技术领域
本申请涉及美容器械技术领域,特别涉及一种脱毛仪。
背景技术
传统的光子脱毛仪是通过采用预定波长的强脉冲光源的热解原理来达到脱毛的效果,为了提高脱毛效率,传统的脱毛仪都致力于提高其光频闪的次数,但是频繁的高功率闪光必然会产生大量的热量,过高的热量将导致设备无法正常使用甚至导致设备的损坏,而由于现今的脱毛仪的散热效果不佳,为了保证脱毛仪的安全与稳定性,现今市面上的脱毛仪只能采取降低输出功率的方式,其极大地降低了设备的脱毛效率,延长了用户的使用时间,降低了用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的在于解决传统的脱毛仪散热效果不佳,制约设备脱毛效率提升的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种脱毛仪,包括:壳体,其内部中空,所述壳体上设有出光口、进风口和出风口;脉冲光源,设置在所述壳体内,所述脉冲光源发出的脉冲光从所述出光口射出;风道,设置在所述壳体内,并与所述进风口和所述出风口连通;且所述风道分别从所述脉冲光源的两侧通过;风扇,设置在所述风道内,用以产生气体流动,使气流由所述进风口进入,并通过所述风道由所述出风口流出。
可选地,所述风道包括依次连通的进风通道、工作通道和出风通道;所述工作通道包括第一工作通道和第二工作通道;所述第一工作通道位于所述 脉冲光源射出所述脉冲光的一侧;所述第二工作通道位于背离所述脉冲光源射出所述脉冲光的一侧。
可选地,所述脱毛仪还包括反光罩和滤光片;所述反光罩的一端开口且内部中空形成反光腔,所述脉冲光源设置在所述反光腔内,所述滤光片设置在所述反光罩射出所述脉冲光的一端,并将所述反光罩密闭。
可选地,所述反光罩的两侧壁相对开有通风口,所述通风口将所述进风通道和所述出风通道连通,以形成所述第一工作通道;所述气流沿所述第一工作通道从所述脉冲光源的前侧流过。
可选地,所述脱毛仪还包括第一支架,所述第一支架上设有安装槽,所述安装槽的开口端指向所述脉冲光的射出方向。
可选地,所述反光罩设置在所述安装槽中,所述反光罩的外壁与所述安装槽的底壁间具有间隙,所述间隙将所述进风通道和所述出风通道连通,以形成所述第二工作通道,所述气流沿所述第二工作通道从所述脉冲光源的后侧流过。
可选地,所述脱毛仪还包括第二支架;所述第一支架上开有第一容置腔,所述第二支架上设有第二容置腔;所述第二支架与所述第一支架扣合,使所述第一容置腔和所述第二容置腔结合为安装腔室;所述第一支架朝向所述出风口的一侧开有通孔,所述通孔将所述安装腔室与所述出风口连通;所述安装腔室远离所述通孔的一侧设有开口,所述开口用于与所述工作通道连通,形成所述出风通道。
可选地,所述脱毛仪还包括聚光组件,所述聚光组件设置在所述滤光片背离所述脉冲光源的一侧;所述第一支架与所述聚光组件之间形成间隔空间,所述间隔空间将所述进风口与所述工作通道连通,形成所述进风通道。
可选地,所述聚光组件包括聚光框、固定架和出光帽;所述出光帽与所述壳体连接,所述聚光框设置在所述固定架内;所述滤光片、所述聚光框和所述出光帽沿所述脉冲光的射出方向依次布置。
可选地,所述出光帽中间开设有供所述脉冲光射出的出光口。
可选地,所述固定架设置在所述出光帽的内侧端,所述聚光框设置在所述固定架内部,所述滤光片设置在所述固定架远离所述出光帽的一端。
可选地,所述风扇设置在所述安装腔室内。
可选地,所述进风口和所述出风口间隔设置在所述壳体上,且所述出风口的面积大于所述进风口的面积。

由上述技术方案可知,本申请的有益效果为:
本申请提供了一种脱毛仪,包括内部中空的壳体,壳体上设有出光口、进风口和出风口。脉冲光源设置在壳体内,脉冲光源发出脉冲光从出光口射出以对皮肤进行脱毛。壳体内设置风道,风道与进风口和出风口连通;且风道分别从脉冲光源的两侧通过。风道内设置有风扇,风扇产生气体流动,使气流由进风口进入,并通过风道由出风口流出。将部分风道设置于脉冲光源的两侧,可增加脉冲光源的散热面积,气流可迅速的将灯管组件产生的热量带走,极大的提高了脱毛仪散热效果,使脱毛仪可以采用更高输出功率的脉冲光源,提升了设备的脱毛效率,降低了用户的使用时间,以提高用户的使用体验。

请参阅附图1至附图7,本实施例提供一种脱毛仪100,包括壳体10、 脉冲光源30、风道20和风扇70。脉冲光源30设置在壳体10的内部中空,脉冲光源30发出脉冲光,并从壳体10上的出光口431射出,使脉冲光照射到皮肤上进行脱毛。
壳体10上设有进风口111和出风口112,气流可以从进风口111进入,并从出风口112流出。风道20设置在壳体10内,并与进风口111和出风口112连通。风道20分别从脉冲光源30的两侧经过,风道20内还设有风扇70,用于产生气流,气流由进风口111进入后,通过风道20从脉冲光源30的两侧流过,再经由出风口112流出。通过将风道20设置于脉冲光源30的两侧,增加了脉冲光源30的散热面积,可以迅速的将灯管组件产生的热量带走,极大的提高了脱毛仪100散热效果。
请参阅附图6,本实施例的脱毛仪100还包括设置在壳体10内第一支架50、与第一支架50相互扣合的第二支架60、设置在第一支架50上的反光罩31、贴合在反光罩31上的滤光片32,以及设置在滤光片32背离反光罩31一侧的聚光组件40。
本实例中的风道20由反光罩31、滤光片32、聚光组件40、第一支架50和第二支架60的具体结构或相对安装位置所形成。可以理解的是,风道20也可以由壳体10的内部结构挖空形成,其只要能满足风道20分别经过脉冲光源30的两侧边,使气流迅速将脉冲光源30发出的热量带走即可。
请参阅图4和图5,本实施例中的风道20包括依次连通的进风通道21、工作通道22和出风通道23。工作通道22包括第一工作通道221和第二工作通道222。且第一工作通道221位于脉冲光源30射出脉冲光的一侧;第二工作通道222位于背离脉冲光源30射出脉冲光的一侧。
本实施例定义的工作通道22为设置在脉冲光源30两侧,用于直接将脉冲光源30的热量带走的通道。进风通道21为工作通道22与进风口111之间的通道。出风通道23为工作通道22与出风口112之间的通道。
请参阅附图5和附图6,进风通道21由聚光组件40和第一支架50之间 的间隔空间形成。
具体的,聚光组件40包括聚光框41、固定架42和出光帽43。出光帽43与壳体10通过螺纹连接,出光帽43中间开设有出光口431,供脉冲光射出。固定架42设置在出光帽43的内侧端,用于固定聚光框41和滤光片32。聚光框41设置在固定架42内部,滤光片32设置在固定架42远离出光帽43的一端。滤光片32、聚光框41和出光帽43沿脉冲光的射出方向依次布置,使脉冲光源30射出的脉冲光依次通过滤光片32和聚光框41后,从出光口431射出。
第一支架50设置在聚光组件40的后侧,并与聚光组件40之间形成间隔空间,间隔空间将进风口111与工作通道22连通,形成进风通道21。
示例的,第一支架50包括前挡板51和主体部52,前挡板51设置在主体部52前端,前挡板51与固定架42和出光帽43之间均有间隔,使前挡板51与固定架42的外壁和出光帽43的内壁共同构成进风通道21。
请参阅图5和图6,出风通道23由第一支架50和第二支架60相互扣合构成。
具体而言,第一支架50上开有第一容置腔53,第二支架60上设有第二容置腔61;第二支架60与第一支架50扣合,使第一容置腔53和第二容置腔61结合为安装腔室101。在第一支架50朝向出风口112的一侧开有通孔522,通孔522将安装腔室101与出风口112连通。安装腔室101远离通孔522的一侧设有开口,该开口将安装腔室101与工作通道22连通,形成出风通道23。
本实施例中的安装腔室101由第一支架50和第二支架60扣合形成,并直接与出风口112连通,使安装腔室101的侧壁将出风通道23与壳体10内的电池、主板和显示屏80等装置隔离开。气流在经过脉冲光源30后,从安装腔室101的开口进入到安装腔室101内,然后直接通过出风口112流出,可以防止气流流到壳体10内的其他区域,对其他电子器件造成热影响。
请参阅图4至图7,位于脉冲光源30前侧的第一工作通道221由反光罩31和滤光片32形成。
具体而言,反光罩31的一端开口且内部中空形成反光腔,脉冲光源30设置在反光腔内,反光腔用于反射脉冲光,使脉冲光从一个方向射出。滤光片32设置在反光罩31射出脉冲光的一端,将反光罩31密闭。反光罩31的两侧壁相对开有通风口311,该通风口311将进风通道21和出风通道23连通,以形成第一工作通道221,气流可沿第一工作通道221从脉冲光源30的前侧流过,将反光罩31内部的热量带出。
可以理解的是,通风口311可以是开设在反光罩31的边缘的缺口,该缺口与滤光片32共同形成通风口311。当然,通风口311也可以是设置在反光罩31两侧壁的中部的孔,只要能实现将反光罩31与滤光片32形成的空间与进风通道21和出风通道23连通即可。
请继续参阅图5和图6,位于脉冲光源30背侧的第二工作通道222由反光罩31与第一支架50的安装槽521形成。
具体的,第一支架50上设有安装槽521,安装槽521的开口端指向脉冲光的射出方向。反光罩31设置在安装槽521中,反光罩31的背面与安装槽521的底壁间具有间隙,该间隙将进风通道21和出风通道23连通,以形成第二工作通道222。气流可沿第二工作通道222从脉冲光源30的后侧流过,将反光罩31背部的热量带出。
请参阅图6,壳体10包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12。第一壳体11和第二壳体12通过卡扣扣合连接,内部形成容纳空间。第一壳体11和第二壳体12相互扣合可以方便壳体10内部的设备的拆卸更换。
本实例中的风扇70设置在第一支架50和第二支架60形成的安装腔室101中,可以加速安装腔室101内的气体流出,进一步的减少安装腔室101中气体的热量传导到内部其他电子设备上,增加脱毛仪100的整体散热效果。
在一些实施例中,进风口111和出风口112间隔设置在壳体10上,且出 风口112的面积大于进风口111的面积。
将进风口111和出风口112间隔开,并且相互之间间隔一定距离,可以防止从出风口112出来的热风被进风口111再次吸入,影响脱毛仪100的整体散热性能。出风口112的出风面积大于进风口111的面积,可以使内部的气流不会堵塞在风道20内,进一步提高了散热效果。
在一些实施例中,进风口111和出风口112设置在壳体10的同一侧。
本实施例的进风口111和出风口112均设置在第一壳体11上。将进风口111和出风口112设置在壳体10的同一侧,可以为壳体10的另一侧留出更多的设计空间,可以在另一侧面随意布置显示屏80和功能按键90等操作部件。
本实施例通过提供了一种脱毛仪100,并在壳体10上设置进风口111和出风口112,进风口111和出风口112通过风道20连通,使风道20分别位于脉冲光源30的两侧,风扇70产生的气流由进风口111进入,从脉冲光源30的两侧流过,增加脉冲光源30的散热面积,可以迅速的将脉冲光源30产生的热量带走,极大的提高了脱毛仪100散热效果,使脱毛仪100可以采用更高频率的脉冲光源30,来提升设备的脱毛效率,降低了用户的使用时间,以提高用户的使用体验。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种脱毛仪,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,其内部中空,所述壳体上设有出光口、进风口和出风口;
    脉冲光源,设置在所述壳体内,所述脉冲光源发出的脉冲光从所述出光口射出;
    风道,设置在所述壳体内,并与所述进风口和所述出风口连通;且所述风道分别从所述脉冲光源的两侧通过;
    风扇,设置在所述风道内,用以产生气体流动,使气流由所述进风口进入,并通过所述风道由所述出风口流出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述风道包括依次连通的进风通道、工作通道和出风通道;所述工作通道包括第一工作通道和第二工作通道;所述第一工作通道位于所述脉冲光源射出所述脉冲光的一侧;所述第二工作通道位于背离所述脉冲光源射出所述脉冲光的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述脱毛仪还包括反光罩和滤光片;所述反光罩的一端开口且内部中空形成反光腔,所述脉冲光源设置在所述反光腔内,所述滤光片设置在所述反光罩射出所述脉冲光的一端,并将所述反光罩密闭。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述反光罩的两侧壁相对开有通风口,所述通风口将所述进风通道和所述出风通道连通,以形成所述第一工作通道;所述气流沿所述第一工作通道从所述脉冲光源的前侧流过。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述脱毛仪还包括第一支架,所述第一支架上设有安装槽,所述安装槽的开口端指向所述脉冲光的射出方向。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述反光罩设置在所述安装槽中,所述反光罩的外壁与所述安装槽的底壁间具有间隙,所述间隙将所述进风通道和所述出风通道连通,以形成所述第二工作通道,所述气流沿 所述第二工作通道从所述脉冲光源的后侧流过。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述脱毛仪还包括第二支架;所述第一支架上开有第一容置腔,所述第二支架上设有第二容置腔;所述第二支架与所述第一支架扣合,使所述第一容置腔和所述第二容置腔结合为安装腔室;所述第一支架朝向所述出风口的一侧开有通孔,所述通孔将所述安装腔室与所述出风口连通;所述安装腔室远离所述通孔的一侧设有开口,所述开口用于与所述工作通道连通,形成所述出风通道。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述脱毛仪还包括聚光组件,所述聚光组件设置在所述滤光片背离所述脉冲光源的一侧;所述第一支架与所述聚光组件之间形成间隔空间,所述间隔空间将所述进风口与所述工作通道连通,形成所述进风通道。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述聚光组件包括聚光框、固定架和出光帽;所述出光帽与所述壳体连接,所述聚光框设置在所述固定架内;所述滤光片、所述聚光框和所述出光帽沿所述脉冲光的射出方向依次布置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述出光帽中间开设有供所述脉冲光射出的出光口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述固定架设置在所述出光帽的内侧端,所述聚光框设置在所述固定架内部,所述滤光片设置在所述固定架远离所述出光帽的一端。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述风扇设置在所述安装腔室内。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述进风口和所述出风口间隔设置在所述壳体上,且所述出风口的面积大于所述进风口的面积。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述进风口和所述出风口设置在所述壳体的同一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述壳体上还设有显示屏和功能按键,所述显示屏和功能按键位于所述壳体背离所述进风口和所述出风口的一侧。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体可拆卸连接。
