技术领域
本申请涉及阀装置技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种卡扣及具有其的阀装置。
背景技术
目前,阀装置主要包括阀座、阀主体和线圈部,线圈部能够产生磁场,并且通过磁场驱动阀主体内的阀头移动,从而实现开闭阀口等动作。但是现有技术中,在对线圈部进行安装时,需要使用螺钉等紧固件将线圈部与阀座进行连接,这需要进行对准螺钉孔并拧螺钉的操作,导致阀装置的装配效率低。
发明内容
本申请提供一种卡扣及具有其的阀装置,以解决现有技术中的线圈部不易与阀座进行连接的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种卡扣,卡扣包括:连接部;固定部,设置在连接部;固定部包括卡扣组件和限位件,限位件具有相对设置的连接端和自由端,限位件的连接端与卡扣组件连接,限位件的自由端位于卡扣组件外且正对卡扣组件朝向连接部的一面。
应用本申请的技术方案,线圈部放置在连接部上,卡扣组件与阀座卡接,在对卡扣进行安装时,能够先将限位件找准位置后,再将卡扣组件固定在阀座上,这样能够降低卡扣的安装难度,便于对卡扣进行安装。并且,这样能够避免线圈部向上脱落,限位件能够避免线圈部在工作时绕阀座的轴向转动。采用上述结构,在对线圈部进行安装时,避免对准螺钉孔以及拧螺钉等繁琐复杂的步骤,这样能够提高线圈部与阀座的安装效率。
进一步地,卡扣组件包括与连接部连接的连接板;连接板设有卡钩;卡钩的弯折部位于连接板朝向连接部的一侧。如此设置,便于将卡钩与阀座进行连接,同时能够保证卡扣组件与阀座连接的紧固性。
进一步地,连接板具有开孔,限位件的自由端偏离开孔所在位置。如此设置,能够减小卡扣的体积,避免卡扣组件与其他元件产生干涉。
进一步地,限位件的自由端位于连接部与卡钩之间。如此设置,在对卡扣进行安装时,能够先将限位件找准位置后,再将卡钩固定在阀座上,使得固定部既能够限制线圈部的轴向移动,也能够限制线圈部的周向移动,同时能够提高固定部的集成度,便于操作。
进一步地,固定部还包括扳动件,扳动件设置在连接板上,且扳动件位于连接板背向连接部的一侧。如此设置,在将固定部与阀座进行连接时,通过操作扳动件改变固定部与连接部之间的角度,对准位置后,松开扳动件即可,便于操作、结构简单。
进一步地,卡扣还包括支撑部;支撑部与固定部沿连接部的周向间隔设置;支撑部包括支撑板,支撑板相对连接部倾斜设置。如此设置,支撑板与连接部之间具有夹角,使得支撑板能够更好的产生弹性变形,从而使得支撑部能够起到良好的限位作用。
进一步地,支撑部还包括弧形板,弧形板与连接部连接,支撑板与所述弧形板连接。如此设置,弧形板能够在支撑板与限位面进行抵接时,起到缓冲作用,避免支撑部与限位面抵接时撞击力过大而对线圈部造成损坏。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种阀装置,阀装置包括阀主体、线圈部以及上述提供的卡扣,阀主体包括阀套,线圈部套设在阀套外;卡扣的连接部与线圈部连接。如此设置,卡扣能够与线圈部进行连接,便于后续的组装。
进一步地,阀装置还包括阀座,阀座的外表面设置有突出部与凹陷部,卡扣组件与突出部卡接,限位件的自由端插入至凹陷部内。如此设置,结构简单,同时能够保证限位件和卡扣组件分别与限位槽和卡槽连接时稳定性。
进一步地,卡扣组件包括卡钩;阀座外表面设置有卡槽和限位槽,卡槽与阀座的一端面之间的阀座部分构成突出部,卡扣中的卡钩与突出部卡接;限位槽设置在突出部,凹陷部为限位槽,限位槽靠近卡槽的一端贯穿阀座的一端面,限位槽靠近卡槽的一端与卡槽之间为部分突出部;限位件的自由端位于限位槽内。如此设置,在将固定部与阀座进行连接时,只需装配一次,进一步地降低线圈部的固定步骤,便于对线圈部进行固定。
进一步地,限位件包括相对设置的第一限位面与第二限位面,以及位于第一限位面与第二限位面之间的第三限位面;限位槽包括相对设置的第一侧面与第二侧面,以及位于第一侧面与第二侧面之间的底面,第一限位面与第一侧面贴合,第二限位面与第二侧面贴合,第三限位面与底面之间具有间隙。此设置,结构简单,便于对阀座进行加工,同时能够保证限位件和卡扣组件分别与限位槽和卡槽连接时稳定性。
进一步地,卡扣还包括与连接部连接且相对连接部倾斜设置的支撑板;阀主体还包括与阀套连接的阀盖;阀座的一端面设有开口;至少部分阀盖位于开口内与阀座连接;阀盖具有限位面,卡扣中的支撑板相对限位面倾斜设置并与限位面相抵。如此设置,支撑部与阀盖抵接时,便于对支撑部的尺寸进行设计,同时能够保证支撑部与线圈部的支撑效果。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本申请及其应用或使用的任何限制。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种卡扣,卡扣包括连接部10和固定部30,固定部30设置在连接部10。固定部30包括卡扣组件31和限位件32,限位件32具有相对设置的连接端和自由端,限位件32的连接端与卡扣组件31连接,限位件32的自由端位于卡扣组件31外且正对卡扣组件31朝向连接部10的一面。在本申请中,连接部10与线圈部300连接,卡扣组件31用于与阀装置的阀座100卡接,限位件32用于和阀装置的阀座100在周向限位配合。
由于阀装置包括阀座100和线圈部300,线圈部300在工作时需要固定在阀座100,线圈部300与连接部10固定连接,卡扣组件31与阀座100卡接。在对卡扣进行安装时,先将限位件32安装至阀座100的相应位置后,再将卡扣组件31固定在阀座100上,这样能够降低卡扣的安装难度,便于对卡扣进行安装。卡扣组件31与阀座100固定能够避免线圈部300沿阀装置的轴线方向向上移动而脱落。限位件32与阀座100周向限位配合,能够避免线圈部 300在工作时绕阀座100的轴线转动。采用上述结构,在对线圈部300进行安装时,避免对准螺钉孔以及拧螺钉等繁琐复杂的步骤,这样能够提高线圈部300与阀座100的安装效率,同时保证了线圈部300使用过程中的稳定性。并且,在现有技术中,采用螺钉对线圈部300进行固定时,阀装置在振动的工况下工作时,螺钉容易松动,影响阀装置的可靠性。但是,在本申请中,卡扣能够将线圈部300与阀座100连接稳定,避免线圈部300松动,从而能够提高阀装置的可靠性。
其中,限位件32与卡扣组件31之间具有夹角,限位件32向靠近连接部10的方向倾斜设置。如此设置,便于对限位件32进行加工,便于限位件32与阀座100进行周向限位配合。
进一步地,卡扣组件31包括与连接部10连接的连接板311,连接板311设有卡钩312,卡钩312的弯折部位于连接板311朝向连接部10的一侧,卡钩312能够与阀座100进行卡接。如此设置,便于将卡钩312与阀座100进行连接,同时能够保证卡扣组件31与阀座100连接的紧固性。
具体地,连接板311具有开孔3111,限位件32的自由端偏离开孔3111所在位置。如此设置,便于加工限位件32,并且能够减轻卡扣的重量。
其中,限位件32的自由端位于连接部10与卡钩312之间。如此设置,在对卡扣进行安装时,能够先将限位件32安装到位后,再将卡钩312固定在阀座100上,使得固定部30既能够限制线圈部300沿阀装置的轴线方向向上移动,也能够限制线圈部300沿阀装置轴线周向转动,同时能够提高固定部的集成度,便于操作。
进一步地,限位件32为具有弹性的片状结构。如此设置,结构简单,便于对限位件32进行加工制造,同时能够保证限位件32的周向限位效果。固定部30与连接部10之间弹性连接。在本申请中,连接板311本身具有弹性。这样固定部30与阀座100进行连接时,通过扳动固定部30即可,结构简单,便于将固定部30与阀座100进行连接。
进一步地,固定部30还包括扳动件33,扳动件33设置在连接板311上,且扳动件33位于连接板311背向连接部10的一侧。如此设置,在将固定部30与阀座100进行连接时,通过操作扳动件33改变固定部30与连接部10之间的角度,对准位置后,松开扳动件33即可,便于操作、结构简单。
其中,卡扣还包括支撑部20,支撑部20与固定部30沿连接部10的周向间隔设置,支撑部20能够对线圈部300进行支撑。支撑部20包括支撑板22,支撑板22相对连接部10倾斜设置。阀装置上设置有限位面2021,支撑部20在对线圈部300进行支撑时,支撑板22与限位面2021进行抵接,防止线圈部300沿线圈部300的轴向向下移动。并且,支撑板22与连接部10之间具有夹角,使得支撑板22能够更好的产生弹性变形,从而使得支撑部20能够起到良好的限位作用。
具体地,支撑部20还包括弧形板21,弧形板21与连接部10连接,支撑板22与弧形板21连接。具体地,弧形板21与连接部10弹性连接。如此设置,弧形板21能够在支撑板22与限位面2021进行抵接时,起到缓冲作用,避免支撑部20与限位面2021抵接时撞击力过大而对线圈部300造成损坏。
其中,卡扣可以包括一个支撑部20,也可以包括多个支撑部20。当卡扣包括多个支撑部20时,能够更好地对线圈部300进行支撑,保证线圈部300工作时的稳定性。
如图2至图4所示,本申请另一实施例提供了一种阀装置,阀装置包括阀主体200、线圈部300以及上述提供的卡扣,阀主体200包括阀套201,线圈部300套设在阀套201外;卡扣的连接部10与线圈部300连接。如此设置,卡扣能够与线圈部300进行连接,便于后续的组装。
具体地,阀装置还包括阀座100,阀座的外表面设置有突出部与凹陷部,卡扣组件31与突出部卡接,限位件32的自由端插入至凹陷部内。如此设置,结构简单,同时能够保证限位件32和卡扣组件31分别与限位槽101和卡槽102连接时稳定性。同时,采用上述卡扣的阀装置,便于线圈部300固定在阀座100上。
其中,卡扣组件31包括卡钩312;阀座100外表面设置有卡槽102和限位槽101,卡槽102与阀座100的一端面之间的阀座部分构成突出部,卡扣中的卡钩312与突出部卡接。在本申请中,阀座100的一端面即指的是阀座与连接部10相对的端面。限位槽101设置在突出部,凹陷部为限位槽101,限位槽101远离卡槽102的一端贯穿阀座100的一端面,限位槽101靠近卡槽102的一端与卡槽102之间为部分突出部,卡钩312和限位件32沿阀装置的轴向间隔设置。如此设置,在将固定部30与阀座100进行连接时,只需装配一次,进一步地降低线圈部300的固定步骤,便于对线圈部300进行固定。同时,这样能够使得卡扣在限制线圈部300的轴向移动和周向移动时分离设置,避免限位件32与限位槽101配合失效或者卡扣组件31与卡槽102配合失效时,另一方也无法进行配合,便于对阀装置进行维修。
限位件32的自由端位于限位槽101内,限位件32的侧壁与限位槽101的内壁限位配合,具体结构为,限位件32包括相对设置的第一限位面321与第二限位面322,以及位于第一限位面321与第二限位面322之间的第三限位面323;限位槽101包括相对设置的第一侧面1011与第二侧面1012,以及位于第一侧面1011与第二侧面1012之间的底面1013,第一限位面321与第一侧面1011贴合,第二限位面322与第二侧面1012贴合,第三限位面323与底面1013之间贴合或可具有间隙。本实施例在此需要说明的是,在第三限位面323与底面1013之间不贴合的情况下,支撑部20与卡扣组件31联合即可保证线圈部300沿阀装置轴线方向的稳定性。如此设置,结构简单,便于对阀座100进行加工,同时能够保证限位件32和卡扣组件31分别与限位槽101和卡槽102连接时稳定性。
进一步地,卡扣还包括与连接部10连接且相对所述连接部10倾斜设置的支撑板22;阀主体200还包括与阀套201连接的阀盖202,阀座100的一端面设有开口,至少部分阀盖202位于开口内与阀座100连接。阀盖202上设置有限位面2021,卡扣中的支撑板22相对限位 面2021倾斜设置并与限位面2021相抵。在现有技术中,阀座100通常有较大的加工误差与安装误差,阀盖202的加工精度比阀座100的加工精度高。如此设置,支撑部20与阀盖202抵接时,便于对支撑部20的尺寸进行设计,同时能够保证支撑部20与线圈部300的支撑效果。
本实施例带有卡扣的阀装置使用原理为:卡扣的连接部10与线圈部300固定连接;固定部30的卡钩312与阀座100的突出部卡接,防止线圈部300运行的过程中沿轴线向上移动;限位件32的一端插入指阀座100的凹陷部,防止线圈部300运行的过程中周向转动;卡扣的支撑部20与阀盖202的限位面2021相抵,防止线圈部300运行的过程中沿轴线向下移动。
需要注意的是,这里所使用的术语仅是为了描述具体实施方式,而非意图限制根据本申请的示例性实施方式。如在这里所使用的,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则单数形式也意图包括复数形式,此外,还应当理解的是,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,其指明存在特征、步骤、操作、器件、组件和/或它们的组合。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括:
    连接部(10);
    固定部(30),设置在所述连接部(10);
    所述固定部(30)包括卡扣组件(31)和限位件(32),所述限位件(32)具有相对设置的连接端和自由端,所述限位件(32)的连接端与所述卡扣组件(31)连接,所述限位件(32)的自由端位于所述卡扣组件(31)外且正对所述卡扣组件(31)朝向连接部(10)的一面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡扣组件(31)包括与所述连接部(10)连接的连接板(311);所述连接板(311)设有卡钩(312);所述卡钩(312)的弯折部位于所述连接板(311)朝向所述连接部(10)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述连接板(311)具有开孔(3111),所述限位件(32)的自由端偏离所述开孔(3111)所在位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述限位件(32)的自由端位于所述连接部(10)与所述卡钩(312)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述固定部(30)还包括扳动件(33),所述扳动件(33)设置在所述连接板(311)上,且所述扳动件(33)位于连接板(311)背向连接部(10)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡扣还包括支撑部(20);所述支撑部(20)与所述固定部(30)沿所述连接部(10)的周向间隔设置;
    所述支撑部(20)包括支撑板(22),所述支撑板(22)相对所述连接部(10)倾斜设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述支撑部(20)还包括弧形板(21),所述弧形板(21)与所述连接部(10)连接,所述支撑板(22)与所述弧形板(21)连接。
  8. 一种阀装置,其特征在于,所述阀装置包括阀主体(200)、线圈部(300)以及权利要求1-7任一项所述的卡扣,所述阀主体(200)包括阀套(201),所述线圈部(300)套设在所述阀套(201)外;所述卡扣的连接部(10)与所述线圈部(300)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述阀装置还包括阀座(100),所述阀座的外表面设置有突出部与凹陷部,所述卡扣组件(31)与所述突出部卡接,所述限位件(32)的自由端插入至所述凹陷部内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的阀装置,其特征在于,
    所述卡扣组件(31)包括卡钩(312);
    所述阀座(100)外表面设置有卡槽(102)和限位槽(101),所述卡槽(102)与所述阀座(100)的一端面之间的阀座部分构成所述突出部,所述卡钩(312)与所述突出部卡接;所述限位槽(101)设置在所述突出部,所述凹陷部为所述限位槽(101),所述限位槽(101)远离所述卡槽(102)的一端贯穿所述阀座(100)的一端面,所述限位槽(101)靠近所述卡槽(102)的一端与所述卡槽(102)之间为部分所述突出部;所述限位件(32)的自由端位于所述限位槽(101)内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述限位件(32)包括相对设置的第一限位面(321)与第二限位面(322),以及位于所述第一限位面(321)与所述第二限位面(322)之间的第三限位面(323);所述限位槽(101)包括相对设置的第一侧面(1011)与第二侧面(1012),以及位于所述第一侧面(1011)与所述第二侧面(1012)之间的底面(1013),所述第一限位面(321)与所述第一侧面(1011)贴合,所述第二限位面(322)与所述第二侧面(1012)贴合,所述第三限位面(323)与所述底面(1013)之间具有间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣还包括与所述连接部(10)连接且相对所述连接部(10)倾斜设置的支撑板(22);所述阀主体(200)还包括与所述阀套(201)连接的阀盖(202);所述阀座(100)的一端面设有开口;至少部分所述阀盖(202)位于所述开口内与所述阀座(100)连接;所述阀盖(202)具有限位面(2021),所述卡扣中的支撑板(22)相对所述限位面(2021)倾斜设置并与所述限位面(2021)相抵。
