一种显示屏护角装置及显示屏组件
本申请要求于2022年12月5日提交中国专利局、申请号为202211549406.6,发明名称为“一种显示屏护角装置及显示屏组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于显示屏技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示屏护角装置及显示屏组件。
背景技术
LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)显示屏在多个领域有着极为广泛的应用,通常地,显示屏包括框架和显示模组,显示模组安装在框架上,显示模组用于显示图像。在搬运显示屏的过程中,其四周的拐角容易与外部物体发生碰撞,而由于显示屏上的显示模组是一种脆弱的电子产品,为了避免发生碰伤显示模组的事故,通常需要在显示屏的四个拐角处加装护角装置。
大尺寸的显示屏通常由多个小显示屏拼接而成;发明人意识到,对于加装有护角的小显示屏,在拼接前需要拆卸护角装置,不仅降低了显示屏的拼装效率,还增加了显示屏的拼装成本。
申请内容
本申请针对现有技术中显示屏在拼装前需要拆下护角装置的技术问题,提供了一种显示屏护角装置及显示屏组件。
鉴于以上技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种显示屏护角装置,包括护角 件、底座以及锁止件;所述护角件包括第一护角板和连接所述第一护角板的第二护角板,所述第一护角板上设有第一通孔,所述第二护角板上设有第二通孔,所述护角件上设有锁槽;所述锁止件上设有第一凸部、第二凸部以及锁块;所述护角件和所述锁止件均滑动安装在所述底座上,所述锁止件用于将所述护角件锁止在所述底座上;
当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至锁止状态时,所述锁块插接在所述锁槽中,所述第一凸部插入所述第一通孔中,所述第二凸部插入所述第二通孔中,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在显示屏的拐角处;
当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至解锁状态时,所述第一凸部或所述第二凸部带动所述锁块脱离所述锁槽,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板收纳在显示屏的拐角处。
本申请另一实施例还提供了一种显示屏组件,包括显示模组、框架以及显示屏护角装置,所述显示屏护角装置包括护角件、底座以及锁止件;所述护角件包括第一护角板和连接所述第一护角板的第二护角板,所述第一护角板上设有第一通孔,所述第二护角板上设有第二通孔,所述护角件上设有锁槽;所述锁止件上设有第一凸部、第二凸部以及锁块;所述护角件和所述锁止件均滑动安装在所述底座上,所述锁止件用于将所述护角件锁止在所述底座上;
当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至锁止状态时,所述锁块插接在所述锁槽中,所述第一凸部插入所述第一通孔中,所述第二凸部插入所述第二通孔中,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在显示屏的拐角处;
当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至解锁状态时,所述第一凸部或所述第二凸部带动所述锁块脱离所述锁槽,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板收纳在显示屏的拐角处;
所述显示模组安装在所述框架上,且所述框架的每个拐角处均安装有所述底座;
当所述锁止件处于锁止状态时,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在所述显示模组的相邻两侧边;
当所述锁止件处于解锁状态时,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板收纳在所述框架上。
本申请中,当所述锁止件处于锁止状态时,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在显示屏的显示模组的相邻两侧边处,也即所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板可以在XY平面内起到保护显示屏的显示模组的拐角的作用,且所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在显示屏的显示模组的上方,从而所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板可以从Z向起到保护显示屏的显示模组的作用。
当相邻两个显示屏进行拼接时,所述第一凸部将带动所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动,所述锁块脱离所述锁槽,所述锁止件接触对所述护角件的锁止作用,所述护角件将在所述底座上滑动,直至所述护角件移动至显示屏的显示模组的下方,从而相邻两个显示模组可以完成无缝对接。本申请中,无需从显示屏上拆卸所述显示屏护角装置即可完成相邻两个显示屏的拼接,提高了显示屏的拼接效率,降低了显示屏的拼接成本。此外,该显示屏护角装置的结构简单、制造成本低。

如图1至图5所示,本申请一实施例提供的一种显示屏护角装置1,包括护角件11、底座12以及锁止件13;所述护角件11包括第一护角板111和连接所述第一护角板111的第二护角板112,所述第一护角板111上设有第一通孔1111,所述第二护角板112上设有第二通孔1121,所述护角件11上设有锁槽113;所述锁止件13上设有第一凸部131、第二凸部132以及锁块133;所 述护角件11和所述锁止件13均滑动安装在所述底座12上,所述锁止件13用于将所述护角件11锁止在所述底座12上;可以理解地,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112可以起到保护显示屏相邻两侧边的作用(也即,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112可以起到保护显示屏的拐角的作用);所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112之间的角度可以根据实际需求来设计,作为优选,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112之间的夹角为90度。

当所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动至解锁状态时,所述第一凸部131或所述第二凸部132带动所述锁块133脱离所述锁槽113,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112收纳在显示屏的拐角处。可以理解地,所述锁块133与所述锁槽113脱离时,所述锁止件13将解除对所述护角件11的锁定,所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角 板112移动至所述显示屏的显示模组2的下方,从而可以完成相邻两个显示屏的拼接工作。
具体地,如图7所示,当第一显示屏和第二显示屏进行拼装(也即,两个显示屏进行拼装时)时,第一显示屏和第二显示屏的四个拐角处均安装有该显示屏护角装置1,第一显示屏上的第一凸部131和第二显示屏上的第二凸部132相互抵接,并带动所述锁止件13在底座12上滑动,所述锁块133与所述锁槽113脱离,所述锁止件13将由锁止状态转变为解锁状态,所述护角件11将在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述护角件11移动至显示屏的显示模组2的下方(也即,所述护角件11收纳在显示屏的框架3的挂角处)。
本申请中,当所述锁止件13处于锁止状态时,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在显示屏的显示模组2的相邻两侧边处,也即所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112可以在XY平面内起到保护显示屏的显示模组2的拐角的作用,且所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在显示屏的显示模组2的上方,从而所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112可以从Z向起到保护显示屏的显示模组2的作用。
当相邻两个显示屏进行拼接时,所述第一凸部131将带动所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动,所述锁块133脱离所述锁槽113,所述锁止件13解除对所述护角件11的锁止作用,所述护角件11将在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述护角件11移动至显示屏的显示模组2的下方,从而相邻两个显示模组2可以完成无缝对接。本申请中,无需从显示屏上拆卸所述显示屏护角装置1即可完成相邻两个显示屏的拼接,提高了显示屏的拼接效率,降低了显示屏的拼接成本。此外,该显示屏护角装置1的结构简单、制造成本低。
在一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述显示屏护角装置1还包括连接在所述护角件11和所述底座12之间的第一弹性件14;所述第一弹性件14连接在所述护角件11和所述底座12之间;当所述锁止件13由解锁状态转变为锁止状态时,所述第一弹性件14用于带动所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑 动,直至所述锁块133卡接在所述锁槽113中。可以理解地,所述第一弹性件14包括但不限于弹簧、弹片以及拉簧等。具体地,当所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动的过程中(也即,所述锁止件13由解锁状态转变为锁止状态的过程中),所述第一弹性件14的拉力带动所述护角件11在所述底座12上向上滑动,直至所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在显示屏的显示模组2的相邻两侧边。本实施例中,在所述锁止件13由解锁状态转变为锁止状态的过程中,所述第一弹性件14将自动带动所述护角件11上移。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述显示屏护角装置1还包括连接在所述锁止件13和所述底座12之间的第二弹性件15;所述第二弹性件15用于带动所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动,使得所述锁止件13由解锁状态转变为锁止状态。可以理解地,所述第二弹性件15包括但不限于弹簧、弹片以及拉簧等。具体地,当所述第一凸部131或所述第二凸部132没有受到推力时,所述第二弹性件15对所述锁止件13对的拉力,使得所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述锁块133插接在所述锁槽113中,所述第一凸部131插入所述第一通孔1111中,所述第二凸部132插入所述第二通孔1121中;此时,所述锁止件13由解锁状态转变为锁止状态。本实施例中,所述第二弹性件15的设计,在所述第一凸部131或所述第二凸部132没有受到推力时,所述锁止件13自动由解锁状态转变为锁止状态。
进一步地,所述第二弹性件15的设计,使得所述第一凸部131或所述第二凸部132没有受到推力时,所述的第二弹性件15的拉力使得所述锁止件13所述底座12上滑动,直至所述锁块133插入所述锁槽中,所述第一凸部131插入所述第一通孔1111中,且所述第二凸部132插入所述第二通孔1121中;在所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动的过程中,所述第一弹性件14的拉力带动所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在显示屏的显示模组2的相邻两侧边。本申请中,所述第一弹性件14和所述第二弹性件15的设计,使得所述第一凸部131或所述第 二凸部132没有受到推力时,所述锁止件13自动滑动至锁止状态,所述护角件11自动滑动至护角状态,从而无需人工拨动所述护角件11或所述锁止件13,即可自动将该显示屏护角装置1转变为护角状态(也即,在相邻两个显示屏没有拼接之前,使得所述护角件11始终处于保护显示屏的显示模组2的状态),也消除了人工操作的失误及所述护角件11无效保护时长,提高了该显示屏护角装置1的安全性和可靠性。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述底座12上设有第一滑孔121,所述锁止件13上设有第一滑杆134,所述底座12上设有第一滑孔121,所述锁止件13通过插入所述第一滑孔121的所述第一滑杆134滑动安装在所述底座12上。可以理解地,所述第一滑孔121为长条形通孔,所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动时,所述第一滑杆134在所述第一滑孔121中滑动。本实施例中,所述第一滑杆134在所述第一滑孔121中滑动,限制在所述锁止件13只能在XY平面内滑动,保证了所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动的稳定性。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述底座12上还设有第二滑孔122,所述护角件11上设有第二滑杆114,所述护角件11通过插入所述第二滑孔122的所述第二滑杆114滑动安装在所述底座12上。可以理解地,所述第二滑孔122为长条形通孔,所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动时,所述第二滑杆114在所述第二滑孔122中滑动。本实施例中,所述第二滑杆114在所述第二滑孔122中滑动,限制在所述护角件11在所述底座12上的滑动方向,保证了所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动的稳定性。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,所述第二滑孔122为倾斜通孔,所述第一滑孔121的中心线与所述第二滑孔122的中心线之间的夹角为锐角。可以理解地,所述第一滑孔121的中心线在XY平面内,所述第二滑孔122的中心线与XY平面之间的夹角为锐角。具体地,当所述锁止件13由锁止状态转变为解锁状态时,所述护角件11在所述底座12上倾斜向下移动,直至所述护角件11收纳在显示屏的框架3上,也即,所述第一护角板111所在的平面位 于显示屏的显示模组2第一侧面的内部,所述第二护角板112所在的平面位于显示屏的显示模组2第二侧面的内部,从而避免了相邻两个显示屏拼接时,所述护角件11发生阻碍显示屏拼接的事故。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,所述第一护角板111上设有第一安装块1112,所述第二护角板112上设有第二安装块1122,所述第一安装块1112和所述第二安装块1122之间形成有滑动槽,所述第二滑杆114设置在所述第一安装块1112和所述第二安装块1122之间;所述底座12上设有滑动部,所述第二滑孔122设置在所述滑动部上,所述滑动部插接在所述滑动槽中。可以理解地,所述第一安装块1112设置在所述第一护角板111的内侧面,所述第二安装块1122设置在所述第二护角板112的内侧面,所述第二滑杆114穿过所述滑动槽,且相对两端分别连接所述第一安装块1112和所述第二安装块1122。本实施例中,该显示屏护角装置1的结构紧凑、稳定性高。
在一实施例中,如图3和图5所示,所述锁槽113包括设置所述第一护角板111上的第一锁槽和设置在所述第二护角板112上的第二锁槽;所述锁块133包括设置在所述第一凸部131上的第一锁块和设置在所述第二凸部132上的第二锁块;可以理解地,所述第一锁槽设置在所述第一护角板111的内侧面上,所述第二锁槽设置在所述第二护角板112的内侧面上。
当所述锁止件13处于锁止状态时,所述第一锁块插接在所述第一锁槽中,所述第二锁块插接在所述第二锁槽中。可以理解地,所述第一锁块插接在所述第一锁槽中,且所述第二锁块插接在所述第二锁槽,从而保证了所述锁止件13处于锁止状态的稳定性。
如图6所示,本申请另一实施例还提供了一种显示屏组件,包括显示模组2、框架3以及上述的显示屏护角装置1,所述显示模组2安装在所述框架3上,且所述框架3的每个拐角处均安装有所述底座12;可以理解地,所述显示模组2安装在所述框架3的上方,所述框架3的四个拐角处均安装有一个所述底座12(也即,一个所述显示屏护角装置1)。
当所述锁止件13处于锁止状态时,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在所述显示模组2的相邻两侧边;可以理解地,当所述锁块133插接在所述锁槽113中时,所述锁止件13处于锁止的状态;此时,所述第一凸部131穿过所述第一通孔1111显露在所述第一护角板111的外侧,所述第二凸部132穿过所述第二通孔1121显露在所述第二护角板112的外侧,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在所述显示模组2的相邻两侧边,从而所述护角件11可以起到保护显示模组2的拐角的作用,避免了在搬运显示屏组件的过程中,发生碰伤显示模组2的拐角的事故。
当所述锁止件13处于解锁状态时,所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112收纳在所述框架3上。可以理解地,当两个显示屏组件进行拼装时,所述第一凸部131受到另一个显示屏组件上的第一凸部131的推力(或者,所述第二凸部132受到另一个显示屏组件上的第二凸部132的推力),使得所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动至解锁状态;同时,所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112滑动至所述显示模组2的下方(也即,所述护角件11收纳在所述框架3的拐角处)。
本申请中,所述显示屏组件的每个拐角处均安装有所述显示屏护角装置1,且所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112可以起到保护显示模组2的拐角的作用,避免了在搬运显示屏组件的过程中,发生碰伤显示模组2的拐角的事故。
在一实施例中,如图6所示,所述框架3的拐角处设有容纳凹槽31,当所述锁止件13处于解锁状态时,所述护角件11位于所述容纳凹槽31中。可以理解地,所述第二滑孔122倾斜设置在所述底座12上,当所述锁止件13接触对所述护角件11的锁止时,所述护角件11在沿所述第二滑孔122倾斜向下滑动,直至所述护角件11收纳在所述容纳凹槽31中,从而所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112不会阻碍相邻两个显示屏组件的拼接。
本申请中,如图7所示,当所述第一凸部131或所述第二凸部132没有受到推力时,所述的第二弹性件15的拉力使得所述锁止件13所述底座12上滑动,直至所述锁块133插入所述锁槽113中,所述第一凸部131穿过所述第一通孔1111显露在所述第一护角板111的外侧,且所述第二凸部132穿过所述第二通孔1121显露在所述第二护角板112的外侧;同时,所述第一弹性件14的拉力带动所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动,直至所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在显示屏的显示模组2的相邻两侧边,且所述第一护角板111和所述第二护角板112凸出在所述显示模组2的上方。
在两个显示屏组件进行拼接时,第一凸部131受到另一个第一凸部131的推力(或者,第二凸部132受到另一个第二凸部132的推力),所述锁止件13在所述底座12上滑动至解锁状态,在所述锁止件13滑动的过程中,将拉长所述第二弹性件15;且所述护角件11由于推力、重力或者外力的作用下,将在所述底座12上向下滑动,直至所述护角件11收纳在所述框架3的拐角处;在所述护角件11在所述底座12上滑动的过程中,所述护角件11将拉长所述第一弹性件14。

  1. 一种显示屏护角装置,其中,包括护角件、底座以及锁止件;所述护角件包括第一护角板和连接所述第一护角板的第二护角板,所述第一护角板上设有第一通孔,所述第二护角板上设有第二通孔,所述护角件上设有锁槽;所述锁止件上设有第一凸部、第二凸部以及锁块;所述护角件和所述锁止件均滑动安装在所述底座上,所述锁止件用于将所述护角件锁止在所述底座上;
    当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至锁止状态时,所述锁块插接在所述锁槽中,所述第一凸部插入所述第一通孔中,所述第二凸部插入所述第二通孔中,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在显示屏的拐角处;
    当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至解锁状态时,所述第一凸部或所述第二凸部带动所述锁块脱离所述锁槽,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板收纳在显示屏的拐角处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述显示屏护角装置还包括连接在所述护角件和所述底座之间的第一弹性件;所述第一弹性件连接在所述护角件和所述底座之间;当所述锁止件由解锁状态转变为锁止状态时,所述第一弹性件用于带动所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动,直至所述锁块卡接在所述锁槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述显示屏护角装置还包括连接在所述锁止件和所述底座之间的第二弹性件;所述第二弹性件用于带动所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动,使得所述锁止件由解锁状态转变为锁止状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述底座上设有第一滑 孔,所述锁止件上设有第一滑杆,所述锁止件通过插入所述第一滑孔的所述第一滑杆滑动安装在所述底座上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述底座上还设有第二滑孔,所述护角件上设有第二滑杆,所述护角件通过插入所述第二滑孔的所述第二滑杆滑动安装在所述底座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述第二滑孔为倾斜通孔,所述第一滑孔的中心线与所述第二滑孔的中心线之间的夹角为锐角。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述第一护角板上设有第一安装块,所述第二护角板上设有第二安装块,所述第一安装块和所述第二安装块之间形成有滑动槽,所述第二滑杆设置在所述第一安装块和所述第二安装块之间;所述底座上设有滑动部,所述第二滑孔设置在所述滑动部上,所述滑动部插接在所述滑动槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏护角装置,其中,所述锁槽包括设置所述第一护角板上的第一锁槽和设置在所述第二护角板上的第二锁槽;所述锁块包括设置在所述第一凸部上的第一锁块和设置在所述第二凸部上的第二锁块;
    当所述锁止件处于锁止状态时,所述第一锁块插接在所述第一锁槽中,所述第二锁块插接在所述第二锁槽中。
  9. 一种显示屏组件,其中,包括显示模组、框架以及显示屏护角装置,所述显示屏护角装置包括护角件、底座以及锁止件;所述护角件包括第一护角板和连接所述第一护角板的第二护角板,所述第一护角板上设有第一通孔,所述第二护角板上设有第二通孔,所述护角件上设有锁槽;所述锁止件上设有第一凸部、第二凸部以及锁块;所述护角件和所述锁止件均滑动安装在所 述底座上,所述锁止件用于将所述护角件锁止在所述底座上;
    当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至锁止状态时,所述锁块插接在所述锁槽中,所述第一凸部插入所述第一通孔中,所述第二凸部插入所述第二通孔中,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在显示屏的拐角处;
    当所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动至解锁状态时,所述第一凸部或所述第二凸部带动所述锁块脱离所述锁槽,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板收纳在显示屏的拐角处;
    所述显示模组安装在所述框架上,且所述框架的每个拐角处均安装有所述底座;
    当所述锁止件处于锁止状态时,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板凸出在所述显示模组的相邻两侧边;
    当所述锁止件处于解锁状态时,所述第一护角板和所述第二护角板收纳在所述框架上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述框架的拐角处设有容纳凹槽,当所述锁止件处于解锁状态时,所述护角件位于所述容纳凹槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述显示屏护角装置还包括连接在所述护角件和所述底座之间的第一弹性件;所述第一弹性件连接在所述护角件和所述底座之间;当所述锁止件由解锁状态转变为锁止状态时,所述第一弹性件用于带动所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动,直至所述锁块卡接在所述锁槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述显示屏护角装置还包括连接在所述锁止件和所述底座之间的第二弹性件;所述第二弹性件用于带动所述锁止件在所述底座上滑动,使得所述锁止件由解锁状态转变为锁止状 态。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述底座上设有第一滑孔,所述锁止件上设有第一滑杆,所述锁止件通过插入所述第一滑孔的所述第一滑杆滑动安装在所述底座上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述底座上还设有第二滑孔,所述护角件上设有第二滑杆,所述护角件通过插入所述第二滑孔的所述第二滑杆滑动安装在所述底座上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第二滑孔为倾斜通孔,所述第一滑孔的中心线与所述第二滑孔的中心线之间的夹角为锐角。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一护角板上设有第一安装块,所述第二护角板上设有第二安装块,所述第一安装块和所述第二安装块之间形成有滑动槽,所述第二滑杆设置在所述第一安装块和所述第二安装块之间;所述底座上设有滑动部,所述第二滑孔设置在所述滑动部上,所述滑动部插接在所述滑动槽中。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述锁槽包括设置所述第一护角板上的第一锁槽和设置在所述第二护角板上的第二锁槽;所述锁块包括设置在所述第一凸部上的第一锁块和设置在所述第二凸部上的第二锁块;
    当所述锁止件处于锁止状态时,所述第一锁块插接在所述第一锁槽中,所述第二锁块插接在所述第二锁槽中。
