Claims (10)
- 전극 조립체가 내장된 파우치 케이스의 외주면을 실링하여 이차전지를 제조하는 이차전지용 실링장치에 있어서,상기 파우치 케이스의 외주면을 실링하고 측면에 단열 코팅층이 위치된 실링 툴;상기 실링 툴을 가열하거나 상기 파우치 케이스를 지지하는 한 쌍의 실링 블록 및상기 실링 블록 내부에 위치되어 상기 실링 블록을 가열하는 가열 부재를 포함하는 이차전지용 실링장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 상기 파우치 케이스의 외부로 연장된 전극 리드를 포함하고,상기 실링 툴은 상기 전극 리드가 위치되지 않은 상기 파우치 케이스 영역을 가압 및 가열하는 파우치 케이스 실링부 및 상기 전극 리드가 위치된 영역을 가압 및 가열하는 리드 실링부를 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 실링장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 리드 실링부는 상기 파우치 케이스 실링부 보다 높이가 낮은 것인 이차전지용 실링장치.
