Abstract

様々な態様の計測面を精度よく計測可能な面計測器(40)、面計測システム(1)、および計測方法に関する。計測面(WL)に接地し、かつ前記計測面(WL)に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体(44)と、前記円柱体が取付けられる基体(43)と、遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲット(42)と、を有し、前記ターゲット(42)は、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸(44a)上となるように、前記円柱体の回転軸上に配置される面計測治具を提供する。円柱体が計測面に接して移動しても、計測面からターゲットの中心位置までの距離(T)は、常に一定を保つことから、計測面の凹凸状態や寸法などを精度よく容易に計測できる。

Description

面計測器、面計測システムおよび計測方法
 本願発明は、道路や外壁、天井面などの壁面などの様々な態様の計測面を精度よく計測可能な面計測器、および計測システムに関する。
 道路面などの凹凸状態を計測するため、様々な計測器が提案されている。例えば、特許文献1では、台車にレーザ光を受光する装置を積載した計測器を用いており、この台車を道路上に走行させることで、路面の凹凸状態を取得していた。特許文献2では、車輪が設けられた基体に、プリズムと操作棒が取付けられた計測治具を用いており、測量機にプリズムを測定させながら、作業者は操作棒を持って、基体を道路に沿って移動させることで、路面の凹凸状態を取得していた。

 しかし、特許文献1では、四つの車輪が設けられた台車を使用するため、例えば凹凸が細かい道路面では、前後の車輪間に凹凸が配置されると凹凸が計測されないなど、凹凸状態を精度よく計測することができない場合があった。また、特許文献2では、車輪は基体に二つだけ設けられており、プリズムは車輪の接地点から一定の高さの車軸の直上に配置されるため、作業者の持つ操作棒が傾くとプリズムも傾き、接地点とプリズムとの距離が変化するため、やはり凹凸状態を精度よく計測できない場合があった。さらに、特許文献1および特許文献2は、いずれも計測面は路面のみを想定しており、壁面や天井面などは想定されていない。
 本件は、このような問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、路面に限らず、道路や外壁、天井面など、様々な態様の計測面を精度よく計測可能な面計測器、面計測システム、および計測方法を提供する。
 上記問題を解決するため、本発明の第1の態様の面計測器においては、計測面に接地し、かつ前記計測面に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体と、前記円柱体が取付けられる基体と、遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲットと、を有し、前記ターゲットは、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸上となるように、配置されるように構成した。
 この態様によれば、円柱体が計測面を移動することで計測を行うことができる。計測面が壁面や天井面であっても、湾曲面や傾斜面であっても計測可能である。位置情報の取得は常に円柱体の中心軸上で、計測面からの距離は常に一定となり、基体の傾きを気にせずに計測を行うことができる。
 第2態様の面計測器は、第1の態様において、前記円柱体は車輪であり、中央に回転自在な機構を有し、回転軸を水平にして、前記基体に回動可能に取り付けられ、前記ターゲットは、入射する光を、入射方向と反対の方向に再帰反射する再帰反射体であり、前記位置情報の中心位置は、前記ターゲットの光学中心であり、前記ターゲットは、前記光学中心が前記車輪の前記回転軸上となるようにして、前記車輪の端面に配置されるように構成した。この態様によれば、車輪で計測面を走る基体のターゲットを測距・測角することで、計測面を計測で、様々な態様の計測面を容易に計測できる。
 第3態様の面計測器は、第1または第2の態様において、前記円柱体は、前記外周側面で自立可能に構成されるものとした。
この態様によれば、基体の移動が安定する。
 第4態様の面計測器は、第1~第3の態様において、前記円柱体は分割体として構成されるものとした。一対の円柱体なども含まれ、基体の移動が安定する。
 第1の面計測システムにおいては、計測面に接地し、かつ前記計測面に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体と、前記円柱体が取付けられる基体と、遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲットとを有し、前記ターゲットは、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸上となるように配置される面計測器と、
 前記ターゲットを測距・測角可能な測量機と、を備え、前記測量機は、前記計測面に沿って前記面計測器を移動するターゲットを測距・測角し、前記ターゲットの前記位置情報を取得して、前記計測面の形状データを算出するように構成した。
 第1の計測方法においては、計測面に接地し、かつ前記計測面に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体と、前記円柱体が取付けられる基体と、遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲットとを有し、前記ターゲットは、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸上となるように配置される面計測器とを用いて、前記計測面に沿って前記面計測器を移動させながら、前記ターゲットの前記位置情報を取得し、前記ターゲットの前記位置情報を、前記計測面の方向に、前記円柱体の半径だけオフセットすることで、前記計測面の前記位置情報を取得し、前記計測面の形状データを算出する。
 以上の説明から明らかなように、様々な態様の計測面を精度よく計測可能な面計測器、面計測システム、および計測方法を提供できる。

 以下、本発明の具体的な実施形態を、図面を参照しながら説明する。実施形態は、発明を限定するものではなく例示であって、実施形態に記述されるすべての特徴やその組合せは、必ずしも発明の本質的なものであるとは限らない。また、以下の実施形態および変形例の説明において、同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明は適宜省略する。
 (面計測システム)
 図1は、本発明の好適な実施形態である面計測器40を備える面計測システム1の概要構成を示す図であり、検査現場での作業をイメージしている。本実施形態に係る面計測システム1は、計測面WLの凹凸状態、形状、寸法などを計測可能なシステムであり、測量機20および面計測器40を含んで構成される。
 測量機20は、測距・測角機能及び追尾機能を備えたトータルステーションである。測量機20は、基準点中心上に三脚を用いて設置される。測量機20は、整準器の上に設けられた基盤部2aと、基盤部2aを鉛直軸V回りに水平回転する托架部2bと、托架部2bの中央で水平軸H周りに鉛直回転する望遠鏡2cとを有する。
 面計測器40は、操作棒41の先端に取付けられた基体43と、測距・測角機能及び追尾機能のターゲットであるターゲット42を有する。基体43は一対の車輪44を備え、計測面WLに沿って移動可能に構成される。基体43が移動しても、ターゲット42の中心位置と計測面WLとの距離は一定となるように、ターゲット42は基体43に搭載されている。
 計測面WLを計測の際には、作業者は操作棒41を把持し、車輪44を計測面WLに当接させ、基体43を計測面WLに沿って移動させる。このとき、測量機20は、追尾機能によりターゲット42を自動追尾するとともに、測距・測角機能によりターゲット42を測距・測角する。計測により取得された、ターゲット42までの距離および方位角から、ターゲット42の位置情報を取得し、計測面WLの凹凸や寸法を算出する。
 (測量機)
 図2は、測量機20の構成ブロック図である。測量機20は、モータドライブトータルステーションであり、水平角検出器21、鉛直角検出器22、水平回転駆動部23、鉛直回転駆動部24、測距部25、追尾部26、通信部27、記憶部28、およびこれら全てが接続される測量機制御部29を有する。
 水平角検出器21と鉛直角検出器22は、回転円盤、スリット、発光ダイオード、イメージセンサを有するアブソリュートエンコーダまたはインクリメンタルエンコーダである。水平角検出器21は、托架部2bの回転軸に設けられ、托架部2bの水平角を検出する。鉛直角検出器22は、望遠鏡2cの水平軸Hに設けられ、望遠鏡2cの鉛直角を検出する。
 水平回転駆動部23と鉛直回転駆動部24はモータである。測量機制御部29に制御され、水平回転駆動部23は托架部2bの回転軸を動かし、鉛直回転駆動部24は、望遠鏡2cの回転軸を動かす。両駆動部の協働により、望遠鏡2cの向きが変更される。水平角検出器21と鉛直角検出器22とで、測角機能を実装している。水平回転駆動部23および鉛直回転駆動部24とで、駆動機構を構成する。
 測距部25は、送光部と受光部を備え、ターゲット42を視準して、例えば赤外パルスレーザ光等の測距光をターゲット42に射出し、その反射光を受光部で受光し、測距光と内部参照光の位相から測距する。
 追尾部26は、測距光とは異なる波長の赤外レーザ光などを追尾光として出射する追尾送光系と、CCDセンサまたはCMOSセンサなどのイメージセンサを有する追尾受光系を有する。測量機制御部29は、追尾部26が取得した情報からターゲット像の中心を求め、ターゲット位置として検出し、ターゲット像の中心と望遠鏡2cの視軸中心からの隔たりが一定値以内に収まるように、常に望遠鏡2cがターゲットの方向を向くように、自動追尾する。
 通信部27は、外部ネットワークとの通信を可能にするものであり、例えば、インターネットプロトコル(TCP/IP)を用いてインターネットに接続し、情報の送受信を行う。通信部27の送受信する情報は、例えば、図示しない情報処理装置に送信する測量機20が測定(測距・測角)した測定結果や、図示しないコントローラから受信する命令信号などである。
 測量機制御部29は、例えば、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit))、および少なくとも1つのメモリ(例えば、DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)、SRAM(Static Random Access Memory)など)を、基盤に実装したマイクロコントローラである。収納されたプログラムにより、プロセッサにて各制御が実行される。測量機制御部29は、制御として、通信部27を介した情報の送受信、水平回転駆動部23および鉛直回転駆動部24による各回転軸の駆動、測距部25による測距、水平角検出器21および鉛直角検出器22による測角、追尾部26による自動追尾、取得した計測データの演算処理などを行う。記憶部28は、例えばハードディスクドライブなどの記憶媒体であり、取得した測定データや演算結果が記憶される。
 (面計測器)
 次に面計測器40について説明する。図3は、面計測器40を示す。図3(A)が面計測器40の斜視図である。図3(B)が面計測器の側面図である。
 面計測器40は、操作棒41、ターゲット42、および基体43を有する。
 基体43の両側面には、回転軸(車軸)を水平にして、かつ回転軸を一致させて、一対の車輪44が設けられている。車輪44は中央に回転自在な機構(車軸孔または車軸)を有する。一対の車輪44により、基体43は計測面WLを移動可能に構成される。基体43の移動を操作する操作棒41の先端に、基体43が取付けられる。
 車輪44は円柱体であり、計測面WLに接地し、かつ計測面WLに沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する。円柱体である車輪44の回転軸が、車輪44の中心軸44aである(図3A参照)。車輪44は単体でも外周側面で自立可能に構成される。このため、水平面に載置された面計測器40が勝手に転倒することはない。一対の車輪44が車軸を一致させて配置される場合、一対の車輪を円柱体の分割体として構成されてよく、一対の車輪44の外周側面で自立可能であればよい。特に材質は指定しないが、計測面WLとの接触での弾性変形による計測誤差を抑制するため、ゴム材などの負荷により変形が生じやすい部材ではなく、硬質の合成樹脂部材や金属部材、木材など、計測面WLとの接触程度の負荷では変形が殆ど生じない部材で構成されると好ましい。
 一対の車輪44は基体43の両側面に回動可能に支持される。なお、車輪44が回動可能に支持されることは必須ではなく、円柱体の車輪44が計測面WLに沿ってスムーズに移動可能であれば、車輪44が基体43に固定されていてもよい。
 ターゲット42は、コーナーキューブプリズムなどの反射体で構成されており、いわゆる全方位プリズムで、その全周(360度)から入射する光を、その入射方向と反対の方向に再帰反射する再帰反射体である。ターゲット42は、ターゲット42の光学中心Cが、車輪44の回転軸上となるようにして、一方の車輪44の露出する端面に取付けられている。本実施形態においては、1つのターゲット42が一方の車輪44にのみ取付けられているが、2つのターゲット42がそれぞれの車輪44の外側端面に取付けられてもよい。また、本実施形態のターゲット42は、4つのプリズムをピラミッド型に組付けて一体化されている。これに限られず、プリズムの数を増やしてもよく、ターゲット42は様々な方向からの計測が可能なように、複数のプリズムを一体化したものでもよい。
 上記構成により、車輪44が回転すると、ターゲット42も車輪44とともに回転するが、車輪44の接地点と光学中心Cとの距離は、常に一定の距離を保つ。水平面に車輪44を接地させたときの、水平面から光学中心Cまでの高さを距離Tとすると、計測面WLに車輪44が接地しているとき、車輪44の接地点と光学中心Cとの距離は、常に距離Tとなる。本実施形態においては、距離Tは車輪44の半径となる。
 図4~図6は、面計測器40の使用状態を示す。一対の車輪44が基体43に回動可能に設けられていることから、車輪44と基体43は、車輪44の回転軸(車軸)に対して、互いに相対的に回動可能となっている。車輪44は基体43に対して回転軸を中心にして回動可能であり、基体43および基体43に連結される操作棒41は、車輪44が計測面WLに接地したまま、車輪44の回転軸を中心として回動可能である。
 面計測器40においては、一対の車輪44の回転軸上にターゲット42が配置されているため、車輪44が計測面WLに接地していれば、車輪44が回転して基体43が移動しても、基体43が車輪44の回転軸を中心として回転しても、基体43の姿勢にかかわらず、車輪44の接地点とターゲット42の光学中心Cとの距離は常に一定(距離T)である。
 図4(A)に示すように、車輪44が計測面WLに接したままの状態で、基体43および操作棒41が車輪44の回転軸を中心にして回転し、鉛直位置から傾いても、車輪44の接地点とターゲット42の距離は変わることがなく、常に距離Tを保つ。また、図4(B)に示すように、一対の車輪44が計測面WLに接したまま、計測面WLの垂直軸に対して面計測器40が回転しても、車輪44の接地点とターゲット42の距離は変わることなく、常に距離Tを保つ。すなわち、面計測器40が、面計測器40の進行方向に対して、左右に向いてしまっても、車輪44の接地点とターゲット42との距離は、常に距離Tに保たれる。
 一対の車輪44の外周側面が計測面WLに対して接しているならば、面計測器40が鉛直方向に移動しても、水平方向に移動しても、ターゲット42と計測面WLとの距離は一定(距離T)となる。
 また、図5に示すように、面計測器40においては、車輪44は基体43に一対だけ設けられているため、計測面WLが凹凸のある湾曲面であっても、車輪44を回転させて基体43を計測面WLに沿って移動させることができる。車輪44は円柱体であるため、車輪44の外周側面は常に計測面WLに接地することができる。車輪44の回転軸、すなわちターゲット42の光学中心Cは、車輪44の接地点における計測面WLの法線方向に、距離Tだけオフセットした位置を通過する。
 作業者は、車輪44が常に計測面WLに接するようにして、操作棒41を操作して基体43を移動させていればよく、基体43の姿勢を気にする必要が無い。計測面WLは、床面や路面にかぎらず、壁面などの鉛直面や傾斜面、天井面、また湾曲面や屈曲面などであっても、面計測器40を用いて形状を計測することができる。例えば、図6(A)(B)に示すように、計測面WLが壁面、かつ凹凸のある面であっても、計測面WLが天井面、かつ屈曲面であっても問題なく計測でき、作業者は車輪44を計測面WLに沿わせて基体43を移動させるだけでよい。
 面計測システム1では、測量機20によるターゲット42の測距・測角を行い、ターゲット42の光学中心Cまでの距離と方位角を取得し、計測した計測データに基づいて光学中心Cの位置情報として三次元座標を算出する。
 車輪44の接地点とターゲット42の光学中心Cとの距離が常に一定であることを利用して、車輪44を計測面WLに沿わせて基体43を移動させながら、測量機20でターゲット42を自動追尾させ、随時測距・測角させる。計測面WLを移動する車輪44の位置情報、すなわち光学中心Cの位置情報を、連続して取得する。取得した位置情報を、計測面WLに向かって距離Tだけオフセットすることで、計測面WLの位置情報を取得することができる。
 (実施例1)
 一例として、計測面WLが壁面である場合の、面計測システム1を用いた計測について説明する。面計測器40を用いて、計測面WLの凹凸状態や形状、傾斜などの形状データを取得する。
 図1に示すように、まず測量機20を基準点に設置する。基準点は、好ましくは既知点であるが、計測面WL上の、ある条件を満たす箇所を検知して、位置を特定するする必要がなければ、任意点であっても問題ない。
 作業者は操作棒41を把持して、計測面WLに車輪44を接地させ、車輪44を回動させて基体43を計測面WLに沿って移動させる。このとき、測量機20は、ターゲット42を追尾するとともに、随時ターゲット42の測距・測角を行う。
 図7に示すように、連続して取得される計測データから、計測点PP1,PP2,PP3…の位置情報として、各点の座標PQ1(x1,y1,z1)、PQ2(x2,y2,z2)、PQ3(x3,y3,z3)…が算出される。各座標は、測量機20が既知点に設置された場合は、絶対座標で、任意点に設置された場合は、相対座標として算出される。取得されたデータや演算結果は、記憶部28に保存される。
 測量機制御部29は、算出した各計測点の座標を座標空間にプロットし、取得順にプロットされた点を結び、仮想曲線PLや、プロット点がフィットする仮想面を求める。計測点PPのプロット点を計測面WLへ向かう方向へ距離Tだけオフセットすると、計測面WL上の点が算出され、計測面WLの形状データを算出できる。
 計測面WLの詳細な面形状データを取得する場合、作業者は、まず、計測面WLの下端を初期位置として、床面および計測面WLに車輪44を当接させる。次に、操作棒41を操作して、車輪44を計測面WLに当接させたまま回動させて、基体43を上方に計測面WLの上端まで移動させる。基体43を計測面WLの上端まで移動させ終えると、車輪44を計測面WLに当接させたまま、基体43を側方(左方または右方)に所定距離だけ移動させ、今度は計測面WLの上端から下端まで下方に移動させる。床面に車輪44が当接し、基体43を計測面WLの下端まで到達させると、車輪44を計測面WLに当接させたまま、また所定距離だけ先ほどと同側方向に移動させ、上記操作を繰り返す。
 測量機20は、ターゲット42を自動追尾しながら、所定の間隔、例えば0.1~1秒ごとの時間間隔、または、例えば距離0.1cm~5cmごとの距離間隔で、ターゲット42の測距・測角を行う。
 取得したすべての計測点PPの三次元座標を算出し、座標空間にプロットする。得られた点群を、点ごとに計測面WLへオフセットする。ある計測点PPのオフセット方向は、点群から求められる仮想面に平行で(直交面上)で、かつ、前後の所定の範囲の点から求められる近似直線の法線方向である。これで算出されるのは、正反対な2方向であり、どちらの方向であるかは、手動または自動で選択される。点群から面や直線を求める方法は、公知の方法を用いてよく、説明は省略する。算出され選択されたオフセット方向に距離Tだけオフセットすることで、計測面WL上の座標として取得できる。
 (実施例2)
 図8を用いて、面計測システム1および面計測器40を用いた別の実施例を説明する。
 面計測器40は、壁面や天井面、屈曲面も計測できることから、壁面から連続して天井面や床面も計測することができる。開口部の内周面を連続して計測することで、開口部の形状を計測することも可能である。例えば、窓枠を嵌め込むための壁面の開口部形状や、建物入り口の内枠形状を計測することで、窓や扉を嵌め込むことができるか否かを確認することができる。
 図8に示すガレージG1の開口部G2は、ガレージG1の出入り口であり、図示しない既成品のシャッターを嵌め込むために設けられた、ガレージG1の壁面の開口部である。開口部G2の内周面、すなわち開口部G2を形成する左側面G3、天井面G4,および右側面G5に沿って面計測器40を移動させることで、開口部G2の寸法や傾きを計測することができる。
 まず、基準点に測量機20を配置する。初期位置として面計測器40を、左側面G3の下端部に配置するため、車輪44を床面と左側面G3に当接させる。
 次に、測量機20にターゲット42をロックさせて、自動追尾を開始する。測量機20にターゲット42を自動追尾させたまま、作業者は、操作棒41で以下の操作を行う。
 車輪44を左側面G3に当接させたまま回転させ、基体43を左側面G3に沿って上方へ移動させる。基体43を左側面G3の上端まで移動させ、車輪44が天井面G4に当接したら、今度は車輪44を天井面G4に沿って回転させ、右側面G5に向かって移動させる。車輪44が右側面G5に当接し、基体43が右側面G5に到達したら、今度は、そのまま右側面G5に沿って、車輪44が床面に当接するまで下方に移動させる。
 車輪44の端面を開口部G2の端部に沿わせて配置し、開口部G2の端部を目印として車輪44を回動させると、基体43の移動が安定するため好ましい。
 基体43が車輪44に対して相対的に回動しても、ターゲット42と車輪44の接地点との距離は変わらないため、作業者は基体43の姿勢や操作棒41の傾きを気にせずに、基体43を移動させることができる。
 開口部G2は出入り口であるため、左側面G3、天井面G4,右側面G5の三面を計測すれば、もう一面の床面は、基体43を移動させて計測せずとも開口部G2の形状は算出することができる。窓の内枠など、開口部が床面を構成面に持たない場合、初期位置に戻るまで内周面に車輪44を沿わせて基体43を移動させて、開口部の全周を計測する。
 このように、測量機20にターゲット42を追尾させながら、作業者が操作棒41を操作して、開口部G2の内周面に沿って車輪44を沿わせながら基体43を移動させ、測量機20に常時測距・測角を行わせる。
 基体43が開口部G2の内周面に沿って移動すると、光学中心Cは、開口部G2を内側に距離Tだけオフセットした仮想線PL2を通過する。測量機制御部29は、取得した全ての計測点の三次元座標を算出し、座標空間にプロットして順に結ぶ。さらにプロット点の終点と始点を結ぶことで、三次元空間に矩形状の閉曲線が形成される。この矩形状の閉曲線およびプロット点を、全プロット点から形成される平面上で距離Tだけ閉曲線の外側にオフセットさせると、開口部G2の外形データ、すなわち、開口部G2の座標や開口部G2の各辺の寸法、傾き、凹凸状態や、開口部G2の歪みなどが算出される。
 面計測システム1は、内枠を計測するモードとして、「内枠計測モード」を備えてもよい。「内枠計測モード」が指定されると、計測面は矩形の内周面であると、測量機制御部29は特別な演算処理を行う。まず、最初の計測面として左側面G3の計測をスタートして、下端から上端まで基体43を移動させて計測する。次に、天井面G4を計測し、最後に右側面G5を計測する。取得された点群がフィットする面を基準面として、左側面G3に属する点群は、全て左方向へ距離Tだけオフセットする。天井面G4に属する点群は鉛直上方へオフセットする。右側面G5に属する点群は、右方向へオフセットする。全ての点群のオフセットは、基準面上で行われる。計測モードは、例えば「路面凹凸計測モード」など、天井面、壁面などの計測面の種類ごとに用意される。計測モードにより、どのような面を計測するかを事前に設定でき、計測点のオフセット方向が指定される。
 また、本実施形態においては、開口部G2に内嵌されるのは既製品のシャッターであったが、開口部に内嵌されるのが、例えば、精密な寸法が不明な自作の扉などであった場合、上記と同様にして、測量機20でターゲット42を追尾および随時測距・測角しながら、今度は扉の外周面に沿って基体43を移動させることで、扉の外形や寸法、傾きなどの形状データを容易に取得することができる。
 (変形例1:面計測器)
 図9は、変形例に係る面計測器140を示す。
 面計測器140は、走行可能な台車である。本実施形態の面計測器140は、自動走行可能であり、遠隔操作による走行または自律的な走行により計測面WLを走行可能に構成されている。なお、自動走行は必須ではなく、図示しない操作棒などにより、手動で走行させても問題なく、以下に説明する自動走行が手動で実施されてもよい。また、面計測器140を自動車として構成し、運転手が乗車して手動運転する構成でもよい。
 面計測器140は、基体143、基体143に回動自在に取付けられる一対の前輪144および一対の後輪148、前輪144の車軸を回転駆動する駆動部M1、一対の前輪144の車軸の向き制動する操舵部M2、無線で情報の送受信を行う台車通信部M3、および駆動部M1、操舵部M2、台車通信部M3を制御する台車制御部M4を有する。
 前輪144および後輪148は車輪44と同等である。基体143に取付けられた一対の前輪144が、駆動部M1により回転駆動され、かつ操舵部M2に方向を操作されることで、面計測器140は自ら計測面WLの上を移動する。
 前輪144の外側端面には、ターゲット42が、その光学中心Cが前輪144の回転軸(車軸)上となるように固定されている。
 面計測器140は、台車制御部M4に内蔵されたプログラムに従って、操舵部M2および駆動部M1が制御されて、所定パターンの走行(自律走行)を行う。また、面計測器140は、図示しないコントローラにより遠隔操作(マニュアル走行)も可能となっている。コントローラは、専用の操作端末を用いてもよく、ソフトウェア的に構成されて、操作ソフトウェアがインストールされたスマートフォンやモバイルパソコンから操作されてもよい。面計測器140は、台車通信部M3を介してコントローラに入力された操作命令を受信して操作される。なお、台車通信部M3は必須ではなく、マニュアル走行はせずに、面計測器140がプログラムされた走行パターンで自律走行のみを行うように構成されてもよい。
 面計測器140が走行可能で、走行中に測量機20が随時ターゲット42を追尾および測距・測角が可能であれば、計測面WLは、傾斜面、屈曲面、凹凸面などでもよく、形態は問われない。ファンなどによる吸着機構やプロペラなどの推進機構を備え、壁面や天井面も走行可能に構成されてもよい。
 面計測器140を用いた面計測システム1による計測面WLの計測方法は、面計測器140の移動が、操作棒41を用いた移動ではなく、面計測器140の走行である以外は、面計測器40を用いた計測方法と同等となっている。
 すなわち、まず基準点に測量機20が設置される。次に面計測器140が初期位置に配置される。測量機20は、ターゲット42をロックし、自動追尾を開始する。次に、面計測器140は、自律走行またはマニュアル走行により、計測面WLの上を移動する。測量機20は、ターゲット42を自動追尾しながら、所定の間隔で、随時測距・測角を行い、各計測点における計測データを取得する。
 面計測器140の前輪144の回転軸上にターゲット42の光学中心Cが配置されているため、前輪144が回転し、面計測器140が移動しても、面計測器140の姿勢にかかわらず、計測面WLから光学中心Cまでの距離は一定(距離T)となる。計測面WLの凹凸に沿って前輪144が移動するため、計測点の計測データから、計測面WLの凹凸が算出される。
 面計測器140の走行中、測量機20の計測データから移動方向や走行ルート、現在の所在地を、台車通信部M3を介して面計測器140にフィードバックして、所定のパターンで自動走行させるように構成させてもよい。例えば、計測面WLの一方の側縁部から他方の側縁部までジグザグに走らせて、計測面WLを網羅的に走行させることができる。基体143に検知センサを搭載して、面計測器140の走行時に障害物が検知された場合は、障害物を迂回するように構成してもよい。
 (変形例2:ターゲット)
 図10は、ターゲット42の変形例を示す。測量機20の測距・測角および追尾のターゲットであるターゲット42は、上記形態に限られず、遠隔から自身の位置情報が取得可能なターゲットであり、取得される位置情報の中心が、車輪44の回転軸上となるように、車輪44の外側端面など、位置情報が取得可能に外部に露出して配置されていればよい。
 例えば、図9(A1)~図9(A3)に示すように、ターゲット42は、複数のプリズムP1で構成されてもよい。複数のプリズムP1は車輪44の外側端面に、車輪44の回転軸を中心として各プリズムP1の光学中心C1が、同一円周上となるように、周方向に均等配置される。測量機20の測距光は、複数のプリズムP1に同時に当たり、その平均値によって重心の位置が光学中心Cとして算出される。上記形態のターゲットにおいては、複数のプリズムP1は、車輪44の回転軸を中心に均等配置されることから、その光学中心Cは、プリズムP1の数によらず、すべて車輪44の回転軸上となる。
 また、例えば、図10(B1)および図10(B2)に示すように、ターゲット42に、反射シートP2を用いてもよく、また樹脂製プリズム集合体P3を用いてもよい。反射シートP2および樹脂製プリズム集合体P3は、円形や矩形のシート状に構成される。ターゲット42に反射シートP2は、複数のプリズムを有する光学ターゲットと同等であり、測量機20の測距光は、複数の回帰プリズムに同時に当たり、その平均値により、計測値が算出される。反射シートP2および樹脂製プリズム集合体P3では、その形状中心がそのまま反射シートP2や樹脂製プリズム集合体P3の光学中心Cとなる。このため、反射シートP2および樹脂製プリズム集合体P3は、その形状中心が車輪44の回転軸上となるように、車輪44の外側端面に貼付けられる。
 さらに、ターゲット42には、図10(C1)および図10(C2)に示すように、ARマーカP4、QRコード(登録商標)P5やバーコードなどの、マーカやコードを用いてもよい。これらマーカやコードは、その読み取り中心位置が、車輪44の回転軸上となるようにして、車輪44の外側端面に貼付けられる。
 また、測量機20として3Dスキャナを使用し、ターゲットとして3Dスキャナ用形状物を用いることができる。3Dスキャナ用形状物は、例えば球、立方体、半休、円錐体などの形状物を用いて、これをスキャンした点群から所定位置を特定する。この所定位置を光学中心Cとして、車輪44の回転軸上となるように配置する。
上記態様に限られず、ターゲットは、取得される位置情報の中心位置が、車輪44の回転中心上となるように配置されればよい。
 (変形例3:操作棒)
 図11および図12に面計測器40の別の変形例を示す。
 図11(A)に示す面計測器240においては、操作棒241が、基体43に対して回動可能に支持されている。このため、作業者は、車輪44や基体43の姿勢を自分の作業しやすい状態にして計測することができる。操作棒241の回転軸が、車輪44の回転軸と平行であると、基体43の姿勢を作業者が把握しやすく好ましい。図11(B)に示す面計測器340および図11(C)に示す面計測器440においては、それぞれ操作棒341,441は、操作棒の中心軸に対して回動可能な第1ジョイントおよび第1ジョイントに直交する回動可能な第2ジョイントを備えている。二つのジョイントにより、操作棒341,441は、直交2軸で回動可能である。操作棒341,441は、一方の回転軸が車輪44の回転軸と平行となるようにして、基体43に支持されている。操作棒が2軸に回動可能であるため、作業者が操作しやすい。
 また、操作棒41は基体43に、バネなどの伸縮自在な構造で接続されていてもよい。操作棒41が伸縮自在に構成されてもよい。
 図12(A)に示す面計測器540は、1つの車輪44だけを備える。1つの車輪44は、外側端面にターゲット42が取付けられ、内側端面側で、基体543の側面に回動可能に支持される。棒状の操作棒541は、その中心軸の延長がターゲット42の光学中心Cを通過するようにして、基体543に取付けられる。このため、作業者は光学中心C、すなわち面計測器540の計測点を認識して作業を行うことができる。基体543と操作棒541を一体化して、1つの部品としてもよい。
 図12(B)に示す面計測器640は、車輪44が基体643に挟持されて、基体642の内側に回動可能に支持されている。そのため、外部に露出するのは車輪44の外側端面でなく、基体643の側面である。ターゲット42は、光学中心Cが車輪44の回転軸上となるように、基体642の側面に固定されている。計測面WLに接して車輪44が回転しても、相対的に643が車輪44の回転軸で回転しても、ターゲット42の光学中心Cは車輪44の回転軸上にあり、計測面WLから光学中心Cまでの距離は一定(距離T)に保たれる。このように、移動する車輪44の回転軸上に常に光学中心Cが配置されれば、ターゲットの固定場所はどこであっても問題なく、車輪に限られず、基体や操作棒でもよい。
 また、測量機20により追尾によりターゲット42を追尾することは必須ではなく、手動でターゲット42を計測してもよく、計測データが疎であっても構わない。例えば、内枠の内周面を計測する場合、最低限、内枠の角部のみを手動で計測することで、内枠の形状を計測することができる。
 以上、本発明の好ましい実施の形態について述べたが、上記の実施の形態は本発明の一例であり、これらを当業者の知識に基づいて組合わせることが可能であり、そのような形態も本発明の範囲に含まれる。

Claims (6)

  1.  計測面に接地し、かつ前記計測面に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体と、
     前記円柱体が取付けられる基体と、
     遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲットと、
     を有し、
     前記ターゲットは、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸上となるように、配置される、
     ことを特徴とする面計測器。
  2.  前記円柱体は車輪であり、中央に回転自在な機構を有し、回転軸を水平にして、前記基体に回動可能に取り付けられ、
     前記ターゲットは、入射する光を、入射方向と反対の方向に再帰反射する再帰反射体であり、前記位置情報の中心位置は、前記ターゲットの光学中心であり、
     前記ターゲットは、前記光学中心が前記車輪の前記回転軸上となるようにして、前記車輪の端面に配置される、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面計測器。
  3.  前記円柱体は、前記外周側面で自立可能に構成される、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面計測器。
  4.  前記円柱体は、分割体として構成される、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面計測器。
  5.  計測面に接地し、かつ前記計測面に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体と、前記円柱体が取付けられる基体と、遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲットとを有し、前記ターゲットは、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸上となるように配置される面計測器と、
     前記ターゲットを、測距・測角が可能な測量機と、
     を備え、
     前記測量機に、前記計測面に沿って配置される前記面計測器の前記ターゲットを測距・測角させて、前記ターゲットの前記位置情報を取得し、前記計測面の形状データを算出させる、
     ことを特徴とする面計測システム。
  6.  計測面に接地し、かつ前記計測面に沿って移動可能な外周側面を有する円柱体と、前記円柱体が取付けられる基体と、遠隔からの計測により、自身の位置情報を取得されることが可能なターゲットとを有し、前記ターゲットは、前記位置情報の中心位置が、前記円柱体の中心軸上となるように配置される面計測器と、
     を用いて、
     前記計測面に沿って前記面計測器を移動させながら、前記ターゲットの前記位置情報を取得し、
     前記ターゲットの前記位置情報を、前記計測面の方向に、前記円柱体の半径だけオフセットすることで、前記計測面の前記位置情報を取得し、前記計測面の形状データを算出する、
     ことを特徴とする計測方法。
