Accordingly, the inflow of water into the display device 1 can be blocked by sealing the opening inside the third waterproof rib 124 of the display module 100 and the case opening 311a of the circuit case 300.
- water In order for water to flow into the display device 1 where the first connector 112 and the second connector 301 are located, as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 7, water must come from the outside of the first waterproof rib 122. It must pass through the first waterproof rib 122, the second waterproof rib 123, the sealing member 150, the third waterproof rib 124, and the rib 311. That is, the first waterproof rib 122, the second waterproof rib 123, the sealing member 150, the third waterproof rib 124, and the rib 311 are provided on the water inflow path. It is difficult for water to pass through the structures and enter the display device 1, and through this, the waterproof performance of the display device 1 can be improved.
- the waterproof ribs 122, 123, and 124 may be formed at the same height as the sealing member 150 so that they can contact the circuit case 300 when the display module 100 and the circuit case 300 are combined. . As the waterproof ribs 122, 123, and 124 are formed to contact the circuit case 300, the amount of flow flowing into the waterproof area may be reduced, thereby improving waterproofing performance.
- the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163 may be formed at the same height as the sealing member 150 so as to contact the circuit case 300 when the display module 100 and the circuit case 300 are combined. . As the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163 are formed to contact the circuit case 300, the flow rate flowing into the waterproof area may be reduced, thereby improving waterproofing performance.
- the display device 1 prevents water from entering the display module 100 and the circuit case 300 by sealing only a portion of the rear portion of the display module 100 and a portion of the front portion of the circuit case 300. You can block it.
- the display module 100 can be made waterproof by blocking the inflow of water into the opening formed inside the third waterproof rib 124.
- the circuit case 300 can be made waterproof by blocking the inflow of water into the case opening 311a.
- the display device 1 can be made waterproof by sealing only a portion of the rear portion of the display module 100 and a portion of the front portion of the circuit case 300 corresponding thereto.
- the partial area may refer to an area inside the sealing member 150.
- the inflow of water into the inside of the sealing member 150 can be blocked through the first to third waterproof ribs 122, 123, and 124, the sealing member 150, and the rib 311, and the sealing member 150
- the inner area has a relatively small area and can effectively block moisture inflow. In other words, waterproofing performance can be improved by reducing the area requiring waterproofing. Additionally, by reducing the area requiring waterproofing, the risk of water inflow into areas requiring waterproofing can be reduced.
- a first drain hole 126 may be provided at the bottom of the first waterproof rib 122, and a second drain hole 127 may be provided at the bottom of the second waterproof rib 123. there is.
- the first drain hole 126 may be provided to discharge water flowing along the waterproof groove 128.
- the second drain hole 127 may be provided to discharge water flowing along the sealing groove 125.
- the second drain hole 127 may increase the possibility of water flowing into the sealing member 150 due to additional water flowing in, so the second water discharge hole 127 Located at the bottom of the rib 123, water can be drained. If the water present in the waterproof groove 128 is not drained from the first drain hole 126, the possibility of water flowing into the sealing groove 125 and the sealing member 150 increases due to additional water flowing in. Therefore, water can be drained by being located at the lower part of the first waterproof rib 122.
- the first drain hole 126 and the second drain hole 127 may be arranged to be spaced apart in the vertical and left-right directions so as not to overlap in the vertical direction. That is, the first drain hole 126 may not be located below the second drain hole 127.
- This structure is intended to prevent moisture from flowing into the first connector 112 through the first drain hole 126 and the second drain hole 127.
- the first drain hole 126 and the second drain hole 127 are positioned to overlap each other in the vertical direction, the first drain hole 126 and the second drain hole 127 are formed from below the first drain hole 126. Through this, the water inflow path into the sealing groove 125 is simplified, which can increase the possibility of water inflow into the sealing groove 125. If the first drain hole 126 and the second drain hole 127 are positioned to be spaced apart in the left and right directions, the water flowing in through the first drain hole 126 must move laterally and then upward to reach the second drain hole.
- the sealing member 150 is provided to block the inflow of moisture into the sealing groove 125 and the third waterproof rib 124, moisture is prevented from entering the sealing member 150 to enhance the waterproof performance of the display module 100. It is desirable to reduce the inflow.
- this structure is intended to prevent water discharged from the second drain hole 127 from draining directly into the first drain hole 126. If the water discharged from the second drain hole 127 is immediately drained into the first drain hole 126, the downward flow rate may increase, which may deteriorate the function of the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163, and It may not be possible to reduce the flow rate toward the located display module 100. Accordingly, the first drain hole 126 and the second drain hole 127 may be arranged to be spaced apart in the left-right and up-down directions.
- the right waterproof ribs 122, 123, 124 and the right sealing groove 125 will be referred to as the waterproof ribs 122, 123, 124 and the sealing groove 125.
- the arrows shown indicate drainage paths.
- water flows from the outside of the first waterproof rib 122 to the first waterproof rib 122, the second waterproof rib 123, the sealing member 150, and the third waterproof rib 124. ) and must pass through the rib 311.
- Some of the water that has passed through the first waterproof rib 122 flows down along the waterproof groove 128 and can be drained downward through the first drain hole 126.
- Some of the water that has passed through the second waterproof rib (123) flows down along the sealing groove (125), is drained downward through the second drain hole (127), and then flows down through the first drain hole (126). It can be drained. Water drained through the first drain hole 126 may flow down along the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163.
- the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163 may include a first guide rib 161 that guides water to move in the left and right directions.
- the first guide ribs 161 may be formed to be spaced apart from each other at a certain distance.
- the first guide rib 161 guides the water flowing in the display module 100 in the left and right directions, thereby reducing the flow rate in the vertical direction and dispersing the water to the left and right.
- the first guide rib 161 may be formed at a predetermined distance from the drain holes 126 and 127 in the vertical direction to guide the water flowing out of the drain holes 126 and 127 in the left and right directions.
- the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163 may include a second guide rib 162 that guides water to move in the vertical direction.
- the second guide rib 162 may be formed perpendicular to the first guide rib 161.
- the second guide ribs 162 may be formed to be spaced apart from each other at a certain distance.
- the second guide rib 162 prevents the water flowing in the display module 100 from flowing excessively in the left and right directions and guides the water in the vertical direction so that it can be drained smoothly by gravity.
- the guide ribs 161, 162, and 163 may include a first guide rib 161, a second guide rib 162, and a third guide rib 163 extending along an inclined direction.
- the third guide rib 163 may be formed along a portion where the first guide rib 161 and the second guide rib 162 intersect.
- the third guide rib 163 can disperse water flowing in the display module 100 so that it does not concentrate in a specific part.
- the third guide rib 163 may be located below the drain holes 126 and 127 to disperse water flowing out from the drain holes 126 and 127.
- Water drained from the drain holes 126 and 126 may be distributed downward along the guide ribs 161, 162 and 163. By dispersing the water, the flow rate flowing through the display module 100 placed below is reduced, thereby further improving the waterproof performance of the display module 100 placed below.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a drainage path at the rear of the display module.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a drain path of a display device with a plurality of display modules coupled to a cabinet.
- water flowing into the display module 100 flows downward by gravity except for the waterproof area, that is, the area where the sealing member 150 and the waterproof ribs 122, 123, and 124 are formed.
