- Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Comparative Example 1 Comparative Example 2 Temperature (°C) 60 70 85 90 60 Pressure (MPa) 4.5 5.5 3 6.5 4.5 Manufacturing time (sec) 20 10 10 20 20 20 Resistance of the membrane (m ⁇ ) 1.30 1.35 1.30 2.10 2.80 Whether Li is precipitated after manufacturing X X X X O
- Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of Li precipitation occurring at the cross-sectional anode of Comparative Example 2. According to Figure 2, it can be seen that Li precipitation occurs when the adhesive coating layer is not provided on the cross-sectional anode and the battery is manufactured under weak conditions.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional anode provided with an adhesive coating layer of Examples 1 to 3.
- Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an electrode assembly of Examples 1 to 3. According to Figs. 3 and 4, unlike the comparative example, since an adhesive coating layer is provided on the cross-sectional anode, Li precipitation does not occur even when the electrode assembly is assembled at low pressure and temperature.
