本申请中,进一步的,所述喷头组件包括管芯、喷头、喷头气管、喷头光纤、喷头连接件和对接管,所述管芯设于喷头的上端内并开设有喷口,所述喷头连接件连接于喷头的下端并与中间组件连接,所述对接管的一端套设于喷头连接件的下端外,所述喷头气管和喷头光纤均设于喷头内,且所述喷头气管还经喷头连接件延伸至对接管内。
本申请中,进一步的,所述中间组件包括手柄外壳及固设于手柄外壳内的手柄连接件、中间光纤、支撑件、水管、分流管和锁紧环,所述手柄连接件为中空状,所述喷头连接件插入手柄连接件的中空部内,所述中间光纤与喷头光纤连接,所述支撑件支撑固定于手柄连接件和分流管之间,所述水管的上端与手柄连接件的中空部连通,所述分流管与水管的下端连通并套设于尾端组件的上部外,所述锁紧环与分流管端面相接触且与手柄外壳的下端内壁连接。
本申请中,进一步的,所述分流管或锁紧环上设有环形槽和卡槽,所述环形槽与水管连通,所述卡槽与尾端组件可拆卸连接。
本申请中,进一步的,所述第一定位组件包括凸点和与凸点相配合的凹槽,所述凸点设于喷头连接件的侧面上,所述凹槽设于手柄连接件上。
本申请中,进一步的,所述尾端组件包括尾端壳、导流阀、卡紧环、固定套、对接套、进气管、水管接头、尾端光纤、发光元件、转接件、磁性元件和电路板,所述导流阀固设于尾端壳上并插入锁紧环内且延伸至分流管与分流管连通,所述卡紧环固定套设于导流阀外并与所述卡槽配合连接,所述固定套固设于导流阀上且插入手柄外壳的中空部内,所述对接套固设于固定套内且套接于对接管外,所述进气管设于尾端壳内且经导流阀内部延伸至对接套内,所述水管接头经尾端壳延伸至导流阀内与导流阀连通,所述尾端光纤固定于导流阀内并与中间光纤连接,所述发光元件通过发光元件固定件固定于所述尾端壳内,所述转接件位于尾端壳内并与导流阀的下端固定连接,所述磁性元件和电路板固定安装于转接件上,所述电路板上设有第一电极和第二电极,所述第一电极和第二电极均与发光元件电连接。
本申请中,进一步的,所述第二定位组件包括定位销和与定位销相配合的定位孔,所述定位销设于导流阀上,所述定位孔开设于中间组件内的卡槽上,以通过定位销和定位孔保证尾端光纤和中间光纤的正确连接。
本申请中,进一步的,所述导流阀上还开设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述进气管外壁与导流阀内壁之间留有间隙,所述第一通孔开设于导流阀朝向进气管一侧,以使导流阀内的水通过第一通孔流入到导流阀与进气管之间的间隙,所述第二通孔开设于导流阀与环形槽的连接处,以使导流阀与进气管之间的间隙内的水通过第二通孔流至环形槽内。
有益效果
本申请通过设置可拆卸连接的喷头组件、中间组件和尾端组件,在尾端组件内设置发光元件,并在喷头组件、中间组件和尾端组件内分别设置具有导光和聚光作用的喷头光纤、中间光纤和尾端光纤,且喷头组件和中间组件还通过第一定位组件连接,尾端组件和中间组件还通过第二定位组件连接,使得喷头光纤、中间光纤和尾端光纤可依次连接形成光传播道且连接的端面正对,实现了最大效率地进行光源的传播,最终使得本申请能够使口腔治疗和清洁时有光源直接照射到需要洁治的位置,并拥有更好的视线,方便观察清洁效果,特别是后牙区域的手术过程中,使得操作更简便。此外还能用于医生在洁牙的间隙用于照明,使用光源进行口腔检查。

本发明的最佳实施方式
请参见图1,一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,包括喷头组件1、中间组件2和尾端组件3,所述喷头组件1的下部插入中间组件2内与中间组件2可拆卸连接,且所述喷头组件1和中间组件2还通过第一定位组件连接。所述尾端组件3的上部插入中间组件2内并套接于喷头组件1的下端上,所述尾端组件3与中间组件2和喷头组件1可拆卸连接,且所述尾端组件3和中间组件2还通过第二定位组件连接。所述尾端组件3内还设有发光元件308,所述喷头组件1、中间组件2和尾端组件3上设有光传播道,所述发光元件308的光线经所述光传播道传出,以使所述牙科喷砂手柄具有照明作用。发光元件308由外接于尾端组件3的手柄尾线(内含水管、气管和电源信号线,连接手柄与主机)提供电源或控制信号。
本实施例中,发光元件308为LED灯,喷头组件1、中间组件2和尾端组件3上分别设有喷头光纤14、中间光纤22和尾端光纤307,喷头光纤14、中间光纤22和尾端光纤307均为透明导光元件,均具有导光和聚光作用。尾端光纤307、手柄光纤22和喷头光纤14端面彼此相对,形成光传播道,以最大效率进行光源的传递。
本实施例中,请同时参见图2-图4,所述喷头组件1包括管芯11、喷头12、喷头气管13、喷头光纤14、喷头连接件15和对接管16,所述管芯11设于喷头12的上端内并开设有喷口,所述喷头连接件15连接于喷头12的下端并与中间组件2连接,喷头连接件15上开设有进水孔151,喷头连接件15上位于进水孔151的上方和下方还均设有圆形密封件17,用于密封喷头连接件15与中间组件2的手柄连接件21之间的间隙;所述对接管16的一端套设于喷头连接件15的下端外,所述喷头气管13和喷头光纤14均设于喷头12内,且所述喷头气管13还经喷头连接件15延伸至对接管16内,喷头气管13的外壁和喷头连接件15的内壁之间还留有便于水流通的间隙。进一步具体的,管芯11上开设有位于管芯11中部的第一喷口111和位于管芯11外侧的第二喷口112,所述第一喷口111与设有喷头气管13的喷头12内的第一通道121连通,所述第二喷口112与喷头12内的第二通道122连通,第二通道122与喷头气管13和喷头连接件15之间的间隙连通。这一设置使得高压气与砂粉的混合气体经喷头气管13通过第一喷口111喷出,而水经喷头气管13和喷头连接件15之间的间隙通过第二通道122喷出,使得管芯11实现管芯11内部过气,管芯11外部过水,在喷头外部混合雾化,也使得外部喷出的水可包裹着砂粉,防止砂粉乱飞。
本实施例中,请同时参见图5-图7,所述中间组件2包括手柄外壳23及固设于手柄外壳23内的手柄连接件21、中间光纤22、支撑件24、水管25、分流管26和锁紧环27,手柄外壳23上设有凸台231,用于固定定位手柄连接件21。所述手柄连接件21为中空状且其上开设有出水孔211,所述喷头连接件15插入手柄连接件21的中空部内,所述中间光纤22与喷头光纤14连接,所述支撑件24支撑固定于手柄连接件21和分流管26之间,所述水管25的上端与手柄连接件21的中空部连通,所述分流管26与水管25的下端连通并套设于尾端组件3的上部(当将尾端组件3分为上部和下部时)外,所述锁紧环27与分流管26的底端端面接触且与手柄外壳23的下端内壁连接,即分流管26和手柄壳27内孔配合连接,锁紧环27起到保证分流管26的轴向固定的作用。进一步具体的,所述分流管26上设有环形槽261和卡槽263,所述环形槽261与水管25连通,所述卡槽263与尾端组件3可拆卸连接。当然其他实施例中,也可在锁紧环27上设置环形槽261和卡槽263。
本实施例中,具体的,所述第一定位组件包括凸点152和与凸点152相配合的凹槽212,所述凸点152设于喷头连接件15的侧面上,所述凹槽212设于手柄连接件21上。当凸点152旋入并拧到位时,则可以与中间组件2保持一定的角度关系保证手柄光纤22和喷头光纤14端面对齐。
本实施例中,请同时参见图8和图9,所述尾端组件3包括尾端壳316、导流阀304、卡紧环306、固定套301、对接套302、进气管303、水管接头312、尾端光纤307、发光元件308、转接件310、磁性元件311和电路板313,所述导流阀304固设于尾端壳316上并插入锁紧环27内且延伸至分流管26与分流管26连通,所述卡紧环306固定套设于导流阀304外并与卡槽263配合连接,以使中间组件2与尾端组件3实现可拆卸连接。所述固定套301固设于导流阀304上且插入手柄外壳23的中空部内,所述对接套302固设于固定套301内且套接于对接管16外,所述进气管303设于尾端壳316内且经导流阀304内部延伸至对接套302内,且进气管303与用于输入高压气与砂粉的混合流体的输入管(外接管道)连接。所述水管接头312经尾端壳316延伸至导流阀304内与导流阀304连通,所述尾端光纤307固定于导流阀304内并与中间光纤22连接。具体的,导流阀304上开设有与尾端光纤307形状相匹配的容置孔,以使得尾端光纤307通过涂胶等方式可以固定在导流阀304上。所述发光元件308通过固定于尾端壳316内的发光元件固定件309固定于尾端壳316内,所述转接件310位于尾端壳316内并与导流阀304的下端固定连接,所述磁性元件311和电路板313固定安装于转接件310上,所述电路板313上设有第一电极314和第二电极315,所述第一电极314和第二电极315均与发光元件308电连接。本实施例中,磁性元件311为磁铁,与手柄连接的主机内含有感应磁性的传感器,用于判断手柄是否拿起。
进一步具体的,所述导流阀304上还开设有第一通孔3041和第二通孔3042,所述进气管303外壁与导流阀304内壁之间留有间隙,所述第一通孔3041开设于导流阀304朝向进气管303一侧,以使导流阀304内的水通过第一通孔3041流入到导流阀304与进气管303之间的间隙,所述第二通孔3042开设于导流阀304与环形槽261的连接处,以使导流阀304与进气管303之间的间隙内的水通过第二通孔3042流至环形槽261内。
本实施例中,具体的,所述第二定位组件包括定位销305和与定位销305相配合的定位孔262,所述定位销305设于导流阀304上,所述定位孔262开设于中间组件2内的卡槽263上,以通过定位销305和定位孔262保证尾端光纤307和中间光纤22的正确连接。
可以理解,其他实施例中,发光元件也可设于喷头组件1或中间组件2内,当发光元件设于喷头组件1内时,可无需设置光纤形成的光传播道,发光元件的光线直接传出用于口腔治疗和清洁;当发光元件设于中间组件2内时,仅需在喷头组件1和中间组件2内设置光纤形成的光传播道。
本申请的工作原理为:通过外接管道输入的高压气与砂粉的混合气砂通过进气管303进入喷头气管13最终从管芯11的第一喷口111流出,与水在第一喷口111的前方混合;水则从水管接头312进入导流阀304,从第一通孔3041流入到导流阀304与进气管303之间,再从第二通孔3042流出到中间组件环形槽261后进入水管25,再从水管25流出进入手柄连接件21,从手柄连接件21的出水孔211流出经喷头连接件15的进水孔151进入喷头气管13和喷头连接件15之间的间隙(其中,圆形密封件17可保证水能从出水孔211经进水孔151进入间隙内),最后从管芯11的第二喷口112流出,与喷头气管13出来的混合气砂混合,混合位置为与第一喷口111的前端相距3-5mm的位置处。且尾端组件3内发光元件308的光线由尾端光纤307经中间组件2的中间光纤22传导至喷头组件1中的喷头光纤14,从喷头光纤14照射出,使得所述牙科喷砂手柄具有照明作用。

工业实用性
本申请通过设置可拆卸连接的喷头组件1、中间组件2和尾端组件3,在尾端组件3内设置发光元件308,并在喷头组件1、中间组件2和尾端组件3内分别设置具有导光和聚光作用的喷头光纤14、中间光纤22和尾端光纤307,且喷头组件1和中间组件2还通过第一定位组件连接,尾端组件3和中间组件2还通过第二定位组件连接,使得喷头光纤14、中间光纤22和尾端光纤307可依次连接形成光传播道且连接的端面正对,实现了最大效率地进行光源的传播,最终使得本申请能够使口腔治疗和清洁时有光源直接照射到需要洁治的位置,并拥有更好的视线,方便观察清洁效果,特别是后牙区域的手术过程中,使得操作更简便。此外还能用于医生在洁牙的间隙用于照明,使用光源进行口腔检查。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:包括依次连接的喷头组件、中间组件和尾端组件,所述喷头组件、中间组件和/或尾端组件内设有发光元件,所述喷头组件、中间组件和/或尾端组件上设有光传播道,所述喷头组件、中间组件和/或尾端组件上设有连接发光元件的线路,所述发光元件的光线直接传出或经所述光传播道传出,以使所述牙科喷砂手柄具有照明作用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述喷头组件的下部插入中间组件内与中间组件可拆卸连接,且所述喷头组件和中间组件还通过第一定位组件连接;所述尾端组件的上部插入中间组件内并套接于喷头组件的下端上,所述尾端组件与中间组件和喷头组件可拆卸连接,且所述尾端组件和中间组件还通过第二定位组件连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述喷头组件包括管芯、喷头、喷头气管、喷头光纤、喷头连接件和对接管,所述管芯设于喷头的上端内并开设有喷口,所述喷头连接件连接于喷头的下端并与中间组件连接,所述对接管的一端套设于喷头连接件的下端外,所述喷头气管和喷头光纤均设于喷头内,且所述喷头气管还经喷头连接件延伸至对接管内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述中间组件包括手柄外壳及固设于手柄外壳内的手柄连接件、中间光纤、支撑件、水管、分流管和锁紧环,所述手柄连接件为中空状,所述喷头连接件插入手柄连接件的中空部内,所述中间光纤与喷头光纤连接,所述支撑件支撑固定于手柄连接件和分流管之间,所述水管的上端与手柄连接件的中空部连通,所述分流管与水管的下端连通并套设于尾端组件的上部外,所述锁紧环与分流管端面相接触且与手柄外壳的下端内壁连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述分流管上或锁紧环设有环形槽和卡槽,所述环形槽与水管连通,所述卡槽与尾端组件可拆卸连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述第一定位组件包括凸点和与凸点相配合的凹槽,所述凸点设于喷头连接件的侧面上,所述凹槽设于手柄连接件上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述尾端组件包括尾端壳、导流阀、卡紧环、固定套、对接套、进气管、水管接头、尾端光纤、发光元件、转接件、磁性元件和电路板,所述导流阀固设于尾端壳上并插入锁紧环内且延伸至分流管与分流管连通,所述卡紧环固定套设于导流阀外并与所述卡槽配合连接,所述固定套固设于导流阀上且插入手柄外壳的中空部内,所述对接套固设于固定套内且套接于对接管外,所述进气管设于尾端壳内且经导流阀内部延伸至对接套内,所述水管接头经尾端壳延伸至导流阀内与导流阀连通,所述尾端光纤固定于导流阀内并与中间光纤连接,所述发光元件通过发光元件固定件固定于所述尾端壳内,所述转接件位于尾端壳内并与导流阀的下端固定连接,所述磁性元件和电路板固定安装于转接件上,所述电路板上设有第一电极和第二电极,所述第一电极和第二电极均与发光元件电连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述第二定位组件包括定位销和与定位销相配合的定位孔,所述定位销设于导流阀上,所述定位孔开设于中间组件内的卡槽上,以通过定位销和定位孔保证尾端光纤和中间光纤的正确连接。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种可照明的牙科喷砂手柄,其特征在于:所述导流阀上开设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述进气管外壁与导流阀内壁之间留有间隙,所述第一通孔开设于导流阀朝向进气管一侧,以使导流阀内的水通过第一通孔流入到导流阀与进气管之间的间隙,所述第二通孔开设于导流阀与环形槽的连接处,以使导流阀与进气管之间的间隙内的水通过第二通孔流至环形槽内。
