Claims (13)
- 배터리 모듈을 수용하는 배터리 팩으로서,배터리 모듈이 안착되는 모듈 영역을 포함하는 팩 케이스; 를 포함하고,상기 팩 케이스는,베이스 플레이트;상기 베이스 플레이트의 테두리를 따라 결합되는 측벽; 및상기 측벽의 내측면에 결합되는 지지벽; 을 포함하고,상기 지지벽은 상기 측벽에 대향되는 일측에 리브 형상으로 돌출된 결합부를 포함하고,상기 측벽은 상기 지지벽의 결합부가 삽입 가능하도록 패인 삽입홈을 내측에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지벽은 상기 결합부가 상기 삽입홈에 삽입됨으로써 상기 측벽과 결합되고,상기 결합부 및 삽입홈이 용접에 의해 서로 고정되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측벽은,배터리 팩의 단자를 포함하는 전방 프레임;상기 전방 프레임에 대향하여 배치된 후방 프레임; 및베이스 플레이트의 양측에서 상기 전방 프레임 및 후방 프레임의 단부와 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 사이드 프레임; 을 포함하고,상기 지지벽은 상기 전방 프레임 및 후방 프레임 중 적어도 어느 하나와 결합되는 배터리 팩.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 삽입홈은 상기 전방 프레임 또는 후방 프레임의 길이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되고,상기 삽입홈에 결합되는 지지벽의 결합부가 상기 삽입홈에 대응하여 지지벽의 길이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 배터리 모듈은 복수의 셀이 적층된 셀 적층체, 및 상기 셀 적층체에서 최외각에 위치한 양측면을 지지하도록 결합된 한 쌍의 보강판을 포함하고,상기 팩 케이스에서 전방 프레임 또는 후방 프레임과 맞닿도록 수용되는 배터리 모듈은 상기 어느 하나의 보강판이 상기 지지벽과 결합됨으로써 상기 팩 케이스에 고정되는 배터리 팩.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 지지벽과 결합되는 배터리 모듈은 상기 결합된 지지벽 및 보강판을 관통하고 베이스 플레이트에 나사결합되는 볼트에 의해 팩 케이스에 고정되는 배터리 팩.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 배터리 모듈에 포함된 보강판은 배터리 모듈의 높이 방향을 따라 단차를 형성하도록 돌출된 돌출부를 상부에 포함하고,상기 지지벽의 높이는 상기 지지벽에 결합되는 보강판에 포함된 돌출부의 하단 높이 보다 낮은 배터리 팩.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 배터리 모듈에 포함된 보강판은 배터리 모듈의 높이 방향을 따라 단차를 형성하도록 돌출된 돌출부를 포함하고,상기 배터리 모듈은 상기 보강판의 돌출부 하부가 상기 지지벽 상단에 올려지도록 위치하여 상기 지지벽과 결합되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 삽입홈은 상부에 안쪽 방향으로 경사진 경사면을 포함하고,상기 지지벽의 결합부는 상기 삽입홈의 경사면을 제외한 공간에 끼워지고,상기 결합부와 상기 경사면 사이에는 용접에 의해 생성된 용접비드가 채워지는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있이서,상기 지지벽의 높이는 상기 측벽 높이보다 낮고,상기 결합부는 상기 지지벽의 상부 모서리부에 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측벽은 베이스 플레이트와 결합되는 하단의 모서리부에 안쪽 방향으로 경사진 경사면을 포함하고,상기 경사면에 의해 형성된 보조홈을 포함하고,상기 지지벽의 하단, 측벽의 하단 및 베이스 플레이트는 상기 보조홈에서 용접에 의해 서로 고정되는 배터리 팩.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 보조홈에는 용접에 의해 생성된 용접비드가 채워지는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 삽입홈은 상부 및 하부에 각각 안쪽 방향으로 경사진 경사면을 포함하고,상기 지지벽의 결합부는 상기 삽입홈의 경사면을 제외한 구역에 끼워지고,상기 결합부와 상기 경사면 사이에는 용접에 의해 생성된 용접비드가 채워지는 배터리 팩.
