技术领域
本申请涉及宠物厕所技术领域,例如涉及一种集便盒及集满检测方法。
背景技术
相关技术中宠物厕所由于直接与外界连通,并且宠物粪便无法及时清除,导致臭味散发。相关技术提供了一种能够及时处理粪便的宠物厕所,宠物如厕后,通过振动装置或者搅拌装置将混合有宠物粪便的垫料或猫砂分离,并排放入垃圾袋中,将垃圾袋收口打包并暂存,从而降低臭味的散发。但相关技术提供的装置每次在宠物如厕完毕后需要将垃圾袋收口打包并更换新的垃圾袋,每个垃圾袋仅能够收集一次粪便,造成资源浪费的同时也增加了用户清理的频次。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种集便盒及集满检测方法,能够解决相关技术中宠物厕所浪费垃圾袋及增加清理频次的问题。
本申请提供一种集便盒,设置为收集宠物粪便,该集便盒包括壳体、密封组件、收集袋和检测单元,密封组件包括左侧密封部和右侧密封部,左侧密封部和右侧密封部中的至少一个可相对于壳体滑动,左侧密封部被配置为能够与右侧密封部闭合,收集袋与壳体连接,收集袋的外侧壁能够被密封组件抵接,检测单元可转动设置在左侧密封部和右侧密封部至少一者上,检测单元被配置为当收集袋集满时,检测单元能够与宠物粪便抵接以阻止检测单元朝向收集袋的底壁转动。
本申请提供一种集便盒集满检测方法,该方法应用上述方案的集便盒进行检测,集满检测方法包括:驱动密封组件关闭;及预设时间后,检测元件检测所述密封组件是否处于闭合位置,基于所述密封组件处于闭合位置的检测结果,则判断集便盒未集满并停止驱动所述密封组件运动,基于所述密封组件未处于闭合位置的检测结果,则判断集便盒已集满并反向驱动所述密封组件回到打开 状态。

相关技术中的宠物厕所由于直接与外界连通,并且宠物粪便无法及时清除,导致臭味散发。相关技术提供了一种能够及时处理粪便的宠物厕所,宠物如厕后,通过振动装置或者搅拌装置将混合有宠物粪便的垫料或猫砂分离,并排放入垃圾袋中,将垃圾袋收口打包并暂存,从而降低臭味的散发。但相关技术提供的装置每次在宠物如厕完毕后分别需要将垃圾袋收口打包并更换新的垃圾袋,每个垃圾袋仅能够收集一次粪便,造成资源浪费的同时也增加了用户清理的频次。
对此,本实施例提供集便盒,该集便盒同样能够防止臭味散发,同时还可以解决上述问题。
如图1-图9所示,本申请提供一种集便盒,该集便盒包括壳体5、密封组件、收集袋6和检测单元,密封组件包括左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21,左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21中的至少一个能够相对于壳体5滑动,左侧密封部11被配置为与右侧密封部21进行抵接闭合,收集袋6与壳体5连接,收集袋6的外侧壁能够被密封组件抵接,检测单元可转动设置在左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21至少一者上,检测单元能够朝向收集袋6的底壁转动,当收集袋6集满时,检测单元能够 与宠物粪便抵接。左侧密封部11与右侧密封部21抵接后,收集袋6被密封组件密封,防止臭味散发,在密封组件对收集袋6密封的过程中,可通过检测单元的状态判断是否收集满,未收集满时,检测单元能够正常朝向收集袋6的底壁转动直至收集袋6被密封,收集满时,检测单元无法朝向收集袋6的底壁转动或者转动受到阻滞,用户可据此更换收集袋6,进而在节省收集袋6并降低用户清理频次的同时,也能够防止臭味散发。
在一实施例中,左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21能够相对接近或相对远离。检测单元可转动设置在左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21至少一者上,本实施例中左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21可转动设置有检测单元。检测单元包括左侧转轴112、左侧检测件12、右侧转轴212和右侧检测件22。左侧检测件12通过左侧转轴112与左侧密封部11转动连接,右侧检测件22通过右侧转轴212与右侧密封部21转动连接。左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对接近过程中,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22相对壳体5滑动且伸出壳体5的长度增加。左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对远离过程中,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22相对壳体5滑动且伸出壳体5的长度减少。左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21分别设置有限位件,以防止左侧密封部11和右侧密封部12在相对接近过程中出现越过闭合位置的情况。本领域技术人员可以根据工程实际设置限位件以限制零部件的位置,具体的结构在此不具体限定。
在一实施例中,当左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对接近时,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22能够朝向收集袋6的底壁转动。当左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对接近时,由于左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22伸出壳体5的长度增加,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22可以通过自身重力作用或者在转轴处加装扭簧实现左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22朝向收集袋6的底壁转动。当左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对远离时,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22伸出壳体5的长度减少,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22在壳体5的反作用力下,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22分别朝向与收集袋6的底壁相反的方向转动。
在一实施例中,当集便盒未收集满时,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22分别能够正常朝向收集袋6的底壁方向转动,左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21能够正常闭合,且闭合位置位于左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21的中间位置。在实际使用场景下,集便盒集满时,收集袋6内不同位置的宠物粪便堆积高度不均匀,可能出现左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22的一者朝向收集袋6的底壁转动受阻而另一 者能够正常转动的情况。此时左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21的一者不能继续运动或者运动速度减缓,而另一者能够正常运动。设置于左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21上的限位件的设置,则保证了上述情况发生时,能够保证左侧密封部11或右侧密封部21率先到达闭合位置后停止,不越过闭合位置。便于判断是否收集满,同时也能避免密封失效,防止异味散发。
在一实施例中,在使用不同规格的收集袋6进行收集时,收集袋6内部能够存储的排泄物的高度存在一定的差异。对此,可通过设置左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22不同的长度尺寸以实现有效检测是否集满。收集袋6内能够存储的排泄物的高度较高时,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22的长度减少,以实现收集袋6内空间的最大化利用。反之,收集袋6内能够存储的排泄物的高度较低时,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22的长度增加,避免出现收集袋6无法顺利封口打包的情况。
在一实施例中,如图2-图9所示,左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21由驱动传动组件驱动。驱动传动组件固定设置在壳体5上。驱动传动组件包括驱动单元31、中间齿轮32和传动单元。驱动单元31与壳体5固定连接,驱动单元31可以是伺服电机或步进电机,在一实施例中驱动单元31为伺服电机。驱动单元31设置有驱动齿轮轴311,驱动齿轮轴311与中间齿轮32啮合,中间齿轮32套设在输出轴33上。在一实施例中,中间齿轮32与输出轴33的连接方式为键连接。输出轴33与壳体5转动连接。输出轴33的至少一端传动连接有传动单元。
在一实施例中,传动单元包括齿形带轮34和同步齿形带41,齿形带轮34套设在输出轴33上。在一实施例中,齿形带轮34和输出轴33的连接方式为键连接。同步齿形带41与齿形带轮34啮合。左侧密封部11的端部设置有左侧驱动块111,右侧密封部21的端部设置有右侧驱动块211。左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211分别与同步齿形带41固定连接。为使左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21能够相对接近或者相对远离。本实施例中的左侧驱动块111与同步齿形带41上方固定连接,同时右侧驱动块211与同步齿形带41下方固定连接。同步齿形带41沿顺时针方向转动时,左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211相对接近或远离,从而带动左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对接近或远离。同步齿形带41沿逆时针方向转动时,左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211相对远离或接近,从而带动左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对远离或接近。
在本申请其他的实施例中,也可将左侧驱动块111与同步齿形带41的下方固 定连接,同时右侧驱动块211与同步齿形带41上方固定连接。同样能够实现左侧驱动块111与右侧驱动块211相对接近或者相对远离。具体实现原理上文已进行了较为详尽的描述,故在此不赘。
为了实现更好的连接效果,在本实施例中,左侧驱动块111设置有第一咬合部1112和第一限位部1111,右侧驱动块211设置有第二限位部2111和第二咬合部2112,第一咬合部1112和第一限位部1111固定连接,第二咬合部2112和第二限位部2111固定连接。第一咬合部1112和第二咬合部2112设置有咬合齿,第一咬合部1112和第二咬合部2112的咬合齿与同步齿形带41的带齿咬合并由同步齿形带41的带齿带动第一咬合部1112和第二咬合部2112运动,第一限位部1111和第二限位部2111位于同步齿形带41的外侧并设置为防止同步齿形带41在传动过程中跳动。第一限位部1111和第二限位部2111的设置避免了同步齿形带41在传动过程中发生跳动导致带齿分别与第一咬合部1112和第二咬合部2112脱开,并导致传动失效的问题。
在一实施例中,为避免左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211在相对接近或相对远离过程中发生相对偏移。传动单元还包括导向支撑轴42,导向支撑轴42固定设置在壳体5上。导向支撑轴42与左侧驱动块111或右侧驱动块211的移动方向平行设置,左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211分别套设在导向支撑轴42上且分别与导向支撑轴42滑动连接。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,为保证左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21受载均匀,本实施例中的传动单元设置为两个,两个传动单元分别与输出轴33的两端传动连接。对应的,左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211的数量分别设置有两个。两个左侧驱动块111分别位于左侧密封部11的两端,两个右侧驱动块211分别位于右侧密封部21的两端。由于本实施例已经对输出轴33和传动单元的连接关系、传动单元的组成以及传动单元与左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211的连接关系进行了详细的描述,且已经对左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211能够实现相对接近或相对远离进行了具体分析,故上述内容在此不赘。输出轴33、齿形带轮34和同步齿形带41的设置,能够保证输出轴33两端运动的一致性,进而确保左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对接近或远离过程中运动的可靠性。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,为了加强密封组件对收集袋6的密封效果左侧密封部11或右侧密封部21上固定设置有密封条113。在本实施例中,密封条113设置在左侧密封部11朝向右侧密封部21的一侧。在其他的实施例中,也可以将 密封条113设置在右侧密封部21朝向左侧密封部11的一侧。左侧密封部11与右侧密封部21抵接时,密封条113与收集袋6的外侧壁抵接。通过左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21抵接时密封条113发生蠕变保证密封组件对收集袋6的密封效果。在其他实施例中,也可以通过其他方式实现加强密封组件对于收集袋6的密封效果。例如将左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21的其中一个朝向另一个的一侧设置有凸起。对应的将左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21的另一个上设置与凸起相配合的凹槽。左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21抵接时,凸起与凹槽配合,利用迷宫密封的原理实现加强对收集袋6的密封效果。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,为便于用户较为便利的获知集便盒是否集满。壳体5还设置有打开位置传感器71和关闭位置传感器72,密封组件具有打开状态和闭合状态。密封组件处于打开状态时,密封组件的至少部分与打开位置传感器71重合。密封组件处于关闭状态时,左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21抵接,密封组件的至少部分与关闭位置传感器72重合。当集便盒集满时,收集袋6内的宠物排泄物容量较多,密封组件在对收集袋6密封的过程中,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22受宠物排泄物的影响无法继续朝向收集袋6底壁的方向转动,导致密封组件无法对收集袋6密封,即密封组件的至少部分无法与关闭位置传感器72重合。在一实施例中,由于使用场景的特殊性,在某些特定条件下,即便收集袋6已经收集满,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22中的至少一个朝向收集袋6的底壁的方向的转动受阻,但此时驱动单元31仍在驱动密封组件,在驱动力的作用下,左侧检测件12和/或右侧检测件22能够挤压粪便而继续朝向收集袋6的底壁方向转动。也就是说密封组件在驱动力的作用下能够处于关闭状态,可以理解的是,密封组件在此种使用情境下处于关闭状态所需要的的时间也更长。因此,可以通过预设关闭时间判断是否收集满。当密封组件在预设时间之内未能够处于关闭状态,证明此时已经收集满,以便于进行后续操作。
本实施例中的打开位置传感器71和关闭位置传感器72可以是霍尔传感器、接近开关或红外线传感器。在本实施例中,打开位置传感器71和关闭位置传感器72为霍尔位置传感器。在其他的实施例中,也可以将打开位置传感器71和关闭位置传感器72设置为不同类型的传感器,如将打开位置传感器71设置为霍尔传感器,将关闭位置传感器72设置为接近开关,排列方式在此不进行穷举。在本实施例中,为进一步提升打开位置霍尔传感器和关闭位置霍尔传感器的灵敏度,左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21的一者设置有磁铁114。当密封组件处于打开 状态时,磁铁114位于打开位置霍尔传感器上方。当密封组件处于关闭状态时,磁铁114位于关闭位置霍尔传感器上方。打开位置霍尔传感器和关闭位置霍尔传感器与处理器通讯连接,处理器与壳体5固定连接。
在一实施例中,在密封组件对收集袋6密封的过程中。驱动单元31正向驱动,驱动齿轮轴311与中间齿轮32啮合,中间齿轮32带动输出轴33转动,输出轴33带动设置在输出轴33两端的齿形带轮34转动,齿形带轮34带动同步齿形带41传动。左侧驱动块111和右侧驱动块211分别与同步齿形带41的下方和上方咬合并带动左侧密封部11和右侧密封部21相对接近。如果收集袋6未收集满,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22能够朝向收集袋6的底壁的方向转动,左侧密封部11能够与右侧密封部21抵接。如果收集袋6已收集满,左侧检测件12和右侧检测件22朝向收集袋6的底壁的方向转动受阻,左侧密封部11无法与右侧密封部21抵接,此时可通过由处理器控制并与处理器通信连接的声光报警装置提示用户及时更换收集袋6。声光报警装置可以是警示灯和喇叭的一者或全部。利用处理器控制声光报警装置可参考相关技术,在此不赘。
在本实施例中,处理器可以是集中式或分布式的控制器,比如,处理器可以是一个单独的单片机,也可以是分布的多块单片机构成,单片机中可以运行控制程序,进而控制每个部件实现功能。
本实施例提供一种集便盒集满检测方法,该集满检测方法应用本申请实施例中提供的集便盒进行检测。
如图10和图11所示,该集满检测方法包括:
S1中,驱动单元31正向驱动密封组件至少部分处的磁铁114离开打开位置霍尔传感器上方,处理器接收磁铁114离开的信号,并在预设时间控制驱动单元31驱动密封组件运动;
S2中,在预设时间内密封组件至少部分处的磁铁114到达关闭位置霍尔传感器上方,处理器在预设时间内接收磁铁114的到达信号,则判断集便盒未收集满,处理器控制驱动单元31停止,密封组件处于闭合状态;
S3中,基于预设时间内密封组件未到达关闭位置传感器72处的关闭位置霍尔传感器上方,处理器在预设时间内未接收到达信号的情况下,则判断集便盒已收集满,处理器控制驱动单元31反向驱动使密封组件回到打开状态,同时进行声光报警提示用户更换收集袋6。

Claims (10)

  1. 集便盒,设置为收集宠物粪便,其中,包括:
    壳体(5);
    密封组件,所述密封组件包括左侧密封部(11)和右侧密封部(21),所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)中的至少一个可相对于所述壳体(5)滑动,所述左侧密封部(11)被配置为能够与所述右侧密封部(21)闭合;
    收集袋(6),所述收集袋(6)与所述壳体(5)连接,所述收集袋(6)能够被所述密封组件抵接;及
    检测单元,所述检测单元可转动设置在所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)至少一者上,所述检测单元被配置为当所述收集袋(6)集满时,与所述宠物粪便抵接以阻止所述检测单元朝向收集袋底壁转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集便盒,其中,所述检测单元包括左侧检测件(12)和右侧检测件(22),所述左侧检测件(12)可转动设置在所述左侧密封部(11)上,所述右侧检测件(22)可转动设置在所述右侧密封部(21)上,所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)能够相对接近或相对远离,所述检测单元被配置为,当所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)相对接近时,所述检测单元朝向所述收集袋(6)的底壁转动,当所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)相对远离时,所述检测单元朝向与所述收集袋(6)的底壁相反的方向转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的集便盒,还包括驱动传动组件,所述驱动传动组件设置在所述壳体(5)上,所述左侧密封部(11)设置有左侧驱动块(111),所述右侧密封部(21)设置有右侧驱动块(211),所述驱动传动组件与所述左侧驱动块(111)和所述右侧驱动块(211)传动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的集便盒,其中,所述驱动传动组件包括:
    输出轴(33),与所述壳体(5)转动连接;
    驱动单元(31),所述驱动单元(31)与所述壳体(5)固定连接,所述驱动单元(31)设置有驱动齿轮轴(311);

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的集便盒,其中,所述传动单元包括齿形带轮(34)和 同步齿形带(41),所述齿形带轮(34)套设在所述输出轴(33)上,所述同步齿形带(41)和所述齿形带轮(34)啮合,所述左侧驱动块(111)与所述同步齿形带(41)上方和下方中的一者咬合,所述右侧驱动块(211)与所述同步齿形带(41)上方和下方中的另一者咬合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的集便盒,其中,所述左侧驱动块(111)设置有第一限位部(1111)和第一咬合部(1112),所述右侧驱动块(211)设置有第二限位部(2111)和第二咬合部(2112),所述第一咬合部(1112)和所述第一限位部(1111)固定连接,所述第二咬合部(2112)和所述第二限位部(2111)固定连接,所述第一咬合部(1112)和所述第二咬合部(2112)分别与所述同步齿形带(41)的带齿咬合,所述第一限位部(1111)和所述第二限位部(2111)位于所述同步齿形带(41)外侧并设置为防止所述同步齿形带(41)跳动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的集便盒,其中,所述传动单元还包括导向支撑轴(42),所述导向支撑轴(42)固定设置在所述壳体(5)上,所述导向支撑轴(42)与所述左侧驱动块(111)或所述右侧驱动块(211)的移动方向平行设置,所述左侧驱动块(111)和所述右侧驱动块(211)分别套设在所述导向支撑轴(42)上且分别与所述导向支撑轴(42)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的集便盒,还包括密封条(113),所述密封条(113)固定设置在所述左侧密封部(11)或所述右侧密封部(21)上,所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)闭合时,所述密封条(113)和所述收集袋(6)的外侧壁抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的集便盒,其中,所述壳体(5)还设置有打开位置传感器(71)和关闭位置传感器(72),所述密封组件具有打开状态和闭合状态,所述密封组件处于打开状态时,所述密封组件的至少部分与所述打开位置传感器(71)重合,所述密封组件处于闭合状态时,所述左侧密封部(11)和所述右侧密封部(21)抵接,所述密封组件的至少部分与所述关闭位置传感器(72)重合。
  10. 集便盒集满检测方法,应用权利要求1-9任一项所述的集便盒进行检测,所述集满检测方法包括:
    驱动所述密封组件关闭;及
    预设时间后,检测元件检测所述密封组件是否处于闭合位置,基于所述密封组件处于闭合位置的检测结果,则判断集便盒未集满并停止驱动所述密封组 件运动,基于所述密封组件未处于闭合位置的检测结果,则判断集便盒已集满并反向驱动所述密封组件回到打开状态。
