技术领域
本申请涉及车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆的控制方法、装置以及设备。
背景技术
目前,通过车辆的智能化设计,使用户在行车过程中的舒适性,行车安全性、以及人车交互体验得到不断的提高。然而,在用户未进行车辆驾驶,甚至未解锁车辆或者未进入车辆时,车辆如何对用户进行迎宾,以向用户提供舒适愉悦的用车体验,是当前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供的一种车辆的控制方法、装置以及设备,以期通过对用户进行迎宾,为用户提供舒适愉悦的用车体验。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种车辆的控制方法,该方法可以由控制装置执行(如下文中车辆200中的控制装置210),该控制装置可以实现为车辆中的部件,如芯片、芯片系统或其他能够调用程序并执行程序的功能模块。下文为方便理解,以控制装置为执行主体来说明该方法。
示例性的,该方法包括:控制装置获取用户设备的位置信息,在位置信息指示车辆与用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,获取用户设备的控制信息或账号信息,并根据位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
其中,控制信息例如可以是用户设备对车辆进行解锁的控制信息或者闭锁的控制信息,该控制信息可以是用户设备响应于用户的操作,如用户对用户设备上的按键(包括虚拟按键)的按压(或触摸)操作生成的,或者控制信息可以是用户设备自动触发的。应理解,本申请对控制信息不做限定,例如控制信息还可以是用户设备响应于用户操作或者自动触发而发送的车窗打开的控制信息、空调调节的控制信息、车辆启动的控制信息等等。
账号信息例如可以是用户设备对应的账号的信息。用户设备可以对应一个或者多个账号。可选的,用户设备和车辆(如车辆的通信装置)可以交互以传输账号信息。
因此,控制装置基于用户设备的位置信息,并结合基于位置信息获取的用户设备的控制信息或账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制,以实现对用户进行智能化的迎宾,进而提高用户的用车体验。
控制装置根据上述位置信息和控制信息对车辆进行迎宾控制,可以对用户的用车意图进行识别,避免在用户对车辆具有明确的控制意图后进行车外迎宾,导致用户体验不佳;控制装置根据上述位置信息和账号信息对车辆进行迎宾控制,可以为用户提供针对性的迎宾效果,提高用户体验。
示例性的,控制装置根据位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制,可以包括:在位置信息指示用户设备进入车辆的车外迎宾区时,根据账号信息登录用户设备对应的账号,并按照账号对应的用户偏好,对车辆进行迎宾控制。需要说明的是,账号可以具有对应的用户偏好,例如用户偏好的座椅位姿(或者说座椅形成的乘坐空间形态)、用户偏好的音频、用户偏好的动画、用户偏好的底盘高度(或者说与用户身高匹配的底盘高度)。
示例性的,控制装置根据位置信息和控制信息对车辆进行迎宾控制可以包括:控制装置在位置信息满足第一条件,且控制信息满足第二条件时,控制车辆开启车外迎宾模式。车外迎宾区可以是预先设置的车辆周围的一个区域,该车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,换言之,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值时,用户设备处于车外迎宾区,或者,在车外迎宾区 中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值,换言之,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值时,用户设备处于车外迎宾区。
在上述示例的第一种实现方式中,第一条件可以包括:用户设备进入车辆的车外迎宾区;第二条件可以包括:用户设备未对车辆进行解锁。在上述示例的第二种实现方式中,第一条件可以包括:用户设备在车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入车辆的车外迎宾区;第二条件可以包括:用户设备未对车辆进行解锁;其中,目标操作可以包括解锁、闭锁、上电、下电、行车、启动、熄火中的至少之一。
上述第一种实现方式的处理复杂度较低,可以提高迎宾控制的效率。上述第二种实现方式相比于第一种实现方式而言,控制装置在车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入车辆的车外迎宾区,考虑对车辆进行迎宾控制,而在车辆完成目标操作之前再次或者后面多次进入车辆的车外迎宾区时,不对车辆进行迎宾控制。主要考虑在以下示例的场景中,重复控制车辆进行车外迎宾,容易导致用户体验较低且车辆能量消耗较大的问题:场景一,如用户躲避障碍物等出现绕行导致多次进入车外迎宾区;场景二,考虑用户在车辆周围徘徊时,可能多次进入车外迎宾区,此种情况下用户可能不具备用车需求,如在车周围聊天、检查车况等。控制装置可以正确识别用户意图,不继续执行车外迎宾。
示例性的,车外迎宾模式可以包括在账号管理、车灯控制、底盘高度调节、座椅调节、动画呈现等至少一种控制维度上针对车外迎宾设置的控制策略。
示例性的,为了提高车外迎宾的迎宾效果,在车外迎宾模式中,控制装置可以执行以下至少之一:
登录用户设备对应的账号;
按照预设规则,对车灯进行迎宾控制,预设规则可以包括但不限于前述呼吸点亮、呼吸闪烁、流水(或称作跑马)点亮、流水闪烁中的至少之一;
调整底盘空气弹簧;
座椅调节到迎宾位置;
呈现第一迎宾动画;
播放第一迎宾音频。本申请对第一迎宾音频的内容不做限定,在一些实施例中。该第一迎宾音频可以与第一迎宾动画对应。
为了进一步提高迎宾的智能化效果,示例性的,控制装置对车辆进行迎宾控制还包括结束车外迎宾模式。控制装置可以在位置信息满足第三条件,或控制信息满足第四条件时,控制车辆结束车外迎宾模式。
其中,第三条件可以包括:用户设备离开车辆的车外迎宾区。第四条件可以包括:用户设备对车辆进行解锁,和/或,执行车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间。示例性的,控制装置可以在用户设备对车辆进行解锁后,结束车外迎宾模式并开启解锁迎宾模式;控制装置可以在执行车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间且未触发其他迎宾模式时,考虑用户没有驾驶意图、或者因为异常状况无法解锁,如用户设备可能与车辆断联(如蓝牙连接断开),因此,控制装置可以结束车外迎宾模式。
在一些场景中,可能存在至少两个与车辆连接的用户设备,此种情况下,为了实现智能化的迎宾控制,控制装置将至少两个用户设备中的一个用户设备作为目标用户设备,并针对目标用户设备进行迎宾控制。
作为第一种示例,控制装置根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的账号信息,确定登录频率或登录次数最大的用户设备为目标用户设备,此种情况下,目标用户设备相比于至少两个用户设备中的其他用户设备而言为更常用的用户。进而根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
作为第二种示例,控制装置根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的位置信息,确定第一个进入车外迎宾区的用户设备为目标用户设备,进而根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
作为第三种示例,控制装置根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的迎宾模式,确定优先级最高的迎宾模式对应的用户设备为目标用户设备,进而根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
上述第一种示例,可以更好的识别出车辆的主要使用者,对主要使用者进行迎宾可以更好的提高用户体验;上述第二种示例,迎宾控制的效率更高、处理复杂度更低;上述第三种示例为用户设备触发不同迎宾模式提供了解决方案。
在一些场景中,用户设备触发车辆开启车外迎宾模式时,车辆中可能乘坐有另一用户。为便于区分,将用户设备对应的用户称作第一用户,将成中乘坐的用户称作第二用户。此种情况下,为了提高迎宾控制的智能化和,兼顾不同用户的用车体检,本申请实施例提供如下实现方式对车辆进行迎宾控制:
实现方式一,控制装置确定车辆的座舱是否乘坐第二用户,在车辆的座舱未乘坐第二用户时,控制装置按照前述示例中的方式进行迎宾控制,如根据位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制;相应的,控制装置在车辆的座舱乘坐第二用户时,不对车辆进行迎宾控制。
实现方式二,控制装置确定车辆的座舱是否乘坐第二用户,在车辆的座舱未乘坐第二用户时,按照第一迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制;在车辆的座舱乘坐第二用户时,按照第二迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制。应理解的是,控制装置按照第一迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制,或者按照第二迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制时,可以按照前述示例中的迎宾控制方式,例如,根据位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
其中,第一迎宾模式与第二迎宾模式可以是不同的迎宾模式,或者说,第一迎宾模式和第二迎宾模式下呈现不同的迎宾效果。
为了使迎宾控制能够针对实际用车的用户提供更好的用车体验,可以通过采集用户(如第一用户)的面部信息,以根据面部信息登录第一用户对应的账号,进而根据第一用户对应的账号,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
示例性的,为了确保账号安全以及用户隐私,在采集第一用户的面部信息之前,控制装置可以对用户设备对应的账号下的待显示的目标信息进行加密处理。其中,目标信息可以是用户设备对应的账号下所能呈现的任意信息,一般而言,目标信息具有较高的隐私性。控制装置对目标信息进行加密处理,例如可以是对目标信息添加马赛克,或者遮挡目标信息,或者不显示目标信息等。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种车辆的控制方法,包括:采集第一用户的面部信息;根据第一用户的面部信息,将已登录的用户设备对应的账号切换为第一用户对应的账号,用户设备对应的账号在用户设备处于车辆的车外迎宾区时登录;根据第一用户对应的账号,对车辆进行迎宾控制;其中,在车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
示例性的,在采集第一用户的面部信息之前,还包括:对用户设备对应的账号下待显示的目标信息进行加密处理。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供一种控制装置,包括:获取模块,用于获取用户设备的位置信息;该获取模块还用于在该位置信息指示车辆与该用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,获取该用户设备的控制信息或账号信息;处理模块,用于根据该位置信息和该控制信息,或,该位置信息和该账号信息,对该车辆进行迎宾控制。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块具体用于:在该位置信息指示该用户设备进入该车辆的车外迎宾区时,根据该账号信息登录该用户设备对应的账号;按照该账号对应的用户偏好,对该车辆进行迎宾控制。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块具体用于:在该位置信息满足第一条件,且该控制信息满足第二条件时,控制该车辆开启车外迎宾模式;该第一条件包括:该用户设备进入该车辆的车外迎宾区;或者,该用户设备在该车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入该车辆的车外迎宾区,该目标操作包括解锁、闭锁、上电、下电、行车、启动、熄火中的至少之一;该第二条件包括:该用户设备未对该车辆进行解锁;其中,在该车外迎宾区中,该用户设备与该车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在该车外迎宾区中,该用户设备与该车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块具体用于:在该位置信息满足第三条件,或该控制信息满足第四条件时,控制该车辆结束车外迎宾模式;该第三条件包括:该用户设备离开该车辆的车外迎宾区;该第四条件包括:该用户设备对该车辆进行解锁;和/或,执行该车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间;其中,在该车外迎宾区中,该用户设备与该车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在该车外迎宾区中,该用户设备与该车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块还用于:根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的账号信息,确定登录频率或登录次数最大的用户设备为目标用户设备;根据该目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对该车辆进行迎宾控制。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块还用于:根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的位置信息,确定第一个进入车外迎宾区的用户设备为目标用户设备;根据该目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或位置信息和账号信息,对该车辆进行迎宾控制。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块还用于:根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的迎宾模式,确定优先级最高的迎宾模式对应的用户设备为目标用户设备;根据该目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或位置信息和账号信息,对该车辆进行迎宾控制。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该处理模块还用于:采集第一用户的面部信息;根据该第一用户的面部信息,登录该第一用户对应的账号;根据该第一用户对应的账号,对该车辆进行迎宾控制。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
本申请实施例的技术方案的执行主体可以是一种电子设备,该电子设备可以部署于可移动设备或者与可移动设备通过有线或者无线的方式连接,当然该电子设备还可以是可移动设备本身。可移动设备可以具有任意外观,例如智能车辆、智能机器人等。
该电子设备可以是一种终端设备,例如智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式计算机等,但不局限于此,或者该电子设备还可以是一种服务器,该服务器可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式系统,还可以是提供云计算服务的云服务器。
本申请实施例的技术方案的执行主体可以是一种软件系统,该软件系统可以部署于上述电子设备。
本申请实施例提供的车辆的控制方法,可以通过对车辆的控制,实现与用户设备之间的交互,进而实现迎宾、送宾等交互效果。示例性的,车辆可以在车外迎宾、解锁迎宾、上车迎宾、离车送宾(或称作下车送宾)等至少一个阶段中与用户交互,以提高用户体验。例如,结合图1所示的应用场景100,车辆在用户靠近车辆时可以进行迎宾控制,例如控制车灯闪烁、呈现迎宾字幕或动画、座椅调节、车辆底盘调节等。
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种车辆200的示意图。如图2所示,车辆200包括但不限于:控制装置210、人机交互装置220、车控系统230和通信装置240。
控制装置210可以是任一具有处理能力的硬件或者软件,例如可以实现为整车控制系统和/或座舱控制系统,本申请对此不作限定。当控制装置210包括整车控制系统和座舱控制系统时,可以由整车控制系统实现数据处理,由座舱控制系统实现信息推送。
人机交互装置220可以包括:显示器221和/或播放器222。其中,显示器221可以包括部署于车辆任意位置的显示器,如包括车外显示器和/或车内显示器,并且本申请对车辆中部署的显示器221的数量不做限定。显示器221可以包括中控显示屏221-1、平视显示系统221-2、数字光处理(digital light processing,DLP)系统221-3、互动信号显示(interactive signal display,ISD)系统221-4等中的至少之一。平视显示系统也称作抬头显示(head up display,HUD),DLP系统221-3可以包括一个或者多个DLP灯,ISD系统221-4可以包括一个或者多个ISD灯。播放器222例如可以是音响、蓝牙耳机等。
控制装置210可以通过显示器221向用户呈现迎宾模式下的交互界面,如迎宾动画、迎宾图像、迎宾字幕等,通过播放器222可以向用户播放迎宾模式下的音频,如播放迎宾语音、迎宾音乐、迎宾音效等。
车控系统230可以包括但不限于座椅、底盘、车灯、音响、车门、车窗、空调系统等部件。车辆系统230中的控制单元可以对车控系统中的至少一个部件进行迎宾控制。如控制座椅调节至迎宾状态,调节底盘高度至迎宾状态,调节车灯点亮、闪烁、灯光色度、灯光亮度等实现迎宾,控制音响播放迎宾音频,控制车门开启,控制车窗半开、控制空调系统运行等等。车控系统230中的控制单元可以响应于控制装置210的控制指令,实现对车控系统230中各部件的控制。
其中,车灯包括但不限于:前照灯、尾灯、宽灯、转向灯、刹车灯、贯穿灯、标志灯、照地灯、位置灯中的至少之一。其中,前照灯可以包括远光灯、近光灯、雾灯中的至少之一。其中的一些车灯可以组合后进行控制,如近光灯和位置灯可以组成大灯组,可选的,在不同的车辆设计中,大灯组可以包括不同的车灯,本申请对此不做限定。
可选的,车灯还可以包括部署于车辆上任意位置上的指示灯、装饰灯等等。如门把手灯。
除了上述示例中部署于车辆外部的车灯之外,车灯可以包括部署于车内的灯,如氛围灯。在一些实施例中,照地灯也可以部署于车辆内部。
通信装置240可以与用户设备进行交互。本申请对通信装置240与用户设备之间的交互技术不做限定,举例而言,可以基于蓝牙技术和/或超宽带(ultra wide band,UWB)技术进行交互。示例性的,通信装置240可以包括蓝牙模块241和/或UWB模块242,蓝牙模块241可以与外部设备之间建立蓝牙链路以实现蓝牙通信,UWB模块242可以与外部设备之间基于UWB技术进行交互,如实现设备定位等。其中,用户设备可以是用户携带的任意终端设备,例如手机(Mobile Phone)、平板电脑(Pad)、台式电脑、工业控制(industrial control)中的终端设备等,或者终端设备还可以是可穿戴设备,可穿戴设备也可以称为穿戴式智能设备,是应用穿戴式技术对日常穿戴进行智能化设计、开发出可以穿戴的设备的总称,如眼镜、手套、手表、服饰及鞋等。可穿戴设备即直接穿在身上,或是整合到用户的衣服或配件的一种便携 式设备。该用户设备可以具备或者部署有通信模块(如蓝牙模块和/或UWB模块),用户设备还可以实现为车钥匙,或者,具有车钥匙的功能。
下面将结合附图对本申请实施例提供的车辆的控制方法做详细说明。
应理解,下文仅为便于理解和说明,以车辆中的控制装置为执行主体对本申请实施例所提供的方法进行说明,该控制装置例如可以是上述图2中的控制装置210。该控制装置可以实现为车辆中的部件,例如芯片、芯片系统或其他能够调用程序并执行程序的功能模块。
但应理解,这不应对本申请提供的方法的执行主体构成任何限定。只要能够通过运行记录有本申请实施例的提供的方法的代码的程序,以实现本申请实施例提供的方法,便可以作为本申请实施例提供的方法的执行主体。
图3为本申请实施例提供的一种车辆的控制方法300的流程示意图。如图3所示,该方法300可以如下部分或者全部步骤。
S310,获取用户设备的位置信息;
S320,在位置信息指示车辆与用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,获取用户设备的控制信息或账号信息;
S330,根据位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
其中,用户设备的位置信息可以是用户设备在任意坐标系统下的绝对位置的信息,或者,用户设备的位置信息可以是用户设备与车辆之间的相对距离的信息。本申请对此不做限定。一般而言,用户设备由用户携带,因此,用户设备的位置信息可以体现用户的位置信息。
为了便于说明车辆与用户设备之间的位置关系,首先结合图4对车辆周围的区域划分进行示例性的说明。参见图4,可以将车辆周围的区域按照距离远近划分车外迎宾区、解锁区、上车迎宾区和闭锁区。例如,以车辆为圆心,8米半径范围内的区域为车外迎宾区;以车辆为圆心,1米半径范围内的区域为解锁区;车辆内为上车迎宾区;以车辆为圆心,5米半径范围内的区域为闭锁区。应理解,图4仅为一种区域的示例,本申请并不区域的数量以及各区域的范围进行限定,可以根据应用场景设定各区域以及各区域的范围。
示例性的,控制装置可以在车辆处于不同的区域时,结合车辆的用户设备的控制信息或者账号信息进行迎宾控制。或者,控制装置在车辆处于上述任一区域时,结合用户设备的控制信息或者账号信息进行迎宾控制,例如,控制装置在车辆处于车外迎宾区时,结合用户设备的控制信息或者账号信息进行迎宾控制。
示例性的,控制装置可以通过与用户设备进行通信,以获取用户设备的位置信息,进而确定用户设备与车辆之间的位置关系,如前所述,控制装置可以基于蓝牙和/或UWB技术与用户设备交互以获取用户设备的位置信息。但本申请并不对此进行限定,例如控制装置可以通过车辆部署的视觉系统感知用户与车辆之间的位置关系。
作为上述示例的一种实现方式,控制装置可以先基于蓝牙技术对用户设备进行定位,若用户设备距离车辆较远,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离大于或等于10m,控制装置可以继续基于蓝牙技术对用户设备进行定位,若用户设备与车辆之间的距离较近,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于10m,控制装置可以基于UWB技术对用户设备进行定位,以提高定位的精度。作为上述示例的另一种实现方式,控制装置可以在用户设备进入控制装置的蓝牙覆盖范围(如用户设备与车辆之间的距离为30m)时,与用户设备进行蓝牙连接,并基于蓝牙技术对用户设备进行定位,直至用户设备与车辆之间的距离减小至距离阈值(如10m)时,切换为基于UWB技术对用户设备进行定位。
可以理解的是,控制装置可以在用户设备进入车外迎宾区之前切换为精度较高的定位技术,以实现对用户设备的精确定位。例如,假设用户设备从与车辆之间的距离小于或等于8m时进入车外迎宾区,控制装置在用户设备与车辆之间的距离大于8m(如10m)时,基于UWB技术进行定位,以便于准确检测车辆是否进入车外迎宾区。
示例性的,控制装置可以通过蓝牙装置对用户设备进行定位,并在确定用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第三预设值时,通过UWB装置,对用户设备进行定位,得到用户设备的位置信息。其中,第三预设值可以大于车外迎宾区与车辆的最大距离,例如,车外迎宾区为以车辆为圆心,8米半径范围内的区域,第三预设值可以大于8m,如第三预设值为10m。
控制装置可以在用户设备与车辆之间的距离较近时,获取用户设备的控制信息或者账号信息,进而 结合控制信息或者账号信息进行迎宾控制。
预设条件可以是针对上述车辆周围的区域设置的。例如,预设条件可以是用户设备进入车外迎宾区,如预设条件是用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于8m,又例如,预设条件可以是用户设备即将进入车外迎宾区,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于9m。
上述控制信息例如可以是用户设备对车辆进行解锁的控制信息或者闭锁的控制信息。该控制信息可以是用户设备响应于用户的操作,如用户对用户设备上的按键(包括虚拟按键)的按压(或触摸)操作,生成的控制信息,并将该控制信息发送至车辆,以使控制装置获取该控制信息;或者控制信息可以是用户设备自动触发的,例如用户设备可以在进入解锁区时,向车辆发送控制信息,以使控制装置获取该控制信息。应理解,本申请对控制信息不做限定,例如控制信息还可以是用户设备响应于用户操作或者自动触发而发送的车窗打开的控制信息、空调调节的控制信息、车辆启动的控制信息等等。
上述账号信息例如可以是用户设备对应的账号的信息。需要说明的是,用户设备可以对应一个或者多个账号,在用户设备与车辆之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,控制装置可以获取用户设备的部分或者全部账号信息。可选的,用户设备和车辆(如车辆的通信装置)可以交互以传输账号信息,例如用户设备与车辆的蓝牙模块建立蓝牙连接后,可以通过蓝牙链路向车辆的蓝牙模块发送账号信息,控制装置可以在车辆与用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,从车辆的蓝牙模块获取该用户设备的账号信息。
可选的,若用户设备对应至少两个账号,控制装置可以从至少两个账号中确定一个账号,并登录该一个账号。例如,控制装置可以根据至少两个账号中登录频率和/或登录次数,确定一个账号,如从至少两个账号中确定登录频率最高的账号,或者,控制装置可以登录至少两个账号中最近一次登录的账号。
控制装置根据上述位置信息和控制信息对车辆进行迎宾控制,可以对用户的用车意图进行识别,避免在用户对车辆具有明确的控制意图后进行车外迎宾,导致用户体验不佳;控制装置根据上述位置信息和账号信息对车辆进行迎宾控制,可以为用户提供针对性的迎宾效果,提高用户体验。
下面针对控制装置根据位置信息和控制信息对车辆进行迎宾控制,或者,控制装置根据位置信息和账号信息对车辆进行迎宾控制分别进行说明。
示例性的,控制装置根据位置信息和控制信息对车辆进行迎宾控制可以包括:控制装置在位置信息满足第一条件,且控制信息满足第二条件时,控制车辆开启车外迎宾模式。
在上述示例的第一种实现方式中,第一条件可以包括:用户设备进入车辆的车外迎宾区;第二条件可以包括:用户设备未对车辆进行解锁。前已述及车外迎宾区可以是预先设置的车辆周围的一个区域,该车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,换言之,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值时,用户设备处于车外迎宾区,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于8m时用户设备处于车外迎宾区,或者,在车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值,换言之,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值时,用户设备处于车外迎宾区,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于8m且大于或等于1m时用户设备处于车外迎宾区。在该实现方式中,控制装置可以在检测到用户设备进入车辆的车外迎宾区,或者说处于车外迎宾区,且用户设备未对车辆进行解锁时,控制车辆开启车外迎宾模式。
在上述示例的第二种实现方式中,第一条件可以包括:用户设备在车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入车辆的车外迎宾区;第二条件可以包括:用户设备未对车辆进行解锁;其中,目标操作可以包括解锁、闭锁、上电、下电、行车、启动、熄火中的至少之一。车外迎宾区在上一实现方式中已经说明,为了简洁不再赘述。此种情况下,控制装置可以在车辆完成目标操作之前首次检测到用户设备进入车辆的车外迎宾区,且用户设备未对车辆进行解锁时,控制车辆开启车外迎宾模式。
上述第二种实现方式相比于第一种实现方式而言,控制装置在车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入车辆的车外迎宾区,考虑对车辆进行迎宾控制,而在车辆完成目标操作之前再次或者后面多次进入车辆的车外迎宾区时,不对车辆进行迎宾控制。主要考虑在以下示例的场景中,重复控制车辆进行车外迎宾,容易导致用户体验较低且车辆能量消耗较大的问题:场景一,如用户躲避障碍物等出现绕行导致多次进入车外迎宾区;场景二,考虑用户在车辆周围徘徊时,可能多次进入车外迎宾区,此种情况下用户可能不具备用车需求,如在车周围聊天、检查车况等。控制装置可以正确识别用户意图,不继续执行车外迎宾。
下面结合表1进行示例性的说明,上述第二种实现方式可以参见表1中的异常场景的乒乓场景。

其中,车外迎宾模式可以包括在账号管理、车灯控制、底盘高度调节、座椅调节、动画呈现等至少一种控制维度上针对车外迎宾设置的控制策略。为便于理解,首先对各种控制维度进行示例性的说明。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中控制维度还可以应用于解锁迎宾、上车迎宾、离车送宾等模式。
一、账号管理。例如在任一迎宾模式中进行账号登录;又例如在离车送宾模式中退出账号登录。
二、车灯控制,包括但不限于控制车灯亮度、色度、色温等。上文已对可以控制的车灯进行示例性的说明,为了简洁不再赘述。
举例而言,控制装置对车灯进行控制,可以是控制车灯呼吸点亮、呼吸闪烁、流水(或称作跑马)点亮、流水闪烁中的至少之一。其中,呼吸点亮,可以是控制车灯在由暗到亮的过程中逐渐变化;流水点亮,可以是控制车灯按顺序逐个点亮;呼吸闪烁,如控制车灯呼吸点亮,再呼吸熄灭,进行多次循环亮灭的控制;流水闪烁,如控制车灯按顺序逐个点亮,再按顺序逐个熄灭,进行多次循环亮灭的控制。
除此之外,控制装置在上述任意模式中可以控制车灯以普通的方式进行亮或灭。
三、底盘高度调节。如通过调节车辆的悬架实现底盘高度的调节,该悬架可以是普通悬架也可以是空气悬架,普通悬架一般由弹簧和减震筒组成。而空气悬架把弹簧换成了空气弹簧。例如,控制装置调节底盘空气弹簧的气压,控制车辆的车辆的底盘高度。
四、座椅调节。如调节座椅的前、后、高、低位置,调节座椅靠背的倾斜角度等等。
五、动画呈现。例如,控制装置可以在车外迎宾模式通过DLP灯和/或ISD灯呈现第一迎宾动画;在上车迎宾模式通过中控显示屏呈现第二迎宾动画。
六、后视镜控制。如任一迎宾模式中控制装置控制后视镜展开,离车送宾模式中控制装置控制后视镜折叠。
七、音频播放。如解锁迎宾模式中,在车辆解锁时播放解锁音频,又如离车送宾模式中,在车辆闭锁时播放闭锁音频。
可选的,控制装置可以根据用户与车辆之间的距离的变化,实现对车灯和/或动画的动态控制。例如用户逐渐靠近车辆的过程中,控制装置可以控制车灯的亮度逐渐增大;又例如,用户逐渐靠近车辆的过程中,控制装置控制动画的色彩由浅变深。
示例性的,在车外迎宾模式中,控制装置可以执行以下至少之一:
1、登录用户设备对应的账号。
2、按照预设规则,对车灯进行迎宾控制,预设规则可以包括但不限于前述呼吸点亮、呼吸闪烁、流水(或称作跑马)点亮、流水闪烁中的至少之一。
例如,控制装置可以控制大灯组呼吸点亮;又例如,控制装置可以控制贯穿灯和标志灯流水点亮。
可选的,控制装置可以根据登录的账号确定车灯控制策略,根据车灯控制策略对车灯进行控制,以使迎宾效果更加满足用户需求。
3、调整底盘空气弹簧。如,控制装置通过降低控制弹簧的气压,降低车辆的底盘高度(或者说车身高度),便于用户进入座舱。
可选的,控制装置可以根据登录的账号,确定该用户对应的底盘高度,例如,根据用户上一次用车过程中所调节的底盘高度进行底盘高度的调节;又例如根据用户预先输入的身高,确定底盘的高度,进行底盘高度的调节。
4、座椅调节到迎宾位置。例如,在迎宾位置上,座椅调整的更低、座椅靠背更加倾斜、座椅位置更加靠后,以增大乘坐空间,便于用户进入座舱。乘坐空间可以是用户乘坐于车辆的座舱中时可活动的座舱空间。
可选的,控制装置可以根据登录的账号,确定该用户对应的乘坐空间形态,进而调整座椅高低、前后、倾斜角度、温度等。
5、DLP灯和/或ISD灯联动呈现第一迎宾动画。本申请对迎宾动画的内容不做限定。
6、播放第一迎宾音频。本申请对第一迎宾音频的内容不做限定,在一些实施例中。该第一迎宾音频可以与第一迎宾动画对应。
在上述车外迎宾模式中,控制装置可以根据登录的账号确定车外迎宾策略。
如下表2中包括车外迎宾的示例性的说明。
举例而言,结合如下表2所示,在车外迎宾模式中,控制装置首先控制大灯点亮,其次控制DLP灯和ISD灯同时投射和播放第一迎宾动画,持续预设时长(如5s),最后控制贯穿灯和标志灯点亮。

可以理解的是,控制装置在位置信息不满足第一条件,或者控制信息不满足第二条件时,不开启车辆的车外迎宾模式。例如,位置信息不满足第一条件,表示车辆未进入车外迎宾区,或者车辆在完成目标操作之前非首次进入车外迎宾区时,控制装置不开启车辆的车外迎宾模式;又例如,控制信息不满足第二条件,也即用户设备对车辆进行了解锁,控制装置可以开启车辆的解锁迎宾模式。
示例性的,控制装置根据位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制,可以包括:在位置信息指示用户设备进入车辆的车外迎宾区时,根据账号信息登录用户设备对应的账号,并按照账号对应的用户偏好,对车辆进行迎宾控制。需要说明的是,账号可以具有对应的用户偏好,例如用户偏好的座椅位姿(或者说座椅形成的乘坐空间形态)、用户偏好的音频、用户偏好的动画、用户偏好的底盘高度(或者说与用户身高匹配的底盘高度)。
示例性的,控制装置对车辆进行迎宾控制还包括结束车外迎宾模式。控制装置可以在位置信息满足第三条件,或控制信息满足第四条件时,控制车辆结束车外迎宾模式。
其中,第三条件可以理解为车外迎宾模式的结束条件,第三条件可以包括:用户设备离开车辆的车外迎宾区。如表1中的乒乓场景。前已述及,在方式一中,车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于8m时,用户设备处于车外迎宾区;在方式二中,车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,且用户设备与车辆之间的距离大于或等于第二预设值,如用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于8m且大于或等于1m时,用户设备处于车外迎宾区。基于此,在方式一中,用户设备离开车辆的车外迎宾区,可以是用户设备远离车辆直至离开车外迎宾区;在方式二中,用户设备离开车辆的车外迎宾区,可以是用户设备远离车辆直至离开车外迎宾区,或者用户设备靠近车辆直至离开车外迎宾区。
第四条件可以理解为结束车外迎宾模式的触发条件。第四条件可以包括:用户设备对车辆进行解锁或者闭锁,和/或,执行车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间。例如可以参见表1中的解闭锁打断车外迎宾的场景。在控制信息满足第四条件时,即使用户设备仍处于车外迎宾区,控制装置也将控制车辆技术车外迎宾模式。示例性的,控制装置可以在用户设备对车辆进行解锁后,结束车外迎宾模式并开启解锁迎宾模式;控制装置可以在执行车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间且未触发其他迎宾模式时,考虑用户没有驾驶意图、或者因为异常状况无法解锁,如用户设备可能与车辆断联(如蓝牙连接断开),因此,控制装置可以结束车外迎宾模式。其中,本申请对预设时间不做限定,例如可以是5秒、10秒、20秒等。例如,可以参见表1中的异常退出场景。
在一些实施例中,车外迎宾未触发时,用户设备对车辆进行解锁或者闭锁,将不执行车外迎宾控制;在又一些实施例中,触发车外迎宾后,用户设备快速执行解锁或者闭锁,或者用户设备快速到达解锁区,将不执行车外迎宾控制,其中,触发车外迎宾至用户设备执行解锁或者闭锁的时间,或者触发车外迎宾至用户设备快速到达解锁区的时间,可以小于控制装置响应触发至执行车外迎宾控制的时间。
示例性的,结束车外迎宾模式时,控制装置可以执行以下至少之一:
1-1、退出登录的用户设备对应的账号。
1-2、结束对车灯的迎宾控制,如逐渐熄灭车灯。
1-3、恢复底盘空气弹簧。如,控制装置通过控制弹簧的气压,恢复车辆的底盘高度(或者说车身高度)。
1-4、恢复座椅。例如,恢复座椅高度、座椅靠背角度、座椅位置前后、座椅温度等。
1-5、停止DLP灯和/或ISD灯呈现第一迎宾动画。和/或,熄灭DLP灯和/或ISD灯。
1-6、停止播放第一迎宾音频。和/或,关闭音频播放器。
在一些场景中,可能存在至少两个与车辆连接的用户设备,此种情况下,控制装置将至少两个用户设备中的一个用户设备作为目标用户设备,并针对目标用户设备进行迎宾控制。例如,可以参见表1中的多用户设备并发的场景。
作为第一种示例,控制装置可以根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的账号信息,确定登录频率或登录次数最大的用户设备为目标用户设备,此种情况下,目标用户设备相比于至少两个用户设备中的其他用户设备而言为更常用的用户。进而根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
作为第二种示例,控制装置可以根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的位置信息,确定第一个进入车外迎宾区的用户设备为目标用户设备,进而根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
作为第三种示例,控制装置可以根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的迎宾模式,确定优先级最高的迎宾模式对应的用户设备为目标用户设备,进而根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,根据目标用户设备对应的位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。例如,解锁迎宾模式的优先级高于车外迎宾模式的优先级,若一个用户设备触发开启车外迎宾模式,另一个用户设备触发开启解锁迎宾模式,控制装置确定触发解锁迎宾模式的用户设备为目标用户设备,并控制车辆开启解锁迎宾模式;又例如,离车送宾模式的优先级高于车外迎宾模式的优先级,若一个用户设备触发开启车外迎宾模式,另一个用户设备触发开启离车送宾模式,控制装置确定触发离车送宾模式的用户设备为目标用户设备,并控制车辆开启离车送宾模式。
上述第一种示例,可以更好的识别出车辆的主要使用者(如车辆的驾驶者),对主要使用者进行迎宾可以更好的提高用户体验;上述第二种示例,迎宾控制的效率更高、处理复杂度更低;上述第三种示例为用户设备触发不同迎宾模式提供了解决方案。
在一些场景中,用户设备触发车辆开启车外迎宾模式时,车辆中可能乘坐有另一用户。为便于区分,将用户设备对应的用户称作第一用户,将成中乘坐的用户称作第二用户。此种情况下,控制装置对车辆进行迎宾控制可以包括如下实现方式:
实现方式一,控制装置确定车辆的座舱是否乘坐第二用户,在车辆的座舱未乘坐第二用户时,控制装置按照前述示例中的方式进行迎宾控制,如根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制;相应的,控制装置在车辆的座舱乘坐第二用户时,不对车辆进行迎宾控制(如包括车外迎宾控制、解锁迎宾控制、上车迎宾控制中的至少之一)和/或离车送宾控制。例如表1中车上有其他用户触发迎宾的场景中的方式1。
实现方式二,控制装置确定车辆的座舱是否乘坐第二用户,在车辆的座舱未乘坐第二用户时,按照第一迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制;在车辆的座舱乘坐第二用户时,按照第二迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制。例如表1中车上有其他用户触发迎宾的场景中的方式2。
其中,第一迎宾模式可以与第二迎宾模式不同,例如第一迎宾模式和第二迎宾模式分别是两种不同的车外迎宾模式,或者第一迎宾模式和第二迎宾模式可以分别是车外迎宾模式的子集,或者说,第一迎宾模式和第二迎宾模式分别是车外迎宾模式中部分控制维度下的模式。例如第一迎宾模式中,控制装置可以对车辆的车灯进行控制,第二迎宾模式中,控制装置可以对车辆的底盘高度进行调节;又例如,第一迎宾模式中,控制装置可以控制车辆进行呈现第一迎宾动画,第二迎宾模式中,控制装置可以控制车辆播放第一迎宾动画的音频。或者,第二迎宾模式可以是第一迎宾模式的子集,或者说,第二迎宾模式可以是第一迎宾模式中部分控制维度的模式。例如,第一迎宾模式下,控制装置控制车辆登录用户设备对应的账号、对车灯进行迎宾控制、调节座椅、调节底盘、呈现第一迎宾动画,播放第一迎宾音频,第二迎宾模式下,控制装置对车灯进行迎宾控制、呈现第一迎宾动画、播放第一迎宾音频。
在上述实现方式二中,还应理解的是,控制装置按照第一迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制,或者按照第二迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制时,可以按照前述示例中的迎宾控制方式,例如,根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
上述实施例中,主要对车外迎宾模式进行说明。除此之外,控制装置对车辆进行迎宾控制还可以包括控制车辆开启解锁迎宾模式和/或开启上车迎宾模式,并且控制装置还可以控制车辆进行离散送宾控制。
示例性的,控制装置可以在控制信息指示用户设备对车辆进行解锁时开启解锁迎宾模式,该控制信息可以是用户设备响应于用户操作发送的,例如,在用户设备与车辆的可连接范围内,用户操作用户设备的解锁按键后,用户设备向车辆发送指示解锁的控制信息;或者控制信息可以是用户设备自动发送的,例如,用户设备进入解锁区后自动发送指示对车辆进行解锁的控制信息。
示例性的,在解锁迎宾模式中,控制装置可以执行以下至少之一:
2-1、播放解锁音频;
2-2、控制车灯(如后视镜灯)点亮或者闪烁;
2-3、门把手灯点亮;
2-4、后视镜展开。
表2中包括解锁模式的示例性的说明。
举例而言,结合表2所示,在解锁迎宾模式中,控制装置控制后视镜黄灯闪烁2次、门把手灯点亮、照地灯点亮、播放解锁音频、并展开后视镜。
一般来说,解锁迎宾模式在车外迎宾模式之后开启。但是解锁迎宾模式也可以独立执行,例如,车辆不具有车外迎宾的功能,或者用户关闭车外迎宾功能,或者用户在开启车外迎宾模式之前触发解锁开启了解锁迎宾模式。
示例性的,控制装置可以在用户拉开车门,或用户设备触发车门弹开时,开启上车迎宾模式。在上车迎宾模式中,控制装置可以执行以下至少之一:
3-1、登录第一用户对应的账号。第一用户为进入车辆的用户,一般而言,第一用户为持有前述用户设备(包括前述目标用户设备)的用户。示例性的,控制装置可以采集第一用户的面部信息,并根据第一用户的面部信息,登录第一用户对应的账号,进而根据第一用户对应的账号,对车辆进行迎宾控制。第一用户对应的账号可以是系统中存储的该第一用户的账号;或者,在系统中未存储该第一用户对应的账号时,第一用户对应的账号可以是访客账号。
示例性的,控制装置可以在触发开启上车迎宾模式时采集第一用户的面部信息,或者在触发开启上车迎宾模式之前采集第一用户的面部信息,或者在开启上车迎宾模式后采集第一用户的面部信息,本申请对此不做限定。
示例性的,控制装置可以响应于触发事件采集第一用户的面部信息。该触发事件例如可以包括以下至少之一:控制信息指示用户设备对车辆进行解锁;车辆的车门打开(如驾驶座的车门打开);第一用户乘坐于车辆的驾驶座。
在一些示例中,登录第一用户对应的账号之前,车辆中可能已经登录有账号,如前述示例中,控制装置在车外迎宾模式中可以登录用户设备(在一些示例中为目标用户设备)对应的账号。第一用户对应的账号与用户设备对应的账号可以相同也可以不同,例如在第一用户携带了第二用户的用户设备时,用户设备对应的账号为第二用户的账号,与第一用户的账号不同。在已经登录的用户设备对应的账号为第一用户的账号时可以不再重复登录;在已经登录的用户设备对应的账号与第一用户对应的账号不同(如用户设备对应的账号为第二用户的账号)时,可以切换至第一用户对应的账号,如退出用户设备对应的账号的登录,并登录第一用户对应的账号。
本实施例中,仅以在上车迎宾模式中登录第一用户对应的账号为例进行说明,但本申请并对此进行限定,例如控制装置还可以在解锁迎宾模式或者车外迎宾模式中登录第一用户对应的账号。当第一用户未进入车辆的座舱时,控制装置可以通过车辆部署的图像采集装置(如车外图像采集装置)对采集第一用户的面部信息。
在一些实施例中,控制装置可以对第一用户是否具有已登录的账号(如用户设备对应的账号)的权限进行校验,若该第一用户不具有已登录的账号(如用户设备对应的账号)的权限,则退出已登录的账号(如用户设备对应的账号)的登录。进一步地,控制装置可以登录该第一用户对应的账号。
3-2、播放第二迎宾动画。控制装置可以通过任意显示装置显示该第二迎宾动画,显示装置可以是用户乘坐于座舱内可以观看到的任意显示装置,例如包括但不限于中控屏、HUD装置等。第二迎宾动画与第一迎宾动画不同,或者具有不同的呈现效果。
3-3、车内的氛围灯点亮。
3-4、播放第二迎宾音频。本申请对第二迎宾音频的内容不做限定,在一些实施例中。该第二迎宾音频可以是第二迎宾动画的音频。
3-5、座椅调节。
3-6、HUD调节。
3-7、后视镜调节。
3-8、方向盘调节。
上述3-2至3-8均可以按照所登录的第一用户对应的账号进行调节,以满足该第一用户的用车习惯。例如,根据第一用户的用户偏好选择所要播放的第二迎宾动画、第二迎宾音频、确定氛围灯点亮策略、座椅位置、HUD角度、后视镜角度、和/或方向盘高度等。
3-9、车灯控制。如熄灭大灯、贯穿灯、标志灯等,以关闭车外迎宾模式或解锁迎宾模式点亮的车灯。或者,在室外光照强度不足的情况下,保留车外迎宾模式或解锁迎宾模式点亮的部分车灯,如大灯。
3-10、停止播放第一迎宾动画。如控制装置控制DLP和/或ISD熄灭。
上3-2至3-3中的至少一个,可以在用户打开车门时触发。上述3-5至3-8中的至少一个,可以在用户入座时触发。但本申请并不对此进行限定,例如,也可以在用户入座时触发上3-2至3-3中的至少一个,在用户打开车门时触发上述3-5至3-8中的至少一个。
上述3-9车灯控制中,示例性的,一些车灯可以在用户入座时触发,另一些车灯可以在用户启动车辆的过程中触发,如启动车辆的过程可以包括踩刹车和按压启动按键,则可以在用户踩刹车时触发,或者在用户按压启动按键时触发。例如,控制装置可以在用户入座后熄灭标志灯、大灯、贯穿灯中的至少之一;又例如,控制装置可以在用户踩刹车时熄灭对照地灯。
上述3-10可以在用户启动车辆的过程中触发。
上述示例性的触发条件仅为一种示例而非限制性的说明。
上述表2中包括上车迎宾的示例性的说明。
举例而言,参见表2所示,用户拉开车门后,控制装置可以通过中控屏显示第二迎宾动画、播放第二迎宾音频,同时控制车辆内的氛围灯点亮;用户入座后,确认用户账号,并调整后视镜、座椅、方向盘、HUD等,实现个性化的设置调节;车辆启动时,控制照地灯熄灭。
示例性的,控制装置可以在控制信息指示用户设备对车辆进行闭锁时,开启离车送宾模式。该控制信息可以是用户设备响应于用户操作发送的,例如,在用户设备与车辆的可连接范围内,用户操作用户设备的闭锁按键后,用户设备向车辆发送指示闭锁的控制信息;或者控制信息可以是用户设备自动发送的,例如,用户设备离开车辆进入解锁区后自动发送指示对车辆进行闭锁的控制信息。控制装置可以基于UWB技术、蓝牙技术、近场通信(near field communication,NFC)技术、远控技术等,接收控制信息。
示例性的,在离车送宾模式中,控制装置可以执行以下至少之一:
4-1、播放闭锁音频;
4-2、控制车灯熄灭,如熄灭标志灯、贯穿灯、DLP灯、ISD灯、大灯等;
4-3、后视镜折叠;
4-4、恢复车辆底盘;
4-5、恢复车辆座椅。
表2中包括离车送宾模式的示例性的说明。
因此,本申请实施例中,控制装置可以基于用户设备的位置信息,并结合基于位置信息获取的用户设备的控制信息或账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制,对用户进行迎宾以提高用户的用车体验。
在一种可能的实现方式中,结合图4所示,以用户逐渐靠近车辆,直至用户行车后离开为例,控制装置所实现的车辆控制可以包括以下部分或者全部过程:
步骤1,用户设备距离车辆约30M,此时车辆基于蓝牙技术对用户车辆进行定位,寻车。以便节省用户设备的功耗。
步骤2,用户设备靠近车辆直至距离车辆约10M,此时控制装置切换为采用UWB技术定位,以便提升定位精度。
步骤3,用户设备继续靠近车辆,当控制装置通过UWB技术定位到用户距离车辆约8M时,确定用户设备进入车外迎宾区,控制装置控制车辆开启车外迎宾模式。示例性的,控制装置按照车外迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制包括:登录第一账号、大灯组呼吸点亮、底盘空气弹簧调节到迎宾位置、座椅调整到迎宾位置;再DLP/ISD大灯联动呈现第一迎宾动画,同时投射和播放动画持续5秒;最后标志灯和贯 穿灯依次点亮。
步骤4,用户设备继续靠近车辆,当控制装置基于UWB技术定位到用户设备距离车辆约1M时,确定用户设备进入解锁迎宾区,控制装置控制车辆开启解锁迎宾模式,包括:执行解锁、播放解锁声音、后视镜黄灯闪烁、门把手灯光点亮、照地灯点亮、后视镜展开等中的至少之一。
步骤5,用户拉开车门上车时,触发控制装置控制车辆开启上车迎宾模式。示例性的,控制装置按照上传迎宾模式对车辆进行迎宾控制,包括:当用户拉开车门时,控制装置控制中控屏播放第二迎宾动画、车内氛围灯点亮、车内播放迎宾音效;当用户入座时,控制装置控制第一用户对应的账号自动登录(若第一用户对应的账号与已登录的账号相同则不需要再次登录)、座椅自动调节、HUD自动调节、后视镜自动调节、方向盘自动调节、大灯/贯穿灯熄灭(白天)、标志灯熄灭(白天);当用户踩刹车时,控制装置控制照地灯熄灭、DLP灯熄灭。
步骤6,用户离车落锁时,控制装置控制车辆开启离车送宾功能,包括:播放闭锁声音、标志灯&贯穿灯&DLP灯&ISD灯熄灭(夜晚)、大灯熄灭(夜晚)、后视镜折叠、底盘空簧恢复至标准位置、座椅回到标准位置等。
本申请实施例引入了车外迎宾,可在用户靠近车辆的过程中提前识别并触发车辆迎宾,且持续时间长,可差异化定义迎宾效果,从而提升用户体验。并且对于解锁迎宾、上车迎宾、离车送宾等模式均增强了用户体验设计。
图5为本申请实施例提供的一种车辆控制方法400的流程示意图。参见图5,该方法400可以包括以下部分或者全部过程:
S410,采集第一用户的面部信息;
S420,根据第一用户的面部信息,将已登录的用户设备对应的账号切换为第一用户对应的账号,用户设备对应的账号在用户设备处于车辆的车外迎宾区时登录;
S430,根据第一用户对应的账号,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
需要说明的是,上述S410至S430均在前述示例中说明,为了简洁不再赘述。但应理解的是,在方法300所示的实施例中,不对控制装置在用户设备处于车外迎宾区时,对车辆的迎宾控制进行限定。
示例性的,为了确保账号安全以及用户隐私,在采集第一用户的面部信息之前,控制装置可以对用户设备对应的账号下的待显示的目标信息进行加密处理。其中,目标信息可以是用户设备对应的账号下所能呈现的任意信息,一般而言,目标信息具有较高的隐私性。目标信息可以是预先设定的一种或多种类型的信息,如用户的身高、年龄、联系方式等等。控制装置对目标信息进行加密处理,例如可以是对目标信息添加马赛克,或者遮挡目标信息,或者不显示目标信息等。
图6为本申请实施例提供的一种车辆控制流程的示意图。如图6,控制装置可以基于前述示例开启车外迎宾模式、解锁迎宾模式、上车迎宾迷失和离车送宾模式。其中,触发车外迎宾模式的开启和触发解锁迎宾模式的开启之间预估具有5s左右的时间间隔,和/或,5m左右的空间间隔,例如预估用户设备进入车外迎宾区后至达到解锁区需要5s时间或5m距离;触发解锁迎宾模式开启和触发上车迎宾模式开启之间预估具有3s左右的时间间隔,3m左右的空间间隔,例如预估用户设备对车辆解锁后至用户上车需要3s时间或3m的距离。各迎宾模式之间的预估距离和/或预估时间,可以用于确定前述实施例中的车外迎宾区范围、解锁区范围、上车迎宾区范围等。
图7为本申请实施例提供的一种车辆的控制装置的示意性框图。如图7所示,该控制装置500包括获取模块510和处理模块520。
当控制装置500用于实现图3所示的方法300以及相关实施例时,获取模块510可以用于获取用户设备的位置信息;获取模块510还用于在位置信息指示车辆与用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,获取用户设备的控制信息或账号信息;处理模块520,用于根据位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对车辆进行迎宾控制。
当控制装置500用于实现图5的方法400以及相关实施例时,获取模块510可以用于采集第一用户的面部信息;处理模块520可以用于根据第一用户的面部信息,将已登录的用户设备对应的账号切换为第一用户对应的账号,用户设备对应的账号在用户设备处于车辆的车外迎宾区时登录;处理模块520还用于根据第一用户对应的账号,对车辆进行迎宾控制;其中,在车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在车外迎宾区中,用户设备与车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
各模块执行上述相应步骤的具体过程在上述方法实施例中已经详细说明,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
以上装置中各单元/模块的划分仅是一种逻辑功能的划分,实际实现时可以全部或部分集成到一个物理实体上,也可以物理上分开。
图8为本申请实施例提供的另一种车辆的控制装置600的示意性框图。该装置600可以包括处理器610和存储器620,处理器610和存储器620通过内部连接通路互相通信,该存储器620用于存储指令,该处理器610用于执行该存储器620存储的指令。该控制装置600可以实现为电子设备或电子设备中的部件,如芯片、芯片系统或部署有功能模块的程序系统,电子设备可以是车辆或者车辆中的部件。
可选地,该存储器620可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器610提供指令和数据。存储器620可以是一个单独的器件,也可以集成在处理器610中。
在一些实施例中,该装置600还可以包括输入接口630。其中,处理器610可以控制该输入接口630与其他设备或芯片进行通信,具体地,可以获取其他设备或芯片发送的信息或数据。
在一些实施例中,该装置600还可以包括输出接口640。其中,处理器610可以控制该输出接口640与其他设备或芯片进行通信,具体地,可以向其他设备或芯片输出信息或数据。
在一些实施例中,该装置600可以实现本申请实施例中各个方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例的处理器可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法实施例的各步骤可以通过处理器中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。
可以理解,本申请实施例中的存储器可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),其用作外部高速缓存。通过示例性但不是限制性说明,许多形式的RAM可用,例如静态随机存取存储器(Static RAM,SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic RAM,DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(Synchronous DRAM,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(Double Data Rate SDRAM,DDR SDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(Enhanced SDRAM,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(Synchlink DRAM,SLDRAM)和直接内存总线随机存取存储器(Direct Rambus RAM,DR RAM)。应注意,本文描述的系统和方法的存储器旨在包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储计算机程序。在一些实施例中,该计算机程序使得计算机执行本申请实施例的各个方法中的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序指令。在一些实施例中,该计算机程序指令使得计算机执行本申请实施例的各个方法中的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。

本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种车辆的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户设备的位置信息;
    在所述位置信息指示车辆与所述用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,获取所述用户设备的控制信息或账号信息;
    根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述位置信息和所述账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制,包括:
    在所述位置信息指示所述用户设备进入所述车辆的车外迎宾区时,根据所述账号信息登录所述用户设备对应的账号;
    按照所述账号对应的用户偏好,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制,包括:
    在所述位置信息满足第一条件,且所述控制信息满足第二条件时,控制所述车辆开启车外迎宾模式;
    所述第一条件包括:
    所述用户设备进入所述车辆的车外迎宾区;或者,
    所述用户设备在所述车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入所述车辆的车外迎宾区,所述目标操作包括解锁、闭锁、上电、下电、行车、启动、熄火中的至少之一;
    所述第二条件包括:
    所述用户设备未对所述车辆进行解锁;
    其中,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制,包括:
    在所述位置信息满足第三条件,或所述控制信息满足第四条件时,控制所述车辆结束车外迎宾模式;
    所述第三条件包括:
    所述用户设备离开所述车辆的车外迎宾区;
    所述第四条件包括:
    所述用户设备对所述车辆进行解锁;和/或,
    执行所述车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间;
    其中,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的账号信息,确定登录频率或登录次数最大的用户设备为目标用户设备;
    根据所述目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或,位置信息和账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的位置信息,确定第一个进入车外迎宾区的用户设备为目标用户设备;
    根据所述目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或位置信息和账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据至少两个用户设备分别对应的迎宾模式,确定优先级最高的迎宾模式对应的用户设备为目标用户设备;
    根据所述目标用户设备对应的位置信息和控制信息,或位置信息和账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    采集第一用户的面部信息;
    根据所述第一用户的面部信息,登录所述第一用户对应的账号;
    根据所述第一用户对应的账号,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制,包括:
    确定所述车辆的座舱是否乘坐第二用户;
    在所述车辆的座舱未乘坐第二用户时,根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,按照第一迎宾模式对所述车辆进行迎宾控制;
    在所述车辆的座舱乘坐第二用户时,根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,按照第二迎宾模式,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户设备的位置信息,包括:
    通过蓝牙装置,对所述用户设备进行定位;
    确定所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第三预设值时,通过超带宽UWB装置,对所述用户设备进行定位,得到所述位置信息。
  11. 一种车辆的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    采集第一用户的面部信息;
    根据所述第一用户的面部信息,将已登录的用户设备对应的账号切换为所述第一用户对应的账号,所述用户设备对应的账号在所述用户设备处于车辆的车外迎宾区时登录;
    根据所述第一用户对应的账号,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制;
    其中,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述采集第一用户的面部信息之前,还包括:
    对所述用户设备对应的账号下待显示的目标信息进行加密处理。
  13. 一种控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户设备的位置信息;
    所述获取模块还用于在所述位置信息指示车辆与所述用户设备之间的位置关系满足预设条件时,获取所述用户设备的控制信息或账号信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述位置信息和所述控制信息,或,所述位置信息和所述账号信息,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    在所述位置信息指示所述用户设备进入所述车辆的车外迎宾区时,根据所述账号信息登录所述用户设备对应的账号;
    按照所述账号对应的用户偏好,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    在所述位置信息满足第一条件,且所述控制信息满足第二条件时,控制所述车辆开启车外迎宾模式;
    所述第一条件包括:
    所述用户设备进入所述车辆的车外迎宾区;或者,
    所述用户设备在所述车辆完成目标操作之前首次进入所述车辆的车外迎宾区,所述目标操作包括解锁、闭锁、上电、下电、行车、启动、熄火中的至少之一;
    所述第二条件包括:
    所述用户设备未对所述车辆进行解锁;
    其中,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    在所述位置信息满足第三条件,或所述控制信息满足第四条件时,控制所述车辆结束车外迎宾模式;
    所述第三条件包括:
    所述用户设备离开所述车辆的车外迎宾区;
    所述第四条件包括:
    所述用户设备对所述车辆进行解锁;和/或,
    执行所述车外迎宾模式的时间达到预设时间;
    其中,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
  17. 一种控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于采集第一用户的面部信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第一用户的面部信息,将已登录的用户设备对应的账号切换为所述第一用户对应的账号,所述用户设备对应的账号在所述用户设备处于车辆的车外迎宾区时登录;
    所述处理模块还用于根据所述第一用户对应的账号,对所述车辆进行迎宾控制;
    其中,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值,或者,在所述车外迎宾区中,所述用户设备与所述车辆之间的距离小于或等于第一预设值且大于或等于第二预设值。
  18. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求13至17任一项所述的控制装置。
  19. 一种芯片,其特征在于,包括:处理器,用于从存储器中调用并运行计算机指令,使得安装有所述芯片的设备执行如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储计算机程序指令,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法。
