  • Patent Document 2 discloses a method for producing a cement admixture, which includes a slurrying step in which fresh concrete sludge or fine waste concrete powder is heat-treated and then mixed with water to form a slurry, and a carbonation step in which carbon dioxide gas is passed through the slurry to carbonate it.
