Abstract
Description
本願は、2022年9月7日に日本に出願された特願2022-142115号について優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
一方で、船舶推進用の燃料や貨物としてアンモニアを搭載する場合がある。このようなアンモニアを搭載する場合においても、アンモニアの圧力が過度に上昇した場合等に、ベントポストを通して、アンモニアを大気中に放出することが考えられる。
しかしながら、アンモニアは毒性が高いため、大気中に放出したアンモニアが、船体や上部構造等の内部空間に侵入することを抑えるような対策を講じておく必要がある。
(浮体の構成)
図1に示すように、この実施形態の浮体1は、浮体本体2と、上部構造4と、アンモニア設備10と、を備えている。なお、本実施形態の浮体1は、主機等により航行可能な船舶を一例として説明する。浮体1の船種は、特定の船種に限られない。浮体1の船種としては、液化ガス運搬船、フェリー、RORO船、自動車運搬船、客船等を例示できる。本実施形態では浮体1が船舶である場合について説明するが、浮体1は船舶に限られず、主機等による航行が不能なFSU(Floating Storage Unit)、FSRU(Floating Storage and Regasification Unit)等であってもよい。
また、浮体1は、例えば、上部構造4よりも船首尾方向FAの船尾2b側に、排気管8、及びファンネル9を有している。排気管8は、浮体本体2内の機関室に設けられたエンジンからの排ガスを排出する。排気管8は、上甲板7から上方に延び得ている。ファンネル9は、上甲板7上に設けられている。排気管8は、ファンネル9内を通じて上方に延びている。
安全弁18は、複数のアンモニアタンク11の各々に設けられている。安全弁18は、アンモニアタンク11とベントポスト19とを接続する接続管17の途中に設けられている。安全弁18は、通常時においては閉状態とされ、接続管17内の流路を閉塞している。安全弁18は、アンモニア設備10の内部におけるアンモニアの圧力が、予め設定された規定値以上となった場合に、開状態とされ、接続管17内の流路を開放する。安全弁18が開状態とされた場合、アンモニア設備10の内部のアンモニアは、接続管17を通し、アンモニア設備10の外部に放出される。
図2に示すように、浮体1は、エアワッシャ20と、水供給部30と、水処理部40と、センサー25と、制御装置60と、を更に備えている。
なお、エアワッシャ20は、換気口100を通して上部構造4の外部から区画内の内部空間に流入する空気に含まれるアンモニアを、水供給部30から供給される水によって除去できるのであれば、水供給ノズル21からの噴霧、噴射、滴下等に限らず、他のいかなる形式のものであってもよい。
供給ライン31は、外部からエアワッシャ20の水供給ノズル21に水を供給する。供給ライン31の一端は、水供給ノズル21に接続されている。供給ライン31には、例えば、浮体本体2内に設けられた水タンク(図示せず)に貯留された水(例えば、清水)、または浮体外部より取り入れられた水(例えば、海水等)が供給される。また、供給ライン31は、浮体1に設けられた空気調和システム等に水(海水)を供給する水供給系統から、水を取り入れるようにしてもよい。ポンプ32は、供給ライン31を通して、外部から水供給ノズル21に水を圧送する。

なお、処理水循環ライン45は、アンモニア処理部42によってアンモニアが処理(無害化)された水を、タンク41を介さず、他の処理水タンク(図示せず)等を介して水供給部30に供給するようにしてもよい。
図3は、本開示の実施形態に係る制御装置のハードウェア構成を示す図である。
図3に示すように、制御装置60は、CPU61(Central Processing Unit)、ROM62(Read Only Memory)、RAM63(Random Access Memory)、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)等のストレージ64、信号送受信モジュール65を備えるコンピュータである。
図4は、本開示の実施形態に係る制御装置の機能ブロック図である。
図4に示すように、制御装置60のCPU61は、ROM62やストレージ64に記憶されたプログラムを実行することにより、信号受信部71、エアワッシャ制御部72,指令信号出力部73の各機能構成を実現する。
信号受信部71は、ハードウェアである信号送受信モジュール65を介してセンサー25からの検出信号を受信する。
図5は、本開示の実施形態に係る浮体のアンモニア処理方法の手順を示すフローチャートである。図5に示すように、本開示の実施形態に係る浮体1のアンモニア処理方法S10は、アンモニアの検出を確認するステップS11と、エアワッシャを稼働させるステップS12と、アンモニアの非検出を確認するステップS13と、エアワッシャを停止させるステップS14と、を含んでいる。
ステップS11では、信号受信部71が、センサー25から、アンモニアを検出したことを示す信号を受信した場合、エアワッシャ制御部72が、アンモニアを検出したと判定(ステップS11でYes)し、ステップS12に進む。
ステップS13では、信号受信部71が、センサー25から、アンモニアを検出したことを示す信号を受信していない(非検出)状態であれば(ステップS13でYes)、ステップS14に進む。
上記実施形態の浮体1、浮体1のアンモニア処理方法S10では、換気口100には、換気口100内外の空気の流通を可能としながら、換気口100に水を供給可能なエアワッシャ20が設けられている。アンモニア設備10から大気中へのアンモニアの流出をセンサー25が検出した場合、制御装置60が、エアワッシャ20を稼働させる。エアワッシャ20が稼働されると、水供給部30により供給される水が、換気口100に供給される。これにより、換気口100を流通する空気に含まれるアンモニアが、水に吸収される。エアワッシャ20により使用され、アンモニアを吸収した使用済みの水は、水処理部40によって回収される。したがって、換気口100を通した、内部空間へのアンモニアの侵入を抑えることができる。
例えば、センサー25は、予め設定された閾値以上となった場合に、さらに、空気に含まれるアンモニアの濃度を検出し、その検出結果を、制御装置60に出力するようにしてもよい。
この場合、制御装置60は、センサー25により検出されたアンモニアの濃度に基づいて、ポンプ32の回転数を制御する等して、水供給部30によるエアワッシャ20への水の供給量を制御するようにしてもよい。
以上、本開示の実施の形態について図面を参照して詳述したが、具体的な構成はこの実施の形態に限られるものではなく、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。
(実施形態の第一変形例)
図6は、本開示の実施形態の第一変形例に係る浮体に設けられた、エアワッシャ、センサー、水処理部を示す概略構成図である。
図6に示すように、浮体1は、浮体本体2の周囲環境を検出する周囲環境検出部80を更に備えている。周囲環境検出部80で検出する浮体本体2の周囲環境とは、換気口100へのアンモニアへの到達状態に影響を与え得る、浮体本体2の周囲における環境条件を示す情報である。周囲環境検出部80では、周囲環境を示す情報として、例えば、風向き、気温、天候等を検出する。
図7は、本開示の実施形態の第二変形例に係る浮体に設けられた、エアワッシャ、センサー、水処理部を示す概略構成図である。
図7に示すように、浮体1は、換気口100を閉塞可能な開閉部90を更に備えておいる。開閉部90としては、換気口100に設けられたダンパー、シャッター等が挙げられる。
以上、本開示の実施の形態について図面を参照して詳述したが、具体的な構成はこの実施の形態に限られるものではなく、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。
上記実施形態では、アンモニア設備10として、アンモニアを貯留するアンモニアタンク11を備えるようにしたがこれに限られない。アンモニア設備10は、例えば、アンモニアを燃料として用いる機器を備えるものであってもよい。この場合、放出部15は、アンモニアの燃料系統におけるアンモニアの圧力、アンモニアを燃料として用いる機器が収容された区画の内部におけるアンモニアの圧力等が規定値以上となった場合に、アンモニア設備10から大気中にアンモニアを放出する。また、放出部15は、アンモニアと反応しない不活性ガスによるパージを行った場合に、不活性ガスとともに残留したアンモニアを放出するようにしてもよい。
この場合、大気中へ漏洩(流出)したアンモニアを検出するセンサーによりアンモニア濃度を検出可能とし、制御装置60によって当該アンモニア濃度が予め設定された閾値以上となったと判定された場合に、エアワッシャ20を稼働させるようにすればよい。
実施形態に記載の浮体1、浮体1のアンモニア処理方法S10は、例えば以下のように把握される。
浮体1の例としては、液化ガス運搬船、フェリー、RORO船、自動車運搬船、客船等の船舶、FSU(Floating Storage Unit)、FSRU(Floating Storage and Regasification Unit)等が挙げられる。
大気中へのアンモニアの流出の例としては、安全弁18からベントポスト19を介した放出、アンモニア設備10からの漏洩が挙げられる。
また、センサー25がベントポスト19内に備えられているため、例えば、センサー25を換気口100付近に備えた場合と比較して、安全弁18からのアンモニアの放出を早期に検出することができる。また、ベントポスト19内では、大気中よりもアンモニア濃度が高くなるため、大気中へアンモニアが流出したことを、より確実にセンサー25によって検出することができる。
周囲環境の例としては、風向き、気温、天候等を示す情報が挙げられる。
Claims (9)
- 浮体本体と、
前記浮体本体に設けられたアンモニア設備と、
前記浮体本体の外面に露出して、前記浮体本体内の区画に連通する換気口と、
前記換気口に設けられ、前記換気口内外の空気の流通を可能としながら、前記換気口に水を供給可能なエアワッシャと、
前記エアワッシャに前記水を供給する水供給部と、
前記アンモニア設備から大気中へのアンモニアの流出を検出可能なセンサーと、
前記センサーにより前記アンモニアの流出を検出した場合に、前記エアワッシャを稼働させる制御装置と、
前記エアワッシャにより使用された使用済みの水を回収する水処理部と、
を備える浮体。 - 前記アンモニア設備の内部における前記アンモニアの圧力が規定値以上となった場合に、前記アンモニア設備から大気中に前記アンモニアを放出する放出部を更に備え、
前記センサーは、前記放出部から前記アンモニアが放出されたことを検出する
請求項1に記載の浮体。 - 前記放出部は、
前記アンモニア設備の内部における前記アンモニアの圧力が規定値以上となった場合に、前記アンモニア設備の内部の前記アンモニアを前記アンモニア設備の外部に放出させる安全弁と、
前記安全弁から放出された前記アンモニアを導いて大気中に流出させるベントポストと、を備え、
前記センサーは、前記ベントポスト内に備えられている
請求項2に記載の浮体。 - 前記水処理部は、
前記エアワッシャにより使用された使用済みの前記水を回収するタンクと、
前記タンクに回収された前記水に含まれるアンモニアを処理するアンモニア処理部と、を備える
請求項1又は2に記載の浮体。 - 前記タンクに回収された前記水を前記水供給部に供給可能な循環ラインを備え、
前記水供給部は、前記タンクに回収された前記水を前記エアワッシャに供給可能とされている
請求項4に記載の浮体。 - 前記浮体本体の周囲環境を検出する周囲環境検出部を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記センサーの検出結果と、前記周囲環境検出部の検出結果とに基づいて、前記水供給部による前記エアワッシャへの前記水の供給量を制御する
請求項1又は2に記載の浮体。 - 前記センサーは、大気中のアンモニア濃度を検出可能とされ、
前記制御装置は、前記センサーにより検出された前記アンモニアの濃度に基づいて、前記水供給部による前記エアワッシャへの前記水の供給量を制御する
請求項1又は2に記載の浮体。 - 前記換気口を閉塞可能な開閉部を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記センサーが前記アンモニアの流出を検出した場合に、前記開閉部により前記換気口を閉塞させ、前記エアワッシャが稼働して前記換気口への水の供給を開始した後に、前記開閉部により前記換気口を開放させる
請求項1又は2に記載の浮体。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の浮体のアンモニア処理方法であって、
前記浮体本体に設けられた前記アンモニア設備からのアンモニアの流出が検出された場合に、前記エアワッシャを稼働させ、前記換気口内外の空気の流通を可能としながら前記換気口に水を供給する
