- 一种电连接器,其中,包括:护套、屏蔽壳体、挡板、内绝缘体和至少一个内导体端子,所述屏蔽壳体包括屏蔽筒和第一凸肋,所述第一凸肋与所述屏蔽筒分体成型并且所述第一凸肋固接于所述屏蔽筒外;所述护套的内壁设置有第一止位台阶,所述屏蔽壳体安装于所述护套内,并且所述第一凸肋抵接于所述第一止位台阶;所述内绝缘体设置于所述屏蔽筒内,所述内绝缘体设置有端子孔,所述内导体端子插设于所述端子孔中,所述挡板安装于所述内绝缘体,并且所述挡板的前侧与所述内导体端子抵接。
- 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中,所述屏蔽壳体包括第二凸肋,所述第二凸肋与所述屏蔽筒分体成型并且所述第二凸肋固接于所述屏蔽筒外,所述第二凸肋位于所述第一凸肋的前方,并且,所述第二凸肋与所述第一凸肋之间设置有定位槽;所述电连接器包括锁位体,所述护套的侧壁设置有锁位槽,所述锁位体插设于所述定位槽和所述锁位槽中。
- 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其中,所述第一凸肋和所述第二凸肋均注塑成型于屏蔽筒外。
- 如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其中,所述屏蔽筒的外壁设置有多个冲压成型的第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部分别嵌入所述第一凸肋和所述第二凸肋中。
- 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中,所述内绝缘体的侧壁设置有安装槽,所述挡板安装于所述安装槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中,所述屏蔽筒的外壁设置有冲压成型的第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部的前侧抵接于所述挡板。
- 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中,所述屏蔽筒的外壁设置有冲压成型的第三凸起部,所述第三凸起部的后侧抵接于所述内绝缘体。
- 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中,所述电连接器包括后盖,所述后盖设置有用于固持线束的后盖通孔,所述后盖安装于所述护套的后端。
- 如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其中,所述屏蔽壳体包括设置于所述屏蔽筒的后端的线束压接部;所述后盖包括保护筒,所述线束压接部至少部分设置于所述保护筒中。
- 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中,所述电连接器为插头或插座。
- 一种电传输结构,其中,包括:权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电连接器;与所述电连接器对接的连接装置。
- 一种汽车,其中,包括权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电连接器。
