Claims (32)
- 一种发音单元,其特征在于,包括:至少一对磁体,每对磁体同极对置设置,且每对所述磁体之间具有对置间隙;绝缘膜,穿设于所述对置间隙中,所述每对磁体对称分布于所述绝缘膜的两侧;导电体,设于所述绝缘膜上,且位于所述对置间隙中;其中,当所述导电体在高频振动时,所述导电体振动发声;当所述导电体在低频振动时,所述导电体带动整个所述绝缘膜一同振动发声。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述导电体通过胶粘与所述绝缘膜粘接;所述导电体粘接于所述绝缘膜的第一面上;或者,不同所述导电体分别粘接于所述绝缘膜的第一面和第二面上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发音单元,其特征在于,多层所述绝缘膜和多层所述导电体相互层叠粘接成一体,位于不同层的所述导电体相互电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发音单元,其特征在于,还包括力筋结构;所述力筋结构穿设于所述绝缘膜上,用于所述导电体在振动时带动所述绝缘膜一同振动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述力筋结构包括:沿至少一个方向延伸设置的力筋组;所述力筋组包括间隔排布的多个力筋。
- 根据权利要求5所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述力筋包括碳纤维材料、金属材料、塑料材料、木质材料、高分子材料其中的一种。
- 根据权利要求5所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述力筋为所述绝缘膜通过弯折形成的凸肋结构;或者,所述力筋结构在所述绝缘膜制备时一体成型于所述绝缘膜上。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述导电体为导电丝;或者,所述导电体为导电薄膜。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的发音单元,其特征在于,还包括弹性悬挂组件,所述弹性悬挂组件的一端与所述绝缘膜连接,另一端连接于所述磁体上或者发音单元的壳体上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述弹性悬挂组件设于所述绝缘膜的一侧;或者,所述绝缘膜的两侧都设有所述弹性悬挂组件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述弹性悬挂组件包括多个弹性件,所述多个弹性件沿所述绝缘膜的长度方向布置;或者,所述多个弹性件设于所述绝缘膜的四角处。
- 根据权利要求11所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括直线形结构、M形结构、V形结构、C形结构、弧形结构、波浪形结构、锯齿形结构、螺旋线形结构及环形结构其中的一种。
- 一种发音单元,其特征在于,包括:至少一对磁体,每对磁体同极对置设置,且每对所述磁体之间具有对置间隙;绝缘膜,穿设于所述对置间隙中,所述每对磁体对称分布于所述绝缘膜的两侧;导电体,设于所述绝缘膜上以形成振膜,所述导电体位于所述对置间隙中;其中,所述导电体为所述发音单元的主动发声部,当所述导电体有电流通过时,所述主动发声部带动所述绝缘膜一同振动发声。
- 根据权利要求13所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述导电体粘接于所述绝缘膜的第一面上;或者,不同所述导电体分别粘接于所述绝缘膜的第一面和第二面上;所述导电体通过胶粘与所述绝缘膜粘接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的发音单元,其特征在于,多层所述绝缘膜和多层所述导电体相互层叠粘接成一体,位于不同层的所述导电电路相互电连接。
- 根据权利要求13至15任一项所述的发音单元,其特征在于,还包括弹性悬挂组件,所述弹性 悬挂组件的一端与所述绝缘膜,另一端连接于所述磁体上或者所述发音单元的壳体上。
- 根据权利要求16所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述弹性悬挂组件连接于所述绝缘膜的第一面;或者,所述绝缘膜的第一面及第二面都连接有所述弹性悬挂组件。
- 根据权利要求16所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述绝缘膜边缘处通过弯折形成支撑结构,所述支撑结构为所述弹性悬挂组件。
- 根据权利要求16所述的发音单元,其特征在于,所述弹性悬挂组件分别与所述绝缘膜的两侧边连接;或者,所述绝缘膜的四周侧边都连接有所述弹性悬挂组件。
- 一种音响设备,其特征在于,包括壳体及如权利要求1至19任一项所述的发音单元;所述发音单元设于所述壳体上。
- 一种音响体,其特征在于,包括:外壳,具有敞口的内腔;倒相管组件,设于所述内腔中,第一端朝向所述内腔的敞口,第二端与所述外壳外部连通,并在所述外壳的表面上形成回音孔;封闭管组件,具有第一开放端和第二封闭端,所述第一开放端朝向所述内腔的敞口,所述第二封闭端设于所述内腔中;其中,所述内腔的敞口处可设置发音单元,所述发音单元的振膜的一面朝向所述内腔;所述振膜产生的反向声波向所述倒相管组件及所述封闭管组件中扩散,且部分反向声波从所述回音孔传出,另外的部分所述反向声波被所述封闭组件吸收。
- 根据权利要求21所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述倒相管组件包括多根倒相管,不同的所述倒相管的长度不同。
- 根据权利要求22所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述倒相管由所述内腔的敞口处延伸至所述外壳的一侧;或者,所述倒相管呈往复弯折状由所述内腔的敞口处延伸至所述外壳的一侧。
- 根据权利要求21所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述封闭管组件包括多根封闭管,不同的所述封闭管的长度不同。
- 根据权利要求24所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述封闭管由所述内腔的敞口处向所述外壳的内腔延伸;或者,所述封闭管呈往复弯折状由所述内腔的敞口处向所述外壳的内腔延伸。
- 根据权利要求22所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述倒相管及所述封闭管组件中的封闭管的截面形状相同;或者,多根所述倒相管或多根所述封闭管的截面形状分别包括至少两种不同的截面形状;所述截面形状包括:方形、圆形、三角形及多边形。
- 根据权利要求21所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述外壳的截面形状包括:方形、圆形及多边形其中的一种。
- 一种音响体,其特征在于,包括:外壳,具有敞口的内腔;封闭管组件,具有第一开放端和第二封闭端,所述第一开放端朝向所述内腔的敞口,所述第二封闭端设于所述内腔中;其中,所述内腔的敞口处可设置发音单元,所述发音单元的振膜的一面朝向所述内腔;所述振膜产生的正向声波向所述内腔外扩散,所述振膜产生的反向声波向所述封闭管组件中扩散,部分所述反向声波被所述封闭组件吸收。
- 根据权利要求28所述的音响体,其特征在于,还包括倒相管组件;所述倒相管组件设于所述内腔中,第一端朝向所述内腔的敞口,第二端与所述外壳外部连通,并在所述外壳的表面上形成回音孔,所述振膜产生的反向声波向所述倒相管组件中扩散,且部分反向声波从所述回音孔传出。
- 根据权利要求29所述的音响体,其特征在于,所述倒相管组件包括多根倒相管,不同的所述倒相管的长度不同;所述封闭管组件包括多根封闭管,不同的所述封闭管的长度不同。
- 一种音响设备,其特征在于,包括如上述权利要求21至30中任一项所述的音响体及至少一个发音单元;所述发音单元设于所述外壳的敞口处,所述发音单元与所述倒相管组件间隔设置,在所述倒相管组件与发音单元之间形成有导音腔。
- 一种音响系统,其特征在于,包括控制器及多个如权利要求31所述的音响设备;所述控制器分别与多个所述音响设备电连接。
