Description
(1)指紋汚れが落ちにくくなり、耐指紋性が低下する。

また、本発明の他の態様に係る化粧シートの製造方法は、原反層の上に塗布された電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面に対して、波長200nm以下の光を照射した後、電離放射線またはUV光を照射することで、畝状に突出した畝状部を有する透明賦形層を形成することを特徴としている。
ここで、図面は模式的なものであり、厚さと平面寸法との関係、各層の厚さの比率等は現実のものとは異なる。また、以下に示す実施形態は、本発明の技術的思想を具体化するための構成を例示するものであって、本発明の技術的思想は、構成部品の材質、形状及び構造等を下記のものに特定するものでない。本発明の技術的思想は、特許請求の範囲に記載された請求項が規定する技術的範囲内において、種々の変更を加えることができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る化粧シート1は、図1に示すように、原反層(基材層)2の一方の面である表面側に、透明賦形層5が積層されて構成される。化粧シート1は、必要に応じて、原反層2の表面側に絵柄層3を形成しその上に透明賦形層5を形成することで、意匠性を向上させてもよい。また、化粧シート1は、図2に示すように原反層2の表面側の、絵柄層3と透明賦形層5との間に透明樹脂層4が積層されていてもよく、さらに透明賦形層5の上に表面保護層6が積層されていてもよい。
(原反層2)
原反層2としては、例えば紙、合成樹脂、あるいは合成樹脂の発泡体、ゴム、不織布、合成紙、金属箔等から任意に選択したものが使用可能である。紙としては、薄葉紙、チタン紙、樹脂含侵紙等が例示できる。合成樹脂としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリビニルアルコール、アクリル等が例示できる。ゴムとしては、エチレン-プロピレン共重合ゴム、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエン共重合ゴム、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合ゴム、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合ゴム、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合ゴム、ポリウレタン等が例示できる。不織布としては、有機系や無機系の不織布が使用できる。金属箔の金属としては、アルミニウム、鉄、金、銀等が例示できる。また、原反層2は、透明樹脂層4と同一の樹脂組成物からなるシートでもよい。この場合、原反層2は、樹脂材料や樹脂組成物を膜状に成形することにより得られる。成形方法としては、例えば、カレンダー成形、押出成形等が挙げられる。
無機顔料は、隠蔽性を付与するための酸化チタンに代表される公知の無機顔料を用いることができる。原反層2は基材Bの模様を隠蔽する役割を担う。化粧シート1の意匠性の観点から要求される隠蔽性を得るために、光透過率が40%以下であることが好ましい。隠蔽性が低いと絵柄層3の模様と基材Bの模様とが混在し、好ましくない。無機顔料を含有することにより、隠蔽性が良好な化粧シート1を得ることができる。無機顔料の混合量は、樹脂材料を100質量部として、5質量部以上50質量部以下とすることが好ましい。無機顔料の混合量が少ないと隠蔽性が悪く、また、混合量が50質量部以上の場合は原反層2の脆化が起こり好ましくない。含有する無機顔料としては、特に限定されないが、例えば天然無機顔料、合成無機顔料が挙げられる。天然無機顔料としては、例えば、土系顔料、焼成土、鉱物性顔料等が挙げられる。合成無機顔料としては、酸化物顔料、水酸化物顔料、硫化物顔料、珪酸塩顔料、燐酸塩顔料、炭酸塩顔料、金属粉顔料、炭素顔料等が挙げられる。また、合成無機顔料として、天然無機顔料、合成無機顔料の中から、一種類もしくは二種類以上を混合した混合顔料を用いてもよい。また、合成無機顔料として、カーボンブラックのような有機顔料を併用しても構わない。
更に、無機顔料には、分散性の向上や、押出適性を改善するために脂肪酸金属塩等の添加剤を加えても構わない。
原反層2の表面には、化粧シート1に柄模様を付加するための絵柄層3を設けることができる。柄模様としては、木目模様、石目模様、砂目模様、タイル貼模様、煉瓦積模様、布目模様、皮絞模様、幾何学図形等を用いることができる。
原反層2として、オレフィン系のような表面が不活性な基材を用いる場合は、原反層2の表裏にコロナ処理、プラズマ処理、オゾン処理、電子線処理、紫外線処理、重クロム酸処理等を行うことが望ましい。
透明樹脂層4の主成分として用いる樹脂材料は、オレフィン系樹脂からなることが好適であり、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリブテン等の他に、αオレフィン(例えば、プロピレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン、1-ノネン、1-デセン、1-ウンデセン、1-ドデセン、トリデセン、1-テトラデセン、1-ペンタデセン、1-ヘキサデセン、1-ヘプタデセン、1-オクタデセン、1-ノナデセン、1-エイコセン、3-メチル-1-ブテン、3-メチル-1-ペンテン、3-エチル-1-ペンテン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、4-メチル-1-ヘキセン、4、4-ジメチル-1-ペンテン、4-エチル-1-ヘキセン、3-エチル-1-ヘキセン、9-メチル-1-デセン、11-メチル-1-ドデセン、12-エチル-1-テトラデセン等)を単独重合あるいは2種類以上を共重合させたものや、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体、エチレン・メチルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン・エチルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン・ブチルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン・メチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン・エチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン・ブチルアクリレート共重合体等のように、エチレンまたはαオレフィンとそれ以外のモノマーとを共重合させたものが挙げられる。また、化粧シート1の表面強度の向上を図る場合には、高結晶性のポリプロピレンを用いることが好ましい。
ここで、本明細書で主成分とは、特に特定が無い場合には、対象とする材料の90質量%以上を指す。
もっとも、透明樹脂層4の上に表面保護層6を設ける場合には、透明樹脂層4の層厚は50μm未満としてもよい。
なお、透明樹脂層4を構成する樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて熱安定剤、光安定剤、ブロッキング防止剤、触媒捕捉剤、着色剤、光散乱剤及び艶調整剤等の各種機能性添加剤を含有させてもよい。これらの各種機能性添加剤は、周知のものから適宜選択して用いることができる。
また、押出と同時にエンボスを施した絵柄層3と透明樹脂層4とを熱あるいはドライラミネートで貼り合わせる方法等を用いることができる。
透明賦形層5は、図3に示すようにコア部5Aと、コア部5Aの一方の面から畝状に突出して設けられた畝状部5Bとを有している。これにより、透明賦形層5には凹凸形状が形成されている。ここで、本発明の一実施形態に係る化粧シート1において、「畝状」とは、細長く盛り上がり、平面視で線状に連なった形状であることをいう。畝状部5Bは、平面視で曲線状であっても直線状であってもよいが、化粧シート1の耐指紋性の観点から曲線状であることが好ましい。また、本実施形態において、畝状部5Bは、例えば、透明賦形層5の凹凸形状の最も低い部分から最も高い部分までの部分を言い、コア部5Aは透明賦形層5の畝状部5Bを除く部分を言うものとする。
畝状部5Bは、図4の平面写真に示すように、細長く盛り上がり、平面視で線状に連なった形状となっている。畝状部5Bは、後述するように、電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面に対して特定波長の光を照射して、電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面を収縮させることにより形成される。
なお、畝状部5Bの透明賦形層5の厚さ方向における断面形状は、正弦波形状であってもよい。ここでいう正弦波形状とは、畝状部5Bの最も低い位置から最も高い位置に至る線を正弦波で表現可能な形状をいう。
アクリレート樹脂に200nm以下の光を照射すると、アクリレート樹脂は自己励起することが可能である。したがって、アクリレート樹脂に200nm以下の光を照射することにより、アクリレート樹脂を架橋させることが可能となる。200nm以下の光はアクリレート樹脂において数十~数百nm程度の深さまで到達する。そのため、表面のみ架橋し、その下の部分が流動性を持つため、折畳みシワの様な波状に連なる微細な凹凸形状が生じる。
ジペンタエリスリトール骨格を有するアクリル樹脂は、5官能または6官能であることが好ましい。より具体的には、ジペンタエリスリトール骨格に備わるアクリロイル基の数は、5または6であることが好ましい。4官能以下の樹脂の場合、架橋度が低下し、耐傷性が低下するため好ましくない。つまり、ジペンタエリスリトール骨格に備わるアクリロイル基の数が4以下であると、アクリレート樹脂(アクリル樹脂)の架橋度が低下し、耐傷性が低下するため好ましくない。
また、透明賦形層5は200nm以下の光を照射して表面近傍を硬化収縮させて微細な凹凸形状を形成するが、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を3質量部以上含有すると、該表面近傍の硬化を阻害してしまう。低光沢と耐候性を両立させるためには、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を3質量部以下の範囲内で含有することが望ましい。
更なる耐傷性の向上や耐候性の向上のために、透明賦形層5の表面に表面保護層6を設けることができる。表面保護層6の層厚は、2μm以上20μm以下の範囲とすることが好ましい。より好ましくは、表面保護層6の層厚が5μm以上20μm以下の範囲である。表面保護層6の層厚を2μm未満とした場合、耐傷性や耐候性を向上させることができない。また、表面保護層6の層厚を20μmより厚くした場合、加工性が低下し折り曲げ時に白化してしまう。なお、ここでいう表面保護層6の膜厚とは、透明賦形層5の畝状部5Bの最も高い部分の上における表面保護層の膜厚TAと、透明賦形層5の凹部上の表面保護層6の膜厚、すなわち、透明賦形層5のコア部5Aの上における表面保護層の膜厚TBとの平均値(TA+TB)/2のことをいう。
プライマー層7の材料としては、基本的に絵柄層3と同じ材料を用いることができるが、化粧シート1の裏面に施され、ウエブ状で巻取りを行うことを考慮すると、ブロッキングを避け、接着剤との密着を高めるために、シリカ、アルミナ、マグネシア、酸化チタン、硫酸バリウム等の無機充填剤を添加させてもよい。プライマー層7の塗布厚さは、基材Bとの密着を確保することが目的であるので、0.1μm以上3.0μm以下が好ましい。なお、プライマー層7は、原反層2がオレフィン系材料のように表面が不活性なものである場合には必要であるが、表面が活性なものである場合には特に必要なものではない。
化粧シート1の製造方法の一例について説明する。
原反層2として樹脂フィルムを用い、原反層2の上面に透明賦形層5を印刷によって成形する。透明賦形層5は、塗布された電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面に対して200nm以下の光を照射して電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面を収縮させる。続いて、収縮させた電離放射線硬化性樹脂を硬化させるため、電離放射線またはUV光を照射する。以上により、コア部5Aとコア部5Aの一方の面(上面)から畝状に突出して設けられた畝状部5Bとを有する透明賦形層5が形成される。
(1)本実施形態の化粧シート1は、凹凸形状が形成された透明賦形層5と、透明賦形層5の凸部上の膜厚TAと、透明賦形層5の凹部上の膜厚TBとの関係が0.1≦TA/TB≦2.0である表面保護層6を備えている。
この構成によれば、表面保護層6に艶調整剤(艶消し添加剤)を含まなくても、化粧シート1の艶(光沢度)を調整することができる。艶調整剤は、樹脂材料により形成した層の撥油性を低下させるため、艶調整剤を含有する表面保護層は、指紋が付きやすくなる。
この構成によれば、より確実に指紋が付着しにくくなり、耐汚染性や耐傷性も向上する。
(3)本実施形態の化粧シート1は、透明賦形層、表面保護層のいずれか一方、または両方にヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含有することが好ましい。
この構成によれば、耐候性も向上させることができる。
この構成によれば、光安定剤のブリードアウトがなく、安定した耐候性を得ることができる。
この構成によれば、凹凸形状と耐候性とを両立した化粧シート1を得ることができる。
[実施例]
<実施例1>
厚さ55μmのオレフィンフィルム(リケンテクノス株式会社製)を原反層とし、原反層の一方の面にコロナ処理を施し、その一方の面に対して、下記の透明賦形層用塗液を塗布した。透明賦形層用塗液の層厚は、5μmとした。その後、透明賦形層用塗液の表面に対して波長172nmのエキシマVUV光を照射して表面を収縮させた。続いて、電離放射線を照射し、透明賦形層5を形成し、総厚60μmからなる実施例1の化粧シートを得た。
透明賦形層用塗液は、下記の電離放射線硬化性樹脂に、下記の添加剤(粒子、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤)を配合して構成した。

実施例3において、透明賦形層を形成するに先立って、コロナ処理を施した後の原反層の一方の面に結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂とポリエチレン系の接着性樹脂とを溶融押出機を用いて共押出しして、厚さ80μmの透明樹脂層と厚さ10μmの接着性樹脂とを製膜した。
続いて、製膜した接着性樹脂層を介して、接着剤層として芳香族エステル系アンカー剤(三井化学株式会社製「A3210;塗布量1g/m2」)を塗布した原反層と透明樹脂層とを押出ラミネート法により貼り合わせた。貼り合わせて形成したシートの透明樹脂層側の面に、エンボス形成用の金型ロールを用いてプレスして凹凸模様(エンボス模様)を施した。
さらに、透明樹脂層の、凹凸模様が形成された面の上に透明賦形層を形成した。透明賦形層は実施例3と同じ電離放射線硬化性樹脂を用い、これ以外は、全て実施例1と同様にして、実施例34の化粧シートを得た。
実施例34における透明賦形層の電離放射線硬化性樹脂を、実施例4と同じものに置き換えた以外は、全て実施例34と同様にして実施例35の化粧シートを得た。
<実施例36>
実施例34における透明賦形層の電離放射線硬化性樹脂を、実施例9と同じものに置き換えた以外は、全て実施例34と同様にして実施例36の化粧シートを得た。
実施例34における透明賦形層を形成した後、実施例27と同じ表面保護層塗液を塗布した。表面保護層用塗液の層厚は5μmとし、総厚155μmからなる実施例37の化粧シートを得た。透明賦形層5の凸部上の膜厚TAと凹部上の膜厚TBの関係式TA/TBは、1.2であった。

実施例36における透明賦形層を形成した後、実施例27と同じ表面保護層塗液を塗布した。表面保護層用塗液の層厚は25μmとし、総厚175μmからなる実施例39の化粧シートを得た。透明賦形層5の凸部上の膜厚TAと凹部上の膜厚TBの関係式TA/TBは、1.2であった。
実施例6において透明賦形層5を形成した後、表面保護層用塗液を塗布した。表面保護層用塗液の層厚は5μmとし、総厚65μmからなる実施例40の化粧シートを得た。表面保護総用塗液の透明賦形層5の凸部上の膜厚TAと凹部上の膜厚TBの関係式TA/TBは、1.2であった。
なお、表面保護層用塗液として、実施例19と同じ下記の表面保護層用塗液を用いた。

[評価]
以上の実施例1~43、比較例1~14について、評価を行った。本実施例において「〇」及び「△」の評価であれば、実際に使用する上で問題がないため、合格とした。
面状態は、目視にて、面の均一性を評価した。
評価基準は下記のとおりとした。

<60°光沢度>
光沢値はRhopoint IQ(コニカミノルタ株式会社製)を用いて、60°光沢度を測定した。
耐指紋性評価として、指紋の拭き取り性評価を実施した。各化粧シートの表面の60°光沢度を測定して、「初期光沢度」とした。続いて、最表層に耐指紋評価液を付着させた後、化粧シート表面に付着した耐指紋評価液を拭き取った。その後、耐指紋評価液を拭き取った部分の60°光沢度を測定して、「拭き取り後光沢度」とした。ここで、耐指紋評価液として、高級脂肪酸を用いた。
指紋拭き取り率は、下記のとおり算出した。
指紋拭き取り率(%)=(拭き取り後光沢度/初期光沢度)×100
評価基準は、下記のとおりとした。
〇:70%以上250%未満
△:50%以上70%未満、もしくは250%以上300%未満
×:50%未満、もしくは300%以上
耐汚染性評価として、日本農林規格(JAS:Japanese Agricultural Standards)に規定する汚染A試験により、青色インキ、黒色速乾性インキ及び赤色クレヨンでそれぞれ幅10mmの線を引き、4時間放置した後、エタノールを布に含ませて青色インキ、黒色速乾性インキ及び赤色クレヨンの線を拭き取り、インキによる耐汚染性を評価した。
評価基準は、下記の通りとした。
〇:各色の線を容易に拭き取ることができた
△:各色の線の一部を拭き取ることができるが、一部に汚れが残る
×:各色の線を拭き取ることができない
得られた化粧シートをウレタン系の接着剤を用いて木質基板Bに貼り付けた後、耐傷性評価として、スチールウールラビング試験を実施した。具体的には、スチールウールに100gの荷重をかけて20往復擦り、化粧シート表面に生じた傷や光沢の変化を目視にて確認した。
評価基準は、下記の通りとした。
〇:表面に傷や光沢の変化が発生しない
△:表面に軽微な傷や光沢の変化が発生した
×:表面に著しい傷や光沢の変化が発生した
曲げ加工適性試験においては、木質基板Bに各シートを貼り付け、基板Bの他方の面に対して、反対側の化粧シート1にキズが付かないようにV型の溝を基板Bと化粧シート1とを貼り合わせている境界まで入れる。次に、化粧シート1の面が山折りとなるように基板Bを当該V型の溝に沿って90度まで曲げ、化粧シート1の表面の折れ曲がった部分に白化や亀裂等が生じていないかを光学顕微鏡を用いて観察し、曲げ加工性の状態について評価を行った。
評価基準は、下記の通りとした。「△」以上の評価であれば、実用上問題ないとした。
○:白化や亀裂等が見られない
△:一部に白化が見える
×:全面に白化が見えるか、一部に亀裂が見える
化粧シートの耐候促進試験後の外観を以下の基準により目視評価した。耐候促進試験はアイスーパーUVテスター(SUVーW161;岩崎電気株式会社製)を用い、ブラックパネル温度63℃、照度65mW/cm2にて、(UV照射20時間+結露4時間)を1サイクルとし、30サイクル(720時間)実施した後の化粧シートの外観を目視評価した。
評価基準は、下記の通りとした。
〇:化粧シートに外観変化なし
△:化粧シートに白化が認められる
×:化粧シートにワレが認められる
これらの評価結果を表1及び表2に示す。
表1の実施例1、4~5は、透明賦形層を形成する電離放射線硬化性樹脂に、繰り返し構造を含む3官能のアクリレート樹脂を用いた実施例で、繰り返し構造が異なる。ε-カプロラクトン(CL)構造(実施例5)で若干60°光沢度が高くなるが、実用上差し支えないレベルであった。
表1の実施例10は、透明賦形層に粒子を添加しない実施例である。粒子がないと賦形が安定せず、面状態が若干悪化したが、実用上差し支えないレベルであった。
表1の実施例13~15は、透明賦形層を形成する電離放射線硬化性樹脂に、繰り返し構造を含む4官能のアクリレート樹脂を用いた実施例である。繰り返し回数が少ない程60°光沢度が高く、繰り返し回数が多い程60°光沢度が低いが、実用上差し支えないレベルであった。
表1の実施例19~33、実施例37~43は、透明賦形層の上に表面保護層が積層された実施例である。
実施例19~20は、表面保護層に粒子を含むか否かの違いはあるが、どちらも良好な物性を示した。
表2の比較例4~6は、繰り返し構造を持たないアクリレート樹脂を用いた比較例である。60°光沢度が90と、実施例と比較して凹凸を付与できておらず、耐指紋性が大幅に悪化した。
さらに、表2の比較例13は実施例21において、表面保護層をより薄膜にしたものである。比較例14は実施例24において、表面保護層をより厚膜にしたものである。表面保護層をより薄膜にすると、TA/TBは2.0を上回り、透明賦形層の凸部上の表面保護層の膜厚TAが厚くなり過ぎて、透明賦形層の凹部上の表面保護層の膜厚TBとの差が広がり、面状態が不均一となった。逆に、表面保護層をより厚膜にすると、TA/TBは0.1を下回り、透明賦形層の賦形が概ね消滅してしまうため、60°光沢値が15に上がってしまい、耐指紋性が悪化した。また、透明賦形層の上に厚膜を塗布するため、面状態も悪化した。
なお、本発明の化粧シートは、上記の実施形態及び実施例に限定されるものではなく、発明の特徴を損なわない範囲において種々の変更が可能である。

原反層、透明賦形層及び表面保護層がこの順に積層され、
前記透明賦形層は、畝状に突出した畝状部を有する凹凸形状が形成されており、
前記透明賦形層の凸部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TAと、前記透明賦形層の凹部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TBとの関係が、0.1≦TA/TB≦2.0であることを特徴とする化粧シート。

前記透明賦形層の前記凸部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TAと、前記透明賦形層の前記凹部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TBとの関係が、1.0≦TA/TB≦1.9であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の化粧シート。
前記透明賦形層は、主材料が電離放射線硬化性樹脂であり、
前記電離放射線硬化性樹脂は、主成分が繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂であり、
前記繰り返し構造は、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、及びε-カプロラクトンの各構造のうちいずれかであり、
前記表面保護層の前記凹凸形状の表面粗さの指標RSmと表面粗さの指標Raとの比RSm/Raは、10以上300以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)に記載の化粧シート。

前記透明賦形層及び前記表面保護層の少なくともいずれか一方は、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含有することを特徴とする上記(1)から(3)のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
原反層及び透明賦形層がこの順に積層され、
前記透明賦形層は最上層をなし、前記透明賦形層の前記原反層とは逆側の面に畝状に突出した畝状部からなる凹凸形状が形成され、
当該凹凸形状の表面粗さの指標RSmと表面粗さの指標Raとの比RSm/Raは、10以上300以下の範囲内であり、
前記透明賦形層は、主材料が電離放射線硬化性樹脂であり、
前記電離放射線硬化性樹脂は、主成分が繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂であり、
前記繰り返し構造は、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、及びε-カプロラクトンの各構造のうちいずれかであり、
前記透明賦形層は、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を、前記透明賦形層に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して0.05質量部以上5質量部以下の範囲内で含有していることを特徴とする化粧シート。
前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を、前記透明賦形層に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して、0.2質量部以上3質量部以下の範囲内で含有していることを特徴とする上記(5)に記載の化粧シート。

前記繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂が3官能であり、
前記繰り返し構造の繰り返し回数は、3以上であることを特徴とする上記(1)から(6)のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。

前記繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂は、4官能のアクリル樹脂であるか、または、ジペンタエリスリトール骨格を有し、
前記繰り返し構造の繰り返し回数は、12以上であることを特徴とする上記(1)から(6)のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
前記透明賦形層の膜厚は、2μm以上20μm以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする上記(1)から(8)のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。

前記表面保護層の膜厚は、2μm以上20μm以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする上記(1)から(9)のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
原反層の上に塗布された電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面に対して、波長200nm以下の光を照射した後、電離放射線またはUV光を照射することで、畝状に突出した畝状部を有する透明賦形層を形成することを特徴とする化粧シートの製造方法。

前記UV光の波長は172nmであることを特徴とする上記(11)に記載の化粧シートの製造方法。

- 原反層、透明賦形層及び表面保護層がこの順に積層され、
前記透明賦形層は、前記表面保護層側の面に畝状に突出した畝状部を有する凹凸形状が形成され、
前記透明賦形層の凸部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TAと、前記透明賦形層の凹部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TBとの関係が、0.1≦TA/TB≦2.0を満足することを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記透明賦形層の前記凸部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TAと、前記透明賦形層の前記凹部上の前記表面保護層の膜厚TBとの関係が、1.0≦TA/TB≦1.9を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記透明賦形層は、主材料が電離放射線硬化性樹脂であり、
前記電離放射線硬化性樹脂は、主成分が繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂であり、
前記繰り返し構造は、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、及びε-カプロラクトンの各構造のうちいずれかであり、
前記表面保護層の前記凹凸形状の表面粗さの指標RSmと表面粗さの指標Raとの比RSm/Raは、10以上300以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の化粧シート。 - 前記透明賦形層及び前記表面保護層の少なくともいずれか一方は、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の化粧シート。
- 原反層と透明賦形層とがこの順に積層され、
前記透明賦形層は最上層をなし、上面に畝状に突出した畝状部からなる凹凸形状が形成されており、当該凹凸形状の表面粗さの指標RSmと表面粗さの指標Raとの比RSm/Raは10以上300以下の範囲内であり、
前記透明賦形層は、主材料が電離放射線硬化性樹脂であり、
当該電離放射線硬化性樹脂は、主成分が繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂であり、
当該繰り返し構造は、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、及びε-カプロラクトンの各構造のうちいずれかであり、
前記透明賦形層は、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を、前記透明賦形層に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して0.05質量部以上5質量部以下の範囲内で含有していることを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を、前記透明賦形層に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して、0.2質量部以上3質量部以下の範囲内で含有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂が3官能であり、
前記繰り返し構造の繰り返し回数は、3以上であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の化粧シート。 - 前記繰り返し構造を含むアクリル樹脂は、4官能のアクリル樹脂であるか、または、ジペンタエリスリトール骨格を有するアクリル樹脂であり、
前記繰り返し構造の繰り返し回数は、12以上であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の化粧シート。 - 前記透明賦形層の膜厚は、2μm以上20μm以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項5及び請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記表面保護層の膜厚は、2μm以上20μm以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の化粧シート。
- 請求項1、請求項2、請求項5及び請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シートの製造方法であって、
原反層の上に電離放射線硬化性樹脂を塗布する工程と、
塗布された前記電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面に対して、波長200nm以下の光を照射する工程と、
前記波長200nm以下の光を照射した後、前記電離放射線硬化性樹脂の表面に、電離放射線またはUV光を照射して、前記畝状に突出した畝状部を有する前記透明賦形層を形成する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする化粧シートの製造方法。 - 前記UV光の波長は172nmであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の化粧シートの製造方法。
