果受到影响,图像质量不理想,且过大的间距也导致显示设备的整机厚度较厚。
为了解决上述问题,本申请的实施例提供了一种显示设备,请一并参阅图1和图2,该显示设备包括显示面板10、中框20、环状挡边30以及盖板模组40;显示面板10安装于中框20的一侧面上;环状挡边30设于中框20用于安装显示面板10的侧面上,环状挡边30的内周壁与中框20的内周壁之间间隔设置,环状挡边30与中框20围设形成容置空间310,显示面板10限位安装于容置空间310内;盖板模组40包括保护盖板410,保护盖板410盖设于中框20具有环状挡边30的一侧,保护盖板410与显示面板10之间放置有第一缓冲件60,保护盖板410通过第一缓冲件60将显示面板10挤压固定在容置空间310内。
本申请实施例提供的显示设备,与现有技术相比,本申请实施例提供的显示设备包括显示面板10、中框20、环状挡边30和盖板模组40,中框20的一侧设置有与中框20围设形成容置空间310的环状挡边30,显示面板10容置在容置空间310内来进行限位固定,盖板模组40包括保护盖板410,保护盖板410通过第一缓冲件60将显示面板10挤压固定在容置空间310内,简化了组装工艺,由于显示面板10是直接通过保护盖板410进行压合固定的,这就避免了单独设计用于固定显示面板10的零部件,极大地减小了显示面板10与保护盖板410之间的间距,提高了显示设备的显示效果,优化了图像质量;同时,还有效地减小了显示设备的重量和厚度,给用户带来了更好的使用体验。
在其他的实施例中,由于保护盖板410和显示面板10之间的第一缓冲件60受到过大压力时,其厚度会变薄,如果保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50过大时,就存在显示面板10脱离容置空间310进入保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50的情况,显示面板10就可能被保护盖板410与环状挡边30挤压而造成损坏。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50小于显示面板10的厚度。
在此需要说明的是,间隙50一方面是为了避免环状挡边30和保护盖板410 刚性接触;另一方面,由于中框20、环状挡边30和保护盖板410的面积较大,存在微弱变形的可能,因此,间隙50还可以向中框20、环状挡边30或保护盖板410提供一定的形变空间。
通过如上设置,保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50大小小于显示面板10的厚度,使得显示面板10无论何种情况都无法脱离容置空间310进入保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50内,对显示面板10起到足够的保护;同时,保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50大小小于显示面板10的厚度,还可以将显示面板10与保护盖板410的距离拉近,进而减小了空气层的厚度,提高了显示设备的显示效果,优化了图像质量。
具体的,假设显示面板10厚度为1.5mm,则保护盖板410与环状挡边30之间的间隙50小于1.5mm。
具体的,请参阅图1和图2,显示面板10和保护盖板410之间为空气层,第一缓冲件60自然状态下的厚度大于保护盖板410组装完成后的空气层的厚度,也即保护盖板410组装完成后,第一缓冲件60是被显示面板10和保护盖板410挤压在内的,如此,第一缓冲件60可以起到密封作用,防止外部的灰尘或水汽进入空气层。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,第一缓冲件60为缓冲泡棉,缓冲泡棉沿显示面板10的周向边缘设置。
通过如上设置,盖板模组40和中框20组装完毕后,缓冲泡棉在厚度方向受到显示面板10和保护盖板410的挤压,可以达到更好的密封效果,更好地防止灰尘或水汽进入空气层。具体的,缓冲泡棉具有有弹性、重量轻、快速压敏固定、使用方便、弯曲自如、体积超薄、性能可靠等一系列优点。
具体的,假设空气层间距为0.8mm,且缓冲泡棉的厚度需要大于0.8mm,以确保盖板模组40和中框20组装完毕后,缓冲泡棉能够在厚度方向受到显示面板10和保护盖板410的挤压。
可以理解的是,上述的缓冲泡棉既可以是粘接在保护盖板410与显示面板 10之间的,也可以是挤压固定在保护盖板410与显示面板10之间的。缓冲泡棉的在保护盖板410与显示面板10之间的固定方式根据实际需要进行选择,在此不做唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,中框20与显示面板10之间垫设有第二缓冲件70,环状挡边30与显示面板10之间垫设有第三缓冲件80。
通过如上设置,在中框20与显示面板10之间垫设第二缓冲件70,可以避免显示面板10与中框20之间刚性接触而损坏显示面板10。
进一步地,中框20靠近显示面板10的侧面上开设有用于卡接第二缓冲件70的凹槽,部分第二缓冲件70卡接于凹槽内,以避免第二缓冲件70在中框20与显示面板10之间横向移动而脱离中框20。
通过如上设置,在环状挡边30与显示面板10之间垫设第三缓冲件80,可以避免显示面板10与环状挡边30之间刚性接触而损坏显示面板10。
在其他的实施例中,第二缓冲件70和第三缓冲件80均为软质橡胶或硅胶条,以达到更好的缓冲减震效果。
在另一个实施例中,中框20和环状挡边30呈一体式。
通过如上设置,中框20和环状挡边30呈一体式,一方面可以加强整体的结构强度,另一方面可以减少显示设备的安装步骤。
当然,中框20也可以是拼合而成的组合式结构;中框20的具体结构根据实际产品需要进行选择,在此不做唯一限定。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,盖板模组40还包括面框420和盖板压条430,面框420环绕并固定于中框20的外侧部,面框420靠近显示面板10的开口边缘设置有止挡部421,面框420的内周壁固定有盖板压条430,盖板压条430与止挡部421相互配合以将保护盖板410固定于面框420的开口处。
通过如上设置,保护盖板410是被面框420和盖板压条430夹持固定的,面框420、保护盖板410和盖板压条430组合成盖板模组40,工作人员就可以先将盖板模组40组装好,再通过整个盖板模组40将显示面板10压合在中框 20内,提高了显示设备的组装效率。
在一个具体的实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,显示设备还包括背板90,中框20和盖板模组40均固定于背板90的同一侧面上。
具体的,是盖板模组40的面框420和中框20均固定于背板90的同一侧面上,以将面框420环绕并固定于中框20的外侧部。
进一步地,显示设备还包括光学膜片。
工作人员在安装时,先将背板90腔体朝上,放入光学膜片,再用中框20将光学膜片压紧在背板90腔体内后将中框20固定在背板90上,这就完成了中框20与背板90的组装;将第二缓冲件70卡接在中框20的凹槽内,将第三缓冲件80贴合在环状挡边30的内侧部的同时,将显示面板10嵌入中框20与环状挡边30围合形成的内置空间内,这就完成了显示面板10与中框20的组装;在显示面板10的边缘放置好第一缓冲件60,再用整个盖板模组40将显示面板10和第一缓冲件60压合在内,盖板模组40再与背板90固定连接,就完成了显示设备的安装。
更进一步地,中框20与光学膜片之间也设置有缓冲泡棉,以防止中框20划伤光学膜片。
在另一个具体的实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,止挡部421与保护盖板410之间垫设有滤光条440,盖板压条430与保护盖板410之间垫设有第四缓冲件450。
在此需要说明的是,显示设备的保护盖板410一般为玻璃。
通过如上设置,玻璃的两个面均不与止挡部421和盖板压条430接触,可以避免玻璃被止挡部421和盖板压条430划伤。
当然,在其他的实施例中,盖板模组40还包括红外板。此时,面框420是由四个条状结构拼合而成的,条状结构的内部沿其长度方向设置有卡槽,止挡部421靠近保护盖板410的面上沿长度方向设置有燕尾槽或T型槽;红外板通过卡槽定位并从条状结构的任一端插入条状结构内,滤光条440从燕尾槽或 T型槽的任一端插入。四个条状结构分别组装好红外板和滤光条440后,再拼装成一个整体面框420。
在另一个具体的实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,盖板压条430包括压合板431、安装板432和连接板433,压合板431和安装板432分别连接于连接板433的两端且分设于连接板433的两侧,安装板432固定于面框420背离保护盖板410的端面上。
具体的,盖板压条430的安装板432通过螺钉锁紧在面框420背离保护盖板410的端面上,以便于盖板压条430能够与面框420的止挡部421相互配合,稳定地夹持保护盖板410。
当然,在其他的实施例中,盖板压条430也可以成“L”型,其一边贴合在面框420的内侧面并通过螺钉锁紧,其另一边与面框420的止挡部421相互配合,夹持住保护盖板410。盖板压条430的具体结构设计根据实际产品需要进行选择,在此不做唯一限定。
在此需要说明的是,盖板压条430可以设置为一整圈,或者沿面框420内周面分布的多个段状结构。盖板压条430的具体结构根据实际产品需要进行选择,在此不做唯一限定。
在一个更为具体的实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,在中框20设有环状挡边30的端面上,沿端面的外侧边缘凹陷形成有与盖板压条430对应设置的避让缺口210,面框420的内周壁与避让缺口210的壁面间隔设置,压合板431位于间隔内。
如此,压合板431就不会同环状挡边30和保护盖板410层叠设置,而是会处于环状挡边30的外侧部,进一步减小了显示设备的厚度。
进一步地,如若盖板压条430为“L”型,则其贴合在面框420内侧面的一边和用于锁紧的螺钉均可以置于间隔内,有利于减少显示设备的厚度。
在其他的实施例中,请参阅图3和图4,显示面板10包括中部的显示区域110和外圈边缘的边框区域120,缓冲泡棉为分体式结构(通常为两长两短)且 贴合在边框区域120内。
具体的,在短边的边框区域120内的缓冲泡棉与显示区域110的距离为h 1,在长边的边框区域120内的缓冲泡棉与显示区域110的距离为h 2,h 1和h 2的大小均大于1.5mm,以避免缓冲泡棉磨损显示区域110。
具体的,四条缓冲泡棉连接处紧密连接,不留缝隙,缓冲泡棉宽度确保组装后外边缘不超出显示屏幕外边缘。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示面板(10);
    中框(20),所述显示面板(10)安装于所述中框(20)的侧面上;
    环状挡边(30),设于所述中框(20)用于安装所述显示面板(10)的侧面上,所述环状挡边(30)的内周壁与所述中框(20)的内周壁之间间隔设置,所述环状挡边(30)与所述中框(20)围设形成容置空间(310),所述显示面板(10)限位安装于所述容置空间(310)内;以及
    盖板模组(40),包括保护盖板(410),所述保护盖板(410)盖设于所述中框(20)具有所述环状挡边(30)的一侧,所述保护盖板(410)与所述显示面板(10)之间放置有第一缓冲件(60),所述保护盖板(410)通过所述第一缓冲件(60)将所述显示面板(10)挤压固定在所述容置空间(310)内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中所述保护盖板(410)与所述环状挡边(30)之间的间隙(50)小于所述显示面板(10)的厚度。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中所述第一缓冲件(60)为缓冲泡棉,所述缓冲泡棉沿所述显示面板(10)的周向边缘设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中所述中框(20)与所述显示面板(10)之间垫设有第二缓冲件(70),所述环状挡边(30)与所述显示面板(10)之间垫设有第三缓冲件(80)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中所述中框(20)和所述环状挡边(30)呈一体式。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的显示设备,其中所述盖板模组(40)还包括面框(420)和盖板压条(430),所述面框(420)环绕并固定于所述中框(20)的外侧部,所述面框(420)靠近所述显示面板(10)的开口边缘设置有止挡部(421),所述盖板压条(430)固定于所述面框(420)的内周壁,所述盖板压 条(430)与所述止挡部(421)相互配合以将所述保护盖板(410)固定于所述面框(420)的开口处。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示设备,还包括背板(90),所述中框(20)和所述盖板模组(40)均固定于所述背板(90)的同一侧面上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的显示设备,其中所述止挡部(421)与所述保护盖板(410)之间垫设有滤光条(440),所述盖板压条(430)与所述保护盖板(410)之间垫设有第四缓冲件(450)。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的显示设备,其中所述盖板压条(430)包括压合板(431)、安装板(432)和连接板(433),所述压合板(431)和所述安装板(432)分别连接于所述连接板(433)的两端且分设于所述连接板(433)的两侧,所述安装板(432)固定于所述面框(420)背离所述保护盖板(410)的端面上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的显示设备,其中在所述中框(20)设于所述环状挡边(30)的端面上,沿所述端面的外侧边缘凹陷形成有与所述盖板压条(430)对应设置的避让缺口(210),所述面框(420)的内周壁与所述避让缺口(210)的壁面间隔设置,所述压合板(431)位于所述间隔内。
